8. The following description will be made in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the configuration of the recording and on-demand system for classroom teaching for web teaching of K12 education phase and the flow of the method according to the present invention are illustrated.
The system relies on an information-based teaching platform (system) of a campus network and mainly comprises a school affair system, a teacher system and a student system. The school affair system relates to teaching management, online live broadcast and course recording (intelligent course shelving, on-demand list review and course file recording management), and specifically comprises management of recording equipment such as a camera and association and corresponding management of information of a classroom, subjects, a course table and teachers and the like based on an information-based teaching platform by depending on a campus network. The teacher system relates to course management, arrangement work, correction work, and the like. The student system relates to on-line review on-demand, on-line answer homework, on-line question bank evaluation and the like.
Specifically, the system comprises the following modules: a teaching management module 10, an online live broadcast module 20, a course recording module 30, a course management module 40, a course review module 50, a learning consolidation module 60, and a synchronization management module 70. Wherein,
teaching management module 10: the teaching device comprises a teaching server 101, a storage device 102 and a collection device 103 (comprising a camera 1031 such as a gun-type network camera and a pan-tilt network camera, a sound recording device 1032 such as a sound pick-up and an action collection device 1033 for collecting operation actions on a multimedia whiteboard and on word documents and PPT documents). Optionally, the collection device 103 may be a micro-class recording device. The system is used for managing network teaching after the system is started by depending on an information teaching platform of a network, realizes the association of a classroom table, a classroom, a teacher, a class, a subject and acquisition equipment (comprising a camera device, a recording device, an action acquisition device and the like), and records the storage and management (comprising putting on the shelf, putting off the shelf, deleting, downloading and the like) of classroom teaching data. After the course is recorded and processed, the intelligent recording system is in charge of recording the course and putting on shelf.
The online live broadcast module 20: a teacher uses a user terminal such as a PC (Win/Mac)/Pad (Android/iOS)/Phone (Android/iOS) to connect with a teaching server 101 through a campus network/Internet/2G/3G/4G/Bluetooth and the like at any time and any place to realize the opening of a classroom; students use user terminals such as PC (Win/Mac)/Pad (Android/iOS)/Phone (Android/iOS), the teaching server 101 is connected through campus network/Internet/2G/3G/4G/Bluetooth and the like to join in a classroom, image data stream + timestamp, audio data stream + timestamp and action data stream + timestamp of teaching of teachers are respectively collected through the collection equipment 103 and are respectively distributed through the server in real time, online live broadcast of the classroom is achieved, the student user terminals obtain the three distributed data streams in real time, and online learning is achieved after local recombination is conducted according to the timestamps. Wherein the time stamps are generated uniformly by the tutorial server 101.
The user terminal includes: the system comprises a processor, a network module, a control module, a display module and an operating system; the user terminal can be provided with a plurality of data interfaces which are connected with various expansion equipment and accessories through a data bus; the operating system comprises Windows, Android and improvement thereof, and iOS is an operating platform on which application software can be installed and operated, so that the functions of various application software, services and application program stores/platforms under the operating system are realized.
The course recording module 30: the image data stream + time stamp, the audio data stream + time stamp, and the action data stream + time stamp obtained by the acquisition device 103 are processed and then stored in the storage device 102, where the storage device 102 may be a local memory (a local disk array) or a network cloud memory, and any combination thereof.
The processing comprises the steps of carrying out segmentation identification on the collected classroom teaching data according to the time sequence of the classroom explanation key points, forming segmentation marking classroom data corresponding to the classroom explanation key points, and establishing a corresponding association database of the classroom explanation key points and the segmentation marking classroom data. The corresponding association database is stored on the storage device 102.
The segment identification is realized by the teacher or other professionals according to the time sequence of the class explaining the main points, and the teaching server 101 generates a specific timestamp for identification. Meanwhile, a corresponding relation table of the classroom explanation key points and the segment identification data is established, so that in the subsequent reviewing or consolidating stage, the corresponding classroom explanation key points can be reviewed only by watching a certain segment of segment identification data without watching all the contents when the set corresponding questions are answered, the efficiency is improved, and the pertinence is increased. The question is about the classroom explanation key point itself, and under a general condition, the answer is the classroom explanation key point itself or the equivalent content thereof.

After unnecessary contents such as silent time and noisy time are removed through compression of recorded data, the actual time is shortened, and the effective classroom time is greatly improved, for example, the typical example time D is only less than 3 minutes actually.
Furthermore, the main points comprise a plurality of different levels of main points with high-low subordination relations, the segmented marking classroom data can correspond to the corresponding specific bottom level main points and the high level main points to which the specific bottom level main points belong according to the main points of different levels related to the recorded classroom teaching data, and a corresponding relation list is established in the corresponding association database according to the time relation.
For example, in the above example, the point B includes three sub-points abc, and the sub-point B further includes three sub-points 1, 2, and 3, so that the point B is the point B in the 6 th to 10 th minutes, the point a in the 6 th to 7 th minutes, the point B in the 7 th to 9 th minutes, the point 1 in the 7 th minute, and the point 2 in the 8 th minute. When B main points are reviewed, the main points at the lower layer are included, only corresponding contents of the small main points are involved when the small main points are reviewed, the subordination relation among the main points can be determined by generating different timestamp identifications and according to the inclusion relation among the timestamps, so that the classroom data does not need to be substantially segmented, and different flexible multi-level association corresponding relations can be established according to needs. In the above two examples, the time periods are described for easy understanding, and the whole time figures are used for illustration only, and are actually identified according to specific situations.
In addition, the classroom points to subject and differs, such as English, sentence pattern, grammar, word, etc., and focuses on four aspects of listening, speaking, reading and writing; chinese, new words, lessons, dictations, etc.; the mathematics, physics and chemistry have the communication points, formulas, principles, example problems and the like.
Further, the processing also comprises compressing the collected data to remove pause part, silent part, noise and the like in the classroom so as to form effective classroom teaching data, and when the specific timestamp is detected, the compression processing is not carried out before and/or after 1-5 seconds of the specific timestamp.
The course management module 40: the system is used for further processing the recorded classroom data, adding questions and answers related to key points after recording each section of data of a classroom or after the whole data according to classroom explanation key points, and adding the corresponding relation between the classroom explanation key points and the questions and answers to the corresponding association database. The key points are that students should master during class, and the students can count that the students have mastered the contents after answering accurately. The questions are completely corresponding to the classroom explanation key points and can be key points of different levels, and the answers are the corresponding classroom explanation key points or equivalent contents thereof under general conditions. That is, this stage is to let the student repeat these points, and is not a flexible use of the knowledge, which is evaluated by the following exercise or test.
Furthermore, the recorded classroom teaching data is associated with the acquisition equipment, so that the class and/or class of the classroom is obtained, classroom table information is obtained through the class and/or class information, association with teacher data is realized through the class time and subjects of the classroom table, classroom introduction of the recorded classroom teaching data is generated intelligently, and details of the teacher can be checked through the name of the teacher.

Course review module 50: the system is used for enabling students to use a PC (Win/Mac)/Pad (Android/iOS)/Phone (Android/iOS), connect with a teaching server 101 through a campus network/Internet/2G/3G/4G/Bluetooth and the like at any time and any place, request (review) a certain classroom, quickly acquire at least one of corresponding image data stream, action data stream and audio data stream through recording classroom brief introduction of classroom teaching data, and realize quick and smooth request/review.
In the process of on-demand review, students have to answer questions about the main points of classroom explanation corresponding to each piece of segmented labeled classroom data after each piece of segmented labeled classroom data or after the whole classroom teaching data, the students answer the questions in a mode of text input, voice input or handwriting input, and when the voice input is adopted, the voice recognition can be converted into texts. When a student answers a certain question correctly, confirming that the corresponding classroom explanation key points are mastered; when a student fails to answer a question correctly, the segmented labeled classroom data corresponding to the question can be reviewed without reviewing other already learned segmented labeled classroom data.
Optionally, after each segment of the segment identification data, a corresponding problem is set, for example, a classic test question for classroom explanation, the student can go on to the next step if the student needs to completely master the solution, and at this time, the student must repeat the solution process of calculating the test questions, and can continue to review after confirming the correctness, so that the problem which needs to be mastered can be solved in each stage. The synchronization management module 70: the method is used for reviewing courses of students and/or consolidating learning, and can synchronously and simultaneously display the questions or the test questions, answers of the test questions and the answers of the students and contents answered by the students on a third party terminal at least in the stage that the students answer the questions or the test questions, wherein the third party is usually a parent, judges the correctness of answers and/or marks wrong places by comparing the contents answered by the students with the answers, and sends the judgment results and the marking conditions to the students.

6. When the student answers the question, voiceprint recognition and voice authentication are adopted, character recognition is carried out, and the voice is converted into characters to be judged.

the classroom explanation key points comprise a plurality of different-level key points with high-low dependency relations, the segmented marked classroom data can correspond to the corresponding specific bottom-level key points and the high-level key points belonging to the specific bottom-level key points according to the key points of different levels related to the recorded classroom teaching data, and a corresponding relation list is established in the corresponding association database according to the time relation;
wherein the learning consolidation module is to:
when a student answers a certain test question correctly, confirming that the corresponding classroom explanation key points are mastered;
when a student cannot answer a certain test question correctly, only sectional marking classroom data corresponding to the test question needs to be reviewed through the corresponding association database;
