本发明涉及鞋底制造技术领域,尤其是一种具有荧光效果的鞋底,它包括橡胶、硫化剂、乙炔炭黑、陶土、补强剂、活性剂、二辛酯、防老剂、促进剂、荧光剂;其中各组分的质量份数为:橡胶40‑60份、硫化剂3‑5份、乙炔炭黑15‑20份、陶土5‑8份、补强剂1‑3份、活性剂3‑5份、二辛酯8‑12份、防老剂1‑3份、促进剂3‑5份、荧光剂5‑15份。本发明所得到的一种具有荧光效果的鞋底,使得整个鞋底具有一定的荧光效果。同时大部分的荧光剂设置在鞋底,在走路过程中,基本会有一个或大半个鞋底处于朝后状态,即对后方具有荧光效果;而当站立过程中,则不会产生很强的荧光效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底制造技术领域,尤其是一种具有荧光效果的鞋底。
背景技术
现有的鞋子都不具有荧光效果,在使用过程中,尤其是在没有路灯的道路上行走,车辆无法看清是否有人在行走,容易发生事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能在夜间发出亮光的具有荧光效果的鞋底。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种具有荧光效果的鞋底,它包括橡胶、硫化剂、乙炔炭黑、陶土、补强剂、活性剂、二辛酯、防老剂、促进剂、荧光剂;其中各组分的质量份数为:橡胶40-60份、硫化剂3-5份、乙炔炭黑15-20份、陶土5-8份、补强剂1-3份、活性剂3-5份、二辛酯8-12份、防老剂1-3份、促进剂3-5份、荧光剂5-15份。
荧光剂用量的50%均匀分布在鞋底内部;另外的50%的荧光剂分布在鞋底的底面上。
本发明所得到的一种具有荧光效果的鞋底,使得整个鞋底具有一定的荧光效果。同时大部分的荧光剂设置在鞋底,在走路过程中,基本会有一个或大半个鞋底处于朝后状态,即对后方具有荧光效果;而当站立过程中,则不会产生很强的荧光效果。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种具有荧光效果的鞋底,它包括橡胶、硫化剂、乙炔炭黑、陶土、补强剂、活性剂、二辛酯、防老剂、促进剂、荧光剂;其中各组分的质量份数为:橡胶40份、硫化剂3份、乙炔炭黑15份、陶土5份、补强剂1份、活性剂3份、二辛酯8份、防老剂1份、促进剂3份、荧光剂5份。荧光剂用量的50%均匀分布在鞋底内部;另外的50%的荧光剂分布在鞋底的底面上。
实施例2:

本实施例描述的一种具有荧光效果的鞋底,它包括橡胶、硫化剂、乙炔炭黑、陶土、补强剂、活性剂、二辛酯、防老剂、促进剂、荧光剂;其中各组分的质量份数为:橡胶50份、硫化剂4份、乙炔炭黑18份、陶土6份、补强剂2份、活性剂4份、二辛酯10份、防老剂2份、促进剂4份、荧光剂10份。荧光剂用量的50%均匀分布在鞋底内部;另外的50%的荧光剂分布在鞋底的底面上。

1.一种具有荧光效果的鞋底,其特征是:它包括橡胶、硫化剂、乙炔炭黑、陶土、补强剂、活性剂、二辛酯、防老剂、促进剂、荧光剂;其中各组分的质量份数为:橡胶40-60份、硫化剂3-5份、乙炔炭黑15-20份、陶土5-8份、补强剂1-3份、活性剂3-5份、二辛酯8-12份、防老剂1-3份、促进剂3-5份、荧光剂5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有荧光效果的鞋底,其特征是:荧光剂用量的50%均匀分布在鞋底内部;另外的50%的荧光剂分布在鞋底的底面上。
