背景技术
水稻二化螟、稻飞虱、纹枯病是水稻为害性强、发生率高、防治次数多、发生面积广且同时发生的主要病虫害,一般农民从水稻播种到水稻收获需防治病虫害3~4次,尤其在水稻分蘖期、抽穗期是二化螟、稻飞虱和纹枯病综合防治主要时期,防治时常用多种药剂混合使用或多次重复施药才能达到防治目的。
不同农药品种的混配,是防治农业病虫害、扩大防治范围的常见方法。通过农药科学组合,筛选出合理的配方,可有效提高实际防治效果,扩大防治范围,减轻劳动强度,是病虫害综合治理的重要手段。
氯虫苯甲酰胺(chlorantraniliprole),化学名称:3-溴-N-[4-氯-2-甲基-6-[(甲氨基甲酰基)苯]-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-1-氢-吡啶-5-甲酰胺,属邻甲酰氨基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂。主要是激活兰尼碱受体,释放平滑肌和横纹肌细胞内贮存的钙离子,引起肌肉调节衰弱,麻痹,直至最后害虫死亡。具有内吸传导作用,能通过根、茎吸收传导,对水稻二化螟等钻蛀性隐蔽害虫具有较好防治作用。
噻虫嗪(thiamethoxam),化学名称:(RS)-1-甲基-2-硝基-3-(四氢-3-呋喃甲基)胍,属烟碱类杀虫剂。具有内吸传导作用,是通过脊柱神经传递和触杀胃毒作用的系统性杀虫剂,可以快速被植物吸收广泛散布,对烟碱乙酰胆碱受体有兴奋作用,对刺吸式口器害虫有突出防效。
嘧菌酯(azoxystrobin),化学名称:(E)-2-{2-[6(2-氰基苯氧基)嘧啶-4-基氧]苯基}-3-甲氧基丙烯酸酯,线粒体呼吸抑制剂,即通过在细胞色素Bcl向细胞色素C的电子转移,从而抑制线粒体的呼吸。对14-脱甲基化酶抑制剂、苯甲酰胺类、二羧酰胺类和苯并咪唑类产生抗性的菌株有效。具有保护、铲除、渗透、内吸活性。抑制孢子萌发和菌丝生长并一直产孢。
本发明人对氯虫苯甲酰胺、噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯组合应用深入研究,发现氯虫苯甲酰胺、噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯进行混配制备成颗粒剂,一次性使用能达到水稻二化螟、稻飞虱和纹枯病常发性病虫害综合防治目的。经进一步研究,完成了本发明。

本发明的目的在于提供一种水稻病虫害防治药剂,该农药可同时防治水稻二化螟、稻飞虱和纹枯病,扩大防治范围,降低劳动强度,节省农药加工及流动成本。

为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步详述,实施例中所提及的内容并非对本发明的限定,制备方法中温度、时间等工艺条件的选择可因地制宜而对结果并无实质性影响。
本发明的基本方案:一种水稻病虫害防治药剂,有效成分为氯虫苯甲酰胺、噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯,其余为农药助剂。氯虫苯甲酰胺、噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的质量份数比为1~20:1~20:1~40,氯虫苯甲酰胺、噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯质量总和在农药组合物中的质量百分比为0.1%~60%。
实施例1:5%氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫嗪·嘧菌酯颗粒剂
按重量计有效成分氯虫苯甲酰胺0.5%,噻虫嗪0.5%,嘧菌酯4%,轻钙5%,尿素3%,木质素2%,聚乙烯醇0.5%,工业明胶2%,高岭土至100%。把上述材料投在密闭的调配釜中混合均匀,包膜法造粒,在110℃~120℃条件下干燥至颗粒含水量小于3%,筛分,粒度范围2000μm~4000μm,经检验合格后,即得到所需的颗粒剂;粉末筛分物经粉碎后返回至搅拌罐重新混合,不合格品经检验分析原因后返回至搅拌罐重新混合,混合采用分步法,组分含量较低的原材料先混合分散助剂或填料再与其它物料混合,以确保产品含量的均匀性,干燥温度在110℃~120℃,严格控制温度的变化及波动。
实施例2:氯虫苯甲酰胺、噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯组合防治水稻病虫害
为了更好的验证本发明的实际应用效果,下面用实例来说明本发明颗粒剂的田间药效试验。
试验时间:2015年9月7日。
试验地点:广东惠州市惠东县稔山稔新村。
试验作用:水稻(粤香占),抛秧后10天,分蘖期。
试验方法:于二化螟、稻飞虱、纹枯病发生初期施药,200克/升氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂与25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂、25%嘧菌酯水分散粒剂混合兑水喷雾,5%氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫嗪·嘧菌酯颗粒剂撒施。

由表1可以看出,5%氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫嗪·嘧菌酯颗粒剂防治水稻二化螟、稻飞虱、纹枯病效果优良,扩大防治谱,提高防治效果,省时省工。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水稻病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于,各组分质量百分比为:氯虫苯甲酰胺0.1%~60%,噻虫嗪0.1%~60%,嘧菌酯0.1%~60%,轻钙1%~10%,尿素0.5%~5%,木质素0.5%~5%,聚乙烯醇0.1%~2%,工业明胶0.5%~5%,高岭土至100%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水稻病虫害防治药剂,其特征在于:把各组分投在密闭的调配釜中混合均匀,包膜造粒,筛分,即得到所需的颗粒剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种水稻病虫害防治药剂在防治水稻二化螟、稻飞虱、纹枯病中的应用。
