Abstract
本发明公开了一种复配除草组合物,该除草组合物的有效成分为麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯的重量比为0.5~5:1~15:1~30,此外该复配除草组合物中还含有分散剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、填料、溶剂等助剂,复配除草组合物的剂型可为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水分散颗粒剂和乳油。本发明的复配除草组合物较单剂的除草效果显著提高,可用于同时防除小麦田的阔叶杂草、莎草和禾本科杂草,不仅可以扩大杀草谱,增加防效,延缓杂草抗性,还可以减少麦草畏的用量,降低使用成本,提高对小麦的安全性。

本发明属于农药技术领域,尤其是除草剂领域,具体地说,涉及一种含有麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三种活性成分的复配除草组合物,该除草组合物可应用于小麦田除草。
背景技术
小麦是我国的主要粮食作物,小麦田里长草非常的常见,很多农民担心杂草影响小麦的产量,近年来,随着小麦种植面积的不断扩大,草害也日渐扩大,为了减小草害所造成的经济损失,确保小麦的生长更加稳定,减轻劳动强度,同时也因为化学除草方便、速效、控制时间长,化学除草已逐渐为人们所接受。
近年来,随着除草剂品种的增多及化学防除技术在农业生产中的广泛推广,化学除草已广泛应用于小麦生长的各个时期,但由于选用药不恰当,防治效果不理想或产生药害等现象屡屡发生,药农就需要选择一种高活性、杀草范围宽且对作物高度安全的除草剂。合理选择除草剂不但会降低农民朋友的劳动强度、缩短劳动时间,而且还会降低耕种成本,达到增产的目的。
麦草畏,化学名为3,6-二氯-2-甲氧基苯甲酸,商品名百草敌、麦草威,是一种具有选择性和内吸传导性的生长素类苗后除草剂,由美国维尔斯科尔化学公司于1961年创制,1963年在加拿大取得登记,1967年首次作为除草剂报道并取得美国登记。麦草畏属安息香酸系列除草剂,作用机理属于激素型除草剂,杂草中毒症状与生长素物质的作用症状相似,对一年生和多年生阔叶杂草有显著防效,用于小麦、玉米、谷子、水稻等禾本科作物比较安全,用于防除猪殃殃、荞麦蔓、藜、牛繁缕、大巢菜、播娘莴、苍耳、薄朔草、田旋花、刺儿菜、问荆、鲤肠等,苗后喷雾,药剂通过杂草的茎、叶、根吸收,通过韧皮部及木质部上下传导,阻碍植物激素的正常活动,从而使其死亡。
二甲四氯,化学名称:2-甲基-4-氯苯氧基乙酸,属于苯氧乙酸类选择性内吸传导激素型除草剂,可从茎、叶进入植物体内,降解缓慢,故可积累一定浓度,从而干扰植物体内激素平衡,破坏核酸与蛋白质代谢,故而破坏植物的输导组织,使杂草生长发育受到干扰,茎叶扭曲,茎基部膨大变粗或者开裂,杂草受药后出现激素型中毒症状。二甲四氯在小麦地杂草的防治中使用的非常广泛,其杀草范围广,除草效果迅速,通常在施药后2-3天杂草扭曲变形,部分茎叶变红,7-15天死亡,可以有效防除小麦田中的猪秧秧、大巢菜、荠菜等阔叶杂草及萌芽期禾本科杂草。
唑啉草酯属新苯基吡唑啉类除草剂,具有内吸传导性,作用机理为乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)抑制剂,造成脂肪酸合成受阻,使细胞生长分裂停止,细胞膜含脂结构被破坏,导致杂草死亡。唑啉草酯是小麦田常用的除草剂,属于苗后禾本科茎叶除草剂,对防除如看麦娘、日本看麦娘、鼠尾草、野燕麦、黑麦草、早熟禾、狗尾草等禾本科杂草特别有效。
麦草畏具有杀草力强、药效迅速、用量少、持效适中、经济效益高等特点,但其杀草谱较窄,仅对阔叶杂草有防效,且价格较高;与之相比,二甲四氯的亩成本低,杀草谱较广,可防除大多数一年生及多年生阔叶杂草和莎草,对多种4-8叶高龄阔叶草也有较好效果。但是,小麦田杂草以禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草为主,仅麦草畏和二甲四氯复配的除草剂总体防效较低,而唑啉草酯对禾本科杂草防效优异。为了全方面保护小麦免受杂草危害,将几种除草剂复配以同时防除小麦田的阔叶杂草、莎草和禾本科杂草具有重要的现实意义。以麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯为有效成分的复配除草组合物不仅可以扩大杀草谱,增加防效,延缓杂草抗性,还可以减少麦草畏的用量,降低使用成本,提高对小麦的安全性。
发明内容
解决的技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种含麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯的复配除草组合物,用于同时防除小麦田的阔叶杂草、莎草和禾本科杂草,不仅可以扩大杀草谱,增加防效,延缓杂草抗性,还可以减少麦草畏的用量,降低使用成本,提高对小麦的安全性。
技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种复配除草组合物,其有效成分为麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯,有效成分的重量比为0.5~5:1~15:1~30,优选为1~3:3~10:5~20,最优选为2:5:13。
麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者在复配除草组合物中的质量百分含量为10~80%,更加优选的质量百分含量为20~60%。
为改善制剂的理化性质,提高防治效果,降低对人、畜的危害性,在加工各种制剂时,需要分别加入一些助剂,本发明的复配除草组合物中,除了麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三个有效成分外,还可以添加农药制剂上允许的分散剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、填料、溶剂等助剂中的两种以上的组合物。
本发明所述的分散剂选自烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚、木质素磺酸盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、辛基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐、聚羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠等中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸盐、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺盐、苄基二甲基酚聚氧乙基醚、苯基酚聚氧乙基醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚、苯乙基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、双苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
本发明所述的湿润剂为含皂素的皂角粉、茶子饼粉、含木质素的亚硫酸纸浆废液、聚氧乙烯基烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯基烷基醚、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、烷基萘甲醛缩合物中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的防冻剂为甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、异丁醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、丙三醇中的一种。
本发明所述的增稠剂为聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、甲基纤维素、黄原胶、明胶、羟甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝、三聚磷酸钠、丙烯酸钠、酚醛树脂中的一种。

本发明所述的填料可以是陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、活性白土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、淀粉、石膏、轻质碳酸钙中的一种或多种。
根据不同的环境条件或使用需要,本发明所述除草剂组合物可以通过目前常规的农药生产方式,制备成农业上允许的任意剂型,优选加工成可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水分散颗粒剂、乳油等。本发明除草组合物最佳剂型是可湿性粉剂。施用该组合物可采用公知方法进行稀释后喷施。
作为上述技术方案的优选,该复配除草组合物以麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯为有效成分,通过以下方法制备:
取麦草畏2%,二甲四氯5%,唑啉草酯13%,木质素磺酸钠5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%,高岭土加至100%重量份,先将上述原料进行预混合,再加入配有冷冻干燥机的超微气流粉碎机中进行超微粉碎至颗粒粒径为5-10微米,即得复配除草组合物,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者的质量百分含量为20%,复配除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂。
作为上述技术方案的优选,该复配除草组合物以麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯为有效成分,通过以下方法制备:

有益效果
本发明所述的复配除草组合物可在小麦田除草中应用,可以有效地防除小麦田中的各种阔叶杂草、莎草和禾本科杂草。
本发明的除草组合物具有以下优点:
1、除草谱广。麦草畏主要用于防除阔叶杂草,杀草谱较窄,单独使用不能完全有效地控制小麦田杂草的发生,在使用上受到一定限制,二甲四氯可防除大多数一年生及多年生阔叶杂草和莎草,对多种4-8叶高龄阔叶杂草也有较好效果,而唑啉草酯对禾本科杂草防效优异,以麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者为有效成分的复配除草组合物可同时防除小麦田的各种阔叶杂草、莎草和禾本科杂草。
2、增效作用明显,除草活性高。本发明提供的复配除草组合物,在一定配比范围内其联合作用表现出明显的增效作用,除草效果比单剂有了明显提高,极大地提高了杀草活性,杀草速度快。
3、降低使用成本,安全性高。麦草畏的价格较高,而本发明的复配除草组合物可以减少麦草畏的用量,降低使用成本,还可提高对小麦的安全性。
4、延缓杂草抗性。本发明的复配除草组合物含有麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三个有效成分,可延缓或克服小麦田杂草抗药性的产生,延长了药剂的使用寿命,有利于农业综合治理。

实施例1
取麦草畏2%,二甲四氯5%,唑啉草酯13%,木质素磺酸钠5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%,高岭土加至100%重量份,先将上述原料进行预混合,再加入配有冷冻干燥机的超微气流粉碎机进行超微粉碎至颗粒粒径为5-10微米,即得复配除草组合物,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者的质量百分含量为20%,复配除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂。
实施例2
取麦草畏1%,二甲四氯10%,唑啉草酯19%,木质素磺酸钙3%,十二烷基硫酸钠5%,硅藻土加至100%重量份,先将上述原料进行预混合,再加入配有冷冻干燥机的超微气流粉碎机进行超微粉碎至颗粒粒径为5-10微米,即得复配除草组合物,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者的质量百分含量为30%,复配除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂。
实施例3
取麦草畏5%,二甲四氯15%,唑啉草酯30%,木质素磺酸钠8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4%,黄原胶5%,乙二醇2%,加水至100%重量份,将上述物质按水、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、麦草畏、二甲四氯、唑啉草酯的顺序加入研磨机中研磨4小时,再加入黄原胶、乙二醇研磨30分钟,即得复配除草组合物,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者的质量百分含量为50%,复配除草组合物的剂型为悬浮剂。
实施例4
取麦草畏5%,二甲四氯25%,唑啉草酯30%,木质素磺酸钠7%,十二烷基硫酸钠4%,明胶3%,丙二醇2%,水加至100%重量份,将上述物质按水、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、麦草畏、二甲四氯、唑啉草酯的顺序加入研磨机中研磨4小时,再加入明胶、丙二醇研磨30分钟,即得复配除草组合物,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者的质量百分含量为60%,复配除草组合物的剂型为悬浮剂。
实施例5
取麦草畏1%,二甲四氯3%,唑啉草酯6%,木质素磺酸钠7%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,硫酸铵5%,糊精2%,白炭黑补足100%,将上述物质充分混合后,用气流粉碎机粉碎至制剂粒径达5-10微米,再用挤压造粒机进行造粒,即得复配除草组合物,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者的质量百分含量为10%,复配除草组合物的剂型为水分散颗粒剂。

注:以上“%”均为重量百分含量。
实施例7
田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1~6的6种三元复配除草组合物。
对照药剂:48%麦草畏水剂(市售),13%二甲四氯钠盐水剂(市售),5%唑啉草酯乳油(市售)。
供试作物:小麦,小麦苗为2~5叶期,长势良好,植株健壮,无其他病虫害。
防除对象:阔叶杂草、莎草和禾本科杂草。
试验方法:试验共9个处理,每个处理三个重复,小区随机排列,小区面积100m2。进行一次茎叶喷雾,药后30天分别观察各药剂的防效,记录施药当天和其后一周的天气资料,具体如下:按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,使每种药剂的有效成分的含量相同,并兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷头选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。喷雾时,要注意将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,做到没有漏喷、多喷的现象。另设一个空白对照区,不施药。
施药当天和其后一周的天气晴朗,温度在10℃-25℃之间,在施药后30d观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草效果,防效的测试方法如下:每小区随机取4点,每点调查1/4平方米,在施药前,施药后30天分别记录杂草株数,计算杂草株防效。此外,还要在药后1~30d内观察作物的生长情况,与空白对照区比较,以考察药剂对作物是否有药害。
本发明的实施例制剂除草试验效果见下表:

从表中可以看出,本发明的麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯复配除草组合物弥补了单剂杀草谱窄的缺点,对大部分阔叶杂草、莎草和禾本科杂草具有显著的防效,起到了很好的协同作用,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯与唑啉草酯的重量配比为2:5:13的可湿性粉剂对小麦田阔叶杂草、莎草和禾本科杂草的综合防效为95.3%,效果最为显著,可以很好地控制小麦田的草害。各处理小区内的小麦苗长势良好,未见任何药斑,说明各种药剂对小麦均安全。

1.一种复配除草组合物,其特征在于,该复配除草组合物以麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯为有效成分,通过以下方法制备:
取麦草畏2%,二甲四氯5%,唑啉草酯13%,木质素磺酸钠5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6%,高岭土加至100%重量份,先将上述原料进行预混合,再加入配有冷冻干燥机的超微气流粉碎机中进行超微粉碎至颗粒粒径为5-10微米,即得复配除草组合物,其中麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯三者的质量百分含量为20%,复配除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂。
2.一种复配除草组合物,其特征在于,该复配除草组合物以麦草畏、二甲四氯和唑啉草酯为有效成分,通过以下方法制备:
