技术领域
本发明涉及织物的印花染料,尤其涉及一种三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
涂料印花是使用高分子化合物作为粘合剂,把颜料机械的粘附于织物上,经后期处理获得有一定弹性、耐磨、耐手搓、耐褶皱的透明树脂花纹的印花方法,涂料骨着在纤维上的机理同其他染料固着在纤维上的机理不同,它是靠粘合剂在织物上形成监牢、无色透明的膜,将涂料机械地覆盖在织物上,因此,用涂料印花适用于大多数纤维,且工艺简单,印制效果较好。
三向织物是由相互相交角度为60°的三系统纱线织成的织物,它具有较好的结构稳定性和各向相同的力学性质,在航空(如飞机翼布、气球外罩)、医疗绷带、塑料增强用织物等方面具有特殊的用途。但也正是由于三向织物其结构上的特殊性,由三系统纱线交错而成,三种角度的纱线导致了对织物的涂料印花存在了一定的困难,具有印花不均,容易产生印位相错的现象的问题。
因此,需要提供一种能够解决上述问题的适用于三向织物涂料印花的印花色浆来解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种印花效果流畅,无异位错位现象、上色深度适宜、色牢度好、美观大方的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:首先以质量计算准备活性染料5%-12%、阳离子染料6-18%、纳米材料4-7%、填料1-4%、分散剂2-4%、甲壳质5-9%、聚丙烯酸多元酯类4-6%、染色增深剂4-6%、织物粘合剂6-9%、合成增稠剂1-4%、抗皱整理剂1-2%、织物表面涂层剂0.3-0.7%、pH调节剂0.2-3%、余量的水;
(2)将所需的活性染料、阳离子染料、分散剂、填料、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至60-70℃后保温15-30min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的纳米材料、甲壳质、聚丙烯酸多元酯类、染色增深剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至80-90℃加入织物粘合剂、合成增稠剂、抗皱整理剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温18-25min后降温至室温加入织物表面涂层剂、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得涂料印花色浆组合物。

一种三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:首先以质量计算准备活性染料5%、阳离子染料6%、纳米材料4%、填料1%、分散剂2%、甲壳质5%、聚丙烯酸多元酯类4%、染色增深剂4%、织物粘合剂6%、合成增稠剂1%、抗皱整理剂1%、织物表面涂层剂0.3%、pH调节剂0.2%、余量的水;
(2)将所需的活性染料、阳离子染料、分散剂、填料、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至60℃后保温15min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的纳米材料、甲壳质、聚丙烯酸多元酯类、染色增深剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至80℃加入织物粘合剂、合成增稠剂、抗皱整理剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温18min后降温至室温加入织物表面涂层剂、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得涂料印花色浆组合物。

(3)将所需的纳米材料、甲壳质、聚丙烯酸多元酯类、染色增深剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。

(3)将所需的纳米材料、甲壳质、聚丙烯酸多元酯类、染色增深剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至86℃加入织物粘合剂、合成增稠剂、抗皱整理剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温23min后降温至室温加入织物表面涂层剂、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得涂料印花色浆组合物。
其中,所述阳离子染料为共轭型阳离子染料,纳米材料为纳米钴镍络合物,填料为高岭土与钛白粉质量比为3:1的混合物,分散剂为螯合分散剂,染色增深剂为壳聚糖与柠檬酸质量比为1:4的混合物,织物粘合剂为改性高密度聚乙烯粘合剂,合成增稠剂为碱溶性增稠剂,抗皱整理剂为带有巯基基团的有机硅化合物,织物表面涂层剂为丙烯酸酯聚合物与聚氯乙烯质量比为1:3的混合物。
取上述实施例1-3制备而成的印花色浆组合物对三向织物进行涂料印花处理,并取市售同类型印花色浆进行对照的涂料印花试验,取完成涂料印花得到的三向织物成品各20cm×20cm,采用ISO105C06:1994+Corl:2002的方法,25℃条件下,机洗自然晾干,测试耐水洗等级,测试结果如下表所示:
从上表数据可看出,采用实施例1-3所制成的涂料印花色浆组合物对三向织物进行涂料印花的成品,较现有技术相比,具有明显的耐水洗优势,且印花效果流畅,上色深度适宜、不易褪色,无异位错位现象、色牢度好。
应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)原料的准备:首先以质量计算准备活性染料5%-12%、阳离子染料6-18%、纳米材料4-7%、填料1-4%、分散剂2-4%、甲壳质5-9%、聚丙烯酸多元酯类4-6%、染色增深剂4-6%、织物粘合剂6-9%、合成增稠剂1-4%、抗皱整理剂1-2%、织物表面涂层剂0.3-0.7%、pH调节剂0.2-3%、余量的水;
(2)将所需的活性染料、阳离子染料、分散剂、填料、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至60-70℃后保温15-30min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的纳米材料、甲壳质、聚丙烯酸多元酯类、染色增深剂、三分之一量的水混合均匀,室温下形成均一的混合溶液B。
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至80-90℃加入织物粘合剂、合成增稠剂、抗皱整理剂以及余量的水,搅拌均匀保温18-25min后降温至室温加入织物表面涂层剂、pH调节剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液即得涂料印花色浆组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述阳离子染料为共轭型阳离子染料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米材料为纳米钴镍络合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述填料为高岭土与钛白粉质量比为3:1的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为螯合分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述染色增深剂为壳聚糖与柠檬酸质量比为1:4的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述织物粘合剂为改性高密度聚乙烯粘合剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述合成增稠剂为碱溶性增稠剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗皱整理剂为带有环氧基基团或巯基基团的有机硅化合物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物涂料印花色浆组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述织物表面涂层剂为丙烯酸酯聚合物与聚氯乙烯质量比为1:3的混合物。
