技术领域
本发明涉及吸收性产品如尿布、卫生巾、卫生护垫、失禁防护物(incontinenceprotector)、卫生棉等,其包含含有微生物抑制组分的表层。
发明背景
泌尿生殖区是具有水分、脂肪和微生物的微妙平衡的敏感区域,其很容易受到干扰并且可引起不适。例如,平衡可受到过度清洗、使用抗生素或抗真菌剂、以及使用会使皮肤和粘膜干燥的吸收性产品干扰。已知向泌尿生殖区施用不同的物质,如益生元、益生菌、皮肤舒缓物质等,可改善泌尿生殖区的平衡和/或防止不适。

氧化锌通常被用作防晒成分。氧化锌具有长期的安全使用历史。其不会刺激并且适应于敏感性皮肤。事实上,氧化锌是皮肤保护剂和抗刺激剂,且广泛用于治疗各种形式的皮炎/皮肤刺激。适宜使用的氧化锌包括符合化学式ZnO的那些无机白色或黄白色粉末。
根据一个实施方案是粉末形式的氧化锌。粉末由于扬尘问题而很难再干燥流程中进行操作。因此,将氧化锌粉末与脂质载体混合的优势在于避免了氧化锌对加工设备和产品的污染。
根据一个实施方案,脂质载体选自石油衍生脂质、合成脂质、动物或植物衍生脂质,并且是脂肪、油、或蜡、或者其混合物的形式。
所述脂质载体可以是矿脂(petrolatum)。矿脂是基于石油的烃(主要是碳数目高于25的)。矿脂的同义词有矿油、白矿脂、软石蜡或者多烃,且常用品牌名凡士林(Vaseline)。矿脂是疏水的并且由于其愈合性质而原本是用作外用软膏。其广泛用作护肤剂,并且常用于化妆品皮肤护理领域。

也可以有微生物抑制组分涂敷于超过两个条带的表层,或者以其它的模式。所述微生物抑制组分也可以涂敷于塑料膜、带子等上,其在使用产品期间接触佩戴者的皮肤(例如经液体可渗透表层)。
实施例
在三种不同的非织物材料上测量了金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌(E.coli)和黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)的细菌生长。所使用的方法是Antibacterial Activity Assessmentof Textile Materials:Parallell Streak Method,AATCC Test Method 147-2004。这是用来确定可扩散抗微生物剂在经处理的纺织材料上的抗细菌活性的方法。
测试材料
1.包含矿脂载体物质和芦荟的非织物。
2.包含矿脂载体物质和氧化锌的非织物。
3.包含矿脂载体物质、氧化锌和芦荟的非织物。
所述非织物是由聚丙烯制成并且具有12.5gsm的表面重量,且该非织物材料的整个表面覆盖有微生物抑制组分。
材料1的微生物抑制组分中芦荟的量为5.5重量百分比,而矿脂的量为94.5重量百分比。材料2的微生物抑制组分中氧化锌的重量百分比为2.5而矿脂为97.5重量百分比。材料3的微生物抑制组分中芦荟的重量百分比为5.5,材料3的微生物抑制组分中氧化锌的重量百分比为2.5,而矿脂的重量百分比为92。
程序
通过将15ml倒入每个标准平底培养皿中而分配灭菌的营养琼脂。在接种前使琼脂紧密胶凝。通过将1.0ml的24培养液转移至包含在试管中的9.0ml灭菌蒸馏水来制备接种物。用适当的搅拌使其混合好。使用4mm的接种环,载入一个环的稀释接种物并转移至灭菌琼脂板的表面(通过做出五道长度60mm、间隔10mm的条纹覆盖标准培养皿的中心部分,不重新填充环)。轻柔地将测试非织物按压横过五道接种物条纹,以确保与琼脂表面的紧密接触。在37摄氏度温育24小时
评估
检验经温育的板:非织物下沿着接种物的条纹生长的中断,和其边沿上的清洁区。使用以下公式沿着非织物各侧上条纹的抑制区的平均宽度:

T=非织物和清洁区的总直径(mm)
D=非织物的直径(mm)
结果–抑制的清洁区的宽度(mm)
材料3的大肠杆菌和黑曲霉的抑制清洁区比材料1或材料2长。材料3上的微生物抑制组分包含矿脂、氧化锌和芦荟。因而,相较于仅有芦荟或仅有氧化锌的材料,当氧化锌和芦荟的组合被涂敷于非织物材料时获得了出乎意料的抑制的提高。

Claims (15)

1.包含液体可渗透表层(10)的吸收性产品如尿布、成人失禁防护物、失禁垫、卫生巾或卫生护垫,其中在至少部分所述表层(10)上涂敷有微生物抑制组分,特征在于所述微生物抑制组分包含脂质载体、芦荟和氧化锌。
2.权利要求1的吸收性产品,其中所述氧化锌是粉末的形式。
3.权利要求1或2的吸收性产品,其中所述脂质载体选自石油衍生脂质、合成脂质、动物或植物衍生脂质,并且是脂肪、油、或蜡或者其混合物的形式。
4.权利要求1-3任一项的吸收性产品,其中所述脂质载体是矿脂。
5.权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性产品,其中所述脂质载体的浓度在80.0-96.0重量百分比之间,氧化锌的浓度为1.5-10.0重量百分比,以及芦荟的浓度为2.0-10.0重量百分比。
6.权利要求1-5任一项的吸收性产品,其中所述脂质载体的浓度为82.0-92.0重量百分比,氧化锌的浓度为2.5-8.0重量百分比,以及芦荟的浓度为5.5-10.0重量百分比。
7.权利要求1-6任一项的吸收性产品,其中所述微生物抑制组分是氧化锌、芦荟和脂质载体基本上均质的混合物。
8.权利要求1-7任一项的吸收性产品,其中所述微生物抑制组分以间隔的模式涂敷,第一区域涂有微生物抑制组分而第二区域没有微生物抑制组分。
9.权利要求1-8任一项的吸收性产品,其中所述微生物抑制组分覆盖表层总表面积的1-20%。
10.权利要求1-9任一项的吸收性产品,其中所述微生物抑制组分覆盖表层总表面积的1-10%。
11.权利要求1-10任一项的吸收性产品,其中所述微生物抑制组分覆盖表层总表面积的1–5%。
12.权利要求8-11任一项的吸收性产品,其中具有微生物抑制组分的第一区域的模式为至少两个条带(30),一般在所述吸收性产品的纵向方向上彼此平行延伸。
13.权利要求12的吸收性产品,其中具有微生物抑制组分的第一区域的模式为两个条带(30),一般在所述吸收性产品的纵向方向上平行延伸,并且所述两个条带之间在所述产品的横向方向上的距离为至少16mm、或至少18mm。
14.权利要求12或13的吸收性产品,其中每个条带(30)具有1.0–8.0毫米的宽度。
15.权利要求12-14任一项的吸收性产品,其中每个条带(30)具有2.0–5.0毫米的宽度。
