Description

Disposable diaper having a disposable diaper
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper of an unfolded type for use with infants having a body weight of 3000g or less.
Background
The disposable diaper of the unfolded type is brought into contact with the body of the wearer and then fixed to the wearer by fixing a pair of fastening tapes (fixing members) to the front waistline region; these fastening tapes extend from the back waistline region toward the outside in the width direction. Some disposable diapers have an outer sheet integrally secured by a fastening tape. However, this type of disposable diaper does not have a front target tape serving as an inducer of the position where the tape is fixed, and is thus difficult to wear. Also, the following disposable diapers have been proposed: in this disposable diaper, a target printed matter (e.g., a number or a pattern) serving as an inducer of a position where the tape is fixed can be seen through the exterior sheet (for example, see patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
For wearers of various sizes, the target printed matter is generally printed so as to extend to both ends in the width direction of the front waist region. However, for an infant whose body weight is 3000g or less, the user wants to put the disposable diaper on the infant loosely, and easily fix the tape fasteners to both end portions of the front waistline region in accordance with the position of the target printed matter. In this case, a gap is formed in the waist-opening and/or the leg-opening, and there is a problem that leakage of excrement is likely to occur.
The present invention has been made in view of the above conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to suppress leakage of excrement from a disposable diaper of an unfolded type for an infant having a body weight of 3000g or less.
Means for solving the problems
An aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object is a disposable diaper for an infant having a weight of 3000g or less, the disposable diaper having a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, and being an unfolded type disposable diaper including a front waistline region, a crotch region, and a rear waistline region, the disposable diaper comprising: an absorbent body; a pair of fixing members extending from the rear waist region toward an outer side in the width direction; leg stretchable members provided along a pair of leg openings formed by fixing the pair of fixing members to the front waistline region, respectively, and provided further outward in the width direction than the absorber; and an object representing portion that indicates a position at which the pair of fixing members is to be fixed to the front waistline region, the absorber having an overlapping region in the longitudinal direction in which the absorber overlaps with the object representing portion in the thickness direction, a length of the object representing portion in the width direction being equal to or less than a maximum length of the absorber in the width direction within the overlapping region.
Other features of the present invention will become apparent from the description of the specification and the drawings.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, leakage of excrement from an open-type disposable diaper for an infant having a body weight of 3000g or less can be suppressed.

Detailed Description
At least the following matters will be made clear by the description in the present specification and the drawings.
A disposable diaper for an infant having a body weight of 3000g or less, the disposable diaper having a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, and being an unfolded type disposable diaper including a front waistline region, a crotch region, and a rear waistline region, the disposable diaper comprising: an absorbent body; a pair of fixing members extending from the rear waist region toward an outer side in the width direction; leg stretchable members provided along a pair of leg openings formed by fixing the pair of fixing members to the front waistline region, respectively, and provided further outward in the width direction than the absorber; and an object representing portion that indicates a position at which the pair of fixing members is to be fixed to the front waistline region, the absorber having an overlapping region in the longitudinal direction in which the absorber overlaps with the object representing portion in the thickness direction, a length of the object representing portion in the width direction being equal to or less than a maximum length of the absorber in the width direction within the overlapping region.
With this disposable diaper, since the absorber is laminated on the target display portion in the thickness direction, the user can be induced to fix the fixing member to the widthwise central portion of the front waistline region. Fixing the fixing member to the widthwise central portion of the front waistline region makes the waist-opening and the leg-openings small, so that leakage of excrement from each opening can be suppressed. Further, even if the wearer is in an M-shaped posture in which the legs are bent largely in an M-shape when the knees of the wearer reach the abdomen, the legs of the wearer do not come into contact with the fixing member, and the fixing member is prevented from coming off. As a result, leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
In this disposable diaper, a pair of three-dimensional gathers which stand up on the wearer side are provided along the longitudinal direction at both side portions in the width direction, and the rising points of the three-dimensional gathers are located at positions between the ends on the outer side in the width direction of the stretchable region where the corresponding leg hole stretchable member is provided and the ends on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent body.
With this disposable diaper, the rising point of the three-dimensional mace comes into close contact with the wearer together with the absorbent body and the leg stretchable member, which can prevent the rising point from becoming flat. Therefore, the excrement can be blocked by the standing three-dimensional mace, and the leakage of the excrement can be suppressed.
In this disposable diaper, the origin of the three-dimensional gathers is located on the outer end side of the absorbent body in the width direction than the inner end of the stretchable region in the width direction.
With this disposable diaper, the position of the absorbent body is more stable than the position of the leg hole stretchable member that moves together with the legs of the wearer. Therefore, if the rising point of the solid mace is located closer to the absorber side than the leg stretchable member, the rising point of the solid mace is stabilized. As a result, the three-dimensional mace is allowed to stand up well, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
In this disposable diaper, the absorbent body includes an absorbent core and a covering material for the absorbent core, and a length in the width direction from an end of the absorbent core on the outer side in the width direction to an end of an extensible region on the inner side in the width direction of the extensible region where the corresponding leg hole extensible member is provided is equal to or greater than a length in the width direction of the extensible region.
With this disposable diaper, the stretchable region can be prevented from being pulled inward and from becoming flat, and the stretchable region can be brought into close contact with the legs of the wearer. Therefore, the fitting property with the leg of the wearer is improved, so that leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
In the disposable diaper, a surface of one fixing member of the pair of fixing members on one side in the thickness direction and a surface of the other fixing member on the other side in the thickness direction can be fixed to each other with a fixing force of 0.1N/10mm or more.
With this disposable diaper, the fixing member can be fixed at a position closer to the center in the width direction of the front waist region, which enables the waist opening and the leg openings to be smaller. Therefore, if a very small low-weight infant wears a diaper, leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
Disposable diaper having a rough structure
The disposable diaper of the present embodiment is a disposable diaper of an unfolding type for use with infants having a body weight of 3000g (g) or less (hereinafter, referred to as low-body infants), and particularly, is a diaper suitable for use with low-body-weight infants having a body weight of less than 2500g, extremely low-body-weight infants having a body weight of less than 1500g, and ultra-low-body-weight infants having a body weight of less than 1000 g.
Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view of the skin side (inner side) of a wearer of a disposable diaper 1 when the disposable diaper 1 is unfolded and stretched. Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the non-skin side (outer side) of the disposable diaper 1 when the disposable diaper 1 is unfolded and stretched. Fig. 3A to 3C are sectional views of the disposable diaper 1 at a position AA, a position BB and a position CC of fig. 2, respectively. Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view of the disposable diaper 1 when worn. As shown in the drawing, the disposable diaper 1 has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, and the disposable diaper 1 includes: a front waistline region 1a that covers the abdominal side of the wearer; a rear waist region 1c covering a back side portion of the wearer; and a crotch region 1b disposed at a position between the front waistline region 1a and the rear waistline region 1 c.
As shown in fig. 3, the disposable diaper 1 includes an absorbent body 4 positioned between a liquid-permeable topsheet 2 and a liquid-impermeable backsheet 3. The absorbent body 4 includes an absorbent core 41 and a liquid-permeable covering material 42. The absorbent core 41 (composed of a material such as comminuted pulp (pulp) or a super absorbent polymer) extends in the longitudinal direction from the front waist region 1a to the rear waist region 1c, and the absorbent core 41 absorbs and retains excrement. A covering material 42 (e.g., a tissue sheet or a spunbond nonwoven fabric) covers the absorbent core 41. In the present embodiment, the planar shape of the absorbent body 4 is a rectangle, and the planar shape of the absorbent core 41 is an hourglass shape having a narrow central portion in the longitudinal direction. An exterior sheet 5 (for example, nonwoven fabric) is formed on the non-skin side of the back sheet 3, and the exterior sheet 5 constitutes the outer covering of the entire disposable diaper 1. In order to improve the symmetry of the waist of the wearer, it is preferable that stretchable members (for example, a stretchable sheet member and a thread-like stretchable member) stretchable in the width direction are formed in the rear waist region 1c, but not shown in the figure.
In the rear waistline region 1c, a pair of fastening tapes 10 (fastening members) extending to both outer sides in the width direction are provided. As shown in fig. 2, in the front waistline region 1a located on the non-skin-side surface of the outer sheet 5, a target tape 14 having a rectangular planar shape is formed. The base material 11 of the fastening tape 10 includes a hook sheet 12, and the hook sheet 12 is located on the skin-side surface in the thickness direction (i.e., the surface facing the target tape 14 when the fastening tape 10 is folded to the front waistline region 1 a). On the other hand, on the non-skin side surface of the base material 11, an object sheet 13 is provided. The hook sheet 12 (e.g., a sheet having a male member of a hook and loop fastener) can be fixed to the target sheet 13 and the target tape 14 (e.g., a sheet or nonwoven having a female member of a hook and loop fastener) and can be detached from the target sheet 13 and the target tape 14. It should be noted that the fixing tape 10 may be directly fixed to the outer sheet 5 without being fixed to the target tape 14. In addition, the material of the target sheet 13 may be different from that of the target tape 14.
In the front waistline region 1a located on the non-skin-side surface of the back surface film 3, an object representation 15 (for example, a rectangle coated with a color different from that of the surrounding region, a region indicated by oblique lines in fig. 2) is printed, the object representation 15 indicating a position at which the pair of fastening tapes 10 should be fastened in the front waistline region 1 a. The outer sheet 5 and the target tape 14 disposed on the non-skin side of the target representation portion 15 are members through which the target representation portion 15 can be seen from the outside. In the present embodiment, the size of the target tape 14 is larger than the size of the target display portion 15. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The size of the target tape 14 may be equal to the size of the target representing portion 15.
When the disposable diaper 1 is worn, first, the disposable diaper 1 is folded in half in the longitudinal direction while being in contact with the wearer. Then, the pair of fastening tapes 10 and the surrounding area thereof are folded toward the center side in the width direction, and the pair of fastening tapes 10 are fastened to the target tape 14 of the front waistline region 1 a. Then, as shown in fig. 4, a waist opening HB and a pair of leg openings HL are formed.
As shown in fig. 1, in the unfolded and elongated disposable diaper 1, the center portion in the longitudinal direction is narrow, and both side edges in the width direction of the crotch region 1b are curved in an arc shape. When the diaper 1 is worn, the bent portions become a pair of leg-surrounding openings HL. Further, in the disposable diaper 1, leg stretchable members 6 which are stretchable in the longitudinal direction and are positioned on both outer sides in the width direction of the absorbent body 4 are provided along the pair of leg hole openings HL (in the longitudinal direction in the present embodiment). The leg hole stretchable member 6 is fixed between a three-dimensional gather sheet 21 (to be described later) and the back sheet 3 and the outer sheet 5 while being elongated in the longitudinal direction. Thus, when no external force acts on the disposable diaper 1, the leg hole stretchable member 6 contracts, and leg hole gathers commensurate with the leg hole of the wearer are formed at the peripheral edge portion of the leg hole opening HL.
In the present embodiment, the leg hole stretchable member 6 is composed of a stretchable sheet member (for example, a stretchable nonwoven fabric made of a film-like stretchable fiber or a stretchable film made of a molten thermoplastic elastomer resin such as urethane or styrene). However, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the leg hole stretchable member 6 may be constituted by a plurality of thread-like stretchable members (for example, thread-like stretchable fibers made of polyurethane or thread-like natural rubber) arranged at intervals in the width direction.
A pair of three-dimensional gathers 20 rising from the skin side (wearer side) are provided along the longitudinal direction on both side portions in the width direction of the disposable diaper 1 (skin-side surface of the topsheet 2). Each of the three-dimensional gathers 20 includes a three-dimensional gather sheet 21 and a three-dimensional gather stretchable member 22. As shown in fig. 3, the outer end of the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 in the width direction coincides with the outer end of the outer sheet 5 in the width direction. On the other hand, the end 21a of the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 on the center side in the width direction is folded toward the topsheet 2 (non-skin side) to form two layers, and the three-dimensional gather stretchable member 22 (for example, a threaded stretchable member; in the present embodiment, two stretchable members) is provided between the two layers of the three-dimensional gather sheet 21. The three-dimensional gather stretchable member 22 is stretched in the longitudinal direction and fixed to the three-dimensional gather sheet 21.
As shown in fig. 1, the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 is joined to the topsheet 2 at a first joining portion 23 and a second joining portion 24 (e.g., an area coated with a hot melt adhesive). The first joint portions 23 are provided at both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 and the topsheet 2, and are located on the center side in the width direction than the second joint portions 24. In the present embodiment, three first joint portions 23 are arranged side by side in the width direction in each end portion in the longitudinal direction of each three-dimensional gather 20. The second joint portion 24 extends from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 and the topsheet 2. Thus, the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 between the first joining portions 23 located at both ends in the longitudinal direction is caused to rise from the topsheet 2 toward the skin side by the contractive force of the three-dimensional gather stretchable member 22; in this case, the second joint portion 24 serves as a standing point where the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 stands up.
The disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment is used for low-weight infants. Therefore, it is preferable to set the product size as follows: the product size is measured in a state where the product is elongated without wrinkles, specifically, in a state where the size of a member (for example, the exterior sheet 5) constituting the disposable diaper 1 is elongated to be substantially the same as the original size of the member alone. The length of the product in the length direction when the product is elongated in the length direction is in the range of 210mm to 330 mm. More specifically, it is preferred that the length of the product is 310mm for infants weighing less than 2500g, 270mm for infants weighing less than 1500g and 230mm for infants weighing less than 1000 g. The waist size (the circumference of the waist opening HB) is in the range of 160mm to 295 mm. More specifically, it is preferred that the waist size for infants weighing less than 2500g is 273.5mm and the waist size for infants weighing less than 1500g is 220 mm. The waist size is a size in the following state: the tip in the width direction of one of the fastening tapes 10 coincides with the end of the hook sheet 12 of the other fastening tape 10 on the root side in the width direction. That is, when the stretchable member is provided for the waist circumference, the waist size is a size in a state where the product is stretched in the width direction.

Fig. 5A is an explanatory view of a state in which the fastening tape 10 is fixed to the outer side end portion in the width direction of the front waistline region 1a, and fig. 5B is an explanatory view of a state in which the fastening tape 10 is fixed to the center portion in the width direction of the front waistline region 1 a. Fig. 6A and 6B are explanatory views of the posture of a low-weight infant. When a user wants to loosely put on the disposable diaper 1 for a baby having a weight of 3000g or less, the tape fasteners 10 are easily fastened to the outer side end portions in the width direction of the front waistline region 1a as shown in fig. 5A. The circumferential lengths of the waist-opening HB and the leg-opening HL are larger in this case than in the case where the fastening tape 10 is fixed to the central portion in the width direction of the front waist region 1a as shown in fig. 5B. In particular, low weight infants have thinner torso and legs than typical newborn infants, since they are born with a weight below 2500g before fat has not formed on the body. Therefore, as shown in fig. 5A, if the disposable diaper 1 is worn loosely by the baby, a gap is more easily formed in the waist-opening HB and/or the leg-opening HL.
As shown in fig. 6A and 6B, the low-weight infant maintains the following posture (hereinafter, referred to as the positioning posture): the baby assumes a posture in the mother's uterus, that is, the back 30 of the baby is bent circularly in a C-shape, and the legs 31 of the baby are stretched in an M-shape with the knees of the baby bent largely to the abdomen. Therefore, the gap h1 is easily formed between the back 30 and the disposable diaper 1. If the fastening tape 10 is fixed to the widthwise outer side end of the front waistline region 1a (fig. 5A), the leg opening HL faces the widthwise outer side, and the leg gathers are located at the thin portions of the thighs and not at the roots of the thighs. Therefore, the gap is more easily formed. If the low-weight infant is in the positioning posture, the leg hole opening HL facing the outer side in the width direction may be arranged near the central portion in the width direction and pulled toward the abdomen of the infant. In this case, the gap h2 is easily formed between the rear side of the leg portion 31 and the disposable diaper 1. Thus, if a gap is formed between the disposable diaper 1 and the wearer, excrement leaks from the gap.
If the fastening tape 10 is fixed to the outer side end portion in the width direction of the front waistline region 1a, the leg portion 31 of a low-weight infant in the oriented posture may come into contact with the fastening tape 10 as shown in fig. 6B, or this may generate a strong force that acts on the fastening tape 10 and its surrounding region to separate them and roll toward the abdominal side. In this case, it is possible that the fixing tape 10 is detached from the target tape 14, which causes leakage of excrement.
Therefore, the object of the present embodiment is to suppress leakage of excrement from a disposable diaper of the open type for an infant having a body weight of 3000g or less.
The target representation unit 15 is defined as one of two
In the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the absorbent body 4 is provided on the widthwise central side of the leg stretchable member 6, and as shown in fig. 2, the absorbent body 4 has an overlapping region a in the longitudinal direction in which the absorbent body 4 overlaps the target indication section 15 in the thickness direction. The overlap area a is an area indicating a position in the longitudinal direction. One end a1 of the overlap region a coincides with the end 15a of the target indication section 15 on the rear waistline region 1c side in the longitudinal direction, and the other end a2 of the overlap region a coincides with the end 4a of the absorbent body 4 on the front waistline region 1a side in the longitudinal direction. In the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the length L1 in the width direction of the target indication section 15 is smaller than the length L2 in the width direction of the absorbent body 4 in the overlap region a. Since the center position CL in the width direction of the target indication portion 15 is aligned with the center position CL in the width direction of the absorbent body 4, the end 15b of the target indication portion 15 on the outer side in the width direction (the same side in the width direction) is located further to the inner side in the width direction (closer to the center side) than the end 4b of the absorbent body 4 on the outer side in the width direction (the same side in the width direction) in the overlap region a.
Therefore, when the user sees that the target indication portion 15 is housed inside (on the center side) in the width direction of the absorbent body 4 positioned at the center in the width direction, the user is induced to fix the fastening tape 10 to the center in the width direction of the front waistline region 1a (fig. 5B). Therefore, for a low-weight infant for which the user wants to loosely put on a diaper, the fastening tape 10 can be prevented from being fastened to the widthwise outer end of the front waistline region.
By fixing the fastening tape 10 to the widthwise central portion of the front waistline region 1a, the circumferential lengths of the waistline opening HB and the leg opening HL can be made smaller. This suppresses formation of a gap between the wearer and each of the openings HB and HL, so that leakage of excrement can be suppressed. In addition, as shown in fig. 5B, this enables the leg hole opening HL to face forward. That is, compared to fig. 5A, the leg hole opening HL is located closer to the center side in the width direction and can be opened in the thickness direction. Thus, the orientation of the legs of the low weight infant in the positioned position coincides with the orientation of the leg opening HL, and the leg circumference elasticated members 6 extending along the leg opening HL are evenly commensurate with the circumference of the legs of the wearer. Further, the leg hole elastic members 6 are not in proportion to the thin portions of the thighs of the wearer, but in proportion to the roots of the thighs. This suppresses formation of a gap around the leg hole opening HL, so that leakage of excrement from the leg hole opening HL can be suppressed. In addition, if the leg hole stretchable member 6 is commensurate with the root of the thigh and does not easily move along with the thigh, this can stabilize the position of the leg hole stretchable member 6. It can be said that this also suppresses the leakage of excrement.
By fixing the fastening tape 10 to the widthwise central portion of the front waistline region 1a, the leg of the low-weight infant in the aligned posture is not in contact with the fastening tape 10, so that the fastening tape 10 can be prevented from being detached from the target tape 14. As a result, leakage of excrement can be suppressed. Further, since the fixing band 10 is a relatively high rigidity member, if the fixing band 10 is not in contact with the leg of a low-weight baby whose skin is weak, coarsening of the low-weight baby can be prevented.
The fastening tape 10 is fixed to the region of the target tape 14 where the absorbent body 4 overlaps the target tape 14, in accordance with the target indication portion 15 housed on the inner side (on the center side) in the width direction than the absorbent body 4. As a result, the fastening tape 10 receives a force of disengaging and rolling the fastening tape 10 by the relatively high rigidity absorbent body 4 from the leg of the low-weight infant in the positioned posture. Thus, the force applied to disengage and roll the fastening tape 10 is absorbed by the absorbent body 4, which further makes the fastening tape 10 less likely to disengage from the target tape 14.
For low weight infants, it is desirable to avoid contact with the infant's body as much as possible (so-called minimum handling) in order to stabilize breathing or to prevent cerebral hemorrhage. Therefore, if the number of times of changing the disposable diaper 1 for a low-weight infant is reduced by suppressing leakage of excrement from the diaper 1, the burden on the nurse and the mother is reduced, and it is also effective in life support of the low-weight infant.
The length L1 in the width direction of the target indicating section 15 may be equal to the length L2 in the width direction of the absorbent body 4 in the overlap region a. That is, it is sufficient that the length L1 is the length L2 or less and that the end 15b of the target indicating section 15 on the outer side in the width direction may coincide with the end 4b of the absorbent body 4 on the outer side in the width direction (the same side in the width direction) in the overlapping region a. In this case, since the user can also be induced to fix the fastening tape 10 to the widthwise central portion of the front waistline region 1a, the above-described effects can be obtained.
Since the planar shape of the absorbent body 4 of the present embodiment is a rectangle, the length of the absorbent body 4 in the width direction is the same at all positions in the longitudinal direction. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the length in the width direction of the absorbent body 4 may be changed according to the change in the position in the length direction. In this case, the length of the target indication section 15 in the width direction is equal to or less than the maximum length of the absorbent body 4 in the width direction in the overlap region a, so that the fastening tape 10 can be fixed to the central portion in the width direction of the front waistline region 1 a.
In fig. 2, a rectangle printed in a color coated with a color different from that of the surrounding area is used as the target display portion 15. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The target representation 15 may be any printed item such as a number, text, line, pattern, or oval. In this case, the length in the width direction of the target representing portion 15 means the length in the width direction from the outline portion printed at the position closest to one side in the width direction to the outline portion printed at the position closest to the other side in the width direction. Further, the target indicating portion 15 does not have to be printed in the back film 3, and the target indicating portion 15 may be printed in the outer sheet 5 or the target tape 14. Further, it is not necessary to form the target indication part 15 by printing, and a region provided with a material different from that of the surrounding region may be used as the target indication part 15. For example, a target tape 14 having a color different from that of the surrounding area may be used as the target representing portion 15.
Further, the center position CL in the width direction of the target indication portion 15 does not necessarily have to be aligned with the center position CL in the width direction of the absorbent body 4 due to a manufacturing error or the like. In this case, the one-side end 15b of the target indicating portion 15 in the width direction is located further outward in the width direction than the one-side end 4b of the absorbent body 4 in the overlap region a in the width direction. However, even in this case, if the length of the target indication portion 15 in the width direction is set to be equal to or less than the maximum length of the absorbent body 4 in the width direction in the overlap region a, the end 15b of the target indication portion 15 on the other side in the width direction is located inward (closer to the center side) in the width direction than the end 4b of the absorbent body 4 on the other side in the width direction in the overlap region a. Further, the end 15b of the target indication portion 15 on one side in the width direction does not exceed the end 4b of the absorbent body 4 on one side in the width direction. Therefore, the same effects as those described above can be obtained.
Leg-surrounding stretchable member 6
In the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the pair of leg hole stretchable members 6 are provided on both outer sides in the width direction of the absorbent body 4. More specifically, the end 6a of the leg hole stretchable member 6 on the innermost side in the width direction (the innermost center side) is positioned further outward in the width direction than the end 4a of the absorbent body 4 on the outermost side in the width direction. In other words, since the leg hole stretchable member 6 is provided in the sheet members (the three-dimensional gather sheet 21, the back surface film 3, and the outer sheet 5) having lower rigidity than the absorbent body 4, a space is formed between the leg hole stretchable member 6 and the absorbent body 4 to be brought into close contact with the wearer. Thus, a shape like a bubble sleeve (puff sleeve) is formed. Therefore, in view of the absorbent body 4 remaining in close contact with the wearer's body, the leg stretchable members 6 follow the movement of the wearer's legs due to the flexibly movable sheet member located between the stretchable members 6 and the absorbent body 4. Therefore, the wearer easily moves the legs and easily takes a positioned posture (the leg hole opening HL easily faces forward). In other words, even when the wearer is in the positioning posture, the leg hole stretchable member 6 can maintain the following state: fitting into the wearer's legs while suppressing the absorbent body 4 from wrinkling. Therefore, leakage of excrement can be suppressed. Further, since the excrement can be held in the space formed between the absorbent body 4 and the leg stretchable member 6, it can be said that the excrement can be prevented from leaking.
Further, in the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the length in the width direction from the end 41a on the outer side (one side) in the width direction of the absorbent core 41 of the absorbent body 4 to the end 6a on the inner side (on the center side) in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6 (on one side in the width direction) is defined as a length L3. The length L3 is greater than the length L4 in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6. Therefore, the length of the flexibly movable sheet member (e.g., the three-dimensional gather sheet 21) located between the leg hole stretch members 6 and the absorbent core 4a having high rigidity is long, and as described above, the wearer is easily put in a positioned posture. In addition, the leg stretchable member 6 is maintained in a state commensurate with the leg of the wearer. Therefore, leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
Fig. 7 is a view for explaining a state in which a sheet member (for example, a three-dimensional gather sheet 21) positioned between the absorbent core 41 and the leg stretchable member 6 is folded. For the purpose of explanation, components such as the wrapping material 42 of the absorbent body 4, the back film 3, and the outer sheet 5 are omitted in the drawings. With the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as described above, the user is induced to fix the fastening tape 10 to the widthwise central portion of the front waistline region 1a, so as shown in fig. 7, the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 and the like easily enters from the position of the absorbent body 4, particularly, from the position of the widthwise outer end 41a of the absorbent body core 41 having high rigidity toward the widthwise inner side (central side). Therefore, if the length L3 in the width direction from the end 41a of the absorbent core 41 on the outer side in the width direction to the end 6a of the leg hole stretchable member 6 on the inner side in the width direction is smaller than the length L4 in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6, the leg hole stretchable member 6 is pulled inward (non-skin side) and becomes flat. In this case, the leg hole stretchable member 6 having the sheet form cannot come into surface-to-surface contact with the leg of the wearer, thereby decreasing the comport of the leg hole opening HL, which may cause leakage of excrement.
Therefore, as in the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, it is preferable that the length L3 in the width direction from the end 41a on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent core 41 to the end 6a on the inner side in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6 is equal to or less than the length L4 in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7, the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 and the like are folded in a zigzag shape, and the region (stretchable region) where the leg hole stretchable members 6 are provided is held in a planar form (a plane orthogonal to the thickness direction). This allows the leg hole stretchable member 6 to come into surface-to-surface contact with the leg of the wearer, so that the fitting property of the leg hole opening HL can be improved. Thus, leakage of excrement is suppressed.
The planar shape of the absorbent core 41 of the present embodiment is an hourglass shape. Therefore, if the length in the width direction from the end 41a on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent core 41 (the outer end 41a of the narrowed portion) to the end 6a on the inner side in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6 is defined as the length L3, it is sufficient that the length L3 is equal to or less than the length L4 in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6. As shown in fig. 2, the length L5 in the width direction from the outermost end 41a of the absorbent core 41 in the width direction to the inner end 6a of the leg hole stretchable member 6 in the width direction is preferably equal to or less than the length L4 in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6. This further allows the leg hole stretchable member 6 to be surely in surface-to-surface contact with the leg of the wearer.
The leg hole stretchable member 6 does not need to be a stretchable sheet member, and the leg hole stretchable member 6 may be a plurality of thread-like stretchable members arranged in the width direction. This enables the stretchable region provided with a plurality of thread-like stretchable members to be maintained in a planar form. The plurality of thread-like stretchable members (stretchable regions) can be in contact with the legs of the wearer. This can improve the fit of the leg hole opening HL.
In the production line of the disposable diaper 1, the unfolded disposable diaper 1 is folded in the width direction or the length direction. Therefore, it is preferable that the folding position in the width direction is a position where the leg stretchable members 6 are not present. This can prevent the sheet-like leg stretchable member 6 from having a fold, and make the leg stretchable member 6 more likely to come into surface-to-surface contact with the leg of the wearer. If the folded position is the outermost end 4a of the absorbent body 4 in the width direction, the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 and the like are more easily folded in a zigzag shape as shown in fig. 7.
The three-dimensional gather 20
In the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the rising points of the three-dimensional gathers 20 are the ends 24a on the inner side (on the center side) in the width direction of the second joined portion 24 (on one side in the width direction) where the three-dimensional gather sheet 21 is joined to the topsheet 2. The end 24a of the second joining section 24 on the inner side in the width direction is located between the end 6a (on the center side) on the inner side in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6 (on one side in the width direction) and the end 4a on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent body 4. In other words, the rising points of the three-dimensional gathers 20 are provided between the absorbent body 4 to be brought into close contact with the wearer's body and the leg stretchable members 6 to be brought into close contact with the wearer's legs. This can suppress flattening of the three-dimensional gathers 20, thereby enabling the three-dimensional gathers 20 to block excrement. As a result, leakage of excrement can be suppressed. In particular, if the wearer is a low-weight infant in a positioned posture, it is easy to bring the disposable diaper 1 into close contact with the wearer. In this case, the rising points of the three-dimensional gathers 20 are provided in a flexibly movable sheet member (e.g., the three-dimensional gather sheet 21) located between the absorbent body 4 and the leg stretchable member 6, that is, in a portion that is easily separated from the wearer. This enables the three-dimensional gathers 20 to stand up in the space between the absorbent body 4 and the leg stretchable member 6, and is effective.
Note that the outer end 6b in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6 is most likely to be in close contact with the leg of the wearer. Therefore, if the rising points of the three-dimensional gathers 20 are provided at least between the widthwise outer end 6b of the leg stretchable member 6 (stretchable region) and the widthwise outer end 4a of the absorbent body 4, the same effects as those described above can be obtained.
The leg hole stretchable member 6 to be brought into close contact with the wearer's leg is easily displaced and has lower rigidity than the absorbent body 4 to be brought into close contact with the wearer's body. As shown in fig. 1, in the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the rising point of one three-dimensional gather 20 (on one side in the width direction) (the end 24a on the inner side in the width direction of the second joint section 24) is provided on the side of the end 4a on the outer side in the width direction (on one side in the width direction) of the absorbent body 4 from the end 6a on the inner side in the width direction of one leg hole stretchable member 6 (on one side in the width direction). In other words, the length L6 in the width direction from the rising point 24a of the rising gather 20 to the end 4a on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent body 4 is smaller than the length L7 in the width direction from the rising point 24a of the three-dimensional gather 20 to the end 6a on the inner side in the width direction of the leg stretchable member 6. This stabilizes the position of the rising point 24a of the three-dimensional gather 20, and also causes the three-dimensional gather 20 to rise well. Therefore, leakage of excrement can be more reliably suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the planar shape of the absorbent core 41, which significantly affects the rigidity of the absorbent body 4, is an hourglass shape. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the planar shape of the absorbent core 41 may be a rectangle. In this case, the rising points 24a of the three-dimensional gathers 20 can be provided on the side of the widthwise outer end 41a of the absorbent core 41 with respect to the widthwise inner end 6a of the leg hole stretchable member 6. This can make the position of the rising point 24a of the three-dimensional gather 20 more stable, and this can make the three-dimensional gather 20 rise well.
The fixing band 10 is one of two kinds
Fig. 8 is an explanatory view of a state in which the fastening bands are fastened to each other. As shown in fig. 1, the fixing tape 10 of the present embodiment includes a hook sheet 12 and a target sheet 13 that can be fixed to the hook sheet 12; the hook sheet 12 is disposed on the skin-side surface (the surface facing the target tape 14 when the fastening tape 10 is fixed to the front waistline region 1a), and the target sheet 13 is disposed on the non-skin-side surface. In the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, in the pair of tape fasteners 10, the surface of one side in the thickness direction of the tape fastener 10a (the surface facing outward when the tape fastener 10a is folded to the front waistline region 1a) can be fixed to the surface of the other side in the thickness direction of the tape fastener 10b (the surface facing inward when the tape fastener 10b is folded to the front waistline region 1 a). When the diaper 1 is worn, the hook sheet 12 of one fastening tape 10a is first fixed to the widthwise central portion of the target tape 14, and then the hook sheet 12 of the other fastening tape 10b is fixed to the target sheet 13 of one fastening tape 10 a.
Even if the fastening tapes 10 cannot be fastened to each other, shifting the fastening positions of the fastening tapes 10 in the longitudinal direction enables the fastening tapes 10 to be fastened at positions closer to the center in the width direction of the front waist region 1 a. In this case, however, the leg-surrounding openings HL may form gaps or the absorbent body 4 may wrinkle, so that excrement may leak out. Therefore, as in the present embodiment, if the fastening tapes 10 can be fastened to each other, the waist opening HB and the leg opening HL can be made smaller, so that the absorbent body 4 can be prevented from wrinkling. It is also possible to more surely prevent the leg of the low-weight infant in the positioning posture from coming into contact with the securing band 10. Even when the disposable diaper 1 is worn by a small low-weight infant, leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
In order to maintain the fastening tapes 10 fixed when the disposable diaper 1 is worn, the fixing force between the fastening tapes 10 (the fixing force between the hook sheet 12 and the target sheet 13) is set to 0.1N/10mm or more. On the other hand, if the fixing force is too strong, it is difficult to detach the tape fasteners 10 when the disposable diaper 1 is replaced. Therefore, it is desirable to set the fixing force between the fixing bands 10 to 0.5N/10mm or less. Similarly, the fixing force of the hook sheet 12 and the target tape 14 is desirably 0.1N/10mm or less and 0.5N/10mm or less. Also, the target sheet 13 may be provided only to any one of the fastening tapes 10, so that the material can be reduced. However, if the fixing sheets 13 are provided to the two fixing bands 10, the user can fix the fixing bands 10 without worrying about the order of the fixing bands 10.
Each of the fastening tapes 10 of the present embodiment has a substantially trapezoidal shape, and the length in the longitudinal direction of the distal end portion in the width direction of the fastening tape 10 is shorter than the root portion of the fastening tape 10. Therefore, as shown in fig. 8, the upper fastening tape 10b has a non-overlapping region (hatched region) that does not overlap with the lower fastening tape 10a, and the non-overlapping region can be fastened to the target tape 14. Further, the root portion of the securing band 10b is more likely to receive a force from the leg portion of a low-weight infant in the positioned posture than the tip portion. Also, the fixing force of the fixing tape 10 to the target tape 14 may be greater than the fixing force between the fixing tapes 10. In this case, since the root (oblique line region) of the upper fastening tape 10b is fixed to the target tape 14 by a strong fixing force, the upper fastening tape 10b is made more difficult to detach, which can suppress leakage of excrement. On the other hand, the distal end portion of the upper fastening band 10b is fastened to the lower fastening band 10a with a relatively weak fastening force. Therefore, when the disposable diaper 1 is replaced, the user easily grasps the tip end portion of the tape fastener 10a on the upper side and easily separates the tape fastener 10.
Fig. 9 is an explanatory diagram of a method of measuring the fixing force. The fixing force (N/10mm) between the fixing tapes 10 was measured in the following manner using an automatic graphic Tester (Autograph Tester) AG-Xplus (manufactured by shimadzu corporation) as an example of the tensile strength Tester. First, a sample S1 was prepared, sample S1 being obtained by cutting out a rectangular area including a hook sheet 12 from a fastening tape 10 as a measurement object. Likewise, a sample S2 was prepared, and the sample S2 was obtained by cutting out a rectangular area including the target sheet 13 from the fixed tape 10. Next, samples S1 and S2 were overlapped corresponding to the lengthwise direction and the widthwise direction of the disposable diaper 1, and then the hook sheet 12 of the sample S1 was placed on the target sheet 13 of the sample S2. The samples S1 and S2 were rolled in the width direction of the disposable diaper 1 (the direction in which the fastening tape 10 was peeled off) with a roller of 700g at a speed of 5 mm/min, and the samples S1 and S2 were fixed.
Next, the samples S1 and S2 fixed to each other were placed on a tensile strength tester. More specifically, the sample S2 side is fixed to the inclined surface 50a of the base 50, and the end of the sample S1 is gripped by the moving member 51. The width direction of the disposable diaper 1 is aligned with the inclination direction of the inclined surface 50 a. Then, the moving member 51 was moved upward at a constant moving speed of 300 mm/min relative to the base 50, and the samples S1 and S2 were peeled apart. When the angle formed between the inclined surface 50a and the direction in which the moving member 51 pulls the sample S1 (the direction of the pulling force acting on the sample S1) is 135 degrees, the load value is obtained.
Finally, the obtained load value was converted into a load value in the case where the size of the sample S1 (hook sheet 12) in the longitudinal direction of the disposable diaper 1 was 10 mm; the converted load value is the aforementioned fixing force (N/10 mm). The fixing force of the hook sheet 12 to the target tape 14 can be measured in the same manner.
The above embodiments are intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and the present invention is not to be construed as being limited by these embodiments. Needless to say, various modifications and improvements can be made to the present invention without departing from the gist of the present invention, and equivalents thereof fall within the present invention.
For example, the disposable diaper 1 does not necessarily include the three-dimensional gathers 20. In the disposable diaper 1, the rising points 24a of the three-dimensional gathers 20 may be located on the absorbent body 4 or may be located on the outer side in the width direction than the leg stretchable member 6. In the disposable diaper 1, the rising points 24a of the three-dimensional gathers 20 may be located closer to the leg stretchable member 6 than the absorbent member 4. Further, in the disposable diaper 1, the length in the width direction from the outer end 41a in the width direction of the absorbent core 41 to the inner end 6a in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6 may be smaller than the length in the width direction of the leg hole stretchable member 6. Further, in the disposable diaper 1, the fastening tape 10 does not need to have the fastening sheet 13.
