Abstract
本发明有关于一种吸顶发光二极体灯具,其包含一灯座,其设有一容置槽;一电源模块,其配置于所述容置槽;多个第一灯扣件,其相互间隔地固定于容置槽的底壁,所述第一灯扣件设有一接扣槽;一活动灯具,其可拆卸地组装于灯座的容置槽,且其包含一散热架,散热架外型对应于所述容置槽而可穿入容置槽;及多个第二灯扣件,其相互间隔地固定于所述散热架,且其分别对齐于各所述第一灯扣件,且可拆卸地对应扣接于所述第一灯扣件;其中所述第二灯扣件具有一插接结构,其可对应插设固定于所述接扣槽内。而透过所述第一灯扣件及所述第二灯扣件提供所述活动灯具可以快速地固定于所述灯座上,以及可以便利地拆卸的特征。
Description
技术领域
本发明关于一种吸顶发光二极体灯具,特指一种可于一灯座上简易拆、装的LED照明灯具。
背景技术
随着近年来发光二极管(LED)照明技术的蓬勃发展,白光LED的推出,更开启LED发展作为光源或照明产品的新纪元,也可说是LED最大最具发展潜力的市场。因为LED具有许多的革命性优点,如环保、省电、高效率、使用寿命长、体积小及反应快等。故为解决上述日光灯管的缺点,以及响应环保、节能减碳的要求下,照明领域的业者便积极开发出LED灯管来替代传统的日光灯管,且渐渐普遍被使用于各类照明领域。LED照明技术被看好为21世纪的光源,极有可能替代传统光源,成为主流照明光源。
请配合参看图1及图2所示,其为现有技术中,一种透过一山型吸顶式灯座90以及一可拆、装的活动灯件80所组成的灯具,其架构上于所述山型吸顶式灯座90上设置有一组和槽,且将所述活动灯件80设置于其中。
然而由于所述活动灯件80具有一定程度的重量,因此现有技术中都在所述山型吸顶式灯座90中配置以特殊规格的扣架91以对应固定所述活动灯件80。此类型的扣架91在拆解或组合所述活动灯件80时皆非常的费工,对于一般寻常的使用者来说是非常难以操作的,可谓为一种设计上的缺失。
故综观前所述,本发明的发明人思索并设计一种吸顶发光二极体灯具,以期针对现有技术的缺失加以改善,进而增进产业上的实施利用。
发明内容
有鉴于前述的现有技术的不足点,本发明设计一种具备新颖性、创造性及实用性等专利要件的吸顶发光二极体灯具,以期克服现有技术的难点。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段为设计一种吸顶发光二极体灯具,其包含:一灯座,其为一断面呈山外形的长型金属支架,其凹设有一容置槽,所述容置槽贯穿于所述灯座两端;一电源模块,其对应配置于所述灯座的所述容置槽内;多个第一灯扣件,其相互间隔地固定于所述灯座的所述容置槽的底壁,所述第一灯扣件设有一接扣槽,所述接扣槽垂直于所述容置槽的底壁;一活动灯具,其可拆卸地组装于所述灯座的所述容置槽,且其包含一散热架、一发光二极管灯板、一灯罩及两端板;所述散热架外型对应于所述容置槽而可穿入所述容置槽;所述发光二极管灯板对应固定于所述散热架;所述灯罩外型对应于所述散热架,且可拆卸地固定于所述散热架,且罩设于所述发光二极管灯板的一照明侧;所述端板分别封闭于所述散热架与所述灯罩所共同围成的一管状结构的两端开口,且所述封板设有一个穿线孔及可拆卸密封盖;及多个第二灯扣件,其相互间隔地对应固定于所述散热架,且其分别对齐于各所述第一灯扣件,且可拆卸地对应扣接于所述第一灯扣件;其中所述第二灯扣件具有一插接结构,其可对应插设固定于所述接扣槽内。
优选地,所述容置槽为一断面呈矩形的凹槽。
优选地,所述灯座的两端分别设有一封板,所述封板封闭于所述容置槽的两端,且所述封板与所述端板相互呈现齐平且互相邻靠。
优选地,所述接扣槽由两相对的夹片所形成,且所述两夹片的中段处朝彼此呈现隆起,进而形成一较狭隘的夹扣部;其中所述插接结构设有一隆起段,所述隆起段可于所述插接结构穿入所述接扣槽时,对应卡扣于所述夹扣部。
优选地,所述两夹片具有弹性,为插入式配合。
优选地,所述吸顶发光二极体灯具包含多个安全绳扣,其对应固定于所述散热架。
优选地,所述灯罩为一断面为弧状的可透光塑料挤出型材。
优选地,所述封板的侧壁的壁缘设有第一型配结构,而于所述端板对应于所述封板的侧壁设有第二型配结构,所述第二型配结构与所述第一型配结构的外型相互匹配,所述端板与所述封板彼此做无缝的匹配对接。
优选地,所述灯座包含本体及两侧翼结构;所述本体及所述侧翼结构为铝挤出型材。
优选地,所述本体的两侧壁面分别设有组合槽结构;且所述侧翼结构其与所述本体连接的壁面设有组合块,所述组合块可自端部穿入所述组合槽结构而卡制于其中。
本发明的吸顶发光二极体灯具于设计上,由于在灯座的容置槽底壁上以及所述活动灯具的散热架上分别设有可以透过插接而快速做插接固定的第一灯扣件及第二灯扣件,进而提供了所述活动灯具可以快速地固定于所述灯座,以及可以快速地自所述灯座拆解而下的便利特性,进而得以改善现有技术的中所述类型灯具的组装以及拆解不易的问题,让使用者得到优选的使用便利性,为现有技术所不能及者。

具体实施方式
图3为本发明吸顶发光二极体灯具的爆炸图。而图4为本发明吸顶发光二极体灯具的外观图。请配合参看图3及图4所示,本发明提出一种吸顶发光二极体灯具1,其于一优选的实施方式可包含:一灯座10、一电源模块20、多个第一灯扣件30、一活动灯具40、多个第二灯扣件50及多个安全绳扣60。
前述的灯座10为一断面呈山外形的长型金属支架,其凹设有一贯穿于所述灯座10两端的容置槽11,所述容置槽11或可为一断面呈矩形的凹槽;且所述灯座10的两端分别设有一封板12,所述封板12封闭于所述容置槽11的两端;此外,所述封板12设有一个穿线孔122以及可自所述穿线孔122拆卸下的密封盖123。
前述的电源模块20对应配置于所述灯座10的所述容置槽11内,其可供应照明用的电力。
图5为本发明吸顶发光二极体灯具的局部组件外观剖视图。图6为本发明吸顶发光二极体灯具的局部组件外观剖视图。请配合参看图5及图6所示,前述的第一灯扣件30相互间隔地固定于所述灯座10的所述容置槽11的底壁,所述第一灯扣件30设有一接扣槽31,所述接扣槽31垂直于所述容置槽11的底壁。且所述接扣槽31由两相对的夹片所形成,所述两夹片或可具有弹性,且所述两夹片的中段处朝彼此呈现隆起,进而形成一较狭隘的夹扣部32。
前述的活动灯具40可拆卸地组装于所述灯座10的所述容置槽11,其包含一散热架41、一发光二极管灯板42、一灯罩43及两端板44。
所述散热架41为一外型对应于所述容置槽11的散热金属材所制的铝挤形板材,其可穿入所述容置槽11。所述发光二极管灯板42对应固定于所述散热架41,且其透过电性连接于所述电源模块20而取得照明的电源。前述的灯罩43为一断面为弧状的可透光塑料挤出型材,其外型对应于所述散热架41,且可拆卸地固定于所述散热架41,且罩设于所述发光二极管灯板42的照明侧。所述端板44分别封闭于所述散热架41与所述灯罩43所共同围成的一管状结构的两端开口,且与所述封板12相互呈现齐平且互相邻靠。
前述的第二灯扣件50相互间隔地对应固定于所述散热架41,且其分别对齐于各所述第一灯扣件30,且可拆卸地对应扣接于所述第一灯扣件30;其中所述第二灯扣件50具有一插接结构51,其可对应插设固定于所述接扣槽31内。且其中所述插接结构51上设有一隆起段52,所述隆起段52可于所述插接结构51穿入所述接扣槽31时,对应卡扣于所述夹扣部32,进而为插入式配合,达成便利扣接的对接功效。
前述的安全绳扣60对应固定于所述散热架41,以供安全绳70的穿设。
而如图5所示,其中所述封板12的一侧壁的壁缘可进一步设有一第一型配结构121,而于所述端板44上对应于所述封板12的侧壁可进一步设有一第二型配结构441,所述第二型配结构441与所述第一型配结构121的外型相互匹配,故所述端板44与所述封板12可做彼此无缝的匹配对接。
图7为本发明吸顶发光二极管灯具的局部组件外观分解图。图8为本发明吸顶发光二极管灯具的局部组件端视分解图。请进一步配合参看图7及图8所示,前述的灯座10可进一步包含一本体101及两侧翼结构102;其中所述本体101为一铝挤出型材的三面的长槽结构,且其两侧壁面可进一步设有一组合槽结构1011;而所述侧翼结构102对应连接于所述本体101的两侧,其为铝挤出型材所成的延伸翼片结构;且其与所述本体101连接的壁面可进一步设有一组合块1021,所述组合块1021可自端部穿入所述组合槽结构1011而卡制于其中。
透过本发明的吸顶发光二极体灯具于设计上的巧思变化,由于在灯座10的容置槽11底壁上以及所述活动灯具40的散热架41上分别设有可以透过插接而快速做插接固定的第一灯扣件30及第二灯扣件50,进而提供了所述活动灯具40可以快速地固定于所述灯座10,以及可以快速地自所述灯座10拆解而下的便利特性,进而得以改善现有技术的中所述类型灯具的组装以及拆解不易的问题,让使用者得到优选的使用便利性。
且其中所述灯座10使用铝挤出型材制成,相较于现有技术以钢板折弯制作而言,可以使灯具长度不受限、更平整、散热性提升、外表面优化以及强度更高,而透过无缝对接的接合,让灯具的整体观感更具一体性,能有效提升质感,为现有技术所不能及者,故可见其增益性所在。

1.一种吸顶发光二极体灯具,其特征在于,包含:
灯座,其为断面呈山外形的长型金属支架,其凹设有容置槽,所述容置槽贯穿于所述灯座两端;
电源模块,其对应配置于所述灯座的所述容置槽内;
多个第一灯扣件,其相互间隔地固定于所述灯座的所述容置槽的底壁,所述第一灯扣件设有接扣槽,所述接扣槽垂直于所述容置槽的底壁;
活动灯具,其可拆卸地组装于所述灯座的所述容置槽,且其包含散热架、发光二极管灯板、灯罩及两端板;所述散热架外型对应于所述容置槽而可穿入所述容置槽;所述发光二极管灯板对应固定于所述散热架;所述灯罩外型对应于所述散热架,且可拆卸地固定于所述散热架,且罩设于所述发光二极管灯板的照明侧;所述端板分别封闭于所述散热架与所述灯罩所共同围成的管状结构的两端开口,且所述封板设有一个穿线孔及一个可自所述穿线孔拆卸的密封盖;及
多个第二灯扣件,其相互间隔地对应固定于所述散热架,且其分别对齐于各所述第一灯扣件,且可拆卸地对应扣接于所述第一灯扣件;其中所述第二灯扣件具有插接结构,其可对应插设固定于所述接扣槽内;
所述接扣槽由两相对的夹片所形成,且所述两夹片的中段处朝彼此呈现隆起,进而形成较狭隘的夹扣部;其中所述插接结构设有隆起段,所述隆起段可于所述插接结构穿入所述接扣槽时,对应卡扣于所述夹扣部;
所述灯罩为断面为弧状的可透光塑料挤出型材。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸顶发光二极体灯具,其特征在于,所述容置槽为断面呈矩形的凹槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸顶发光二极体灯具,其特征在于,所述灯座的两端分别设有封板,所述封板封闭于所述容置槽的两端,且所述封板与所述端板相互呈现齐平且互相邻靠。
4.如权利要求1所述的吸顶发光二极体灯具,其特征在于,所述两夹片具有弹性,为插入式配合。
5.如权利要求1所述的吸顶发光二极体灯具,其特征在于,所述吸顶发光二极体灯具包含多个安全绳扣,其对应固定于所述散热架。
6.如权利要求3所述的吸顶发光二极体灯具,其特征在于,所述封板的侧壁的壁缘设有第一型配结构,而于所述端板对应于所述封板的侧壁设有第二型配结构,所述第二型配结构与所述第一型配结构的外型相互匹配,所述端板与所述封板彼此做无缝的匹配对接。
7.如权利要求1所述的吸顶发光二极体灯具,其特征在于,所述灯座包含本体及两侧翼结构;所述本体及所述侧翼结构为铝挤出型材。
8.如权利要求7所述的吸顶发光二极体灯具,其特征在于,所述本体的两侧壁面分别设有组合槽结构;且所述侧翼结构其与所述本体连接的壁面设有组合块,所述组合块可自端部穿入所述组合槽结构而卡制于其中。
