Abstract
一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱,所述烟囱为中空圆柱形双层结构,由内层和外层构成,所述内层与外层之间留有空隙,内层与外层在两端处连接在一起,所述内层为防腐蚀层;所述内层由碳,硅,锰,硫,镁,锌等原料并按一定配比组成。通过将烟囱设置为双层结构并选用特定材料配比制成,使得制得烟囱具有较强的抗酸碱、抗腐蚀性能,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及壁炉技术领域,具体涉及一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱。
背景技术
壁炉是一种在室内靠墙砌的生火取暖的设备。壁炉原本用于西方国家,有装饰作用和实用价值。壁炉基本结构包括:壁炉架和壁炉芯。壁炉架起到装饰作用,壁炉芯起到实用作用。通常壁炉的安装要根据房子本身构造来定,对于现代的壁炉来讲,一般有两种类型,一类是钢结构的壁炉,一般是由工厂批量生产,另一类是砖石壁炉,由手工制作。钢铁壁炉目前较为普遍,其安装方便,安装者只要将这种壁炉直接排放到房间中预留好的位置就可以了,并且这种壁炉不会因为其外表过热而引起附近物体的燃烧。
壁炉因与烟囱相连而显得有些神秘,烟囱是连接外部世界和内部世界的一个通道。烟囱的主要作用是拔火拔烟,排走烟气,改善燃烧条件。壁炉在燃烧时产生的烟气会顺着烟囱向外界流出,现有烟囱主要为圆管式,烟囱外壁温度较高。
烟囱同时是最古老、最重要的防污染装置之一。这种方法作为一种规范的人类实践活动已保留了几千年。人类曾花了很长的时间来改进烟囱。而目前,现有的砖砌烟囱,因其使用不方便,已不能满足现代居民生活的需要。而现有的金属烟囱,多为不锈钢制成,耐酸、抗腐蚀能力差,使用寿命较短,隔热效果差,结构设计不合理,安装使用不方便,不便于烟道布置。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种结构简单、抗酸碱性能好的壁炉烟囱。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱,所述烟囱为中空圆柱形双层结构,由内层和外层构成,所述内层与外层之间留有空隙,内层与外层在两端处连接在一起,所述内层为防腐蚀层;
所述内层由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳1.7%-2.2%,硅1.3%-1.6%,锰0.03%-0.06%,硫0.02%-0.04%,镁0.03%-0.07%,锌0.04%-0.08%,铬0.05%-0.07%,铜0.04%-0.06%,铈0.02%-0.05%,铼0.03%-0.06%,氮化铝0.01%-0.03%,氧化锌0.02%-0.05%,二氧化钛0.02%-0.06%,玻璃纤维0.03-0.07%,镍锌合金粉0.02%-0.05%,刚玉0.06%-0.08%,滑石粉0.02%-0.07%,余量为铁;
在所述内层内壁上涂覆有保护层;
所述保护层由以下重量份的原料组成:
不锈钢粉15-30份,锌6-10份,二氧化锰5-7份,氧化镁3-5份,石墨烯11-13份,氧化锌2-6份,钛白粉4-5份,五氧化二钒5-7份,钨酸铋纳米粉3-5份,泡沫玻璃2-7份,金刚砂3-6份,铝硅氧化物1-3份,方解石2-5份。
通过所述保护层进一步防止烟气中所含有的各种腐蚀性气体、酸性气体或液体对烟囱内层内壁所产生的腐蚀作用。
所述保护层厚度为0.2~0.4mm。
所述外层为普通金属材质。
在所述内层、外层外壁上分别蒸镀防锈层。
所述防锈层由以下重量份的原料组成:
铝17-28份,锌15-25份,碳化镓9-12份,二氧化硅5-7份,氧化铝12-15份,氧化锌5-8份,钛白粉10-12份,氧化锆8-10份。
所述防锈层厚度为0.3mm。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的烟囱相对传统烟囱要轻很多,这有利于烟囱的运输,而且对壁炉的荷重也比较小,这是传统烟囱所不具备的;
(2)烟囱结构简单,安装方便,即使在较高楼层的狭小空间内进行安装工作也是十分简单;
(3)具有良好的气密性和抗酸碱性能,能够具有耐热、保温以及阻力小的作用,利于烟气排出,使用十分的安全;
(4)烟囱的使用寿命长,基本不需要维护,保养成本低,通常有30年以上的使用寿命。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱,所述烟囱为中空圆柱形双层结构,由内层和外层构成,所述内层与外层之间留有空隙,内层与外层在两端处连接在一起,所述内层为防腐蚀层;
所述内层由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳1.7%-2.2%,硅1.3%-1.6%,锰0.03%-0.06%,硫0.02%-0.04%,镁0.03%-0.07%,锌0.04%-0.08%,铬0.05%-0.07%,铜0.04%-0.06%,铈0.02%-0.05%,铼0.03%-0.06%,氮化铝0.01%-0.03%,氧化锌0.02%-0.05%,二氧化钛0.02%-0.06%,玻璃纤维0.03-0.07%,镍锌合金粉0.02%-0.05%,刚玉0.06%-0.08%,滑石粉0.02%-0.07%,余量为铁;
在所述内层内壁上涂覆有保护层;
所述保护层由以下重量份的原料组成:

所述保护层厚度为0.2~0.4mm。

所述内层由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳1.7%-2.2%,硅1.3%-1.6%,锰0.03%-0.06%,硫0.02%-0.04%,镁0.03%-0.07%,锌0.04%-0.08%,铬0.05%-0.07%,铜0.04%-0.06%,铈0.02%-0.05%,铼0.03%-0.06%,氮化铝0.01%-0.03%,氧化锌0.02%-0.05%,二氧化钛0.02%-0.06%,玻璃纤维0.03-0.07%,镍锌合金粉0.02%-0.05%,刚玉0.06%-0.08%,滑石粉0.02%-0.07%,余量为铁。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱,其特征在于:所述内层内壁上涂覆有保护层。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱,其特征在于:所述保护层由以下重量份的原料组成:
不锈钢粉15-30份,锌6-10份,二氧化锰5-7份,氧化镁3-5份,石墨烯11-13份,氧化锌2-6份,钛白粉4-5份,五氧化二钒5-7份,钨酸铋纳米粉3-5份,泡沫玻璃2-7份,金刚砂3-6份,铝硅氧化物1-3份,方解石2-5份。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱,其特征在于:所述保护层厚度为0.2~0.4mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱,其特征在于:所述内层、外层外壁上分别蒸镀防锈层。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种抗酸碱壁炉用烟囱,其特征在于:所述防锈层由以下重量份的原料组成:
