Abstract
本发明提供了一种脑血栓患者的监测预警方法,步骤包括:建立监测预警系统、实时状态监测、监测信息处理、求救信号远程发送以及进行紧急治疗。该监测预警方法采用监测预警系统能够对用户的体征进行实时监测,并进行及时判断争取治疗时间,利用无线收发模块能够实现远程实时信息传输,实现远程告警和求救。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种疾病监测预警方法,尤其是一种针对脑血栓患者的监测预警方法。
背景技术
现如今,全球每年有4000万人死于脑血栓,仅中国就有300万人。因其生活不能自理,丧失劳动能力的病人已突破2000万人,脑血栓已成为人类死亡病因的最高杀手,是致残率最高的残病之一。
脑血栓形成:即通常所说的脑梗塞(脑血栓),是脑梗死中最常见的类型。由于脑动脉的主干或其皮层支因动脉粥样硬化及各类动脉炎等血管病变,导致血管的管腔狭窄或闭塞,进而发生血栓形成,造成脑局部供血区血流中断,发生脑组织的缺血缺氧,软化坏死。
多发于50岁以上中老痛、头昏、肢体麻木等,约1/4的患者发病前有TIA(短暂性脑缺血发作)史。常在安静休息时发病,不少患者在睡眠中发生,次晨发现不能说话,一侧肢体瘫痪。多数患者意识清楚,神经系统体征视病情而定,多表现为偏瘫、失语。
根据脑血管闭塞的部位和范围,其分为三种:
(1)颈内动脉:最多见,临床表现较复杂,常表现为:①病变对侧肢体有不同
程度的瘫痪及感觉障碍,优势半球损害可有运动性失语;②眼动脉受累可出现同侧单眼一过性失明,同侧霍纳征[典型表现为患侧瞳孔缩小(一般约2mm,瞳孔散大肌麻痹)、眼裂变小(睑板肌麻痹)、眼球轻度内陷(眼眶肌麻痹),可伴患侧面部无汗。];③病变侧颈动脉搏动减弱或消失。
(2)大脑中动脉:较多见,主干闭塞出现对侧偏瘫,偏身感觉障碍、偏盲(即三偏),在优势半球还有失语。
(3)椎基底动脉:常出现眩晕、眼球震颤、复视、构音障碍、吞咽困难、共济失调、交叉瘫等症状。基底动脉主干闭塞时出现四肢瘫、意识障碍、球麻痹,常迅速死亡。
对于该类疾病主要靠病人家属及其他身边人的观察发现,如果发现及时,在超早期(发病后1-6h)进行溶栓治疗(常用药有尿激酶、链激酶)效果较好,一旦得了脑血栓,一定要终生服药预防复发,并且一定要在专业医生的指导下服用药物。
然而,对于脑血栓监测及救治存在下述问题:
(1)发现难:特别是病人独处时难以发现并施救,尤其是夜晚睡觉时;其陪护和监控如果采用人力进行往往成本高昂、不利于实现,对比当下的相关专利,他们提出的各种手环、健康系统及监测方法存在着病症针对性不强,成本高昂等缺点;
(2)诊断时效性不够:对于脑血栓,需要在发现之后的1-6小时内进行溶栓处理,时间拖得越久对病人越是不利,家属发现异常到送达医院再挂号、排队、拍片诊断往往耽误时间较长,不利于急救;
常规进行颅脑CT检查,但多数24h内CT不显示密度变化,MRI(核磁共振):发病数小时后即可显影;腰椎穿刺检查:大面积时脑压可增高;脑血管造影:可显示血栓形成部位、程度及侧支循环;上述几个检查往往需要排较长队伍,耗时久,救治时效性欠佳;
(3)检测和预警难:对于出现了失语和偏瘫状态又没有跌倒的患者,如何进行检测和预警、自救;更是一个难题,这些都是急需解决的问题;
(4)对病人鼓励不够:设备等的亲情人性的一面体现较少,不能有效激发患者的求生、求救意识。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的被动监测方法时效性差,且未实现远程预警功能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种脑血栓患者的监测预警方法,包括如下步骤:

步骤2,实时状态监测,包括体征状态监测和求救信号监测,体征状态监测由摄像头、颈动脉检测仪以及腕部脉搏血压检测仪分别对人体的眼球瞳孔特征、侧颈动脉搏动状态以及腕部的血压脉搏进行体征状态采集,若采集的体征状态信息出现不在阈值范围内的情况,则进入步骤3,求救信号监测由求救按键实时获取用户的求救信号,若获取到求救信号,则进入步骤4,若无异常信息,则继续进行实时状态监测;
步骤3,监测信息处理,由微处理器控制摄像头、颈动脉检测仪以及腕部脉搏血压检测仪再次对体征状态信息进行采集,并再次与设定的阈值进行比较,若仍然出现不在阈值范围内的情况,则由微处理器启动扬声器进行语音提示,同时通过音频采集器实时采集音频信号,若语音识别为呻吟信息或求救语音信息,则进入步骤4;
步骤4,求救信号远程发送,由微处理器控制无线收发模块进行远程求救信号发送,并在求救信号发送后,由微处理器控制扬声器和音频采集器与用户进行人机交流,若未接收到用户的应答信号,则进入步骤5;
步骤5,进行紧急治疗,由微处理器根据设定的用户病况信息进行对应治疗,若用户病况为潜在脑血栓用户,则由微处理器控制微波电极对人体进行放电刺激,并在放电刺激后仍然未接收到应答信号时由微处理器控制电子注射器进行溶栓药物注射,若用户病况为多发性脑血栓用户,则由微处理器控制电子注射器进行溶栓药物注射。
采用监测预警系统能够对用户的体征进行实时监测,并进行及时判断争取治疗时间;采用无线收发模块能够实现远程实时信息传输,实现远程告警和求救;采用微处理器根据设定的用户病况信息进行对应治疗,为相应用户实现合理的及时治疗措施。
作为本发明的进一步限定方案,步骤2中,进行体征状态监测时,微处理器将采集的体征状态信息通过无线收发模块上传至远程网络终端进行存储,并由微处理器定期对近期存储的体征状态信息进行分析,获得体征状态信息的稳定状态,若趋于增长趋势,则控制无线收发模块进行远程预警信号发送。采用大数据进行体征状态信息的稳定状态分析,能够实现用户的合理预警。
作为本发明的进一步限定方案,摄像头上设有用于刺激瞳孔的闪光灯,闪光灯与微处理器相连。采用闪光灯能够刺激瞳孔收缩,确保监测的可靠性。
作为本发明的进一步限定方案,摄像头为红外摄像头,并通过帽子设置在人体头部。采用红外摄像头能够方便夜间实时监测。
作为本发明的进一步限定方案,步骤1中,监测预警系统还包括一个与微处理器相连的服药按钮,步骤2中,实时状态监测还包括服药监测,服药监测由微处理器定时控制扬声器进行服药语音提示,并由微处理器接收服药按钮的状态信息,若服药按钮被按下,则微处理器启动摄像头进行视频采集并进行计时,并在服药按钮恢复后结束视频采集和计时,若计时超过服药时间阈值,则通过无线收发模块进行远程警报发送,若计时未超过服药时间阈值,则将采集的视频通过无线收发模块上传至远程网络终端进行存储。采用实时的服药监测能够对用户的服药进行远程监控。
本发明的有益效果在于:(1)采用监测预警系统能够对用户的体征进行实时监测,并进行及时判断争取治疗时间;(2)采用无线收发模块能够实现远程实时信息传输,实现远程告警和求救;(3)采用微处理器根据设定的用户病况信息进行对应治疗,为相应用户实现合理的及时治疗措施。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,本发明提供的脑血栓患者的监测预警方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,建立监测预警系统,监测预警系统包括摄像头、颈动脉检测仪、腕部脉搏血压检测仪、求救按键、扬声器、音频采集器、微波电极、电子注射器、微处理器以及无线收发模块,微处理器分别与摄像头、颈动脉检测仪、腕部脉搏血压检测仪、求救按键、扬声器、音频采集器、微波电极、电子注射器以及无线收发模块相连,如图2所示,摄像头设置在人体头部,颈动脉检测仪设置在人体颈部,腕部脉搏血压检测仪设置在人体腕部;
步骤2,实时状态监测,包括体征状态监测和求救信号监测,体征状态监测由摄像头、颈动脉检测仪以及腕部脉搏血压检测仪分别对人体的眼球瞳孔特征、侧颈动脉搏动状态以及腕部的血压脉搏进行体征状态采集,若采集的体征状态信息出现不在阈值范围内的情况,则进入步骤3,求救信号监测由求救按键实时获取用户的求救信号,若获取到求救信号,则进入步骤4,若无异常信息,则继续进行实时状态监测;
步骤3,监测信息处理,由微处理器控制摄像头、颈动脉检测仪以及腕部脉搏血压检测仪再次对体征状态信息进行采集,并再次与设定的阈值进行比较,若仍然出现不在阈值范围内的情况,则由微处理器启动扬声器进行语音提示,同时通过音频采集器实时采集音频信号,若语音识别为呻吟信息或求救语音信息,则进入步骤4;
步骤4,求救信号远程发送,由微处理器控制无线收发模块进行远程求救信号发送,并在求救信号发送后,由微处理器控制扬声器和音频采集器与用户进行人机交流,若未接收到用户的应答信号,则进入步骤5;

其中,步骤2中,进行体征状态监测时,微处理器将采集的体征状态信息通过无线收发模块上传至远程网络终端进行存储,并由微处理器定期对近期存储的体征状态信息进行分析,获得体征状态信息的稳定状态,若趋于增长趋势,则控制无线收发模块进行远程预警信号发送。摄像头上设有用于刺激瞳孔的闪光灯,闪光灯与微处理器相连。摄像头为红外摄像头,并通过帽子设置在人体头部。步骤1中,监测预警系统还包括一个与微处理器相连的服药按钮,步骤2中,实时状态监测还包括服药监测,服药监测由微处理器定时控制扬声器进行服药语音提示,并由微处理器接收服药按钮的状态信息,若服药按钮被按下,则微处理器启动摄像头进行视频采集并进行计时,并在服药按钮恢复后结束视频采集和计时,若计时超过服药时间阈值,则通过无线收发模块进行远程警报发送,若计时未超过服药时间阈值,则将采集的视频通过无线收发模块上传至远程网络终端进行存储。
例如,用户为张三,具有血栓史,活动能力一般,则监测预警服务如下:
(1)实施服药监测,在家人设定的时间,播放家人的语音提示:“老爷子,我是你儿子,现在好吃防血栓的药了啊”,等待1分钟,继续语音:“你拿到药了么?拿好了就准备吃吧,再把服药按钮按一下吧,我就可以看到你了。”患者张三通过系统上一个服药按钮来启动吃药录像,摄像头采集吃药录像至按键录像结束;录像信息上网,家长可以实时调阅摄像头及其存储的录像信息;如果病人忘记吃药超过1小时,发出警报,并联系家人监督吃药;
(2)隐藏于帽子的摄像头对患者的眼部图像进行监控,在睡眠状态下可以通过红外夜视成像方式进行有效采集;通过图像处理方法,比对眼球瞳孔的特征信息;
(3)监测侧颈动脉搏动状态(病变时侧颈动脉搏动减弱或消失);
(4)通过手环等检测患者血压、脉搏、心率、有无抽搐发作等,(发病时,往往脉搏缓慢而有力,呼吸变慢,血压代偿性增高。血压过低,会引起脑供血不足,可加重脑部病变,偶有抽搐情况);
(5)上述三样信息一起汇总,每天记录,记录的信息都作为样本数据,一旦发现与上述数据有一定的偏差时,即再次巡检确认状态,对于晚间休息状态主要通过上述三类相关体征的大数据比对和病人自我数据状态比对,寻找异常点,如果发现异样则进行人机交流,再次看情况进行预警、求救;张三如果主动发现不适可以按系统的求救按键;设备将语音采集始终处于打开状态,一旦发现患者的求救语音信息或者发音不正常的呻吟信息即发出警报信号至家属和医护平台。
(6)出现异常后的再次主动性、准确性、人性化确认:与一般设备被动性采集数据不同,我们可以设计设备与患者进行人机交流,例如设备播放儿子的语音,例如:“爸,你好吗?你知道你儿子多大了?你的孙子叫什么啊?”
等待张三回答,采用家人的事先准备的确诊录音,该录音能激发起患者的求生欲望,通过语音收集,分析是否出现构音障碍、失语等症状;
如果患者没有回复,或者回复不正常,则设备自动发射位置信息及求救信息、诊断流程及结果报送至亲属手机和医护平台;
而对于先天的或者早已失语的病人,可以通过发出按键指令,例如,爸爸,你按一下手环上的互动按键吧?按两下哦;可以动动你的左手吗?动一下看看,动好了按一下绿色的按键吧?等来分析其行动能力,互动按键与微处理器相连;
(7)如果确认是没有收到回复,很可能是患者已经出现偏瘫和失语,此时我们的系统可以进行适当的放电,刺激患者,采集其应激信息,结合前面的语音交流等分析其是否出现嗜睡、意识模糊、谵妄,还是昏迷等意识障碍的程度,并将诊断流程及结果及时报警至家人和医护平台;之后播放家人的鼓励语音;比如:“爸爸,你一定要坚持住,儿子我很需要你的,想想你的小孙女之类的。”
(8)对于多发性脑血栓,在确认血栓状态时,根据以往张三儿子和医生商议的设定,采用电子加压的方式进行紧急溶栓药物注射规定的剂量,提高抢救效率;
(9)通过家人APP,或者内部的报警记录时间,自动记录病人发生血栓前后1小时的生命体征异常点,可以作为大数据的处理思路来提高分析判断的准确性;特别时对于常规的发病时间、发病季节、发病体征表现等共同性因素进行提取和提醒,增强预警效果。
Claims (5)
1.一种脑血栓患者的监测预警方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,建立监测预警系统,监测预警系统包括摄像头、颈动脉检测仪、腕部脉搏血压检测仪、求救按键、扬声器、音频采集器、微波电极、电子注射器、微处理器以及无线收发模块,微处理器分别与摄像头、颈动脉检测仪、腕部脉搏血压检测仪、求救按键、扬声器、音频采集器、微波电极、电子注射器以及无线收发模块相连,摄像头设置在人体头部,颈动脉检测仪设置在人体颈部,腕部脉搏血压检测仪设置在人体腕部;
步骤2,实时状态监测,包括体征状态监测和求救信号监测,体征状态监测由摄像头、颈动脉检测仪以及腕部脉搏血压检测仪分别对人体的眼球瞳孔特征、侧颈动脉搏动状态以及腕部的血压脉搏进行体征状态采集,若采集的体征状态信息出现不在阈值范围内的情况,则进入步骤3,求救信号监测由求救按键实时获取用户的求救信号,若获取到求救信号,则进入步骤4,若无异常信息,则继续进行实时状态监测;
步骤3,监测信息处理,由微处理器控制摄像头、颈动脉检测仪以及腕部脉搏血压检测仪再次对体征状态信息进行采集,并再次与设定的阈值进行比较,若仍然出现不在阈值范围内的情况,则由微处理器启动扬声器进行语音提示,同时通过音频采集器实时采集音频信号,若语音识别为呻吟信息或求救语音信息,则进入步骤4;

2.根据权利要求1所述的脑血栓患者的监测预警方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,进行体征状态监测时,微处理器将采集的体征状态信息通过无线收发模块上传至远程网络终端进行存储,并由微处理器定期对近期存储的体征状态信息进行分析,获得体征状态信息的稳定状态,若趋于增长趋势,则控制无线收发模块进行远程预警信号发送。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的脑血栓患者的监测预警方法,其特征在于,摄像头上设有用于刺激瞳孔的闪光灯,闪光灯与微处理器相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的脑血栓患者的监测预警方法,其特征在于,摄像头为红外摄像头,并通过帽子设置在人体头部。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的脑血栓患者的监测预警方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,监测预警系统还包括一个与微处理器相连的服药按钮,步骤2中,实时状态监测还包括服药监测,服药监测由微处理器定时控制扬声器进行服药语音提示,并由微处理器接收服药按钮的状态信息,若服药按钮被按下,则微处理器启动摄像头进行视频采集并进行计时,并在服药按钮恢复后结束视频采集和计时,若计时超过服药时间阈值,则通过无线收发模块进行远程警报发送,若计时未超过服药时间阈值,则将采集的视频通过无线收发模块上传至远程网络终端进行存储。
