技术领域
本发明涉及稳定的着色的洗涤剂制剂,特别是自动洗碗机用(ADW)制剂,其包含氨基羧酸类助洗剂和染料。
本发明还涉及聚烯基亚胺在稳定包含氨基羧酸类助洗剂和染料的凝胶或液体制剂中的应用。
背景技术
已知在洗涤剂制剂中,氨基羧酸类,如甲基甘氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(MGDA)和L-谷氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(GLDA)及其盐,是替代磷酸盐的非常有效的助洗剂,特别是对于诸如ADW制剂等器物洗涤机用洗涤剂中尤其如此。它们优异的清洁性能(即使在硬水条件下)赋予其相对于其他无磷助洗剂的优势。
然而其应用也不是完全没有缺陷的。其中之一为,发现这些化合物在洗涤剂中对染料稳定性具有不利影响。
染料稳定性,尽管对于洗涤剂的功能性作用不是关键性的,但是对消费者是主要关注的问题。当颜色不均匀、变淡或斑驳时,消费者不愿意购买或信任产品。这是因为这些效应使消费者相信产品可能变质或过期,或仅提供减弱的清洁性能。当在透明或半透明容器内提供产品时,这个问题特别突出;光通过容器透射至产品可以加速降解过程,由此产生的变色产品对于消费者是显而易见的。
在WO 2014/037746中,对于MGDA发现此问题的解决方式是通过将其配置进非水性液体、凝胶或膏状制剂中。然而,对于水性制剂,所述问题仍未被解决。有时,技术人员会需要使用水性组合物,以便例如引入在非水性状态下很难配制的洗涤剂成分。高水性制剂可包含在非水溶性容器内,而不必担心容器的溶解。消费者可以将所需剂量的洗涤剂从容器中倒入器物洗涤机中。这样的产品要符合与单剂量形式的液体产品不同的技术要求,如不同的流变学要求。
本发明的目的在于解决此问题。
CA 2849358公开了在含氨基羧酸类的洗碗机洗涤剂中包含聚乙烯亚胺,其目的在于抑制玻璃腐蚀。在该文件中没有讨论染料稳定性。
发明内容
第一方面,本发明提供了一种洗涤剂组合物,其优选为一种自动洗碗机用(ADW)组合物,包括凝胶或液体洗涤剂组合物,其中,所述凝胶或液体组合物包含5重量%~60重量%的氨基羧酸类助洗剂、染料和小于5重量%的聚烯基亚胺。
第二方面,本发明提供了如权利要求1所述的组合物。
第三方面,本发明提供了一种在非水溶性容器中提供的包含本发明第一或第二方面所述的组合物的产品。
第四方面,本发明提供了一种自动洗碗方法,所述方法包括:向自动洗碗机器提供本发明第一或第二方面所述的组合物,和使用所述组合物在该机器中洗涤器物。
第五方面,本发明涉及聚烯基亚胺在包含氨基羧酸类助洗剂和染料的洗涤剂组合物中防止染料降解的应用。
具体实施方式
除非文中另有规定,在下列部分中讨论的实施方式同样适用于本发明的所有方面。除非另有说明,所述量以重量计(重量%)。除非文中另有规定,涉及的MGDA和GLDA包括这些化合物的盐形式。
本发明的发明人惊讶地发现,将少量的聚烯基亚胺添加至含有氨基羧酸类助洗剂和染料的液体或凝胶洗涤剂组合物中可完全克服颜色稳定性的问题。当所述组合物为水性组合物时,其是特别有用的。所述洗涤剂组合物优选为自动洗碗机用(ADW)洗涤剂组合物。
聚烯基亚胺对染料/助洗剂体系的作用机制尚不明确。然而,本文证明了它的有利效果。
聚烯基亚胺
所述组合物优选包含小于0.05重量%、小于0.04重量%、小于0.03重量%、或小于0.02重量%的聚烯基亚胺。优选的是,将使用获得有效染料稳定结果的最低量的聚烯基亚胺。
聚烯基亚胺优选为聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)。可以使用任意PEI,但其优选为均聚聚乙烯亚胺。PEI可以是支化的或直链的,但其优选为支化的。
虽然已发现,对于有效性,可以使用任何化学式量的PEI,PEI优选具有较低的化学式量(FW)。在实施方式中,PEI的FW为100~50,000、400~25,000、800~10,000、或1000~3000。
在实施方式中,聚烯基亚胺包含聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),且PEI优选小于所述组合物的1重量%,优选小于所述组合物的0.5重量%,优选小于所述组合物的0.25重量%,且最优选小于所述组合物的0.02重量%。PEI的分子量优选为100~2500、优选为200~1500、最优选为400~1200。
在优选的实施方式中,聚烯基亚胺的分子量为100~2500、200~1500、400~1200、或700~900。800的分子量是特别适合的。分子量适合通过光散射确定。
聚乙烯亚胺可商购获得,例如BASF提供的LupasolTM FG。
氨基羧酸类
氨基羧酸类(aminocarboxylate,氨基羧酸、氨基羧酸盐、氨基羧酸酯)助洗剂的存在量为洗涤剂组合物的5重量%~60重量%。氨基羧酸类助洗剂优选为洗涤剂组合物的7重量%~30重量%,优选为10重量%~25重量%,且更优选为12重量%~20重量%。
在实施方式中,所述组合物包含6重量%~35重量%、7重量%~30重量%,10重量%~25重量%、12重量%~20重量%、或13重量%~15重量%的氨基羧酸类助洗剂。
在本发明中,可以使用任意氨基羧酸类助洗剂。适合的助洗剂描述在US 6,426,229中,将其作为参考并入本文。特别适合的助洗剂包括;例如,天冬氨酸-N-单乙酸(ASMA)、天冬氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(ASDA)、天冬氨酸-N-单丙酸(ASMP)、亚氨基二琥珀酸(IDA)、N-(2-磺甲基)天冬氨酸(SMAS)、N-(2-磺乙基)天冬氨酸(SEAS)、N-(2-磺甲基)谷氨酸(SMGL)、N-(2-磺乙基)谷氨酸(SEGL)、N-甲基亚氨基二乙酸(MIDA)、α-丙氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(α-ALDA)、β-丙氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(β-ALDA)、丝氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(SEDA)、异丝氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(ISDA)、苯丙氨酸-N,N-二乙酸(PHDA)、邻氨基苯甲酸-N,N-二乙酸(ANDA)、对氨基苯磺酸-N,N-二乙酸(SLDA)、牛磺酸-N,N-二乙酸(TUDA)和磺甲基-N,N-二乙酸(SMDA)及它们的碱金属盐或铵盐。
氨基羧酸类助洗剂优选为甲基甘氨酸-N,N-二乙酸、谷氨酸二乙酸、或者其盐或混合物。优选这些化合物的碱金属盐,优选其钠盐或钾盐,优选其钠盐。适合用于本发明的GLDA的商售实例包括AkzoNobel提供的GL;适合用于本发明的MGDA的商售实例包括BASF提供的M。
在所述组合物中,氨基羧酸类助洗剂优选为溶解状态。方便的是,在所述组合物的制备中,可以使用氨基羧酸类助洗剂的水溶液作为原料。
染料
在本发明中可以使用适于在洗涤剂组合物中使用的任何可商购获得的染料。染料优选为已知的洗涤剂稳定的染料。
在实施方式中,染料为水溶性的有机染料。在所述组合物中,其优选以溶解状态提供。
在实施方式中,染料为芳基甲烷(例如三芳基甲烷或二芳基甲烷)染料、蒽醌染料、偶氮染料、酞菁染料、亚硝基染料、醌-亚胺染料、噻唑染料、或呫吨染料。
适合的染料的非限制性实例包括酞菁绿、酸性蓝9(Basacid蓝756)、Basacid蓝762、Sanolin蓝E-HRL、Sanolin黄Tartrazine X90、Iragon蓝ABL 9、Iragon蓝DBL 86、Puricolor橙AOR 7、Iragon红ARE 52、Sanolin蓝E-HRL、Basacid蓝762、FC&C黄#5、丽春红(Vitasyn Ponceau 4RC 82)、酸性绿1(Iragon绿AGR1)、颜料红57:1、Ariabel Rubicon红、酸性蓝80(Iragon蓝ABL 80)、溶剂蓝104(Solvaperm蓝2B)和Sanolin绿R3GL(活性绿12)。
通常,染料占洗涤剂组合物的小于1重量%。其优选构成洗涤剂组合物的小于0.5重量%。染料的存在量优选为洗涤剂组合物的0.001重量%~0.5重量%。
水
液体或凝胶洗涤剂制剂优选为水性凝胶或液体制剂。水含量可以高达70重量%。在实施方式中,所述组合物包含至少20重量%、至少25重量%、至少30重量%、至少35重量%、至少40重量%、或至少45重量%的水。制剂中的水含量可以为10重量%~60重量%,更优选为20重量%~55重量%,且最优选为25重量%~50重量%。
共-助洗剂
在所述组合物中,还可以包含其他助洗剂或共-助洗剂。根据需要,其可以是含磷助洗剂或无磷助洗剂。在许多司法管辖区中,磷酸盐助洗剂是被禁止的。在实施方式中,所述组合物是无磷的。
如果还使用含磷助洗剂,优选使用单磷酸盐、二磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐或低聚磷酸盐。这些化合物的碱金属盐是优选的,特别是其钠盐。特别优选的助洗剂为三聚磷酸钠(STPP)。可以使用的含磷助洗剂的常规量通常为15重量%~60重量%,诸如20重量%~50重量%或25重量%~40重量%。
如果包含额外的无磷助洗剂,其优选选自基于琥珀酸盐的化合物。术语“基于琥珀酸盐的化合物”和“基于琥珀酸的化合物”在本文中可互换使用。可以使用常规量的基于琥珀酸盐的化合物,通常为5重量%~80重量%,诸如15重量%~70重量%或20重量%~60重量%。所述化合物可以单独使用或作为混合物使用。
进一步优选的琥珀酸盐化合物描述在US-A-5,977,053中,并且其具有如下化学式;
其中R、R1彼此独立,表示H或OH,R2、R3、R4、R5彼此独立,表示阳离子、氢、碱金属离子和铵离子,具有通式R6R7R8R9N+的铵离子,且R6、R7、R8、R9彼此独立,代表氢、具有1~12个C原子的烷基、或具有2~3个C原子的羟基取代的烷基。
优选实例包括亚氨基琥珀酸四钠。亚氨基二琥珀酸(IDS)和(羟基)亚氨基二琥珀酸(HIDS)及其碱金属盐或铵盐是特别优选的基于琥珀酸盐的助洗剂盐。
无磷共-助洗剂还可以包含或作为另一种选择包含具有羧基的非聚合性有机分子。包含羧基的有机分子助洗剂化合物包括柠檬酸、富马酸、酒石酸、马来酸、乳酸及它们的盐。特别是可以使用这些有机化合物的碱金属盐或碱土金属盐,特别是钠盐。包括两个羧基的所述多羧酸盐例如包括丙二酸、(亚乙二氧基)二乙酸、马来酸、二甘醇酸、酒石酸、丙醇二酸和富马酸的水溶性盐。包括三个羧基的所述多羧酸盐例如包括水溶性柠檬酸盐。相应地,适合的羟基羧酸例如是柠檬酸。
特别优选的无磷助洗剂为柠檬酸盐,特别是柠檬酸钠。
优选的第二助洗剂包括多元羧酸的均聚物和共聚物及其部分或完全中和的盐,单体多元羧酸和羟基羧酸及其盐,磷酸盐和磷酸酯,及这些物质的混合物。上述化合物的优选盐为铵盐和/或碱金属盐,即锂盐、钠盐、和钾盐,且特别优选的盐为钠盐。有机的第二助洗剂是优选的。聚合多元羧酸是丙烯酸的均聚物。其他适合的第二助洗剂在WO 95/01416中公开,将其内容作为参考并入本文。
如果存在共-助洗剂,其存在量优选为所述组合物的5重量%~40重量%,更优选为7重量%~25重量%,且最优选为10重量%~20重量%。
在所述组合物中,助洗剂的总存在量优选为至少20重量%,最优选为至少22重量%、至少25重量%、至少28重量%、或至少30重量%。其存在量优选为至多70重量%,优选为至多60重量%,更优选为至多45重量%。在所述组合物中,助洗剂的实际使用量将取决于使用的助洗剂的性质。如果需要,可以使用含磷助洗剂和无磷助洗剂的组合。
漂白剂
洗涤剂组合物可以包含漂白剂组分或材料。例如,漂白剂材料可以包含基于氧或基于氯的漂白剂。漂白剂材料可以选自任何已知在洗涤剂组合物中使用的常规漂白剂材料。所述材料可以包含活性漂白剂种类本身或所述活性漂白剂种类的前体。例如,漂白剂材料可以包含至少一种无机过氧化物或有机过酸或基于氯的漂白剂,包括其衍生物和盐,或其混合物。无机过氧化物包括过碳酸盐、过硼酸盐、过硫酸盐、过氧化氢及其衍生物和盐。这些无机过氧化物的钠盐和钾盐是适合的,特别是其钠盐。过碳酸钠和过硼酸钠是最优选的,特别是过碳酸钠。
洗涤剂组合物还可以包含漂白添加剂或漂白活化催化剂。取决于漂白化合物的性质,所述组合物可以包含一种或多种漂白活化剂或漂白催化剂。如果需要对漂白剂材料进行活化,可以包含任何适合的漂白活性剂,例如TAED。可以使用任何适合的漂白催化剂,例如乙酸锰或诸如在EP-A-1,741,774中描述的双核锰络合物。
然而,在所述组合物中,漂白剂可以使染料易分解或褪色,特别是当两者均处于溶解状态,并可以彼此密切接触时。因此,在优选的实施方式中,所述组合物不含有漂白剂。在无漂白剂的组合物的情况下,所述组合物不需要包含任何漂白活性剂或催化剂。
表面活性剂
本发明的洗涤剂组合物可以包含表面活性剂。可以使用任何非离子型、阴离子型、阳离子型、两性或两性离子型表面活性剂,或其适合的混合物。许多这样适合的表面活性剂描述于:Kirk Othmer's Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology,第三版,第22卷,360-379页,"Surfactants and Detersive Systems",将其作为参考并入本文。通常而言,当所述组合物包含漂白剂时,漂白剂稳定的表面活性剂是优选的。
在ADW组合物的情况下,优选使阴离子型表面活性剂的量最小化。所述组合物优选包含不大于2重量%、不大于1重量%、或不含有阴离子型表面活性剂。所述组合物优选包含不大于2重量%、不大于1重量%、或不包含任何种类的离子型表面活性剂。对于自动洗碗机用组合物,特别优选的是以非离子型表面活性剂替代。
非离子型表面活性剂的优选类别为通过单羟基烷醇或具有6~20个碳原子的烷基酚的反应制备的乙氧基化非离子型表面活性剂。对于每摩尔的醇或烷基酚,表面活性剂优选具有至少12摩尔,特别优选具有至少16摩尔,更优选具有至少20摩尔(诸如至少25摩尔)的环氧乙烷。
对于每摩尔的醇,非离子型表面活性剂特别优选为来自具有16~20个碳原子的直链脂肪醇的并至少具有12摩尔的,特别优选具有至少16摩尔,更优选具有至少20摩尔的环氧乙烷的非离子型表面活性剂。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,非离子型表面活性剂可以在分子中额外包含环氧丙烷单元。这些PO单元优选构成非离子型表面活性剂的总分子量的至多25重量%,优选至多20重量%,更优选至多15重量%。
可以使用额外包含聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物单元的乙氧基化单羟基烷醇或烷基酚表面活性剂。这样的表面活性剂的醇或烷基酚部分占非离子型表面活性剂的总分子量的大于30重量%,优选大于50重量%,更优选大于70重量%。
另一类适合的非离子型表面活性剂包括以三羟甲基丙烷起始的聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯的嵌段共聚物和聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯的反向嵌段共聚物。
另一类优选的非离子表面活性剂可通过以下化学式描述:
R1O[CH2CH(CH3)O]X[CH2CH2O]Y[CH2CH(OH)R2]
其中R1表示具有4~18个碳原子的直链或支化脂肪族烃基或其混合物,R2表示具有2~26个碳原子的直链或支化脂肪族烃残基或其混合物,x的值为0.5~1.5且y的值为至少15。
另一类优选的非离子型表面活性剂为具有以下化学式的封端的聚氧烷基化非离子型表面活性剂:
R1O[CH2CH(R3)O]X[CH2]kCH(OH)[CH2]jOR2
其中R1和R2表示具有1~30个碳原子的直链或支化、饱和或不饱和的、脂肪族或芳香族烃基,R3表示氢原子或甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、2-丁基或2-甲基-2-丁基,x的值为1~30,k和j具有1~12、优选1~5的值。当x的值>2时,上述化学式中的每个R3可以不相同。R1和R2优选为具有6~22个碳原子的直链或支化、饱和或不饱和的、脂肪族或芳香族烃基,其中具有8~18个碳原子的基团是特别优选的。对于R3基团,H、甲基或乙基是特别优选的。特别优选的x值为1~20,优选为6~15。
如上所述,在x>2的情况下,化学式中的每个R3可以不相同。例如,当x=3时,可以选择R3基团来获得环氧乙烷(R3=H)或环氧丙烷(R3=甲基)单元,所述单元可以以每个单个顺序使用,例如(PO)(EO)(EO)、(EO)(PO)(EO)、(EO)(EO)(PO)、(EO)(EO)(EO)、(PO)(EO)(PO)、(PO)(PO)(EO)和(PO)(PO)(PO)。X值为3仅是一个实例,可以选择更大的值,从而会出现(EO)或(PO)单元的更大数量的变化。
以上化学式的特别优选的封端的聚氧烷基化醇为起始分子为以下k=1且j=1的简化化学式的聚氧烷基化醇:
R1O[CH2CH(R3)O]XCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2
在本发明的情况中适合使用不同的非离子型表面活性剂的混合物,例如烷氧基化醇和含有羟基的烷氧基化醇的混合物。
其他适合的表面活性剂在WO 95/01416中公开,将其内容作为参考并入本文。
在实施方式中,相对于洗涤剂组合物的总重量,非离子型表面活性剂在所述洗涤剂组合物中的存在量为0.1重量%~20重量%,更优选为1重量%~15重量%,诸如2重量%~10重量%。在实施方式中,所述组合物包含不大于2重量%的表面活性剂,不大于1重量%的表面活性剂,或根本不含表面活性剂。尽管具有如此低的表面活性剂水平,本发明的组合物可以令人惊讶地提供有效的清洁。
可倾倒性
本发明的液体或凝胶组合物适合地具有允许其在室温下容易从容器中倾倒的粘度。具有太低粘度的液体或凝胶可能倾倒得太快,消费者可能会使其溢流。与此相反,太粘的组合物可能很难倾倒。通过在所述组合物中包括增稠剂可以获得适合的粘度。适合的增稠剂包括黄原胶。在所述组合物中还可以包含有机溶剂、优选与水混溶的有机溶剂,其包括二醇,诸如单丙二醇和二丙二醇。
其他成分
技术人员会意识到形成有效的ADW(自动洗碗机用)洗涤剂组合物需要的多种成分。所述洗涤剂组合物可以包含本领域已知的任何其他适合的成分。
例如,所述洗涤剂组合物还可以包含酶。所述酶优选选自蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和过氧化物酶,最优选的是蛋白酶和淀粉酶,特别是蛋白酶。在根据本发明的组合物中最优选包含蛋白酶和/或淀粉酶,因为这样的酶例如在洗碗机用洗涤剂组合物中是特别有效的。根据需要,可以使用这些酶的任何适合的种类。可以使用大于一个种类。
所述洗涤剂组合物可以包含一种或多种抗腐蚀剂,特别是当在自动洗碗机操作中使用所述洗涤剂组合物时。这些抗腐蚀剂可以对抵抗玻璃和/或金属的腐蚀提供进一步的益处,且该术语包含用来防止或减少有色金属(特别是银和铜)变色的试剂。
已知在洗涤剂组合物(特别是在自动洗碗机用组合物)中包含多价离子源会有益于抗腐蚀。例如,多价离子因其抑制所述腐蚀的能力而包含在组合物中,特别是锌、铋和/或锰离子。WO 94/26860和WO 94/26859中提到已知适合用作银/铜腐蚀抑制剂的有机和无机的氧化还原活性物质。适合的无机的氧化还原活性物质例如为选自下组的金属盐和/或金属络合物:锌、铋、锰、钛、锆、铪、钒、钴和铈盐和/或络合物,所述金属处在II、III、IV、V或VI氧化态中的一种。特别适合的金属盐和/或金属络合物选自由MnSO4、柠檬酸锰(II)、硬脂酸锰(II)、乙酰丙酮化锰(II)、[1-羟基乙烷-1,1-二膦酸]锰(II)、V2O5、V2O4、VO2、TiOSO4、K2TiF6、K2ZrF6、CoSO4、Co(NO3)2、乙酸锌、硫酸锌和Ce(NO3)3组成的组。可以使用任何适合的多价离子来源,所述来源优选选自硫酸盐、碳酸盐、乙酸盐、葡糖酸盐和金属-蛋白化合物。锌盐是特别优选的腐蚀抑制剂。
优选的银/铜抗腐蚀剂为苯并三唑(BTA)或双-苯并三唑及其取代的衍生物。其他适合的试剂为有机的和/或无机的氧化还原活性物质及石蜡油。苯并三唑衍生物为那些芳环上的可取代位置被部分或完全取代的化合物。适合的取代基为直链或支化C1-20烷基和羟基、巯基、苯基或卤素(诸如氟、氯、溴和碘)。取代苯并三唑优选为甲基苯并三氮唑。
所述组合物中可以包含任何常规量的抗腐蚀剂。然而,相对于总重量,抗腐蚀剂的总存在量优选为0.01重量%~5重量%,优选为0.05重量%~3重量%,更优选为0.1重量%~2.5重量%,诸如0.2重量%~2重量%。
所述组合物中还可以包含用于改善洗涤剂组合物清洁性能的聚合物。例如可以使用磺化聚合物。其优选的实例包括CH2=CR1-CR2R3-O-C4H3R4-SO3X的共聚物,其中,R1、R2、R3、R4彼此独立为1~6个碳的烷基或氢,X为氢或具有任何适合的其他单体单元的碱,所述单体单元包括改性的丙烯酸、富马酸、马来酸、衣康酸、乌头酸、中康酸、柠康酸和亚甲基丙二酸或它们的盐,马来酸酐,丙烯酰胺,亚烷基,乙烯基甲醚,苯乙烯及其任意混合物。用于引入磺化(共)聚合物中的其他适合的磺化单体为2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸、2-甲基丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸、3-甲基丙烯酰胺基-2-羟基-丙磺酸、烯丙基磺酸、甲代烯丙基磺酸、2-羟基-3-(2-丙烯基氧基)丙基磺酸、2-甲基-2-丙烯-1-磺酸、苯乙烯磺酸、乙烯基磺酸、丙烯酸3-磺基丙酯、甲基丙烯酸3-磺基丙酯、磺甲基丙烯酰胺、磺甲基甲基丙烯酰胺及其水溶性盐。适合的磺化聚合物也描述在US 5308532和WO 2005/090541中。
当存在磺化聚合物时,其存在量优选为至少0.1重量%,优选为至少0.5重量%,更优选为至少1重量%,且最优选为至少3重量%,至多40重量%,优选为至多25重量%,更优选为至多15重量%,且最优选为至多10重量%。
所述洗涤剂组合物还可以包含一种或多种泡沫控制剂。出于此目的的适合的泡沫控制剂均为本领域中通常使用的泡沫控制剂,诸如硅酮和其衍生物及石蜡油。泡沫控制剂的存在量优选为0.5重量%或更少。
所述洗涤剂组合物还可以包含少量、常用量的防腐剂、香料等。
pH
为了在溶解时获得所需的pH,所述洗涤剂组合物还可以包含酸性源或碱性源,特别是如果所述组合物是用于自动洗碗机应用时。酸性源可以适当为任何适合的酸性化合物,例如多元羧酸。碱性源可以例如是碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐(诸如碱金属盐或碱土金属盐)。碱性源可以适当为任何适合的碱性化合物,例如任何强碱弱酸盐。当碱性组合物是期望的,硅酸盐是最适合的碱性源之一。硅酸盐优选为钠的硅酸盐,诸如二硅酸钠、偏硅酸钠和结晶的层状硅酸盐。在实施方式中,所述组合物是无硅酸盐的。
在一个实施方式中,所述组合物的pH为6~13、6.5~12、7~11或8~10。
产品形式
在本发明最广泛的方面中,所述组合物可以是单剂量组合物,并且可以封装在水溶性膜或容器(优选为聚乙烯醇(PVOH)膜或容器)中。单剂量指所述组合物以测量的适于单个洗涤循环的量预先提供。
其可以是单相液体或凝胶单剂量组合物。作为另一种选择,液体或凝胶组合物可以形成具有至少两个以上独立组合物(优选为至少三个以上独立组合物)的多相单剂量组合物中的一个相。所述多相组合物可以包含一个或多个不同的相,所述相包括粉末、颗粒、和压缩固体。单剂量可以包含具有凝胶部分或凝胶层的片剂。
然而,所述洗涤剂组合物优选由凝胶或液体组合物组成。所述组合物是可倾倒的,且可以是单相或包含悬浮固体,但其优选为总体上是均质的。
在本发明的一方面中,所述洗涤剂组合物存储在诸如瓶等非水溶性容器中。所述液体或凝胶组合物优选储存在具有紫外线过滤片的容器中。所述容器可以由(优选为无色的)透明或半透明材料制成,诸如塑料材料。

参考下列非限制性实施例对本发明进行进一步的描述。在本发明的范围内的进一步的实施例对本领域技术人员是显而易见的。
为了解释本发明,制备了六个样品洗涤剂组合物。

对六种实施例的凝胶洗涤剂进行日晒测试以模拟太阳光照随时间对制剂的影响。
日晒测试
Atlas日晒测试仪XLS+765W/m2日光灯
T=50℃(黑板标准(black plate standard)),仓室温度38℃~42℃
测试时间:8小时
结果
测试1
将实施例1和2及比较例3和4放入清透的塑料瓶中,并进行如上所述的日晒测试。
实施例1和2不受此测试的影响,其外观均匀且染料强度对于肉眼未显示改变。没有PEI的比较例3和4在外观上均变得高度褪色和斑驳。
测试2
然后将比较例3和4放入具有UV过滤片的瓶中,并进行相同的日晒测试。
结果与测试1中的结果相同:两者均变得高度褪色;UV过滤片没有产生影响。
测试3
为了确认显示的效果是由氨基羧酸类助洗剂的存在引起的,在标准瓶中对比较例5和6重复了日晒测试。
在移除MGDA和GLDA的两个测试中,所述制剂在经过日晒测试后仍保持其原来的着色外观。
此测试确认:氨基羧酸类助洗剂是引起褪色的原因,且添加聚烯基亚胺可以阻止此影响。
Claims (15)
1.一种水性凝胶或液体洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
5重量%~60重量%的氨基羧酸类助洗剂;
染料;及
聚烯基亚胺;
其中,聚烯基亚胺的存在量小于所述组合物的5重量%;
优选的是,其中,所述组合物为自动洗碗机用组合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所述组合物无漂白剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述聚烯基亚胺包括聚乙烯亚胺,和/或其中所述组合物包含的聚烯基亚胺的量小于0.05重量%、小于0.04重量%、小于0.03重量%、或小于0.02重量%。
4.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中:
聚烯基亚胺的分子量为100~2500、200~1500、400~1200、或700~900;和/或
聚烯基亚胺为均聚聚乙烯亚胺;和/或
聚烯基亚胺为支化聚乙烯亚胺。
5.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中:
所述组合物包含6重量%~35重量%、7重量%~30重量%、10重量%~25重量%、12重量%~20重量%、或13重量%~15重量%的氨基羧酸类助洗剂;和/或
所述氨基羧酸类助洗剂包括L-谷氨酸-N,N-二乙酸、甲基甘氨酸-N,N-二乙酸、或它们的盐;和/或
所述氨基羧酸类助洗剂在所述组合物中以溶解在水中的状态存在。
6.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中:
所述组合物包含柠檬酸盐;和/或
所述组合物无磷酸盐;和/或
所述组合物中助洗剂的总量为至少20重量%、至少22重量%、至少25重量%、至少28重量%、或至少30重量%。
7.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所述组合物包含至少20重量%、至少25重量%、至少30重量%、至少35重量%、至少40重量%、或至少45重量%的水。
8.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所述组合物包含不大于2重量%的表面活性剂,不大于1重量%的阴离子型表面活性剂,或不包含表面活性剂。
9.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所述组合物包含0.0001重量%~0.5重量%的染料,和/或其中,所述染料在所述组合物中为以溶解状态提供的水溶性有机染料。
10.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所述组合物包含增稠剂,可选地包含黄原胶。
11.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中,所述组合物包含单丙二醇和/或二丙二醇。
12.一种在非水溶性容器中提供的包含以上权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物的产品。
13.如权利要求12所述的产品,其中,所述容器由透明或半透明材料制成,和/或所述容器设置有UV过滤片。
14.一种自动洗碗方法,其包括向自动洗碗机提供权利要求1~11中的任一项所述的组合物,和使用所述组合物在该自动洗碗机中洗涤餐具。
15.聚烯基亚胺在包含氨基羧酸类助洗剂和染料的洗涤剂组合物中防止染料降解中的应用。
