背景技术
爽肤水、柔肤水、收敛水统称化妆水,是一种透明液态的化妆品,涂抹在皮肤的表面,用来清洁肌肤、保持肌肤的健康。爽肤水、收敛水和柔肤水区别不是太大,爽肤水、收敛水更适合天气较热,脸上比较爱出油的天气使用,柔肤水更适合干燥的季节使用。化妆水在基础护肤中起了承前启后的作用,随着人们生活品质的提高以及人们对美的追求,化妆水品种类越来越繁多。
酸模叶蓼(学名:Eupatorium adenophora Spreng.):多年生草本或成半灌木状植物。根茎粗壮发达,直立,株高30-200厘米,分枝对生、斜上,茎紫色、被白色或锈色短柔毛。叶对生,叶片质薄,卵形、三角形或菱状卵形,腹面绿色,背面色浅,边缘有稀疏粗大而不规则的锯齿,在花序下方则为波状浅锯齿或近全缘。头状花序小,直径可达6毫米,在枝端排列成伞房或复伞房花序,约含40-50朵小花,管状花两性,白色。子实瘦果,黑褐色。每株可年产瘦果1万粒左右,藉冠毛随风传播。花期11月-翌年4月,结果期3月-4月。
主要分布于中国、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰等地。是一种重要的检疫性有害生物,是中国遭受外来物种入侵的典型例子。原产于墨西哥,自19世纪作为一种观赏植物在世界各地引种后,因其繁殖力强,已成为全球性的入侵物种。在2003年由中国国家环保总局和中国科学院发布的《中国第一批外来入侵物种名单》中名列第一位,目前对于酸模叶蓼提取物的利用特别是在美白化妆水的应用还未见报道。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种酸模叶蓼美白化妆水,成本低廉,美白效果好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:有效成分包括新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮、酸模叶蓼提取物、甘油,按照重量比,所述的酸模叶蓼提取物与新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮的重量比在10:1-20:1。
新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮0.5%、酸模叶蓼提取物4%、甘油5%,丙二醇3%,尿囊素2%,羟乙基纤维素0.8%,山梨,2%,透明质酸钠0.8%和水余量构成。
本发明以酸模叶蓼提取物为主要原料,加入新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮以及一些基质,其价格低廉,酸模叶蓼提取物与少量的新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮混合对于美白起到很好的协同效果,特别是酸模叶蓼提取物与新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮的重量比在8:1-10:1,美白效果大幅度提高。

实施例1:
所述的酸模叶蓼提取物的制作工艺为1)将真空干燥后的酸模叶蓼,在粉碎机中粉碎得到酸模叶蓼粉末,将酸模叶蓼粉末置于超临界萃取的萃取釜中, 2)使用超临界CO2作为溶剂,浓度为65%的乙醇做夹带剂; 3)调节萃取釜将萃取压力控制在25~30MPa,温度控制在45℃,CO2流量控制在9L/h,萃取时间控制在2h,得酸模叶蓼提取物。
按照重量配比分别为:新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮0.5%、酸模叶蓼提取物4%、甘油5%,丙二醇3%,尿囊素2%,羟乙基纤维素0.8%,山梨2%,透明质酸钠0.8%和水余量构成。

将B16小鼠黑色素瘤细胞以1×105个/ml的密度接于直径为9cm的培养皿,在37℃﹑5%CO2的条件下培养2天,弃上清液,加入过滤除菌后的样品溶液18-22ml,接着培养3天,弃上清液,PBS洗涤,每孔加入0.5ml质量百分比0.2%的胰酶溶液消化细胞3min,每皿加2ml维持液终止消化.吹打混匀后,每种浓度取出0.5ml做细胞计数.其余细胞悬液以2500r/min离心5min,弃上清液,于沉淀中加入NaoH溶液,加热使黑色素溶解,选择490nm波长的酶联免疫检测仪上测吸光度值。
黑色素合成抑制率=〔1-(药物孔吸光度+药物孔细胞密度)+(对照孔吸光度值+对照孔细胞密度)〕×100%。
抑制小鼠黑色素细胞中中黑素合成试验,结果如下所示,
A为酸模叶蓼提取物,B为新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮,
上述实验结果表明,酸模叶蓼提取物与新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮按一定比例(8:1-10:1)相互之间的融合具有协同美白的功效,能有效抑制黑色素生成,且效果显著。而其他比例之间则并无协同作用,美白效果不明显。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变﹑修饰﹑替代﹑组合﹑简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种酸模叶蓼美白化妆水,其特征在于,有效成分包括新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮、酸模叶蓼提取物、甘油,丙二醇,尿囊素,羟乙基纤维素,透明质酸钠和水余量构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸模叶蓼美白面膜,其特征在于,按照重量比,所述的酸模叶蓼提取物与新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮的重量比在1:1-20:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸模叶蓼美白面膜,其特征在于,所述的包括新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮0.5%、酸模叶蓼提取物4%、甘油5%,丙二醇3%,尿囊素2%,羟乙基纤维素0.8%,山梨,2%,透明质酸钠0.8%和水余量构成。
