背景技术
湿巾在中国属于新型产品，近几年的年产量和消耗量正在快速发展。消费者在使用湿巾的过程中一般会接触到身体皮肤比如手、面部或私密部位等，这就要求其化学成分对人体必须做到安全无刺激。但是，部分湿巾生产厂家为追求利益最大化，在制造过程中添加了廉价或者多量甚至超量的消毒剂或防腐剂等强效化学品，虽然保证了产品的微生物指标，但这些化学成分毒性比较高，容易引起消费者的过敏或不适。湿巾中的强效化学品的存在虽然可以保证配方的保质期长达好几年，但是却无法保证消费者在使用过程中的绝对安全。而且，有些用于物体表面清洁消毒的湿巾只适合物体表面消毒，不适合皮肤接触，一旦接触皮肤，对皮肤容易造成过敏，红肿等伤害。
随着人们生活水平的提高，湿巾应用范围的扩大和需求量的增长，相应产品的安全和环保要求也越来越高，人们更加需要天然，健康，安全的湿巾产品。而开发具有特殊功能的湿巾新产品，主要通过改变湿巾的配方药液来实现，由于应用范围的不同，其对湿巾的配方药液成分有进一步的要求，产品的配方往往需要做到专一性。如今，全世界都在倡导绿色天然的环保理念，湿巾产品也都在寻找安全有效的天然成分。
湿巾一般由两部分组成：无纺布与配方药液。
无纺布：一般为水刺无纺布或全粘胶无纺布或木浆复合无纺布或竹纤维无纺布，目前普遍流行的为水刺无纺布。
配方药液的比例配伍是湿巾类产品最核心的技术，可通过设计不同的配方来实现不同的应用范围。
纯露，又称水精油，是芳疗植物蒸馏所得的冷凝水溶液，是精油的一种副产品，成份天然纯净，香味清淡怡人。
洋甘菊又称“母菊”，自古就被视为“神花”。洋甘菊有帮助睡眠的功效，亦可缓解病人的发炎和疼痛症状，以及由神经性皮肤瘙痒引起的失眠。用于皮肤则有良好的舒敏、修护敏感肌肤、减少红血丝、减少发红、调整肤色不均等作用。其富含的黄酮类活性成分亦使其具有抗氧化、抗血管增生、消炎、抗变应性和抗病毒等功效，是一种天然的美容护肤佳品。
洋甘菊纯露是在蒸馏洋甘菊精油时馏出的透明澄清液体，带有浓郁的天然洋甘菊香气，其含约0.015％的洋甘菊精油及多种鞣质、植物糖、酶等活性成份，透明澄清，带有浓郁的天然洋甘菊香气，对人体皮肤细胞再生及新陈代谢有很好的促进作用，可提高皮肤含水量，同时兼具优异的抑菌舒敏、修护敏感肌肤的功效。专利CN 103520034公布了一种洋甘菊精油抗菌湿巾及其制备方法，其制备方法所述需要将水加热后再冷却，不利于产业化生产。洋甘菊精油，是油溶性精油，而洋甘菊纯露易溶于水，不同于洋甘菊精油，其具有能减轻烫伤、水泡，发炎的伤口，柔软皮肤，治疗创伤的作用；能镇定晒后红肿肌肤，避免肌肤晒伤，防止黑色素沉淀；能健全修复角质、抗过敏、加强微循环、加强新陈代谢等功效，可广泛应用于各类护肤产品中，具有高效的抗敏修复和美白肌肤等功效。
目前，还未有一种将洋甘菊纯露添加入卫生湿巾中的产品。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题和不足，本发明的目的首先在于提供一种洋甘菊纯露卫生湿巾，此外，本发明还提供了所述卫生湿巾的制备方法。为实现本发明目的，发明人提供如下技术方案：
一种洋甘菊纯露卫生湿巾，由配方药液和承附配方药液的无纺布组成，其中，所述的配方药液由下述组分组成：洋甘菊纯露，烷基糖苷，丙二醇，消毒剂，RO反渗透纯净水。
所述湿巾的配方药液按每100重量份计含有：
(1)1.0～25.0％的洋甘菊纯露；
(2)0～0.05％的植物来源的烷基糖苷；
(3)0～2.0％的丙二醇；
(4)0.1～0.4％的消毒剂；
(5)余量为RO反渗透纯净水。
对于本发明的一种优化，所述承附配方药液的无纺布为水刺无纺布，所用无纺布克重范围在40～60g/m2。
所述消毒剂由50％甲基异噻唑啉酮和50％醋酸氯己定组成。
甲基异噻唑啉酮(MIT，10％活性含量)，CAS号：2682-20-4，是一种常用的广谱型高效杀菌剂，可以有效的抑制细菌、真菌、霉菌及霉菌的生长。
醋酸氯己定，又名醋酸洗必泰，CAS号：56-95-1，是常见的医用型外用消毒剂，可以杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌，大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌。
所述的烷基糖苷为德国Cogni科宁公司的APG系列的Plantacare2000或818或1200。
显然在本发明中还可以添加其他原料，如螯合剂、防腐剂、油脂护肤剂、酸度调节剂等，其他原料加入基本实现其各自的功能，通常不会影响本发明的基本性能。本领域技术人员无需付出创造性劳动即可实施。
本发明还提供了上述的一种洋甘菊纯露卫生湿巾的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
a，按照湿巾配方药液配比，先将纯水加入不锈钢搅拌釜中，在搅拌状态下，先将烷基糖苷溶解于RO纯净水，待溶解后，再依次加入丙二醇，消毒剂，待全部溶解后，在搅拌状态下，加入洋甘菊纯露，搅拌均匀后，形成湿巾配方药液，待用。
b，用a步骤的配方药液将无纺布通过湿巾机器的加湿装置喷淋加湿，并控制湿巾含液量为2.5～5.0倍，得到所述的湿巾。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、对皮肤能起到清洁、润肤、消毒和杀菌的功效，并有助于改善皮肤，具有抗过敏修护、美白肌肤等功效，适用于人体皮肤用；
2、所采用的配方成分都是环保型原料，不会污染环境，无论是生产过程、排放，或者是使用后丢弃处理都不会对环境造成污染；
3、产品配方稳定安全，原料成分无毒、对人体无刺激性、无腐蚀性；
4、品质优良，安全无副作用，消费者使用起来方便舒适；
5、工艺简单，成本价格低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，更具体地说明本发明的内容。应当理解，本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例，对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中，若非特指，所有的份、百分比均为重量单位，所有的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的。若无特别指明，实施例采用的方法为本领域通用技术。
本发明中配方药液的组分及其配比根据发明内容揭示部分予以任意配比即可，下面仅仅列举几个典型实施例对本发明做出进一步说明。
实施例1-3
分别按照表1对应的实施例1-3数据称取各原料，湿巾配方药液按每100重量份计。
a，按照湿巾配方药液配比，先将纯水加入不锈钢搅拌釜中，在搅拌状态下，先将烷基糖苷溶解于RO纯净水，待溶解后，再依次加入丙二醇，消毒剂，待全部溶解后，在搅拌状态下，加入洋甘菊纯露，搅拌均匀后，形成湿巾配方药液，待用。
b，用a步骤的配方药液将无纺布通过湿巾机器的加湿装置喷淋加湿，并控制湿巾含液量为3.5倍，得到所述的湿巾。

测试例
对实施例制成的湿巾，依据GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》的的规定要求，对下列的项目细菌菌落总数、真菌菌落总数、大肠菌群、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌进行了检验，均未检出，检测结果全部达标。并对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的致病性微生物的杀菌率进行测试，结果如表2。

结合表2的测试数据结果，可以明显得出：甲基异噻唑啉酮和醋酸氯己定复配使用，杀菌效果协同增效。
对湿巾配方药液的肤感(刺激性)，香味和滋润度三个因素进行质量评价，制定感官评价标准表(表3)，评级结论分为5级，按照标准进行逐项评价。

对实施例制成的湿巾配方润药液的肤感(刺激性)，香味和滋润度依据感官评价标准表进行逐项评价，结果如表4。

结合表4的感官评价结果，可以明显得出：洋甘菊纯露起到很好的滋润肌肤作用。
对实施例制成的湿巾，依据GB/T 27728-2011《湿巾》的产品技术指标项目的规定，对下列的项目：偏差、含液量、横向抗张强度、包装密封性、可迁移性荧光增白剂、尘埃度进行了检验，检测结果全部达标。
尽管发明人已经对本发明的技术方案做了较为详细的阐述和列举，应当理解，对于本领域一个熟练的技术人员来说，对上述实施例作出修改和/或变通或者采用等同的替代方案是显然的，都不能脱离本发明精神的实质，本发明中出现的术语用于对本发明技术方案的阐述和理解，并不能构成对本发明的限制。
Claims (3)
1.一种洋甘菊纯露卫生湿巾，由配方药液和承附配方药液的无纺布组成，其中，所述的配方药液由下述组分组成：洋甘菊纯露，烷基糖苷，丙二醇，消毒剂，RO反渗透纯净水。
所述湿巾的配方药液按每100重量份计含有：
(1)1.0～25.0％的洋甘菊纯露；
(2)0～0.05％的植物来源的烷基糖苷；
(3)0～2.0％的丙二醇；
(4)0.1～0.4％的消毒剂；
(5)余量为RO反渗透纯净水。
所述消毒剂由50％甲基异噻唑啉酮和50％醋酸氯己定组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的卫生湿巾，其特征在于：烷基糖苷为德国Cogni科宁公司的APG系列的Plantacare2000或818或1200。
3.如权利要求1或2任一项所述的洋甘菊纯露卫生湿巾的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
a，按照湿巾配方药液配比，先将纯水加入不锈钢搅拌釜中，在搅拌状态下，先将烷基糖苷溶解于RO纯净水，待溶解后，再依次加入丙二醇，消毒剂，待全部溶解后，在搅拌状态下，加入洋甘菊纯露，搅拌均匀后，形成湿巾配方药液。
b，用a步骤的配方药液将无纺布通过湿巾机器的加湿装置喷淋加湿，并控制湿巾含液量为2.5～5.0倍，得到所述的湿巾。
