Further, as shown in fig. 6, the inner pipe section 3113 extends into the door body 2 and is connected to the connection water pipe 32 located inside the door body 2, preferably, a threaded portion 31131 is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe section 3113, and the threaded portion 31131 is adjacent to an end of the inner pipe section 3113 connected to the fixed spray arm 311, and the dishwasher 100 of the embodiment of the present invention may further include: and a lock nut 6, wherein the lock nut 6 is in threaded engagement with the threaded portion 31131 of the inner pipe section 3113 to fasten the fixed spray arm 311 to the door body 2.
Preferably, a first sealing ring 4 may be disposed between the lock nut 6 and the door body 2, and the first sealing ring 4 may have a ring shape, so that the sealing property of the connection water pipe 32 and the inner pipe section 3113 at the connection point is improved, thereby preventing the occurrence of the water leakage phenomenon.
As shown in fig. 6, the connecting water pipe 32 may include a first pipe section 321 and a second pipe section 322, the first pipe section 321 and the second pipe section 322 having a uniform cross section, wherein the first pipe section 321 extends in an up-down direction, the second pipe section 322 extends in a front-rear direction, the first pipe section 321 is disposed perpendicular to the second pipe section 322 and adopts a circular arc transition at the connection, and the length of the first pipe section 321 is greater than that of the second pipe section 322, while the first pipe section 321 may be located in a space defined by the outer door body 21 and the inner door body 22, and the inner pipe section 3113 also extends into the space between the outer door body 21 and the inner door body 22, preferably, an end of the second pipe section 322 remote from the first pipe section 321 abuts against the lock nut 6, and an inner diameter of the connecting water pipe 32 is greater than an outer diameter of the inner pipe section 3113, so as to sleeve the second pipe section 322 over an outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe section 3113.
In some preferred embodiments, the door body 2 may be connected to the cabinet 1 through a hollow rotation shaft, preferably, the connection water pipe 32 may penetrate through the hollow rotation shaft and be connected to a water pump provided on the cabinet 1, thereby preventing the door body 2 from interfering with the connection water pipe 32 when being opened and closed, thereby affecting the normal operation of the dishwasher 100, reducing user experience, and simultaneously, allowing the connection water pipe 32 to penetrate through the hollow rotation shaft on the door body 2, resulting in a compact internal structure of the dishwasher 100.
Preferably, the connecting water pipe 32 may be a hose, so that connection between the connecting water pipe 32 and the water pump and the inner pipe section 3113 of the fixed spray arm 311 is facilitated on the one hand, and flexibility in arrangement of the connecting water pipe 32 is improved on the other hand.
In some preferred embodiments, the water pump may be provided with a reversing valve, which may be controlled by an electromagnetic switch, and the reversing valve may include a water inlet and a plurality of water outlets, which may be respectively in communication with the rotary lower spray arm and the area washing device, such that, during different washing phases of the dishwasher 100, a user may control one or more of the plurality of water outlets of the reversing valve to be opened and the remaining water outlets to be closed by the switch, thereby achieving a washing function of the dishwasher 100 during the different phases, for example, during a main washing phase, the rotary lower spray arm is operated, and during an enhanced washing phase, the area washing device is operated, thereby further improving the washing performance of the dishwasher 100, and reducing the energy consumption of the dishwasher 100, and reducing the production costs.
Preferably, the lower rotary spray arm may have a structure consistent with the area washing apparatus, and the size of the lower rotary spray arm may be larger than that of the area washing apparatus, whereby the water spray amount of the lower rotary spray arm is large, thereby completing the washing operation of the dishwasher 100 in the pre-wash and main wash stages.
The operation of the dishwasher 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6 as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the pre-washing and main washing stages, the rotary lower spray arm is operated, the connection water pipe 32 is communicated with the rotary lower spray arm, water in the tank 1 enters the rotary lower spray arm through the connection water pipe 32 by a water pump, the lower spray arm starts to rotate under the impact of water flow, and water flow sprayed from the spray holes of the lower spray arm is sprayed onto the surface of the tableware 122 on the main body area of the bowl basket 121, so that the tableware 122 on the main body area of the bowl basket 121 is washed.
After the pre-washing and the main washing are finished, the area washing device positioned at the left lower corner or the right lower corner of the inner side of the door body 2 works, the connecting water pipe 32 is communicated with the area washing device, water in the box body 1 enters the inner parts of the fixed spray arm 311 and the rotary spray arm 312 of the area washing device through the connecting water pipe 32, water sprayed from the first spray holes 311121 of the fixed spray arm 311 can be sprayed onto the surface of the tableware 122 at the side edge of the bowl basket 121, so that the tableware 122 at the two corners at the same side of the bowl basket 121 can be cleaned, meanwhile, the rotary spray arm 312 starts to rotate under the impact of water sprayed from the driving hole 312122, and water sprayed from the second spray holes 312121 of the rotary spray arm 312 can be sprayed onto the front side surface of the tableware 122, so that the tableware 122 on the bowl basket 121 can be cleaned more comprehensively.
Finally, in the rinsing stage, the lower spray arm can be operated, the connecting water pipe 32 is communicated with the rotary lower spray arm, and water in the box body 1 enters the rotary lower spray arm through the connecting water pipe 32 by a water pump, so that the tableware 122 on the bowl basket 121 is simply washed by water flow sprayed by the lower spray arm.
In short, according to the dish washer 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the area washing device, the problem that the corner dishes 122 of the lower basket 121 are difficult to wash can be effectively solved, and the problem of secondary pollution caused by the pollutants on the dishes 122 of the lower basket 121 can be solved, so that the washing effect of the dishes 122 of the lower basket 121 can be effectively improved, and finally, the aim of improving the washing performance of the dish washer 100 can be achieved.

Claims (11)
1. A dishwasher, comprising:
a case;
the door body is arranged on the box body;
a zone wash device disposed on an inside surface of the door body, the zone wash device being adjacent to a corner of the door body, the zone wash device comprising:
the spray arm assembly, the connecting water pipe and the water pump, wherein the connecting water pipe is used for connecting the water pump and the spray arm assembly;
the spray arm assembly includes: the fixed spray arm is positioned between the door body and the rotary spray arm, and spray holes are respectively formed in the fixed spray arm and the rotary spray arm;
the fixed spray arm includes: the fixed spray arm comprises a fixed spray arm body, an outer pipe section and an inner pipe section, wherein the outer pipe section and the inner pipe section are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of the fixed spray arm body, the rotary spray arm is rotatably arranged on the outer pipe section, the outer pipe section is communicated with the fixed spray arm body and the rotary spray arm, and the inner pipe section extends into the door body and is connected with the connecting water pipe positioned in the door body;
the outer peripheral surface of the outer pipe section is provided with a flange, and the rotary spray arm comprises: the rotary spray arm body and the clamping part are clamped on the flange, and the clamping part can rotate relative to the flange;
the clamping part includes:
a sleeve part sleeved on the outer pipe section, wherein the free end of the sleeve part is abutted against the first side surface of the flange;
a clamp arm, the clamp arm being "U" shaped and comprising: the connecting wall is used for connecting the first side wall with the second side wall, and the second side wall abuts against a second side face, deviating from the first side face, of the flange.
2. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the inner tube section is provided with a screw portion on an outer circumferential surface thereof, the dishwasher further comprising: and the locking nut is in threaded fit with the threaded part on the inner pipe section so as to fasten the fixed spray arm on the door body.
3. The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein a first gasket is disposed between the lock nut and the door body.
4. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the door body comprises: the inner door body is arranged on the inner side face of the outer door body, the area washing device is arranged on the side face, facing the inside of the box body, of the inner door body, and the inner pipe section extends into a space between the outer door body and the inner door body.
5. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein a second gasket is provided between the clamping portion and the fixed spray arm body.
6. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the second side wall is wedge-shaped and the wall thickness tapers radially from the outside to the inside.
7. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the clamping arms are a plurality and are symmetrically distributed about the sleeve portion.
8. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the fixed spray arm is disposed parallel to the door body, and the axis of rotation of the rotary spray arm is orthogonal to the door body.
9. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the zone washing device is disposed adjacent a lower left or lower right corner of the door body.
10. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the connecting water pipe is a hose.
11. The dishwasher of claim 10, wherein the door body is connected to the tub through a hollow shaft, and the connection water pipe penetrates the hollow shaft and is connected to a water pump provided on the tub.
