本发明提出一种营养全面的腐植酸型园林苗木专用肥砖及其施用方法,解决了现有技术中苗木肥料施用后土壤易板结等问题。所述肥砖是由下述重量份原料制备而成:活化腐植酸35~45份、沼渣17~23份、生物炭8~12份、氯化钾或硫酸钾8~10份、尿素13~17份、膨润土10~15份和磷酸一胺5~7份。本发明施肥对象为5年以上树龄苗木,通过选择新型制肥原料腐植酸、沼渣及生物炭,采用测土配方施肥技术原料,添加无机养分,采用控释肥料技术,通过新型工艺制成肥砖模式,既能解决园林苗木施肥难题,又能提供有机养分与无机养分,同时腐植酸、沼渣及活性炭短期内能够快速改良土壤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种肥料,具体涉及一种适用于园林苗木的肥砖。
背景技术
腐植酸是动植物遗骸,主要是植物的遗骸,经过微生物的分解和转化,以及地球化学的一系列过程造成和积累起来的一类有机物质。最有希望加以开发利用的腐植酸资源,是一些低热值的煤炭,诸如泥炭、褐煤和风化煤。但是腐植酸原粉无法直接应用于农业,只有经过活化后才能够应用。
有机废弃物“变废为宝”是我国急需解决的难题。秸秆、畜禽粪便及粮基糟渣等有机废弃物,随意排放污染环境。虽然含有大量有机质,但无法直接应用农业。经过大型厌氧沼气工程,能够产生沼气作为清洁能源,产生沼渣作为肥料原料。沼渣中含有氮、磷、钾、镁和钙等多种元素,活性有机成分有腐植酸、吲哚乙酸、乳酸菌、赤霉素和细胞分裂素等植物激素以及B族维生素,还含有多种氨基酸、蛋白质、水解酶以及多种无机酸和某些抗菌素等有机分子。科学施用能提高土壤中有机质和营养元素的含量,改善土壤结构,提高土壤肥力。
根据园林苗木需肥特点及苗木园需肥规律,需要添加氮磷钾及微量元素,满足园林苗木整个生长过程中对养分的需求。目前,园林苗木种植一般在为苗木企业规模化种植,用于绿化工程,经济效益高。由于长期粗放式种植模式,土壤板结严重。种植企业既需要保证园林的质量,又需要改良土壤板结现状,以为长期的苗木生产奠定土壤基础。
而肥料市场上无专门针对苗木的专用有机肥料,苗木施肥难点在于肥料无法满足苗木与土壤的双重需求,急需开发出一款肥效持久、易施用、营养全面并具有改良土壤特性的新型肥料。
发明内容
本发明提出一种营养全面的腐植酸型园林苗木专用肥砖及其施用方法,解决了现有技术中苗木肥料施用后土壤易板结等问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种腐植酸型园林苗木专用肥砖,是由下述重量份原料制备而成:活化腐植酸35~45份、沼渣17~23份、生物炭8~12份、氯化钾或硫酸钾8~10份、尿素13~17份、膨润土10~15份和磷酸一胺5~7份。

所述肥砖是按照下述方式制备的:活化腐植酸、沼渣、生物炭、氯化钾或硫酸钾、尿素、膨润土和磷酸一胺充分混合,调节含水在40%-45%,利用制砖设备压制成肥砖,然后将水分烘干至30%以下。
优选的,所述活化腐殖酸是按照下述方式进行的:将褐煤破碎至100目以内得到煤粉,将煤粉和烧碱按照1:0.6的重量比混合成堆,放置7~10天得到碱化煤,之后将碱化煤和水混合后加热至沸腾保持30min,静止冷却提取回收液,加入浓硫酸调节PH值为3~4,过滤晒干后得到腐殖酸。
所述腐植酸型园林苗木专用肥砖施用方法如下:将园林苗木专用肥砖埋入园林苗木根部土壤中,4块/棵,对称施肥,每块肥砖质量为1000g。

其中,腐植酸为褐煤经过水解活化,有机质高,含有多种活性官能团,具有离子交换、吸附、络合、螯合、絮凝、分散、粘结多种功能,是各种腐植酸类肥料的基础。生物炭原料经过活化后比表面积大于90m2/g,是良好的土壤改良剂,添加生物炭应用到肥料中,既能够增加土壤“炭骨架”,改良土壤板结状况,又能增加土壤吸水性,达到保水保肥的作用,是一种新型肥料原料。沼渣为秸秆、畜禽粪便经厌氧发酵工程完全腐熟,含有丰富的有机质和养分,是良好的制肥原料;膨润土起粘结剂作用;尿素、磷酸一铵、氯化钾均为农业级化学肥料,分别提供植物生长所需的氮磷钾大量元素。将物料充分混合,调节含水在40%-45%,此时物料的粘结性适合压制,利用制砖设备压制成肥砖,然后将水分烘干至30%以下,此时肥砖制成。园林苗木专用肥砖经生产工艺压制成立方体状,1000g/块,1000块/吨。施用的时候,将园林苗木专用肥砖埋入园林苗木根部土壤中,4块/棵,对称施肥。
本发明根据园林苗木需肥规律调节氮磷钾比例,满足园林苗木生长对大量元素的需求。同时腐植酸的官能团能够络合、活化土壤中氮磷钾,使其变为有效养分供园林苗木慢慢吸收。沼渣含有厌氧发酵活性因子,肥料中高含量的有机质,能够有效改良土壤。此外,本发明做成立方体状,易于施用,适合高档苗木园种植使用。
现有技术的肥砖以立方体状制成,压实容易影响肥料吸收,松散影响运输,压制肥砖力度需通过实验选择最佳配比;现有固体肥料主要为颗粒或粉末产品为主,肥砖模式有待农户适应。本申请的肥砖能够解决农户将肥料运输到苗木园,并方便施用到园林苗木上;肥料能够满足园林苗木一次采收期对养分的需求。
下面结合具体的实施例说明本发明制备和使用方式。
实施例1:本实施例中的专用肥砖,是由下述原料制备而成:活化腐植酸40kg、沼渣20kg、生物炭10kg、氯化钾9kg、尿素15kg、膨润土12kg和磷酸一胺6kg。
本实施例中,氯化钾也可以用硫酸钾替代。
