背景技术
尿囊素属于咪唑类杂环化合物,是一种两性化合物,也是一种重要的化工原料中间体,在医药上,尿囊素是具有多种功用的药物,它既可以直接使用,也可以做添加剂,尿囊素能医治各种皮肤病,如银屑病、皮炎、皮肤干燥等,能促进皮肤细胞和组织生长、促进伤口迅速愈合及镇痛等作用,可以使皮肤或组织恢复本来面目,可以治疗各种溃疡疾病。在日用化工上,尿囊素在国内外应用至今尚无发生刺激、光敏、过敏反应及其它毒副作用的报告,可直接作为高档化妆品的添加剂(如膏霜、乳液等)及其他日用化工品的添加剂(如牙膏、香波、肥皂等),具有润肤、保湿、角质软化和促进细胞再生等作用。另外,尿囊素是一种植物生长调节剂,可以刺激植物的生长,使用微量的尿囊素,可以使小麦、柑桔、水稻、蔬菜和大豆增产,并具有固果、催熟等作用。尿囊素又是开发各种复合肥、微肥、长效肥或缓效肥及稀土肥等肥料必不可少的原料,在农业上具有重要的应用。同时尿囊素具有促进消化道细胞增殖,增强正常细胞的活力,提高胃肠道消化吸收功能的作用,同时能使畜禽对流行疫病产生抵抗力,也是一种良好饲料添加剂。由于尿囊素的广泛应用,需求量逐年增加,产生的生产废水和清洗废水不断增加,如何快速有效的处理尿囊素废水显得很重要。
通常用硝酸或过氧化氢乙二醛得到乙醛酸后,再在酸催化下由乙醛酸与尿素缩合两步合成。其中第二步缩合反应中的酸催化剂一般采用硫酸、盐酸和硝酸等无机液体酸,存在设备腐蚀严重,污染环境等缺点。尿囊素工业废水的特点在于:COD高、氨氮高、组分多,其处理难点在于:各组分难于分离,不能直接回收利用。该废水因含有严重影响产品质量的杂质,故也不能直接循环套用,且废水处理技术难度较大,处理成本很高。这些废液种类多且成分复杂,累计效应不容忽视,有些则在降解中产生二次污染,直接排放会对水质、环境产生污染。
现有技术关于尿囊素废水的处理都存在造价高,不能很好处理达标等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种尿囊素废水处理工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种尿囊素废水处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将尿囊素生产废水和清洗废水经过格栅去除大的杂质后进入均质调节池;
(2)调节池出水进入中和池,用生石灰调节pH至7-8;
(3)中和池出水依次进行厌氧生化处理和好氧生化处理,固液分离;
(4)好氧生化处理出水进入混凝反应池,投加废水处理剂,混凝沉淀后去除有机物及悬浮物;
所述废水处理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:硫酸铝25份、亚硫酸钠16份、聚丙烯酰胺25份、单宁7份、改性硅藻土20份;
(5)混凝反应池出水进行超滤处理,滤液经检测,合格即可排放。
进一步方案,所述步骤(1)均质调节池中设有曝气风机。
进一步方案,所述步骤(1)调节pH值为7-7.5。
进一步方案,所述步骤(3)厌氧生化处理在UASB反应器中进行;好氧生化处理在生物接触氧化池中进行。

(5)混凝反应池出水进行超滤处理,超滤膜平均孔径在60nm,超滤处理温度在20℃;压力为0.1MPa;膜面流速位6m/s,滤液经检测,合格即可排放。

Claims (6)
1.一种尿囊素废水处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将尿囊素生产废水和清洗废水经过格栅去除大的杂质后进入均质调节池;
(2)调节池出水进入中和池,用生石灰调节pH至7-8;
(3)中和池出水依次进行厌氧生化处理和好氧生化处理,固液分离;
(4)好氧生化处理出水进入混凝反应池,投加废水处理剂,混凝沉淀后去除有机物及悬浮物;
所述废水处理剂由以下重量份的原料组成:硫酸铝25份、亚硫酸钠16份、聚丙烯酰胺25份、单宁7份、改性硅藻土20份;
(5)混凝反应池出水进行超滤处理,滤液经检测,合格即可排放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿囊素废水处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)均质调节池中设有曝气风机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿囊素废水处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)调节pH值为7-7.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿囊素废水处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)厌氧生化处理在UASB反应器中进行;好氧生化处理在生物接触氧化池中进行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿囊素废水处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)超滤处理中超滤膜平均孔径在60-100nm,超滤处理温度在20-50℃;压力为0.1-0.5MPa;膜面流速位3-6m/s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种尿囊素废水处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)废水处理剂的加入量为1.5-2.5mg/L。
