本发明公开了一种塑料中空板，包括由塑料板（1）围成的方形空腔（2），所述空腔（2）内设置有若干组用于连接所述空腔（2）上下壁的楞筋（3），每组所述楞筋（3）均包括并排设置的两个方向相反的子楞筋（4），所述子楞筋（4）包括用于连接所述空腔（2）上下壁的第一斜筋（5）和第二斜筋（6），所述第一斜筋（5）、第二斜筋（6）与所述空腔（2）的上壁或下壁形成三角形支架结构，所述三角形支架结构内设置有用于连接第一斜筋（5）、第二斜筋（6）与所述空腔（2）的上壁或下壁的三角体（7）。本发明提供的一种塑料中空板，不易变形，抗冲击强度大，具有保温功能，同时板材表面不易破损，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料中空板，属于板材技术领域。
背景技术
塑料中空板，也叫中空隔子板、万通板、双壁板或瓦楞板，是一种重量轻、无毒、无污染、防水、防震、抗老化、耐腐蚀、颜色丰富的新型材料，相比于纸板结构产品，塑料中空板具有防潮、抗腐蚀、更轻便等优势。相比于注塑产品，塑料中空板具有防震、可灵活设计结构等优势。
但是，现有的塑料中空板存在易变形，硬度小，抗冲击强度低，保温性能差，使用寿命短等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种不易变形，抗冲击强度大，同时重量轻的塑料中空板；进一步地，本发明提供一种具有保温功能，同时板材表面不易破损，使用寿命长的塑料中空板。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种塑料中空板，包括由塑料板围成的方形空腔，所述空腔内设置有若干组用于连接所述空腔上下壁的楞筋，每组所述楞筋均包括并排设置的两个方向相反的子楞筋，所述子楞筋包括用于连接所述空腔上下壁的第一斜筋和第二斜筋，所述第一斜筋、第二斜筋与所述空腔的上壁或下壁形成三角形支架结构，所述三角形支架结构内设置有用于连接第一斜筋、第二斜筋与所述空腔的上壁或下壁的三角体，所述三角体将所述三角形支架结构内部划分成4个小三角形。
所述空腔的两相对侧壁上设置有连接装置。
所述连接装置包括设置于一侧壁上的凹槽和设置于相对侧壁上的且与所述凹槽相配合的凸起，所述凸起为弹性体。
所述凹槽和凸起为榫卯结构。
所述凹槽和凸起均为箭头形、长条形或梯形。
所述空的上下壁上均设置有第一黏胶层，所述第一黏胶层上均设置有保温层，所述保温层上均设置有第二黏胶层，所述第二黏胶层上均设置有保护层。
所述第一黏胶层和第二黏胶层的材质均包括防水的聚氨酯热熔胶或橡胶胶水。
所述保温层包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板或珍珠岩保温板。
所述保护层的材质包括铝塑板。
所述塑料板的材质包括PE或PP。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的一种塑料中空板，三角形支架结构和三角体的组合设置，使本发明稳定性好，不易变形，抗冲击强度大，此种结构简单，空腔内剩余空间大，使本发明在重量轻，节约原料的同时达到了不易变形的目的；连接装置的设置，使板材之间易于组合拼接；保温层的设置，实现了保温功能；保护层的设置，使本发明表面不易破损，使用寿命长。

实施例1：
如图1所示，一种塑料中空板，包括由材质为PE的塑料板1围成的方形空腔2，所述空腔2内设置有若干组用于连接所述空腔2上下壁的楞筋3，每组所述楞筋3均包括并排设置的两个方向相反的子楞筋4，所述子楞筋4包括用于连接所述空腔2上下壁的第一斜筋5和第二斜筋6，所述第一斜筋5、第二斜筋6与所述空腔2的上壁或下壁形成三角形支架结构，所述三角形支架结构内设置有用于连接第一斜筋5、第二斜筋6与所述空腔2的上壁或下壁的三角体7，所述三角体7将所述三角形支架结构内部划分成4个小三角形。
所述空腔2的两相对侧壁上设置有连接装置。
所述连接装置包括设置于一侧壁上的凹槽8和设置于相对侧壁上的且与所述凹槽8相配合的凸起9，所述凸起9为弹性体。
所述凹槽8和凸起9为榫卯结构。所述凹槽8和凸起9均为箭头形。
所述空腔2的上下壁上均设置有第一黏胶层10，所述第一黏胶层10上均设置有保温层11，所述保温层11上均设置有第二黏胶层12，所述第二黏胶层12上均设置有保护层13。
所述第一黏胶层10和第二黏胶层12的材质均为防水的聚氨酯热熔胶。
所述保温层11为聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板。
所述保护层13的材质为铝塑板。
实施例2：
如图1所示，一种塑料中空板，包括由材质为PP的塑料板1围成的方形空腔2，所述空腔2内设置有若干组用于连接所述空腔2上下壁的楞筋3，每组所述楞筋3均包括并排设置的两个方向相反的子楞筋4，所述子楞筋4包括用于连接所述空腔2上下壁的第一斜筋5和第二斜筋6，所述第一斜筋5、第二斜筋6与所述空腔2的上壁或下壁形成三角形支架结构，所述三角形支架结构内设置有用于连接第一斜筋5、第二斜筋6与所述空腔2的上壁或下壁的三角体7，所述三角体7将所述三角形支架结构内部划分成4个小三角形。
所述空腔2的两相对侧壁上设置有连接装置。
所述连接装置包括设置于一侧壁上的凹槽8和设置于相对侧壁上的且与所述凹槽8相配合的凸起9，所述凸起9为弹性体。
所述凹槽8和凸起9为榫卯结构。所述凹槽8和凸起9均为长条形。
所述空腔2的上下壁上均设置有第一黏胶层10，所述第一黏胶层10上均设置有保温层11，所述保温层11上均设置有第二黏胶层12，所述第二黏胶层12上均设置有保护层13。
所述第一黏胶层10和第二黏胶层12的材质均为防水的橡胶胶水。
所述保温层11为珍珠岩保温板。
所述保护层13的材质为铝塑板。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出：对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：包括由塑料板（1）围成的方形空腔（2），所述空腔（2）内设置有若干组用于连接所述空腔（2）上下壁的楞筋（3），每组所述楞筋（3）均包括并排设置的两个方向相反的子楞筋（4），所述子楞筋（4）包括用于连接所述空腔（2）上下壁的第一斜筋（5）和第二斜筋（6），所述第一斜筋（5）、第二斜筋（6）与所述空腔（2）的上壁或下壁形成三角形支架结构，所述三角形支架结构内设置有用于连接第一斜筋（5）、第二斜筋（6）与所述空腔（2）的上壁或下壁的三角体（7），所述三角体（7）将所述三角形支架结构内部划分成4个小三角形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述空腔（2）的两相对侧壁上设置有连接装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述连接装置包括设置于一侧壁上的凹槽（8）和设置于相对侧壁上的且与所述凹槽（8）相配合的凸起（9），所述凸起（9）为弹性体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述凹槽（8）和凸起（9）为榫卯结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述凹槽（8）和凸起（9）均为箭头形、长条形或梯形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述空腔（2）的上下壁上均设置有第一黏胶层（10），所述第一黏胶层（10）上均设置有保温层（11），所述保温层（11）上均设置有第二黏胶层（12），所述第二黏胶层（12）上均设置有保护层（13）。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述第一黏胶层（10）和第二黏胶层（12）的材质均包括防水的聚氨酯热熔胶或橡胶胶水。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述保温层（11）包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板或珍珠岩保温板。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述保护层（13）的材质包括铝塑板。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料中空板，其特征在于：所述塑料板（1）的材质包括PE或PP。
