Abstract
本发明涉及一种弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布及成型方法,包括无纺布,弹性膜的膜面有很多有很多透气孔且透气孔孔口沿呈凸台口,弹性膜在拉伸状态下其弹性膜面上的凸台口与底层无纺布热压复合后回弹构成弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布。优点:一是无需热熔胶,即可实现底层无纺布与弹性膜的复合,确保了弹性膜及无纺布本身的透气性不受热熔胶的影响;二是开孔弹性膜的设计,不仅使弹性膜拉伸率大大地增大,而且具有高弹力、大伸缩率的特点;三是弹性膜中孔口凸台的设计,实现了底层无纺布与弹性膜凸台孔口部的复合,不仅使复无纺布具有上下、左右、前后透气的功能且透气性极佳,而且伸缩弹性好,开创造中空多点支撑通透复合无纺布的先例。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种既无需热熔胶,也无需拉伸无纺布,便能将底层无纺布复合在拉伸状态下弹性膜面凸台口部的弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布及成型方法,主要用于医用绷带和卫生用品,属复合无纺布制造领域。
背景技术
CN202213263U、名称“一种复合无纺布”,由至少一层弹性无纺布和至少一层弹性膜复合而成。所述弹性膜为聚氨酯薄膜。所述弹性无纺布和弹性膜藉由粘合剂复合而成。所述粘合剂为热熔胶。弹性无纺布和弹性聚氨酯透气膜在进行复合操作时均处于拉伸状态,在复合完成后自动回缩。其不足之处:一是该复合无纺布复合成型时需要弹性无纺布和弹性聚氨酯透气膜在处于拉伸状态完成复合,复合成型后的无纺布的弹性膜的弹性受弹性受弹性无纺布的制约,得到的是以弹性无纺布弹性为限的复合无纺布,其弹性非常有限;二是弹性无纺布与弹性聚氨酯透气膜的复合依赖于热熔胶,而热熔胶的基本树脂是乙烯和醋酸乙烯在高温高压下共聚而成的EVA树脂,而EVA树脂的粘性本身很低,需加入增粘剂,如改性松香(138或145),C5石油树脂,C9石油树脂,萜烯树脂等,这些成份的加入使得热熔胶的粘性增强,但其作为弹性无纺布与弹性聚氨酯透气膜的复合介质时,却大大堵塞了弹性无纺布的透气性,使复合成型后的复合无纺布的透气性大大降低,甚至很差。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既无需热熔胶,也无需拉伸无纺布,便能将面层无纺布和底层无纺布复合在拉伸状态下弹性膜两面的弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布及成型方法。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本发明在结构设计上:1、弹性膜的膜面有很多透气孔的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样设计的目的在于:由于本发明所述弹性打孔透气膜是在拉伸的状态下与无纺布面无胶(无热熔胶)复合,即弹性打孔透气膜的膜面是在拉伸状态下与无纺布直接热压复合,不会发生热熔胶堵塞弹性打孔透气膜面透气孔的现象。其次,弹性打孔透气膜的好处在于:一是它不仅能够使本不透气的弹性膜变成打孔透气膜,而且能使布满透气孔的弹性膜的拉伸率增大---弹性好,有效地提高了弹性打孔透气膜的伸缩率;二是采用本发明的弹性打孔透气膜,它能够它取代目前纸尿裤弹性腰围采用橡筋制作所带来的制造设备复杂、制作工艺复杂、成本高,效率低,以及采用胶粘剂定位橡筋所导致的腰围弹力下降、透气性差、手感生硬、舒适性差的缺陷;二是采用本发明的弹性打孔透气膜所制作的绷带,不仅弹性好,透气性好,而且绷扎时的平整度好,制作成本低。2、由于用于医用绷带和卫生用品的无纺布既要求具有良好透气性和平整度,又要求具有良好的弹性,同时价格低,而能够满足上述要求的底层无纺布的弹性非常小,基本上可以忽略不计,但是医用绷带和卫生用品中纸尿裤腰围所需的复合无纺布则既要求满足平整度,又要求满足强力弹性伸缩的要求,为此本发明将弹性打孔透气膜在拉伸的状态下与底层无纺布热压复合后回弹形成弹性透气折绉式复合无纺布,既满足了医用绷带透气、平整、弹性绑扎的要求,又满足了纸尿裤腰围所需平整、透气、强力弹性伸缩的要求。3、弹性膜中透气孔成形的负压吸口沿呈凸台口结构的设计,是本发明的技术特征之三。这样设计的目的在于:弹性膜面在由负压抽气打孔的过程中,其弹性膜面中的负压抽吸孔(负压出气一端)的孔口沿呈凸台口,该凸台台就犹如布在弹性膜面多个孔形支撑,该由于孔形支撑的孔口部高于膜面,因此当其与底层无纺布热压复合时,使得底层无纺布面与弹性膜面的凸台口部之间形成复合,不仅大大地减少了无纺布面与弹性膜的复合面积,而且使底层无纺布面与弹性膜之间形成多路且路路相通的中空多点支撑,不仅透气性极佳,而且伸缩弹性好,开创造中空多点支撑通透复合无纺布的先例。

技术方案2:一种弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布的成型方法,弹性高分子树脂颗粒在熔融的状态下通过膜成型工艺制成弹性膜的同时在弹性膜面上通过负压吸抽打孔辊构成弹性打孔透气膜且透气孔的口沿呈凸台口,或弹性膜通过负压吸抽打孔辊构成弹性打孔透气膜且透气孔的口沿呈凸台口,弹性打孔透气膜在拉伸的状态下将底层无纺布复合在弹性打孔透气膜的凸台口部后,弹性打孔透气膜回弹迫使底层无纺布随弹性打孔透气膜回弹而构成弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是无需热熔胶,即可实现底层无纺布与弹性膜的复合,确保了弹性膜及无纺布本身的透气性不受热熔胶的影响;二是开孔弹性膜的设计,不仅使弹性膜拉伸率大大地增大,而且具有高弹力、大伸缩率的特点;三是弹性膜中孔口凸台的设计,实现了底层无纺布与弹性膜凸台孔口部的复合,不仅使复无纺布具有上下、左右、前后透气的功能且透气性极佳,而且伸缩弹性好,开创造中空多点支撑通透复合无纺布的先例。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1。一种弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布,包括无纺布,弹性膜2的膜面有很多透气孔4且透气孔孔口沿呈凸台口5,弹性膜2在拉伸状态下其弹性膜面上的凸台口5与底层无纺布3热压复合后回弹构成弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布。所述弹性膜为弹性打孔透气膜。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,所述底层无纺布3在弹性膜2被拉伸的状态下通过凸凹辊组被热压复合在弹性膜2的凸台口5部。所述弹性打孔透气膜2中透气孔由布满负压孔辊面上的负压抽吸流道抽吸而成,且抽气孔口沿呈凸台口5。所述底层无纺布3与打孔透气膜2中的凸台口5部复合而成,且底层无纺布面与弹性膜之间形成多路且路路相通的中空多点支撑空间6。所述弹性透气膜的拉伸率在50%-500%之间且包括端值。
实施例3:在实施例1或2的基础上,一种弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布的成型方法,弹性高分子树脂颗粒在熔融的状态下通过膜成型工艺制成弹性膜2的同时在弹性膜面上通过负压吸抽打孔辊构成弹性打孔透气膜且透气孔的口沿呈凸台口,或弹性膜通过负压吸抽打孔辊构成弹性打孔透气膜且透气孔的口沿呈凸台口,弹性打孔透气膜在拉伸的状态下将底层无纺布3复合在弹性打孔透气膜的凸台口5部后,弹性打孔透气膜回弹迫使底层无纺布3随弹性打孔透气膜回弹而构成弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布。
实施例4:在实施例3的基础上,所述弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜在拉伸的状态下通过凹凸复合辊组将底层无纺布3复合在弹性打孔透气膜的凸台口部。
所述膜成型工艺是指流延膜成型及打孔工艺。所述流延膜成型及打孔工艺由流延模头和膜成型打孔装置构成。所述膜成型打孔装置负压抽吸孔辊组构成,或由凸点式凹凸辊组构成。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布,其特征是:所述弹性膜为弹性打孔透气膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布,其特征是:所述底层无纺布(3)在弹性打孔透气膜(2)被拉伸的状态下通过凸凹辊组被热压复合在弹性膜(2)的凸台口(5)部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布,其特征是:所述弹性打孔透气膜(2)中透气孔由布满负压孔辊面上的负压抽吸流道抽吸而成,且抽气孔口沿呈凸台口(5)。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布,其特征是:所述底层无纺布(3)与打孔透气膜(2)中的凸台口(5)部复合而成,且底层无纺布面与弹性膜之间形成多路且路路相通的中空多点支撑空间(6)。

8.根据权利要求7所述的弹性中空透气折绉式复合无纺布的成型方法,其特征是:所述弹性打孔透气膜或弹性透气膜在拉伸的状态下通过凹凸复合辊组将底层无纺布(3)复合在弹性打孔透气膜的凸台口部。
