Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物及其应用,根据各种药剂的不同作用机理,并结合具有杀菌驱虫功效的中药药剂,辅以合适的助剂和载体,与传统药剂相比具有以下优点:a)高效、低毒、低残留、速效性好、持效期长、对环境友好;b)与传统防治水稻稻飞虱的主流药剂无交互抗药性;c)各种药剂具有相容性,增效作用显著,提高了杀菌活性,减少了单一杀菌剂的用药剂量,节省了农药使用成本;d)中药药剂的添加,一方面能降低病原菌对化学药剂的抗药性风险水平,有利于病原菌敏感度的保持,同时能延缓病菌对配方中单剂出现抗药性;e)杀菌效果显著,减少了病害对农作物生产造成的为害,提高了农产品的产量和品质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物及其应用。
背景技术
稻飞虱是农业上最主要的害虫,其发生危害具有隐藏性,爆发性和毁灭性的特点,对水稻产量危害很大,常规单一的杀虫药剂如吡蚜酮、吡虫啉、异丙威、敌敌畏等是防治稻飞虱的对口农药,但是由于长期使用单一的杀虫剂以及施药技术不合理,现有的单一杀虫剂对稻飞虱的防治效果越来越差,而为了解决问题,通常采用加大药量的方法,这样既增加农作物的种植成本,又污染了环境,且防效并未有明显的提高和改善。
种菌唑,Ipconazole,其化学结构式如下:
它是一种三唑类麦角甾醇生物合成抑制剂,化学名称:2-((4-氯苄基)甲基-5-(1-异丙基)-1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-甲基)环戊醇,CAS:125225-28-7,具有内吸活性、保护和治疗活性,能有效地防治子囊菌、担子菌和半知菌所致病害,通过种子处理由根部向茎叶传导,对赤霉病、叶斑病、枯萎病有很好的防效。
呋虫胺(Dinotefuran)是第三代烟碱类杀虫剂,由于其结构中存在着特殊的呋喃结构,因而在性能方面与烟碱有所不同,目前人们将其称为“呋喃烟碱”。呋虫胺主要作用于昆虫神经传递系统,使害虫麻痹从而发挥杀虫作用。该药剂杀虫谱广,处理后可防治同时发生的众多害虫,具有卓越的内吸渗透作用,并在很低的剂量时即显示很高的杀虫活性。该药剂对哺乳动物、鸟类及水生生物十分安全,对作物无药害,可用于水稻、果树、蔬菜等众多作物害虫防治。
以上两种化合物都是很好的杀菌药剂原料来源,目前已有一些报道用于各种小麦水稻的病虫害的应用,但还是存在抗性频率不断增加,防治失败,造成病害流行加剧的问题,因此需要调整其配比,并引入新的有效杀菌物质进行组合才能对水稻稻飞虱的防治获得更好的效果。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的针对防治水稻稻飞虱的防治药剂存在抗性频率不断增加,抗性范围逐年扩大,常导致防治失败,造成虫害流行加剧的问题,本发明提出了一种对防治水稻稻飞虱防控具有较好的协同增效作用,大幅度降低农药施用量,降低环境污染和农产品的残留、持效期长且提高水稻抗逆性的一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物及其应用。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,按重量计由40%-80%的主要成分10%的助剂和余量的载体组成;其中所述主要成分为呋虫胺、种菌唑、中药杀菌成分组成,其中中药杀菌成分重量占主要成分的40%,呋虫胺和种菌唑的重量比为1:30~30:1。
更进一步的,所述主要成分中呋虫胺和种菌唑的重量比为1:15~15:1。
更进一步的,所述主要成分中呋虫胺和种菌唑的重量比为1:8~8:1。
更进一步的,所述主要成分中呋虫胺和种菌唑的重量比为1:5。
更进一步的,所述主要成分中中药杀菌成分选自丁香、苏木、决明子、高良姜、花椒、大蓟、黄芪、莪术、丹皮、赤芍、秦皮、地丁、白头翁、远志、黄精、雷丸、槟榔、苦楝皮、榧子、芜荑中的至少五种组合。
更为优选的,杀菌组合物的剂型为水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水分散粒剂中的一种,相应的载体选自水、高岭土、活性白土、黏土、膨润土、硅藻土、凹凸棒土、轻质碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
更为优选的,所述助剂为木质素磺酸钠、聚合烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基聚氧乙烯磷酸酯、茶枯粉、皂角粉、蚕沙、脂肪醇硫酸盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、拉开粉、吐温60、烷基磷酸酯及其烷氧化物、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、磷酸酯及其衍生物、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠、硫酸盐、二甲基亚砜、异丙醇、淀粉糊、树胶、豆粉、松节油、甲醇、乙醇、明胶、阿拉伯胶、卵磷脂、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸铵、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙基醚、磺酸聚甲醛缩合物、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、烷基苯磺酸钙、丁基萘磺酸钠、苯甲酸、羧甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝、乙酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
本发明还公开了上述一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物的应用,具体防治方法为对水稻进行三次施药,第一次为播种前的水稻拌种,第二次为水稻扬花初期的喷粉施用,第三次为抽穗期的低容量喷雾施用,每次杀菌组合物中主要成分的用量为15~20g。
更进一步的,喷雾施用和喷粉施用的时间选自下午三点以后。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物及其应用,根据各种药剂的不同作用机理,并结合具有杀菌驱虫功效的中药药剂,将其完美结合起来,辅以合适的助剂和载体,寻求最合适的配比对水稻进行恶苗病的防治,与传统药剂相比具有以下优点:a)高效、低毒、低残留、速效性好、持效期长、对环境友好;b)与传统防治水稻稻飞虱的主流药剂无交互抗药性;c)各种药剂具有相容性,增效作用显著,提高了杀菌活性,减少了单一杀菌剂的用药剂量,节省了农药使用成本;d)中药药剂的添加,一方面能降低病原菌对化学药剂的抗药性风险水平,有利于病原菌敏感度的保持,同时能延缓病菌对配方中单剂出现抗药性;e)杀菌效果显著,减少了病害对农作物生产造成的为害,提高了农产品的产量和品质。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
室内活性测定:
实施例1:
一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,剂型为可湿性粉剂,各组分具体配比如下:呋虫胺18%、种菌唑40%、中药杀菌成分32%、聚合烷基芳基磺酸盐4%、蚕沙3%、烷基磷酸酯及其烷氧化物3%、其余为轻质碳酸钙补充至100%,其中中药杀菌成分为丁香、花椒、丹皮、白头翁、槟榔、芜荑的混合物。
其制备方法为:将上述组分充分混匀,经砂磨机粉碎和过300目筛,得到杀菌组合物可湿性粉剂。
实施例2:
一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,剂型为悬浮剂,各组分具体配比如下:呋虫胺30%、种菌唑16%、中药杀菌成分24%、木质素磺酸钠2%、蚕沙2%、聚乙烯醇3%、豆粉2%、硅酸镁铝1%、其余为水补充至100%,其中中药杀菌成分为苏木、大蓟、秦皮、远志、雷丸、榧子的混合物。
其制备方法为:将上述组分充分混匀,经砂磨机粉碎至90%的药剂颗粒直径≤5μm,得到杀菌组合物悬浮剂。
实施例3:
一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,剂型为水分散粒剂,各组分具体配比如下:呋虫胺5%、种菌唑25%、中药杀菌成分20%、烷基聚氧乙烯磷酸酯2%、烷基醇聚氧乙烯蓖麻油2%、异丙醇3%、聚乙烯醇2%、二甲基亚砜1%、其余为硅藻土补充至100%,其中中药杀菌成分为决明子、黄芪、莪术、赤芍、远志、槟榔、苦楝皮的混合物。
其制备方法为:将上述组分充分混匀,经过粉碎制备母粉,将母粉与适量水溶液混合均匀,高速剪切并砂磨机研磨,然后进行流化床造粒,干燥、过筛,即可制得杀菌组合物水分散粒剂。
实施例4:
一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,剂型为水乳剂,各组分具体配比如下:呋虫胺20%、种菌唑4%、中药杀菌成分16%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、异丙醇2%、苯甲酸1%、阿拉伯胶1%,其余为水补充至100%,其中中药杀菌成分为决明子、黄芪、莪术、赤芍、远志、槟榔、苦楝皮的混合物。
其制备方法为:将上述比例的呋虫胺、种菌唑、中药杀菌成分、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加在一起,溶解成均匀油相;将水、异丙醇、阿拉伯胶、苯甲酸混合在一起,成均一水相。在高速搅拌下,将水相加入油相,即可制得杀菌组合物水乳剂。
实施例5:
一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物的应用:
采用实施例1-4的杀菌组合物进行防治水稻稻飞虱的田间防控药效试验:
供试场地和材料:试验地安排在防治水稻稻飞虱对传统药剂已经产生抗药性的江苏句容某农场。水稻受试品种为当地普遍种植品种。
试验方法:试验组对水稻进行三次施药,第一次为播种前的水稻拌种,第二次为水稻扬花初期的喷粉施用,第三次为抽穗期的低容量喷雾施用,每次杀菌组合物中主要成分的用量为18g,喷雾施用和喷粉施用的时间选自下午三点以后。
此外设置传统药剂的对照组,也分三次进行施药,施药方式同试验组。
具体田间防效见表1:

从表1的田间试验结果表明,传统的药剂对防治水稻稻飞虱具有一定的防治能力,防治效果均在70-80%,用量增加,药效有一定的提高,而按照本发明杀菌组合物的配方进行防治,不仅有效的降低了发病率、病情指数,提高了防治效果,而且大大降低了用药量,节省了大量的经济投入。

Claims (9)
1.一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,其特征在于按重量计由40%-80%的主要成分10%的助剂和余量的载体组成;其中所述主要成分为呋虫胺、种菌唑、中药杀菌成分组成,其中中药杀菌成分重量占主要成分的40%,呋虫胺和种菌唑的重量比为1:30~30:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述主要成分中呋虫胺和种菌唑的重量比为1:15~15:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述主要成分中呋虫胺和种菌唑的重量比为1:8~8:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述主要成分中呋虫胺和种菌唑的重量比为1:5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述主要成分中中药杀菌成分选自丁香、苏木、决明子、高良姜、花椒、大蓟、黄芪、莪术、丹皮、赤芍、秦皮、地丁、白头翁、远志、黄精、雷丸、槟榔、苦楝皮、榧子、芜荑中的至少五种组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:杀菌组合物的剂型为水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水分散粒剂中的一种,相应的载体选自水、高岭土、活性白土、黏土、膨润土、硅藻土、凹凸棒土、轻质碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述助剂为木质素磺酸钠、聚合烷基芳基磺酸盐、烷基聚氧乙烯磷酸酯、茶枯粉、皂角粉、蚕沙、脂肪醇硫酸盐、烷基醇聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、拉开粉、吐温60、烷基磷酸酯及其烷氧化物、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、磷酸酯及其衍生物、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠、硫酸盐、二甲基亚砜、异丙醇、淀粉糊、树胶、豆粉、松节油、甲醇、乙醇、明胶、阿拉伯胶、卵磷脂、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸铵、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙基醚、磺酸聚甲醛缩合物、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、烷基苯磺酸钙、丁基萘磺酸钠、苯甲酸、羧甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝、乙酸乙酯、中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻稻飞虱的杀菌组合物的应用,其特征在于防治方法为对水稻进行三次施药,第一次为播种前的水稻拌种,第二次为水稻扬花初期的喷粉施用,第三次为抽穗期的低容量喷雾施用,每次杀菌组合物中主要成分的用量为15~20g。
