Abstract

本发明提出了一种含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,按照重量百分数计算,包括:敌稗5~10%、灭草松10~30%、氯氟吡氧乙酸5~20%、润湿剂2~10%、分散剂2~8%、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408 0.2~0.8%、甜菜碱3~6%、黏结剂0.5~6%,余量为填料;所述黏结剂为阿拉伯胶与气相二氧化硅混合物。该水分散粒剂不仅分散悬浮性能好,而且扩大了杀草谱、能有效防除水稻田的阔叶杂草以及对禾本科杂草。

Description

含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂
技术领域
本发明属于除草剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂。
背景技术
灭草松,又名排草丹、苯达松,化学名称:3-异丙基-(1H)-苯并-2,1,3-噻二嗪-4-酮-2,2-二氧化物。该除草剂是触杀型具选择性的苗后除草剂,用于苗期茎叶处理,通过叶片接触而起作用。在旱田中使用时,先通过叶面渗透传导到叶绿体内抑制光合作用。在水田中使用时既能通过叶面渗透又能通过根部吸收,传导到茎叶,强烈阻碍杂草光合作用和水分代谢,造成营养饥饿,使生理机能失调而致死。灭草松有效成分在耐性作物体内向活性弱的糖轭合物代谢而解毒,对作物安全,施药后6-18周,在土壤中可被微生物分解。但是,灭草松对禾本科杂草的无效,除草谱单一。
敌稗(Propanil),其他名称:斯达姆,化学名称:N-(3′,4′-二氯苯基)丙酰胺。敌稗是一种具高度选择性的触杀型除草剂,对稻苗安全而对稗草有很强的触杀作用。敌稗的作用是破坏植物的光合作用,抑制呼吸作用与氧化磷酸化作用,干扰核酸与蛋白质合成等,使受害植物的生理机能受到影响,加速失水,叶片逐渐干枯,最后死亡。敌稗主要用于水稻秧田、直播田及本田防除稗草、牛毛毡。也可用于旱田防除马唐、狗尾草、水马齿、鸭舌草、苋、看麦娘等杂草幼苗。但是,对四叶萍、眼子菜、野荸荠等基本无效,除草谱单一,对杂草的控制具有局限性。
氯氟吡氧乙酸,是内吸传导型苗后除草剂,施药后很快被植物吸收,使敏感植物出现典型激素类除草剂的反应,植株畸形、扭曲,最终枯死。适用于防除阔叶杂草;如猪殃殃、卷茎蓼、马齿苋、龙葵、田旋花、蓼、苋等,对禾本科杂草无效,对作物安全。由于氯氟吡氧乙酸只能防除阔叶杂草,使用成本偏高,实际防效相对较差,不利于大面积推广使用。
目前市场未见含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的水分散粒剂研制报道。
发明内容
本发明提出一种含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,该水分散粒剂不仅分散悬浮性能好,而且扩大了杀草谱、能有效防除水稻田的阔叶杂草以及对禾本科杂草。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,按照重量百分数计算,包括:
敌稗5~10%、灭草松10~30%、氯氟吡氧乙酸5~20%、润湿剂2~10%、分散剂2~8%、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408 0.2~0.8%、甜菜碱3~6%、黏结剂0.5~6%,余量为填料;所述黏结剂为阿拉伯胶与气相二氧化硅混合物。
进一步,所述阿拉伯胶与气相二氧化硅的质量比为2~7:1。
进一步,所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素、皂角粉或者烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步,所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠或者Morwet-450。
进一步,所述甜菜碱为N-十二酰胺基甜菜碱、N-十六酰胺基甜菜碱、N-十八酰胺基甜菜碱、十二烷基磺丙基甜菜碱或者椰油酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱。
进一步,所述填料选自高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙以及硫酸铵中的一种或几种。
本发明含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂的制备方法:
按配方将灭草松、敌稗、氯氟吡氧乙酸、润湿剂、分散剂、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、甜菜碱、黏结剂以及填料充分混合,经粗粉碎、再混合、气流粉碎机粉碎,进入到锥形混合机混合,通过325目标准筛得细粉,之后,向细粉中加水捏合,挤压造粒,于40℃~60℃烘干即得含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的水分散粒剂中加入甜菜碱喷雾后具有低的表面张力,在靶标表面润湿性好,铺展和渗透能力强,以细小颗粒分布于靶标表面,有利于提高药效。有机硅助剂可使药液到达难以润湿的地方,增加喷雾覆盖面,促进药液快速吸收。提高药液的耐雨水冲刷能力,提高农药的有效利用率,降低农药投放量。黏结剂为阿拉伯胶与气相二氧化硅混合物增强了凝胶空间网状结构,提高了其触变性能,提高了有水分散粒剂稳定性。
2、本发明的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂使用时在作物面展着渗透性好,减少了有效成分流失,有明显增效作用。初始悬浮率≥95%;54±2热贮30天后悬浮率≥90%;崩解时间≤50s;润湿时间≤50s;持久起泡性(1min后)≤10ml。
3、本发明的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂扩大了杀草谱、能有效防除水稻田的阔叶杂草以及对禾本科杂草。本发明的除草剂组合物可以通过三种不同机理杀死杂草,使得杂草抗性产生速度降低了,三种成分协同增效,极大地提高除草剂的杀草活性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
敌稗5kg、灭草松10kg、氯氟吡氧乙酸5kg、十二烷基硫酸钠2kg、木质素磺酸钠4kg、0.8kg有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、3kgN-十二酰胺基甜菜碱、0.6kg阿拉伯胶、0.1kg气相二氧化硅与69.5kg轻质碳酸钙。
制备方法:
按配方灭草松、敌稗、氯氟吡氧乙酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、N-十二酰胺基甜菜碱、阿拉伯胶、气相二氧化硅与轻质碳酸钙充分混合,经粗粉碎、再混合、气流粉碎机粉碎,进入到锥形混合机混合,通过325目标准筛得细粉,之后,向细粉中加水捏合,挤压造粒,于40℃烘干即得含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂。
实施例2
敌稗7kg、灭草松20kg、氯氟吡氧乙酸8kg、皂角粉4kg、木质素磺酸钙5kg、0.2kg有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、4kg N-十六酰胺基甜菜碱、4.2kg阿拉伯胶、0.6kg气相二氧化硅与47g硅藻土。
制备方法:
按配方将灭草松、敌稗、氯氟吡氧乙酸、皂角粉、木质素磺酸钙、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、N-十六酰胺基甜菜碱、阿拉伯胶、气相二氧化硅以及硅藻土充分混合,经粗粉碎、再混合、气流粉碎机粉碎,进入到锥形混合机混合,通过325目标准筛得细粉,之后,向细粉中加水捏合,挤压造粒,于45℃烘干即得含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂。
实施例3
敌稗8kg、灭草松30kg、氯氟吡氧乙酸10kg、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8kg、7kg的Morwet-450、0.2kg有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、6kg椰油酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱、4.2kg阿拉伯胶、0.6kg气相二氧化硅与26kg硫酸铵。
制备方法:
按配方将灭草松原药、氯氟吡氧乙酸、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、Morwet-450、椰油酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱、阿拉伯胶、气相二氧化硅以及硫酸铵充分混合,经粗粉碎、再混合、气流粉碎机粉碎,进入到锥形混合机混合,通过325目标准筛得细粉,之后,向细粉中加水捏合,挤压造粒,于55℃烘干即得含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂。
实施例4
敌稗10kg、灭草松20kg、氯氟吡氧乙酸20kg、木质素8kg、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠10kg、0.4kg有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408、5kg N-十八酰胺基甜菜碱、4.0kg阿拉伯胶、2kg气相二氧化硅与20.6kg膨润土。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
将实施例1-4制备得到的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂进行性能指标检测,结果如表1:

从表1中我们可以看出,本发明制备的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂润湿性能优良,悬浮率较高,且贮存稳定性好。
实施例6
本发明实施例1-4的灭草松·氯氟吡氧乙酸水分散粒剂防除稗草、狗尾草、鸭跖草、苘麻、反枝莧等水稻田优势杂草,防治对象为水稻苗为3~6叶期。具体药效结果如表2。

Claims (6)

1.一种含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括:
敌稗5~10%、灭草松10~30%、氯氟吡氧乙酸5~20%、润湿剂2~10%、分散剂2~8%、有机硅表面活性剂Silwet408 0.2~0.8%、甜菜碱3~6%、黏结剂0.5~6%,余量为填料;所述黏结剂为阿拉伯胶与气相二氧化硅混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述阿拉伯胶与气相二氧化硅的质量比为2~7:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素、皂角粉或者烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠或者Morwet-450。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述甜菜碱为N-十二酰胺基甜菜碱、N-十六酰胺基甜菜碱、N-十八酰胺基甜菜碱、十二烷基磺丙基甜菜碱或者椰油酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的含灭草松、敌稗与氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述填料选自高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙以及硫酸铵中的一种或几种。
