Abstract

本发明属于无纺布的技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。
无纺布广泛的应用于高档的一次性吸收物品的表层材料等卫生领域或其他相关领域。但其功能的体现主要是用化学药剂,来获得诸如消毒,抗菌等功能,或者添加相关物理材料,获得某种单一功能;另外现有的无纺布具有良好的吸湿功能,但当其受到压力后,其吸收的水分等还会从吸收的一方渗透出来。
本发明的特点是不采用化学药剂或添加剂,用不同的物理材料糅合,从而获得一种多功能的无纺布。本发明无纺布具有良好吸湿功能、抗菌功能、反渗透功能、抗紫外线功能、远红外线发射功能,无化学药剂的刺激性,可应用于高档的卫生领域。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中无纺布存在的功能单一、采用化学药剂抗菌的技术问题而提供一种抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的生产工艺。
实现本发明目的而采用的技术方案为:一种抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布,该抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布表面负载有纳米抗菌材料,是由无纺布通过浸渍于纳米抗菌材料的浆料中而制得,按质量份数计,所述纳米抗菌材料1.5~3份,无纺布97~98.5份;所述的纳米抗菌材料为磁矿粉。
优选的,所述的磁矿粉经表面改性,具体改性步骤为:
1)将磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚加入研磨机中,研磨1~3小时,烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;
2)将步骤1)制得的乙烯基磁矿粉分散于丁酮溶剂中,加入氨基硅油,进行分散处理1~3小时,制得表面改性的磁矿粉。
其中,所述的磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚质量比为100:(5~10):(1~5),所述乙烯基磁矿粉与丁酮的质量体积比为1g:10mL,所述乙烯基磁矿粉与氨基硅油的质量比为1:1。
优选的,所述的无纺布由两层无纺布纤维网经水刺、扎干工艺而制得,其中,所述两层无纺布纤维网由第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网复合而成,按质量份数计,所述第一层纤维网40~60份,第二层纤维网40~60份。
所述第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网由多功能无纺布纤维梳理成网,其中,第一层纤维网选用粘胶纤维、棉花纤维或聚乳酸纤维中的一种或几种,所述第二层纤维网选用双组份ES纤维或PP纤维中的一种或两种。其中,所述的多功能无纺布纤维直径为26.2~30μm,纤度为311~331dtex。
实现本发明另一目的而采用的技术方案为:一种抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的生产工艺,具体工艺步骤如下:
1)磁矿粉浆料的制备
将磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚加入研磨机中,研磨1~3小时,烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;将制得的乙烯基磁矿粉分散于丁酮溶剂中,加入氨基硅油,进行分散处理1~3小时,制得表面改性的磁矿粉;
2)无纺布的制备
将粘胶纤维或棉花纤维或聚乳酸纤维梳理成网,作为第一层纤维网;再将双组份ES纤维或PP纤维梳理成网,作为第二层纤维网;将第二层纤维网复合到第一层纤维网上,复合后的纤维网经过水刺机水刺、轧干工艺,织成无纺布;
3)抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的制备
将步骤2)制得的无纺布通过上浆机浸渍于步骤1)制得的表面改性的磁矿粉浆料中,制得浸渍有纳米抗菌材料磁矿粉的无纺布,再经过烘干,制成具有抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布。
其中,步骤2)中所述的第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网,按质量份数计,第一层纤维网40~60份,第二层纤维网40~60份。
步骤3)中所述纳米抗菌材料和无纺布,按质量份数计,纳米抗菌材料1.5~3份,无纺布98.5~97份。
优选的,所述的磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚质量比为100:(5~10):(1~5),所述乙烯基磁矿粉与丁酮的质量体积比为1g:10mL,所述乙烯基磁矿粉与氨基硅油的质量比为1:1。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述,但本发明不限与以下几种实施例。
本发明一种抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的生产工艺,包括步骤如下:
1)磁矿粉浆料的制备;
将磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚加入研磨机中,研磨、烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;将制得的乙烯基磁矿粉分散于丁酮溶剂中,加入氨基硅油,进行分散处理,制得表面改性的磁矿粉浆料;
2)无纺布的制备;
将粘胶纤维或棉花纤维或聚乳酸纤维梳理成网,作为第一层纤维网;再将双组份ES纤维或PP纤维梳理成网,作为第二层纤维网;将第二层纤维网复合到第一层纤维网上,复合后的纤维网经过水刺机水刺、轧干工艺,织成无纺布;
3)抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的制备;
将步骤2)制得的无纺布通过上浆机浸渍于步骤1)制得的表面改性的磁矿粉浆料中,制得浸渍有纳米抗菌材料磁矿粉的无纺布,再经过烘干,制成具有抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布。
实施例1
将磁矿粉100g、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷5g和羟甲基纤维素醚1g加入研磨机中,研磨1小时,烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;取制得的乙烯基磁矿粉100g分散于1L丁酮溶剂中,加入100g氨基硅油,进行分散处理,制得表面改性的磁矿粉浆料。
选择直径为28μm,纤度为320dtex的无纺布纤维材料。选择粘胶纤维梳理成网,作为第一层纤维网;再将双组份ES纤维梳理成网,作为第二层纤维网。将第二层纤维网复合到第一层纤维网上,第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网的质量配比为:第一层纤维网45份,第二层纤维网55份。复合后的纤维网经过水刺机水刺、轧干工艺,织成无纺布。
然后通过上浆机,浸渍纳米抗菌材料(产于巴西的磁矿粉),纳米抗菌材料和无纺布的质量配比为:纳米抗菌材料2份,无纺布98份;再经过烘干工艺,制成具有抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布。
实施例2
将磁矿粉100g、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷10g和羟甲基纤维素醚5g加入研磨机中,研磨3小时,烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;取制得的乙烯基磁矿粉100g分散于1L丁酮溶剂中,加入100g氨基硅油,进行分散处理,制得表面改性的磁矿粉浆料。
选择直径为28μm,纤度为320 dtex的无纺布纤维。将聚乳酸纤维梳理成网,作为第一层纤维网。再将双组份ES纤维梳理成网,作为第二层纤维网。将第二层纤维网复合到第一层纤维网上,第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网的质量配比为:第一层纤维网40份,第二层纤维网60份。复合后的纤维网经过水刺机水刺、轧干工艺,织成无纺布。
然后通过上浆机,浸渍纳米抗菌材料(产于巴西的磁矿粉),纳米抗菌材料和无纺布的质量配比为:纳米抗菌材料3份,无纺布97份;再经过烘干工艺,制成具有抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布。
实施例3
将磁矿粉100g、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷8g和羟甲基纤维素醚3g加入研磨机中,研磨2小时,烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;取制得的乙烯基磁矿粉100g分散于1L丁酮溶剂中,加入100g氨基硅油,进行分散处理,制得表面改性的磁矿粉浆料。
选择直径为26.2μm,纤度为311 dtex的无纺布纤维。将棉花纤维梳理成网,作为第一层纤维网。再将双组份ES纤维梳理成网,作为第二层纤维网。将第二层纤维网复合到第一层纤维网上,第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网的质量配比为:第一层纤维网60份,第二层纤维网40份。复合后的纤维网经过水刺机水刺、轧干工艺,织成无纺布。
然后通过上浆机,浸渍纳米抗菌材料(产于巴西的磁矿粉),纳米抗菌材料和无纺布的质量配比为:纳米抗菌材料2.5份,无纺布97.5份;再经过烘干工艺,制成具有抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布。
实施例4
将磁矿粉100g、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷6g和羟甲基纤维素醚2g加入研磨机中,研磨1小时,烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;取制得的乙烯基磁矿粉100g分散于1L丁酮溶剂中,加入100g氨基硅油,进行分散处理,制得表面改性的磁矿粉浆料。
选择直径为30μm,纤度为331 dtex的无纺布纤维。将聚乳酸纤维梳理成网,作为第一层纤维网。再将PP纤维梳理成网,作为第二层纤维网。将第二层纤维网复合到第一层纤维网上,第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网的质量配比为:第一层纤维网45份,第二层纤维网55份。复合后的纤维网经过水刺机水刺、轧干工艺,织成无纺布。
然后通过上浆机,浸渍纳米抗菌材料(产于巴西的磁矿粉),纳米抗菌材料和无纺布的质量配比为:纳米抗菌材料1.5份,无纺布98.5份;再经过烘干工艺,制成具有抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布。
Claims (8)
1.一种抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布,其特征在于:该抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布表面负载有纳米抗菌材料,是由无纺布通过浸渍于纳米抗菌材料的浆料中而制得,按质量份数计,所述的纳米抗菌材料1.5~3份,无纺布97~98.5份;所述的纳米抗菌材料为磁矿粉;
所述的磁矿粉经表面改性,具体改性步骤为:
将磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚加入研磨机中,研磨1~3小时,烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;
将步骤1)制得的乙烯基磁矿粉分散于丁酮溶剂中,加入氨基硅油,进行分散处理1~3小时,制得表面改性的磁矿粉;
所述的磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚质量比为100:(5~10):(1~5),所述乙烯基磁矿粉与丁酮的质量体积比为1g:10mL,所述乙烯基磁矿粉与氨基硅油的质量比为1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布,其特征在于:所述的无纺布由两层无纺布纤维网经水刺、扎干工艺而制得,其中,所述两层无纺布纤维网由第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网复合而成,按质量份数计,所述第一层纤维网40~60份,第二层纤维网60~40份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布,其特征在于:所述第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网由多功能无纺布纤维梳理成网,其中,第一层纤维网选用粘胶纤维、棉花纤维或聚乳酸纤维中的一种或几种,所述第二层纤维网选用双组份ES纤维或PP纤维中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布,其特征在于:所述的多功能无纺布纤维直径为26.2~30μm,纤度为311~331dtex。
5.一种生产如权利要求1所述抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的工艺,其特征在于:具体工艺步骤如下:
磁矿粉浆料的制备
将磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚加入研磨机中,研磨1~3小时,烘干后制得乙烯基磁矿粉;将制得的乙烯基磁矿粉分散于丁酮溶剂中,加入氨基硅油,进行分散处理1~3小时,制得表面改性的磁矿粉浆料;
无纺布的制备
将粘胶纤维或棉花纤维或聚乳酸纤维梳理成网,作为第一层纤维网;再将双组份ES纤维或PP纤维梳理成网,作为第二层纤维网;将第二层纤维网复合到第一层纤维网上,复合后的纤维网经过水刺机水刺、轧干工艺,织成无纺布;
抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的制备
将步骤2)制得的无纺布通过上浆机浸渍于步骤1)制得的表面改性的磁矿粉浆料中,制得浸渍有纳米抗菌材料磁矿粉的无纺布,再经过烘干,制成具有抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布。
6.根据权利要求5所述抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的工艺,其特征在于:步骤2)中所述的第一层纤维网和第二层纤维网,按质量份数计,第一层纤维网40~60份,第二层纤维网40~60份。
7.根据权利要求6所述抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的工艺,其特征在于:步骤3)中所述纳米抗菌材料和无纺布,按质量份数计,纳米抗菌材料1.5~3份,无纺布97~98.5份。
8.根据权利要求7所述抗菌反渗透多功能无纺布的工艺,其特征在于:所述的磁矿粉、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和羟甲基纤维素醚质量比为100:(5~10):(1~5),所述乙烯基磁矿粉与丁酮的质量体积比为1g:10mL,所述乙烯基磁矿粉与氨基硅油的质量比为1:1。
