本发明涉及一种防霉抗菌涂料,该涂料包括以下成分:水、丙烯酸共聚乳液、丙二醇、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、麦饭石、硅藻土、滑石粉、云母粉、羟乙基纤维素、木质素、防沉剂、平流剂、分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂。该涂料具有优异的防霉抗菌性能及绿色环保性能,其中,添加的纳米二氧化钛通过光催化作用,直接攻击细菌细胞,致使细菌细胞内的有机物降解,达到杀菌的作用,同时还具有自清洁作用;添加的纳米氧化锌通过其强氧化性达到杀菌的目的;添加的麦饭石及硅藻土均具有强的吸附功能,与纳米二氧化钛及纳米二氧化锌配合使用,不但可以提高涂料的防霉抗菌性能,还可以提高涂料的安全性能,达到绿色环保的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种防霉抗菌涂料。
背景技术
乳胶漆、水性涂料和油性树脂面漆等涂料中的有机成分为微生物滋生、繁殖提供了丰富的物质基础。微生物利用这些营养物质经过生物降解、生化合成,体内新陈代谢,获得能量,转化成自身的各种生命物质,这一过程中所产生的酶和有机酸可使涂料中的有机物和成膜后的物质不断受损,随着微生物的不断繁殖,涂料的破坏程度不断加速,其粘度下降、破乳、分层、沉降、腐败、发臭,失去使用价值。漆膜受到微生物的侵袭后,成膜物质被溶解,基材受到腐蚀失去对环境的抵抗能力,直至变色、起泡、粉化、脱落,使被保护材料失去保护层。特别是在通风不良的潮湿环境场所,以及环境中富含营养物的场所,微生物对涂料的破坏作用表现更加突出。因此,涂料在生产时都必须加入合适的抗菌、防霉剂,制成可抵御微生物侵害的抗菌防霉涂料,保证涂料产品在生产期、贮存期和使用后不受微生物侵害,长期保持涂饰效果。
目前,涂料用抗菌剂主要有天然抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂三大类,其中,无机抗菌剂中以纳米银最为突出,由于表面效应,其抗菌能力是微米级银粒子的200倍以上,抗菌性能也远远大于传统的银离子杀菌剂,但是,由于其性质活泼,在空气中易被氧化,引起变色,其应用受到很大限制,因此,急需一种性能稳定且具有良好抗菌效果的防霉抗菌涂料。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种防霉抗菌涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防霉抗菌涂料,其中,各组分物质及其质量分数为:水15~20%;丙烯酸共聚乳液25~35%;丙二醇2~3%;纳米二氧化钛7~12%;纳米氧化锌4~8%;麦饭石9~12%;硅藻土8~14%;滑石粉6~8%;云母粉5~7%;羟乙基纤维素1~1.5%;木质素9~10%;防沉剂0.1~0.3%;平流剂0.2~0.4%;分散剂0.5~0.7%;消泡剂0.2~0.3%;增稠剂0.1~0.25%。
进一步,各组分物质及其质量分数为:水18%;丙烯酸共聚乳液30%;丙二醇3%;纳米二氧化钛6.8%;纳米氧化锌7.2%;麦饭石10.4%;硅藻土12.5%;滑石粉7%;云母粉6%;羟乙基纤维素1.3%;木质素9.3%;防沉剂0.16%;平流剂0.32%;分散剂0.6%;消泡剂0.26%;增稠剂0.2%。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌涂料,其特征在于,各组分物质及其质量分数为:水18%;丙烯酸共聚乳液30%;丙二醇3%;纳米二氧化钛6.8%;纳米氧化锌7.2%;麦饭石10.4%;硅藻土12.5%;滑石粉7%;云母粉6%;羟乙基纤维素1.3%;木质素9.3%;防沉剂0.16%;平流剂0.32%;分散剂0.6%;消泡剂0.26%;增稠剂0.2%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述麦饭石的目数为325~800目。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述硅藻土的目数为325~500目。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述防沉剂为有机膨润土。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述平流剂为端基改性有机硅。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为硅酸镁锂、OP-5035或OP-8146中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为破泡聚合物和聚硅氧烷溶液的混合物。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸、BK-887A或WT-105A中的一种或者几种。
