Abstract

本发明提出一种配合股骨近端伽马钉使用的股骨近端接骨板,其中该股骨近端接骨板分为:外侧接骨板和前侧接骨板。外侧接骨板包括:头部和板体,在外侧接骨板的头部端部具有用于勾住股骨大转子的钩型结构,该钩型结构由夹角为30度的两个尖钩体构成;其中外侧接骨板的板体上具有至少一个粗隆部锁定通孔和多个股骨体固定通孔。前侧接骨板包括:头部和板体。前侧接骨板头部由包裹部和固定部构成,包裹部上具有至少两个锁定通孔,固定部上具有多个固定通孔。本发明解决了伽马钉对于粉碎性粗隆骨折的适用缺陷,可以实现对粗隆粉碎性骨折的粗隆部分进行有效固定及复位维持,同时避免外侧股骨近端板因扳折应力而发生断板。

Description

一种股骨近端接骨板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于人体股骨骨折、股骨粗隆的股骨近端接骨板。
背景技术
正股骨粗隆间骨折是老年人常见损伤,随着老龄化社会的形成,高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的发生率越来越高。由于粗隆部血运丰富,骨折后极少不愈合,且甚易发生髋内翻。高龄病人长期卧床引起并发症较多,病死率为15%~20%。手术是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的主要方法之一。传统内固定术后常因骨质疏松导致螺丝钉的松动、脱出和螺钉对股骨头颈骨质的切割而固定失败。随着各种内固定材料不断更新和发展,作为髓外固定系统的锁定接骨板显示出良好的应用前景。但是前股骨近端骨折多采用加压钢板,这种钢板为单轴加压固定设计,轴向固定截面相对较窄,受力过于集中,而且一旦固定则不能再矫正、调整,且现有的伽马螺丝钉无法对粗隆粉碎性骨折的粗隆部分进行有效固定及复位维持;同时现有的股骨近端板基本为外侧板型,由于股骨的生物受力主要体现在前后弧度的扳应力,现有的外侧板型的股骨近端板断板率很高,容易断裂于高位股骨干处。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中,伽马钉对于粉碎性粗隆骨折的适用缺陷,以便对粗隆粉碎性骨折的粗隆部分进行有效固定及复位维持,同时避免外侧股骨近端板因扳折应力而发生断板,本发明提出一种配合股骨近端伽马钉使用的股骨近端接骨板。其中该股骨近端接骨板分为:外侧接骨板和前侧接骨板。
该外侧接骨板包括:头部和板体,其中头部设计为与股骨大转子外侧相配合的具有一定曲度的结构,在头部端部具有用于勾住股骨大转子的钩型结构,该钩型结构由夹角为30度的两个尖钩体构成;其中板体上具有至少一个粗隆部锁定通孔和多个股骨体固定通孔,粗隆部锁定通孔与股骨中的伽马钉相配合,对股骨高位以上的外侧骨进行良好的固定,股骨固定通孔与固定股骨体的固定螺钉相配合,粗隆部锁定通孔位于外侧接骨板板体正面,股骨体固定通孔位于与粗隆部锁定通孔成一定角度的侧面。
该前侧接骨板包括:头部和板体,其中头部设计为与股骨大转子内侧相配合的具有一定曲度的结构,头部由包裹部和固定部构成,包裹部上具有与股骨中伽马钉相配合的至少两个锁定通孔;固定部上具有多个与固定螺钉相配合的固定通孔。板体与股骨体内侧相配合,其上可以设定固定通孔。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1-3所示,本发明的该外侧接骨板包括:头部100和板体200,其中头部100设计为与股骨大转子600外侧相配合的具有一定曲度的结构,在头部端部101具有用于勾住股骨大转子600的钩型结构102,该钩型结构102由夹角为30度的两个尖钩体103、104构成。其中板体200上具有至少一个粗隆部锁定通孔201和多个股骨体固定通孔202。粗隆部锁定通孔201与股骨中的伽马钉300相配合,对股骨高位以上的外侧骨进行良好的固定;股骨固定通孔202与固定股骨体的固定螺钉(未示出)相配合。粗隆部锁定通孔201位于外侧接骨板板体200的正面,股骨体固定通孔202位于与粗隆部锁定通孔201成一定角度的侧面。
如图4-9,本发明的该前侧接骨板包括:头部400和板体500,其中头部400设计为与股骨大转子600内侧相配合的具有一定曲度的结构。头部400由包裹部401和固定部402构成,包裹部上具有与股骨中伽马钉300相配合的至少两个锁定通孔403。固定部402上具有多个与固定螺钉相配合的固定通孔404,板体500与股骨体内侧相配合,其上可以设定固定通孔(未示出)。
在另一实施例中,股骨近端外侧接骨板和股骨近端前侧接骨板可以配合使用,共同组成股骨近端接骨板。

Claims (11)

1.一种股骨近端接骨板,所述股骨近端接骨板分为:外侧接骨板和前侧接骨板,所述该外侧接骨板包括:头部和板体;所述前侧接骨板包括头部和板体,所述外侧接骨板和前侧接骨板的头部均设计为与股骨大转子内侧相配合的具有一定曲度的结构。
2.如权利要求1中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述外侧接骨板的头部端部具有用于勾住股骨大转子的钩型结构。
3.如权利要求2中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述钩型结构由夹角为30度的两个尖钩体构成。
4.如权利要求1中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述外侧接骨板的板体上具有至少一个粗隆部锁定通孔,所述粗隆部锁定通孔与股骨中的伽马钉相配合。
5.如权利要求1或4中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述外侧接骨板的板体上具有多个股骨体固定通孔,所述股骨固定通孔与固定股骨体的固定螺钉相配合。
6.如权利要求4中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述粗隆部锁定通孔位于外侧接骨板板体的正面。
7.如权利要求5中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述股骨体固定通孔位于所述外侧接骨板板体与粗隆部锁定通孔成一定角度的侧面。
8.如权利要求1中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述前侧接骨板的头部由包裹部和固定部构成。
9.如权利要求8中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述包裹部上具有与股骨中的伽马钉相配合的至少两个锁定通孔。
10.如权利要求8或9中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述固定部上具有多个与固定股骨体的固定螺钉相配合的固定通孔。
11.如权利要求10中所述的股骨近端接骨板,其中所述前侧接骨板的板体与股骨体前侧相配合,所述前侧接骨板的板体上可以设定固定通孔。
