The lock pin comprises a base block and a pin bolt; the base block is divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the lower portion is provided with an external thread, the base block is provided with a through hole, and the through hole penetrates the base block in the direction from the upper portion to the lower portion; the pin bolt is provided with a lock portion and a connecting portion, the pin bolt is movably sleeved with the through hole, the pin bolt moves to the second position from the first position according to the moving path, and the connecting portion is exposed out of the upper portion; according to the first position, the lock portion is hidden in the through hole, and according to the second position, the lock portion is exposed out of the lower portion; the work state of the lock pin is stable, and no matter whether the lock pin is in the locking state or the unlocking state, the lock pin is not likely to fail due to vibration or scratching; the lower portion of the base block can be fixed to an object through the thread and is not likely to fall off, the lock pin is kept locking under the effect of the elastic structure, under the effect of a clamping groove and a clamping block, changing of the locking state and the unlocking state is achieved, and when unlocking is achieved, the state cannot be changed by reasons of vibration and the like.

Background
The locking pin mechanism currently used is illustrated in fig. 1 and comprises a pin 1 'and a ring 2' for coupling the pin, the locking pin being inserted in the holes of two objects, respectively called first part a and second part B, to limit their movement, requiring the removal, extraction of the locking pin.
The locking pin is complex in operation, the position of the device needs to be manually controlled, the locking pin is inserted after being aligned, and the pin is difficult to pull out if the hole position is dislocated during pulling out; the self-locking function cannot be realized, and the lock-up function cannot be realized due to the possibility of popping up under the conditions of jolt, vibration and the like; the nail is attached to production equipment, so that the appearance is not beautiful and concise, and the nails are drawn out due to the scratch easily caused when people or vehicle equipment and the like pass.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a locking pin, which solves the problems in the prior art, realizes two states of locking and unlocking, has stable working state and is not easy to lose effectiveness due to vibration or scratch.
The present invention provides a lock pin, including: a base block, a pin, wherein the base block is divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the lower portion has an external thread, and the base block has a through hole penetrating the base block in a direction from the upper portion to the lower portion; the pin is provided with a locking part and a connecting part, the pin is movably sleeved in the through hole, the moving path of the pin is from a first position to a second position, and the connecting part is exposed from the upper part; wherein the first position is where the lock portion is hidden in the through hole, and the second position is where the lock portion is exposed from the lower portion.
The locking pin as described above, wherein an elastic structure is provided between the pin and the base block, the elastic structure providing an elastic restoring force having a tendency to place the pin in the second position.
The locking pin comprises a pin body, a through hole is formed in the pin body, a first protruding structure is arranged in the through hole, a second protruding structure is arranged in the through hole, and the elastic structure is arranged between the first protruding structure and the second protruding structure.
The locking pin comprises a pin body, a locking pin body and a locking pin, wherein the locking pin body is provided with a locking hole, and the locking pin body is provided with a locking hole.

In the above-described lock pin, the engagement groove is formed in the upper portion, and a depth direction of the engagement groove faces the lower portion.
In the above-described lock pin, the engaging groove is a blind hole formed in the upper portion, and the second engaging piece is a protrusion extending in the lower portion direction.
The locking pin as described above, wherein the top cover is screwed to the connecting portion.
The locking pin is stable in working state, and is not easy to lose effectiveness due to vibration or rubbing no matter in a locking state or a locking releasing state. The lower part of the base block can be fixed on an object through threads, so the locking pin is not easy to fall off, the locking pin can be kept locked under the action of the elastic structure, the locking and unlocking states can be changed under the action of the clamping groove and the first clamping block (or the second clamping block), and the locking pin can not change states due to vibration and the like when the locking is unlocked.

I.e. the first position is unlocked and the second position enables locking.
For example, when the structure shown in fig. 6 is locked, the external thread of the base block 1 is fixedly connected with the first part a, and extends into the second part B through the movement of the pin 2, so that locking and unlocking are realized. The base block 1 is fixed with the first part through the external thread, so that locking failure caused by scraping, shaking and the like can be prevented.
In an alternative embodiment, an elastic structure is provided between the pin 2 and the base block 1, the elastic structure 4 providing an elastic restoring force having a tendency to bring the pin 2 into the second position. It can be understood that the elastic structure 4 enables the locking pin to more stably keep locking, and further avoids locking failure caused by vibration and other reasons.
Preferably, the elastic structure 4, such as a spring, is clamped between the first protruding structure 23 of the pin 2 and the second protruding structure 13 in the through hole 11, and referring to the figure, the elastic structure may be a spring, and is sleeved outside the pin 2. Of course, the manner in which the spring and its sleeve are provided is merely a preferred embodiment and is not intended to limit the present application.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the pin 2 has a first limit structure 24, and the through hole 11 has a second limit structure 14, which cooperate with each other to limit the movement of the pin 2 to a limit position when the pin moves inward in the base block 1. Referring to fig. 4, the first protruding structure 23 and the first limiting structure 24 of the pin may be the same structure, and different surfaces of the structure may have different functions, for example, in fig. 4, the first protruding structure 23 is an upper surface for mounting the elastic structure, and the first limiting structure 24 is a lower surface for matching with the second limiting structure. The arrangement of the two in a structure together can save space and simplify manufacturing cost.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a locking groove 12 is further formed at the upper portion of the base block 1, a first locking block is formed at the connecting portion 22 of the pin 2, the first locking block can enter the locking groove 12 and can also be separated from the locking groove 12, when the first locking block enters the locking groove 12, the pin 2 is in the second position (of course, the first locking block and the first locking block entering the locking groove means completely entering the locking groove, and in the process of moving into the locking groove completely, the pin 2 is in the process of moving into the second position gradually), and when the first locking block is separated from the locking groove 12, the pin 2 is in the first position.

The engaging groove 12 is a blind hole formed in the upper portion, and the second engaging piece 32 is a projection projecting downward. Preferably, the top cover 3 is connected to the connecting portion 22 by a screw, and as shown in the figure, the top cover 3 has a connecting groove 31 for the connecting portion 22 to go deep, the connecting groove 31 has an internal thread, and the connecting portion 22 has an external thread.
The above-described engagement groove 12 is formed in the upper portion of the base block 1, and the depth direction of the engagement groove 12 is directed toward the lower portion of the base block 1. It will be appreciated that the detent 12, being shaped in this way, allows the pin 2 to be positioned when it moves up and down, in particular to lock the first position of the pin 2.
In a preferred embodiment, a lock nut 5 may be further provided on the base block 1 to ensure that the base block 1 and the first part are securely connected.
The locking pin in the application realizes two states of locking and unlocking, the working state of the locking pin is stable, and the locking pin is not easy to rub or scratch to fail due to vibration in the locking state or the unlocking state. The lower part of the base block can be fixed on an object through threads, the first part in the drawing is not easy to fall off, the locking pin can be kept locked under the action of the elastic structure, the locking and unlocking states can be changed under the action of the clamping groove and the first clamping block (or the second clamping block), and the locking pin can not change states due to vibration and the like when the locking is unlocked.
