The invention provides a water pump and a clothes care machine with the same, which at least solve the problems of space occupation and high cost of a circulating drainage pump in the prior art.
In order to achieve the object, in one aspect of the present invention, a water pump is provided.
The invention discloses a water pump, which comprises a pump cavity, an impeller arranged in the pump cavity and driven by a motor, and a water inlet channel, a circulating water channel and a drainage channel which are communicated with the pump cavity in a fluid mode, and is characterized in that: a valve is arranged in the pump cavity, an opening is formed in the valve, and the valve can move between a first position and a second position; wherein, in the first position, the opening is opposite the circulating water passage, thereby fluidly communicating the circulating water passage with the pump chamber and the water inlet passage, and the drain passage is isolated from the pump chamber by the valve; in the second position, the opening is opposite the drain passage, thereby placing the drain passage in fluid communication with the pump chamber and the water inlet passage, while the circulating water passage is isolated from the pump chamber by the valve. Through the structure, when the washing machine works, water enters the pump cavity from the water inlet channel. When the washing machine needs to do internal water circulation work, the valve is in the first position, the opening is opposite to the circulating water channel, and water is discharged into the circulating water channel from the pump cavity. When the washing machine is required to perform a draining operation, the valve is in the second position with the opening opposite the drain passage and water is drained from the pump chamber into the drain passage. The water pump realizes two functions of water circulation and water drainage by different positions of one valve.
Preferably, the valve has a circumferential direction around the impeller, rotatably mounted coaxially with the impeller. The valve surrounds the impeller and passes through the shaft in common with the impeller, is supported by the shaft, and rotates about the shaft to either the first position or the second position in the above arrangement.
Preferably, at least one protrusion which can be pushed by water flow to drive the valve to rotate is arranged on the inner side surface of the valve facing the impeller. Through being equipped with the several protruding portion on the medial surface of valve, when the impeller rotated and drives rivers and rotate, rivers incessantly impact the protruding portion, the protruding portion drives the valve rotation to primary importance or second place because of the atress.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a water pump, fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view of the water pump, and fig. 3 is a schematic view of a valve of the water pump of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 3:
the water pump 1 comprises a pump cavity 2, an impeller 4 arranged in the pump cavity 2 and driven by a motor 3, and a water inlet channel 5, a circulating water channel 6 and a drainage channel 7 which are communicated with the pump cavity 2 in a fluid manner; wherein, the motor is provided with a rotating shaft 8 to drive the impeller 4, fluid such as water enters the pump cavity 2 through the water inlet channel 5, and the circulating water channel 6 and the drainage channel 7 are communicated with the pump cavity 2.
A valve 9 is arranged in the pump chamber 2, said valve 9 being provided with an opening 10, and the valve 9 being movable between a first position and a second position.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view (one) of the operation of the valve of the water pump in the pump chamber, and as shown in fig. 4, in a first position, the opening 10 is opposite to the circulating water passage 6, so that the circulating water passage 6 is in fluid communication with the pump chamber 2 and the water inlet passage 5, and the water outlet passage 7 is separated from the pump chamber 2 by the valve 9.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view (two) of the operation of the pump valve in the pumping chamber, and as shown in fig. 5, in the second position, the opening 10 is opposite to the water discharge passage 7, so that the water discharge passage 7 is in fluid communication with the pumping chamber 2 and the water inlet passage 5, and the water circulation passage 6 is isolated from the pumping chamber 2 by the valve 9.
With the above structure, when the washing machine operates, water enters the pump chamber 2 from the water inlet passage 5. When the washing machine is to be operated with internal water circulation, the valve 9 is in a first position, with the opening 10 opposite the circulation water channel 6, and water is discharged from the pump chamber 2 into said circulation water channel 6. When the washing machine requires a drain operation, the valve 9 is in the second position, with the opening 10 opposite the drain channel 7, and water is drained from the pump chamber 2 into said drain channel 7. The water pump realizes two functions of water circulation and water drainage by different positions of one valve.
Preferably, the valve 9 has a circumferential direction around the impeller 4, rotatably mounted coaxially with the impeller 4. The valve 9 surrounds the impeller 4 and passes through the shaft 8 together with the impeller 4, is supported by the shaft 8, and rotates about the shaft 8 to the first position or the second position in the above-described aspect.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the inner side surface 9a of the valve 9 facing the impeller is provided with at least one protrusion 11 which can be pushed by water flow to drive the valve to rotate. By arranging the plurality of protruding parts 11 on the inner side surface 9a of the valve 9, when the impeller rotates to drive the water flow to rotate, the water flow continuously impacts the protruding parts 11, and the protruding parts 11 drive the valve 9 to rotate to the first position or the second position due to stress.
Preferably, in the above solution, the impeller 4 is driven by the motor 3 to be switchable between rotation in the first direction or rotation in the second direction. Wherein, when the impeller 4 rotates in a first direction, such as clockwise, the valve 9 is forced to rotate to a first position, and at the same time, water is discharged from the pump chamber 2 into the circulating water passage 6; when the impeller 4 is rotated in a second direction, e.g. counter-clockwise, the valve 9 is forced to rotate to a second position and water is discharged from the pump chamber 2 into said discharge channel 7.
Preferably, a stop means is provided between the pump chamber 2 and the valve 9 to block the valve 9 in the first and second positions. Since the valve 9 is moved within the pump chamber 2, the water circulation or drainage operation can be performed only when the valve 9 is in the first and second positions, i.e., when the opening 10 is aligned with the circulating water passage 6 and the drain passage 7, and therefore, a stopper is required to block the valve 9 in the first and second positions.
Preferably, the limiting means comprises a protrusion provided on one of the pump chamber and the valve, and a blocking surface provided on the other of the pump chamber and the valve. The limiting device can be arranged to arrange a bulge on the inner wall of the pump cavity, and a blocking surface is arranged on the outer wall of the valve, when the bulge touches the blocking surface, the valve is limited at the position, the position can be the first position or the second position in the scheme, and water circulation or drainage can be realized at the moment.
Preferably, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the limiting means comprises protrusions 13a and 12 respectively arranged on the inner wall 2a of the pump chamber 2 and the outer wall 9b of the valve 9, wherein when the protrusion 13a of the inner wall 2a of the pump chamber hits the blocking surface 14a on one side of the protrusion 12 on the outer wall 9b of the valve, the valve 9 is limited to the position, which may be the first position or the second position in the above scheme, and the water circulation or drainage operation can be realized.
Preferably, the inner wall of the pump chamber 2 is provided with two projections 13a and 13b, one of which 13a is intended to define the valve 9 in a first position and the other 13b is intended to define the valve 9 in a second position, as described in the above solution, when the projection 13b meets a stop face 14b on one side of the projection 12 on the outer wall 9b of said valve.
Preferably, in an embodiment not shown in the other figures, the stop means may comprise a projection provided on the inner wall of the pump chamber and a groove provided on the outer wall of the valve cooperating with the projection, the groove extending circumferentially and having two stop surfaces at the ends. When the protrusion hits the blocking surface, the valve will be restricted to this position, which may be the first position or the second position in the above solution, where water circulation or draining is possible. Another conceivable alternative is to provide the pump chamber with a recess having a blocking surface and the valve outer wall with a projection, which likewise defines the position of the valve.
Preferably, the pump cavity 2 has a cylindrical side wall 21 and an end wall 22 at one end of the cylindrical side wall, the water discharge passage 6 and the circulating water passage 7 are connected to the cylindrical side wall 21, and the water inlet passage 5 is connected to the end wall 22 of the pump cavity. The design makes the space of the water pump more compact, and the efficiency of realizing water circulation or drainage work is higher.
Preferably, in the above solution, the valve 9 has a water inlet 15 communicating with the water inlet channel 5 for filling water into the valve.
Preferably, the motor in the above scheme is a three-phase brushless direct current motor, the motor is used as a driving source, the efficiency is high, the rotating speed and the rotating direction are controllable, and one motor realizes two functions of circulating water drainage. When the washing machine needs circulating water or draining, the washing machine can be realized by controlling the motor to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a clothes care machine, including a machine body, a washing tub located in the machine body, and a water pump corresponding to the above aspects, which are not described herein again.
According to the invention, the problems of space occupation and high cost of the circulating drainage pump in the prior art are solved, on one hand, the circulating drainage function is realized through one motor, so that energy is saved, and water discharge is reduced; on the other hand, compared with the traditional one-way circulation drainage pump, the one-way circulation drainage pump saves one motor, saves space, material cost and manufacturing process.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are illustrative of the invention and are not exhaustive of the invention. Any modification of the present invention by a person of ordinary skill in the related art within the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
