The heater 3 and the water leakage holes 8 are arranged on the two sides of the partition plate 4, so that the heater 3 cannot block the water leakage holes 8, and the smoothness of water drainage is improved; meanwhile, the heater heats the water in the corresponding area to reduce the heat transferred from the water leakage hole 9 to the lower part of the partition plate 4, and the generation rate of the steam is increased.
