技术领域
本发明涉及变压器领域,具体涉及一种干式铁芯变压器。
背景技术
随着社会经济发展的步伐加快,各行各业都在日新月异地变化。各种各样的电器设备得到开发研制,并运用到各种场合中。其中,干式变压器成为关键设备。干式变压器被广泛应用于众多场合,例如,机场、医院或者是商场等需要大量供电的地方,然而干式变压器的散热、可靠性以及安全性都是是研究人员所特别关注的,现有干式变压器在上述各方面都存在诸多不足,仅从结构已很难做出进一步的改进,
有鉴于此,如今迫切需要设计一种新的干式变压器,以便克服现有变压器的上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种干式铁芯变压器。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种干式铁芯变压器,包括铁芯,线圈,包覆层;所述线圈缠绕在所述铁芯外壁,所述包覆层包覆在线圈外表面,底座上通过螺栓固定有固定座,所述固定座通过螺钉与铁芯下端固定连接。
所述铁芯由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳0.23%-0.25%,硫0.02%-0.06%,磷0.04%-0.07%,锰0.02%-0.05%,硅0.03%-0.08%,锡0.03%-0.08%,镁0.05%-0.09%,钛0.04%-0.07%,铋0.03%-0.04%,钴0.01%-0.03%,钒0.02%-0.04%,钼0.02%-0.06%,钕0.03%-0.07%,铝0.04%-0.06%,锌铜合金粉0.05%-0.08%,余量为铁。
所述线圈由以下重量份的原料组成:
硼0.03%-0.07%,锰0.04%-0.08%,硫0.03%-0.05%,锌0.02%-0.06%,银0.03%-0.08%,钴0.05%-0.09%,钼0.01%-0.03%,镁0.04%-0.07%,钾0.02%-0.05%,磷0.1%-0.12%,余量为铜;
所述包覆层由以下重量份的原料组成:
铜15-30份,锌6-10份,二氧化锰5-7份,氧化镁3-5份,石墨烯11-13份,氧化锌2-6份,钛白粉4-5份,五氧化二钒5-7份,钨酸铋纳米粉3-5份,四氧化三铁粉体2-7份。
所述包覆层厚度在2-3mm。
所述线圈外表面包覆2-3层所述包覆层。
所述铁芯与固定座连接界面上安装弹性绝缘垫,弹性绝缘垫起到防震绝缘作用,所述弹性绝缘垫由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚乙烯50-60份,聚邻苯二甲酰胺30-40份,聚亚苯基砜树脂15-20份,聚环氧乙烷10-20份,聚芳酯12-18份,珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,水晶土7-9份,立德粉3-5份。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、高安全性:该干式铁芯变压器使用过程中不助燃,能阻燃,不会爆炸及释放有毒气体、不会对环境、其他设备和人体造成危害,对湿度、灰尘、污染不敏感,运行无局部放电及永无“龟裂”的可能。
2、高可靠性:干式铁芯变压器线圈过负荷能力强,有很好的抗短路能力和散热性能,在通风良好的情况下,允许过载20%运行。
3、节能环保:所选用的材料不会对环境造成污染,可重复循环使用。

如图1所示,一种干式铁芯变压器,包括铁芯3,线圈2,包覆层4;线圈2缠绕在铁芯3外壁,包覆层4包覆在线圈3外表面,底座1上通过螺栓7固定有固定座6,固定座6通过螺钉8与铁芯3下端固定连接。
所述铁芯由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳0.23%-0.25%,硫0.02%-0.06%,磷0.04%-0.07%,锰0.02%-0.05%,硅0.03%-0.08%,锡0.03%-0.08%,镁0.05%-0.09%,钛0.04%-0.07%,铋0.03%-0.04%,钴0.01%-0.03%,钒0.02%-0.04%,钼0.02%-0.06%,钕0.03%-0.07%,铝0.04%-0.06%,锌铜合金粉0.05%-0.08%,余量为铁。
所述线圈由以下重量份的原料组成:
硼0.03%-0.07%,锰0.04%-0.08%,硫0.03%-0.05%,锌0.02%-0.06%,银0.03%-0.08%,钴0.05%-0.09%,钼0.01%-0.03%,镁0.04%-0.07%,钾0.02%-0.05%,磷0.1%-0.12%,余量为铜;
所述包覆层由以下重量份的原料组成:
铜15-30份,锌6-10份,二氧化锰5-7份,氧化镁3-5份,石墨烯11-13份,氧化锌2-6份,钛白粉4-5份,五氧化二钒5-7份,钨酸铋纳米粉3-5份,四氧化三铁粉体2-7份。
包覆层4厚度在2-3mm。
线圈3外表面包覆2-3层包覆层4。
在铁芯3与固定座6连接界面上安装弹性绝缘垫5,弹性绝缘垫5起到防震绝缘作用,弹性绝缘垫5由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚乙烯50-60份,聚邻苯二甲酰胺30-40份,聚亚苯基砜树脂15-20份,聚环氧乙烷10-20份,聚芳酯12-18份,珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,水晶土7-9份,钛白粉5-8份,立德粉3-5份。

碳0.23%-0.25%,硫0.02%-0.06%,磷0.04%-0.07%,锰0.02%-0.05%,硅0.03%-0.08%,锡0.03%-0.08%,镁0.05%-0.09%,钛0.04%-0.07%,铋0.03%-0.04%,钴0.01%-0.03%,钒0.02%-0.04%,钼0.02%-0.06%,钕0.03%-0.07%,铝0.04%-0.06%,锌铜合金粉0.05%-0.08%,余量为铁。
2.如权利要求1所述的干式铁芯变压器,其特征在于,所述线圈由以下重量份的原料组成:
硼0.03%-0.07%,锰0.04%-0.08%,硫0.03%-0.05%,锌0.02%-0.06%,银0.03%-0.08%,钴0.05%-0.09%,钼0.01%-0.03%,镁0.04%-0.07%,钾0.02%-0.05%,磷0.1%-0.12%,余量为铜。
3.如权利要求1所述的干式铁芯变压器,其特征在于,所述包覆层由以下重量份的原料组成:
铜15-30份,锌6-10份,二氧化锰5-7份,氧化镁3-5份,石墨烯11-13份,氧化锌2-6份,钛白粉4-5份,五氧化二钒5-7份,钨酸铋纳米粉3-5份,四氧化三铁粉体2-7份。
4.如权利要求3所述的干式铁芯变压器,其特征在于,所述包覆层厚度为2-3mm。
5.如权利要求4所述的干式铁芯变压器,其特征在于,所述线圈外表面包覆2-3层所述包覆层。
6.如权利要求1所述的干式铁芯变压器,其特征在于,所述铁芯与固定座连接界面上安装弹性绝缘垫。
7.如权利要求6所述的干式铁芯变压器,其特征在于,所述弹性绝缘垫由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚乙烯50-60份,聚邻苯二甲酰胺30-40份,聚亚苯基砜树脂15-20份,聚环氧乙烷10-20份,聚芳酯12-18份,珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,水晶土7-9份,立德粉3-5份。
