Abstract
本发明涉及一种含金属骨架的自润滑塑料滑动轴套。所述轴套由塑料基体(1)与多个金属骨架片(2)通过注塑复合而成,其中,金属骨架片(2)由导热性能好的铜、铝及其合金材料制成;塑料基体(1)由自润滑性能良好的聚四氟乙烯、聚酰亚胺及聚醚醚酮塑料材料制成。在注塑复合制造工艺中,所述相邻两个金属骨架片(2)之间的轴向间隔相等,相邻两个金属骨架片(2)的两个齿形径向相差半个齿间相位角θ。本发明解决了现有塑料滑动轴套支撑强度低、导热性能差的缺点,由于采用金属骨架片(2)与塑料基体(1)的复合结构,使其具有了刚度高、导热性好、摩擦系数小、自润滑及清洁等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械传动零件技术领域,特别是涉及一种含金属骨架的自润滑塑料滑动轴套。
背景技术
自润滑塑料滑动轴套,相对金属滑动轴承,具有结构紧凑、摩擦系数小、自润滑免维护、耐腐蚀、吸振、耐磨等优点。同时在运转中没有磨屑,具有清洁卫生特点,因此,其广泛用于医疗和食品等轻工业机械的滑动支撑结构中。然而,相对金属材料,自润滑塑料的强度低与导热性低,导致在旋转支撑中易变形、易升温。因为强度低,设备运转中塑料基体变形导致磨损加剧,同时,轴与轴套之间产生的热量不能及时散发,从而使得轴套寿命低,设备易发生故障。
相对塑料材料,金属材料如铜、铝及其合金,具有较高的强度与导热性。综合应用塑料与金属各自的性能优点,通过在塑料基体中嵌入金属材料的注塑工艺,制造复合结构,使得轴套的摩擦面为塑料材料,金属材料在轴套基体中增强刚度与导热,可以解决当前自润滑塑料轴套强度低导热差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含金属骨架的自润滑塑料滑动轴套,该发明轴套结构紧凑、制造方便,能够解决全塑料基体的自润滑塑料滑动轴套支撑强度低、导热性能差的缺点。
本发明解决其上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种含金属骨架的自润滑塑料滑动轴套由塑料基体与多个嵌入的金属骨架片组成,通过注塑工艺将塑料基体与多个金属骨架片复合在一起,其中,所述塑料基体由自润滑性能良好的塑料聚四氟乙烯、聚酰亚胺或聚醚醚酮制成,所述金属骨架片由导热性能较好的金属材料铜、铝及其合金制成;所述金属骨架片为齿形结构,齿数Z可选6、8、10、12个,金属骨架片的内圆柱面半径R2大于塑料基体的内圆柱面半径R1,金属骨架片的齿顶圆半径R3与塑料基体的外径R4相等。所述相邻两个金属骨架片之间的轴向间隔相等,相邻两个金属骨架片的两个齿形径向相差半个齿间相位角θ,齿间相位角θ=360°/Z。所述滑动轴套使用塑料基体,使得滑动摩擦面具有摩擦系数小、自润滑、清洁等优点;同时,轴套外柱面上露出的金属骨架片的齿顶表面与外部旋转支撑的支撑座接触,可以较好地将内部摩擦产生的热传出,整体上自润滑塑料滑动轴套的导热性能增强。在注塑制作过程中,要求相邻的两个金属骨架片之间,间隔等距,并相差半个齿间相位角θ,这样有利于注塑时模具型腔的充型流动性、各向均匀性以及轴套等强度均匀性。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:该发明解决了现有塑料滑动轴套支撑强度低、导热性能差的缺点。通过将金属钢骨架片与塑料基体复合在一起,使其具有刚度高、强度高、导热性好、抗腐蚀、耐磨性好等优点。

在上述俯图中,1-塑料基体,11-轴套外柱面,2-金属骨架片,21-金属骨架片齿顶表面,22-齿形结构,θ-齿间相位角,R1-塑料基体内圆柱面半径,R2-金属骨架片内圆柱面半径,R3-齿顶圆半径,R4-塑料基体的外径。
具体实施方案
实施例
如图1所示,是本发明公开的含金属骨架的自润滑塑料滑动轴套,塑料基体1与多片金属骨架片2通过注塑工艺复合在一起,其中,金属骨架片2由导热性较好的金属材料铜制成;塑料基体1由自润滑性能良好塑料材料聚四氟乙烯制成。如图2所示,金属骨架片2的内圆柱面半径R2为35mm,塑料基体1的内圆柱面半径R1为30mm,金属骨架片2的内圆柱面半径R2大于塑料基体1的内圆柱面半径R1,这样使得滑动接触的材料都为塑料基体1,从而保持清洁卫生,降低摩擦系数,提高自润滑能力。如图3所示,金属骨架片2的齿顶圆半径R3与塑料基体1的外径R4相等等于50mm,这样保证了轴套外柱面11上露出的金属骨架片2齿顶表面21,在使用时与安装支撑座接触,可以较好地将内部摩擦产生的热传出,提高了轴套的导热性。如图4所示,金属骨架片2具有齿形结构22,齿数Z可选8个,每相邻两片金属骨架片2所放置的位置相差半个齿间相位角为θ,齿间相位角θ=60°,其目的是为了提高注塑时塑料熔体的流动性,从而使熔体更容易充满型腔。

1.一种含金属骨架的自润滑塑料滑动轴套,其特征是:所述滑动轴承由塑料基体(1)与多个嵌入的金属骨架片(2)组成,通过注塑工艺使塑料基体(1)与多个金属骨架片(2)复合在一起,其中,金属骨架片(2)由导热性能好的铜、铝及其合金材料制成;塑料基体(1)由自润滑性能良好的聚四氟乙烯、聚酰亚胺及聚醚醚酮塑料材料制成;所述金属骨架片(2)为齿形结构(22),齿数Z可选6、8、10、12个,金属骨架片(2)的内圆柱面半径R2大于塑料基体(1)的内圆柱面半径R1,齿顶圆半径R3与塑料基体(1)的外径R4相等,相邻两个金属骨架片(2)之间的轴向间隔相等,相邻两个金属骨架片(2)的两个齿形径向相差半个齿间相位角θ,齿间相位角θ=360°/Z。
