Abstract

连续式平幅水洗设备的液下织物驱动机构,涉及到连续式的平幅水洗设备技术领域,解决现有织物处于浸泡的松弛状态,织物与传动转鼓的底部所产生的摩擦力较小而导致织物拉伸,包括有驱动转鼓和设于驱动转鼓内的驱动转子;所述的驱动转鼓包括有外筒,外筒的表面设有通若干供水流通的通孔;驱动转子包括有设于外筒内的内筒,内筒由若干呈圆周分布,用于使外筒内侧水压低于外侧水压的桨叶片构成。驱动转子的转速大于驱动转鼓的转速,织物受抽吸效果作用下,更好贴合于驱动转鼓表面,从而使液下浸泡的织物与驱动转鼓间的摩擦力得到增大,织物水洗条件穏定,可以获得较低的织物运送张力和更顺畅的织物水洗流程。

连续式平幅水洗设备的液下织物驱动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及到连续式的平幅水洗设备技术领域,具体涉及到水洗箱液下浸泡的传动转鼓结构改进方面。
背景技术
在连续式的平幅水洗设备上,织物透过水洗箱里的转鼓和辊筒带动,从上到下及从下到上多次穿越水洗箱里的工作液。就水洗机而言,除了它所提供的水洗效能至为关键,其使织物能在穏定的条件下水洗亦尤为重要。如果水洗箱所提供的水洗条件不穏定,便有可能造成织物拉伸,不平均收缩或不均匀水洗的情况。因此,织物能否在穏定的条件下水洗,很大程度取决于水洗箱能否提供的一致及可控的织物运行张力。
由于织物在低张力的运送情况下,有利于达到低拉伸,平均收缩和均匀水洗的水洗效果。所以如何把运行织物的张力降至最低,便成为设备生产商在设计连续式的平幅水洗设备时其中一个最为重视的因素。基本上,织物在水洗及运送过程中所产生的张力大小,是取决于水洗设备上所有驱动转鼓和所有驱动辊筒的同步控制。原则上,如果水洗设备上的所有驱动转鼓和驱动辊筒同步控制能够做到精准无误,织物在零张力的状态下运行是可以达到的。事实上,张力的形成并不是因为织物在水洗过程中,重复由上而下(液下浸泡)和由下而上(喷淋水洗)的来回输送而形成。张力的形成主要是因为织物在水洗过程中,需要来回穿梭各大小直径不一的转鼓和辊筒之间,而其中有一些是安装在水面上,另外有一些是安装在水面下。而各不同大小的驱动转鼓和辊筒在传送织物时所产生的拉力,就等于织物在经过转鼓和辊筒表面时所产生的摩擦力不同,从而使织物运送张力形成。
假设在织物幅宽和运送张力相同的情况下,当织物(包含织物本身最大的负重)被运送到并包覆传动转鼓的顶部时,最大的摩擦力就在转鼓顶部的这一点产生。而当织物被运送到并包覆在液下浸泡的传动转鼓的底部时,由于织物只处于浸泡的松弛状态,织物的负重也是最少的,所以对于在液下浸泡的传动转鼓的底部所产生的摩擦力也是最少的。
所以,把织物被运送到在液下浸泡的传动转鼓时所产生的摩擦力最大化,便是穏定织物水洗条件,提升同步准确度和达至更低织物运送张力的最佳方案。
发明内容
综上所述,本发明的目的在于解决现有的连续式的平幅水洗设备由于织物被运送到并包覆在液下浸泡的传动转鼓的底部时,织物处于浸泡的松弛状态,织物与传动转鼓的底部所产生的摩擦力较小而导致织物拉伸,不平均收缩或不均匀水洗的技术不足,而提出连续式平幅水洗设备的液下织物驱动机构。
为解决本发明所提出的技术问题,采用的技术方案为:连续式平幅水洗设备的液下织物驱动机构,其特征在于所述机构包括有安装于水洗箱的工作液中的驱动转鼓和设于驱动转鼓内的驱动转子;
所述的驱动转鼓包括有外筒,外筒两端分别通过外筒支架连接有轴套,两轴套分别与水洗箱的侧壁活动连接;所述的外筒的表面设有通若干供水流通的通孔;
所述的驱动转子包括有设于所述外筒内,且与所述外筒同圆心的内筒,内筒两端分别通过内筒支架连接有驱动轴,驱动轴经所述的轴套延伸至水洗箱外部,水洗箱外部设有与驱动轴连接的驱动马达;所述的内筒由若干呈圆周分布,用于使外筒内侧水压低于外侧水压的桨叶片构成。
所述的轴套上固定套接有同步链轮,同步链轮通过链条连接有同步驱动机构。
所述的驱动轴通过密封套筒与水洗箱相连接,密封套筒套接在驱动轴上,密封套筒内壁与驱动轴之间设有防水密封圈。
所述的驱动轴与密封套筒之间设有轴承。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明主要由驱动转鼓和设于驱动转鼓内的驱动转子两部分组成,驱动转子的转速大于驱动转鼓的转速,从而根据“伯努利原理”,驱动转子在旋转过程中,将驱动转鼓内侧的工作液导向驱动转子中心方向后从两侧排出,而使得驱动转鼓内侧压力低于外侧水压,外侧表面的工作液就会经驱动转鼓上的通孔进入内侧,包覆在驱动转鼓外的织物受抽吸效果作用下,更好贴合于驱动转鼓表面,从而使液下浸泡的织物与驱动转鼓间的摩擦力得到增大,织物水洗条件穏定,可以获得较低的织物运送张力和更顺畅的织物水洗流程。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和本发明优选的具体实施例对本发明的结构作进一步地说明。
参照图1至图3中所示,本发明连续式平幅水洗设备的液下织物驱动机构,包括有安装于水洗箱1的工作液中的驱动转鼓2和设于驱动转鼓2内的驱动转子3。驱动转鼓2主要用于织物4运送,织物4从水洗箱1内工作液中经过后,达到识物水洗目的;驱动转子3在驱动转鼓2中可独立相对快的速度旋转,从而使得驱动转鼓2内侧压力低于外侧水压,织物受抽吸效果作用下,更好贴合于驱动转鼓表面。
驱动转鼓2的具体结构包括有外筒21,外筒21两端分别通过外筒支架22连接有轴套23,两轴套23分别与水洗箱1的侧壁活动连接;所述的外筒21的表面设有通若干供水流通的通孔211。为了便于驱动转鼓2与水洗箱1液面上方转鼓或工作液中的其它驱动转鼓同步传动,轴套23上固定套接有同步链轮24,同步链轮24通过链条25连接有同步驱动机构26。
驱动转子3包括有设于所述外筒21内,且与所述外筒21同圆心的内筒31,内筒31两端分别通过内筒支架32连接有驱动轴33,驱动轴33经所述的轴套23延伸至水洗箱1外部,水洗箱1外部设有与驱动轴23连接的驱动马达5;所述的内筒31由若干呈圆周分布,用于使外筒内侧水压低于外侧水压的桨叶片311构成。内筒31与外筒21为间隙配合,桨叶片311将外筒21内壁周边的工作液导离之后,驱动转鼓2内侧压力低于外侧水压,驱动转鼓2外侧工作液经通孔211进入内侧的同时,织物4也就会受抽吸效果作用下,更好贴合于驱动转鼓2表面,降低织物4运送过程中张力。
为了避免水洗箱1中工作液的液面高于驱动轴33时,工作液从轴套与水洗箱之间的间隙中溢出,驱动轴33通过密封套筒11与水洗箱1相连接,密封套筒11套接在驱动轴33上,密封套筒11内壁与驱动轴33之间设有防水密封圈12。驱动轴33与密封套筒11之间设有轴承13。

1.连续式平幅水洗设备的液下织物驱动机构,其特征在于所述机构包括有安装于水洗箱的工作液中的驱动转鼓和设于驱动转鼓内的驱动转子; 所述的驱动转鼓包括有外筒,外筒两端分别通过外筒支架连接有轴套,两轴套分别与水洗箱的侧壁活动连接;所述的外筒的表面设有通若干供水流通的通孔; 所述的驱动转子包括有设于所述外筒内,且与所述外筒同圆心的内筒,内筒两端分别通过内筒支架连接有驱动轴,驱动轴经所述的轴套延伸至水洗箱外部,水洗箱外部设有与驱动轴连接的驱动马达;所述的内筒由若干呈圆周分布,用于使外筒内侧水压低于外侧水压的桨叶片构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续式平幅水洗设备的液下织物驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的驱动轴通过密封套筒与水洗箱相连接,密封套筒套接在驱动轴上,密封套筒内壁与驱动轴之间设有防水密封圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连续式平幅水洗设备的液下织物驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的驱动轴与密封套筒之间设有轴承。
