一种卡片纸及其应用
技术领域
本申请涉及卡片纸领域,特别涉及一种卡片纸及其应用。
背景技术
卡片纸是一种以聚氯乙烯(缩写PCV)为主要原材料制备的耐磨耐用的卡片材料,主要应用于各种会员卡、银行卡、社保卡、公交卡、身份证等。随着社会的发展,我们的生活也被各种卡片充斥,卡片纸也得到了极大的应用。
虽然卡片纸的主要原材料是PVC,但是,不同配方制备的卡片纸,其功能和应用也是不尽相同的。目前市面上的卡片纸,在长期运输过程中,通常都是多张卡片纸叠加在一起的,容易变形,并且,在高温下容易变黄。特别是对于一些出口卡片纸的商家而言,卡片纸经海运出口,更容易发生变形变黄的问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种配方改进的卡片纸及其应用。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种卡片纸,该卡片纸以PVC为主要原材料,其中添加有附加助剂,附加助剂包括占卡片纸总重量份3.5%的MBS、1.2%的181稳定剂、1%的P-201助剂、0.012%的增白剂、0.0028%的V709紫兰、0.0004%的707紫红、0.06%的G16内滑、0.018%的外滑、0.028%的抗紫外剂和6%的钛白粉。
本申请通过对各组份进行优化、组合,并对其最佳用量进行试验,最终获得本申请的卡片纸配方;本申请的配方充分发挥各组份的功能和效果,使得制备的卡片纸具有更强的韧性,并且,在高温下暴晒不会变黄。更为重要的是,本申请的卡片纸经测试证实,无毒、环保,可以安全的应用于生活中的各种会员卡、银行卡等。
本申请的另一面提供了本申请的卡片纸在会员卡、银行卡、社保卡、公交卡、身份证或名片卡中的应用。
可以理解,本申请的卡片纸,与现有的卡片纸相比,第一,韧性更强;第二,不易变色,更耐用;第三,安全、无毒。因此,可以替代现有的卡片纸,应用于会员卡、银行卡、社保卡、公交卡、身份证、名片卡等领域。
因此,本申请的有益效果在于:本申请的卡片纸韧性强,不易弯折变形;并且,在长期的太阳照射下也不易变黄,更加耐用。本申请的卡片纸,为制备各种会员卡、公交卡等提供了一种无毒、环保安全的卡片材料。
具体实施方式
为了使审查员能够进一步了解本申请的目的,现附较佳实施例以详细说明如下,本实施例仅用于说明本申请的技术方案,并非限定本申请。
实施例
本例的卡片纸,以PVC为主要原材料,另外添加有附加助剂,附加助剂由占卡片纸总重量份3.5%的MBS、1.2%的181稳定剂、1%的P-201助剂、0.012%的增白剂、0.0028%的V709紫兰、0.0004%的707紫红、0.06%的G16内滑、0.018%的外滑、0.028%的抗紫外剂和6%的钛白粉组成;余量为PVC。将各组份按照重量比称重、混匀,经过100度拌料机搅拌混合,然后挤出机挤出,再由压延压片成型,最后分切成合适的大小,以方便运输或使用。
对本例制备的卡片纸进行韧性检测、高温检测以及有毒物质检测。具体如下:
韧性检测采用UV机,将制备的卡片纸弯折80度,结果显示,本例的卡片纸弯折80度也没有破裂,具有很强的韧性。目前现有的卡片纸通常达不到这么强的韧性。
高温检测,将本例制备的卡片纸在80摄氏度下照射24小时,观察卡片纸的颜色变化。结果显示,本例制备的卡片纸没有发生变色,可见本例的卡片纸即便经过高温也不易变色。与此同时,为了观察本例的卡片纸在低温下的情况,将本例的卡片纸至于零下30摄氏度照射24小时,结果显示,本例的卡片纸同样没有发生颜色变化,具有很强的温度适应性。
有毒物质检测委托欧冠检测技术服务有限公司(CPST)进行,对本例制备的卡片纸的铅、汞、镉、六价铬、多溴联苯、多溴联苯醚、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸苯基丁酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)的含量进行测试。检测结果以及检测所参考的IEC出版物如表1所示。

表1的结果显示,本例制备的卡片纸各种有毒物质的含量都远小于规定限制,并且,本例对其它几种没有规定的有毒物质也进行了检测,结果显示,其含量都在允许范围内。因此,本例制备的卡片纸无毒、环保安全,能够满足各种会员卡、银行卡、社保卡、公交卡、身份证或名片卡的使用需求。

1.一种卡片纸,其特征在于:所述卡片纸以PVC为主要原材料,其中添加有附加助剂,所述附加助剂包括占卡片纸总重量份3.5%的MBS、1.2%的181稳定剂、1%的P-201助剂、0.012%的增白剂、0.0028%的V709紫兰、0.0004%的707紫红、0.06%的G16内滑、0.018%的外滑、0.028%的抗紫外剂和6%的钛白粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡片纸在会员卡、银行卡、社保卡、公交卡、身份证或名片卡中的应用。
