本发明公开了一种轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料回收工艺,其特点是,包括如下工艺步骤:面料与基材分离、基材捶打、震动过滤、开松、二次过滤、纤维分离;利用这个工艺,对顶棚废料进行处理后,实现了废料中的面料、玻璃纤维和无纺布纤维的回收,使材料得到再利用,节约资源,减少了废料排放,具有经济和环境效益。

技术领域:
本发明涉及废料回收技术领域,具体地讲是一种轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料回收工艺。
背景技术:
现有的轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料由面料和基材组成,基材包括上PE胶粉层、上玻璃纤维层、中间聚氨酯层、下PE胶粉层、下玻璃纤维层和无纺布层;目前这些材料,一般都作为固体废料燃烧处理,没有实现资源回收,造成了资源浪费。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足,而提供了一种轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料回收工艺,即对聚氨酯顶棚废料的分类回收;主要解决现有技术只是将废料燃烧处理,从而造成资源浪费的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料回收工艺,其特征在于,包括如下工艺步骤:
a面料与基材分离:将面料和基材分开,面料单独存放;
b基材捶打:对基材反复击打,基材破碎,使聚氨酯层变碎沫;
c震动过滤:将破碎的基材放入震动筛网机里,通过震动,使破碎的聚氨酯和PE胶粉滤掉并收集起来;
d开松:将废料开松,使无纺布变成纤维,无纺布以及玻璃纤维都梳理开,变得很蓬松;同时,有些体积过大未过滤掉的聚氨酯也被开松粉碎;
e二次过滤:将开松过的材料输入震动筛网机,通过震动,使破碎的聚氨酯和PE胶粉漏掉并收集起来,只剩下玻璃纤维和无纺布纤维;
f纤维分离:通过离心机,使玻璃纤维和无纺布纤维。
进一步的,c、e步骤所述的震动筛网机的筛网为200目。
本发明所述的一种轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料回收工艺与已有技术相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步:通过本发明的工艺,对顶棚废料进行处理,实现了废料中的面料、玻璃纤维和无纺布纤维的回收,使材料得到再利用,减少了废料排放,具有经济和环境效益。

为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合实施例详细说明本发明;所举实施例仅用于解释本发明,并非用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1,参见图1,一种轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料回收工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
1、面料与基材分离:采用拉伸机,一端固定住面料,另一端固定住基材,然后启动拉伸机,使两端运动的方向相反,实现面料和基材的分离,面料单独存放;拉伸机宽度1米,运动速度1米/分钟,电机功率5kw;
2、基材捶打:采用空气锤设备对基材反复击打,基材破碎,使聚氨酯层变碎沫;工作台面100cm*100cm,压力吨位10吨;
3、震动过滤:将破碎的基材放入震动筛网机里,通过震动,使破碎的聚氨酯和PE 胶粉漏掉并收集起来;功率10KW,筛网200目;
4、开松:通过开松机,将废料开松,无纺布变成纤维,无纺布以及玻璃纤维都梳理开,变得很蓬松;同时,有些体积过大未过滤掉的聚氨酯也被开松粉碎;
5、二次过滤:将开送过的材料输入震动筛网机,通过震动,使破碎的聚氨酯和PE胶粉漏掉并收集起来,只剩下玻璃纤维和无纺布纤维;功率10KW,筛网200目;
6、纤维分离:通过离心机,使玻璃纤维和无纺布纤维。

1.一种轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料回收工艺,其特征如下:
a面料与基材分离:将面料和基材分开,面料单独存放;
b基材捶打:对基材反复击打,基材破碎,使聚氨酯层变碎沫;
c震动过滤:将破碎的基材放入震动筛网机里,通过震动,使破碎的聚氨酯和PE胶粉滤掉并收集起来;
d开松:将废料开松,使无纺布变成纤维,无纺布以及玻璃纤维都梳理开,变得很蓬松;同时,有些体积过大未过滤掉的聚氨酯也被开松粉碎;
e二次过滤:将开松过的材料输入震动筛网机,通过震动,使破碎的聚氨酯和PE胶粉漏掉并收集起来,只剩下玻璃纤维和无纺布纤维;
f纤维分离:通过离心机,使玻璃纤维和无纺布纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轿车聚氨酯顶棚废料回收工艺,其特征在于,c、e步骤所述的震动筛网机的筛网为200目。
