本发明公开了一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:聚乙烯蜡3‑5,纳米氧化锌3‑5,平平加o‑10 0.4‑0.6,亚麻籽油1‑2,十二烷基甜菜碱0.3‑0.5,改性聚氯乙烯乳液10‑15,PVDF乳液3‑5,乙二醇1‑2,卡拉胶0.1‑0.2,水40‑50。本发明的秸秆处理液能在秸秆表面形成透明均匀的涂层,其耐水、透湿性能优良,对秸秆材料起到良好的防护作用,不易受潮、霉变。同时具有较好的防尘耐污性,表面不易积累尘垢,卫生性能良好。

一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及秸秆表面处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国是农业大国,秸秆资源十分丰富,分布广,种类多且产量巨大。目前,农作物秸秆绝大部分的处理方式是在直接露天焚烧处理,这不但造成极大的资源浪费,而且导致大气污染,影响大气环境质量。秸秆具有质地柔韧、价格低廉的特点,适合用于编织业,制作草帽、草席、提篮、挂画等多种工艺品和日用品,既能充分利用现有资源,缓解环境压力,又能最大化地开发利用秸秆的价值,满足消费者对编织工艺品的市场需求。但是秸秆作为一种植物材料,其耐水性较差,容易发生霉烂、潮解,难以长期保存和使用,而且表面容易积累灰尘、污垢不易清洁,影响了秸秆编织工艺品的应用价值。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚乙烯蜡3-5,纳米氧化锌3-5,平平加o-10 0.4-0.6,亚麻籽油1-2,十二烷基甜菜碱0.3-0.5,改性聚氯乙烯乳液10-15,PVDF乳液3-5,乙二醇1-2,卡拉胶0.1-0.2,水40-50;
其中改性聚氯乙烯乳液由下列重量份的原料制成:氯乙烯10-15,丙烯酸3-5,羧甲基纤维素0.5-1,三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷0.3-0.5,过硫酸钾0.01-0.02,纳米二氧化钛1-2,十二烷基硫酸钠0.05-0.1,水20-30;改性聚氯乙烯乳液的制备方法是先将十二烷基硫酸钠和羧甲基纤维素加入水中搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入氯乙烯、丙烯酸、纳米二氧化钛和三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷800-1000r/min搅拌0.5-1h,最后加入其余原料70-80℃反应2-4h,冷却后即得。
一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯蜡、纳米氧化锌、亚麻籽油和平平加o-10共同加入容器中110-120℃熔融混合后加入1/2-2/3量的水中90-95℃、800-1000r/min搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后加入改性聚氯乙烯乳液和PVDF乳液搅拌均匀,得复合乳液;
(2)将其余原料混合后400-600r/min、60-80℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后加入(1)中的复合乳液1000-1500r/min搅拌5-10min,即得防尘耐污秸秆处理液。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过丙烯酸和羧甲基纤维素改性提高透湿性,通过三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷改性提高耐水性,通过纳米二氧化钛复合提高抗老化性和力学性能,制得的改性聚氯乙烯乳液与其余原料复配后得到秸秆处理液,能在秸秆表面形成透明均匀的涂层,其耐水、透湿性能优良,对秸秆材料起到良好的防护作用,不易受潮、霉变。同时具有较好的防尘耐污性,表面不易积累尘垢,卫生性能良好。
具体实施方式
一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚乙烯蜡3,纳米氧化锌3,平平加o-10 0.4,亚麻籽油1,十二烷基甜菜碱0.3,改性聚氯乙烯乳液10,PVDF乳液3,乙二醇1,卡拉胶0.1,水40;
其中改性聚氯乙烯乳液由下列重量份的原料制成:氯乙烯10,丙烯酸3,羧甲基纤维素0.5,三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷0.3,过硫酸钾0.01,纳米二氧化钛1,十二烷基硫酸钠0.05,水20;改性聚氯乙烯乳液的制备方法是先将十二烷基硫酸钠和羧甲基纤维素加入水中搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入氯乙烯、丙烯酸、纳米二氧化钛和三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷800r/min搅拌0.5h,最后加入其余原料70℃反应2h,冷却后即得。
一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯蜡、纳米氧化锌、亚麻籽油和平平加o-10共同加入容器中110℃熔融混合后加入1/2量的水中90℃、800r/min搅拌0.5h,冷却后加入改性聚氯乙烯乳液和PVDF乳液搅拌均匀,得复合乳液;
(2)将其余原料混合后400r/min、60℃搅拌0.5h,冷却后加入(1)中的复合乳液1000r/min搅拌5min,即得防尘耐污秸秆处理液。
对上述制得的秸秆处理液进行性能测试,结果如下:

Claims (2)

1.一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚乙烯蜡3-5,纳米氧化锌3-5,平平加o-10 0.4-0.6,亚麻籽油1-2,十二烷基甜菜碱0.3-0.5,改性聚氯乙烯乳液10-15,PVDF乳液3-5,乙二醇1-2,卡拉胶0.1-0.2,水40-50;
所述改性聚氯乙烯乳液由下列重量份的原料制成:氯乙烯10-15,丙烯酸3-5,羧甲基纤维素0.5-1,三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷0.3-0.5,过硫酸钾0.01-0.02,纳米二氧化钛1-2,十二烷基硫酸钠0.05-0.1,水20-30;改性聚氯乙烯乳液的制备方法是先将十二烷基硫酸钠和羧甲基纤维素加入水中搅拌直至完全溶解,然后加入氯乙烯、丙烯酸、纳米二氧化钛和三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷800-1000r/min搅拌0.5-1h,最后加入其余原料70-80℃反应2-4h,冷却后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘耐污秸秆处理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯蜡、纳米氧化锌、亚麻籽油和平平加o-10共同加入容器中110-120℃熔融混合后加入1/2-2/3量的水中90-95℃、800-1000r/min搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后加入改性聚氯乙烯乳液和PVDF乳液搅拌均匀,得复合乳液;
(2)将其余原料混合后400-600r/min、60-80℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后加入(1)中的复合乳液1000-1500r/min搅拌5-10min,即得防尘耐污秸秆处理液。
