技术领域
本发明涉及电源插座领域,具体是指一种具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座。
背景技术
现有的漏电保护插座例如(专利号为201010248157 .8 的发明专利)一般包括壳体、输出导体、电源输入端、电源输出端、用于闭合主回路开关并配合锁扣机构使主回路开关闭合状态保持进而使电源输入端与电源输出端及输出导体保持导通的复位按钮以及用于在产生漏电流时断开主回路开关的电磁脱扣机构等,其输入端和输出端引出的金属片至少一对为弹性金属片,弹性金属片长度较长且一端定位另一端悬空,弹性金属片的自由端相对定位端呈一定角度弯折,通过其它部件的按压或抬升动作带动使弹性金属片与静金属片接触导通。市电电源包括零线和火线,弹性金属片必然成对出现,两弹性金属片在加工时其弯折程度很难达到一致,且由于自由端反复弹性升降长期使用后容易导致劳损变形,加工时左右弹性金属片难以保持一致以及反复弹性升降均会导致接触导通的可靠性难以保证,存在一定安全隐患;并且弹性金属片加工和装配工艺比较复杂,用料多,成品率相对较低。
申请号为201410499136 .1的发明专利申请公开了一种改进的漏电保护插座,其动金属片弹性设置在升降板内通过复位按钮与锁扣勾扣配合弹起后带动升降板抬升使得动金属片与静接触端接触导通,该种结构仍存在一定局限:1 .抬升闭合,加工和装配工艺精度要求高;2 .需要连接柔性导线和过渡金属片等,结构较复杂,加工成本高;3 .抬升闭合的通断方式需要克服复位按钮上复位弹簧的阻力才能闭合,用时相对较长并且容易造成弹簧劳损;4 . 锁扣锁止件呈块状,没有防脱出结构,容易从锁止件安装座出脱出。另有申请号为201510036392 .1的发明专利申请针对上述问题做了改进,但是这些带反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座都是通过电气结构(控制芯片、可控硅等须完好)来实现在反接线时跳闸,若可控硅等元件损坏而主回路开关又处于闭合状态时则起不到反接线保护的作用,并且没有设置机械强制脱扣功能,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供一种具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座。
本发明的发明目的通过以下方案实现:具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,包括主回路开关、中层支架、复位按钮、脱扣线圈及电磁脱扣机构,还包括升降件,升降件两侧各套装一金属杆,金属杆下端套装复位弹簧,该对金属杆上端在正确接线状态下与主回路开关的动金属片接触导通,零线金属杆的复位弹簧与位于零线金属杆复位弹簧下方的一静金属片形成脱扣线圈回路中常闭的反接线通路开关,零线金属杆和火线金属杆上端均与电源负载端延伸出的电源输出金属件在正确接线状态下保持接触导通;升降件配合设置有可相对升降件升降方向垂直滑移的锁止件,锁止件尾端设置弹性复位机构,锁止件头部在正确接线状态下与升降件侧壁相抵;电磁脱扣机构包括铁芯、锁扣和脱扣器,铁芯具有驱动盘,升降件具有与铁芯驱动盘配合的斜坡,反接线时铁芯在脱扣线圈磁场作用下通过驱动盘拉动升降件下沉,锁止件头部在弹性复位机构作用下覆盖在升降件顶部,升降件金属杆与主回路开关的动金属片分离断开脱扣

进一步地,主回路开关动金属片从电源负载端引出,升降件火线金属杆接近顶端位置径向延伸出一限位凸台,输出导体延伸出一过渡金属片,过渡金属片具有延伸至主回路开关火线动金属片下方的弯折部,过渡金属片弯折部具有供升降件火线金属杆上端穿出的通孔,升降件火线金属杆与过渡金属片弯折部通孔内缘保持接触导通,升降件火线金属杆限位凸台在正确状态下与过渡金属片弯折部底部相抵,同时金属杆顶端与输出火线动金属片接触导通,升降件火线金属杆在反接线时下沉从而与主回路开关火线动金属片分离且与从电源输入端火线端引出的一静接触片接触导通。
进一步地,从电源输入端火线端引出的静接触片上设置一绝缘座,绝缘座具有供升降件火线金属杆穿设其中的通孔,升降件火线金属杆上套装的复位弹簧上端与升降件火线金属杆限位凸台相抵而下端与静接触片绝缘座相抵。
进一步地,中层支架具有供锁止件3滑移的滑移适配区,中层支架与锁止件之间配合设置有滑移限位机构。
进一步地,锁止件开有供复位按钮导向柱及复位按钮弹簧穿过的缺口或通孔,锁止件的弹性复位机构包括锁止件复位弹簧,锁止件尾端具有供锁止件复位弹簧套装定位的弹簧定位部,锁止件复位弹簧另一端与中层支架槽内一端相抵。
进一步地,还包括测试按钮,锁止件开有供测试按钮导向柱穿过的通孔,测试按钮导向柱具有两级驱动坡面,锁止件通孔具有用于在升降件下沉锁定状态下被测试按钮导向柱第一级驱动坡面驱动滑移从而解锁升降件的解锁斜坡,锁扣具有用于被测试按钮导向柱第二级驱动坡面驱动滑移解锁从而强制脱扣的通孔。

进一步地,锁止件上方设置有盖板,盖板开有供复位按钮导向柱及测试按钮导向柱穿过的通孔或缺口,盖板两端具有与中层支架勾扣定位的定位凸钉,定位凸钉上方具有便于卡入中层支架的让位缺损区。
进一步地,锁扣穿过脱扣器,脱扣器安装在脱扣线圈骨架上,锁扣开有U形孔,U形孔的弧形区与测试按钮导向柱第二级驱动坡面配合,U形孔在锁扣穿出一侧具有锁扣弹簧定位部,锁扣弹簧一端顶在锁扣弹簧定位部上,另一端与脱扣线圈骨架上的弹簧定位定位部相抵,锁扣侧边还开有限位缺口,脱扣线圈骨架具有用于与锁扣限位缺口配合的限位柱;主回路开关动接触片上方还设置有一对辅助跳闸装置,辅助跳闸装置上设置限位台阶并套装辅助跳闸弹簧,辅助跳闸弹簧下端与辅助跳闸装置限位台阶相抵,上端与上盖内侧相抵,中层支架开有供辅助跳闸装置及辅助跳闸弹簧放入具有台阶的定位通孔。
本发明的有益效果在于:主回路开关动作机构结构合理巧妙,响应迅速,并且不由升降件带动,动作顺畅可靠;反接线时通过铁芯带动升降件下沉自动跳闸且锁止件自动锁定升降件,复位按钮无法复位,主回路开关无法闭合,使用安全;锁扣锁止件结构合理,动作
稳定可靠,装配便捷。

参照图1至图9所示,本发明的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,包括主回路开关(L10、L40)( L30、L40 )(N10、N40)(N30、N40)、中层支架4、复位按钮001、脱扣线圈7及电磁脱扣机构,还包括升降件9,升降件两侧9C各套装一金属杆10、11,金属杆10、11下端套装复位弹簧007、008,该对金属杆上端在正确接线状态下与主回路开关的动金属片(N4、L4)接触导通,零线金属杆11的复位弹簧008与位于零线金属杆复位弹簧008下方的一静金属片K9形成脱扣线圈9回路中常闭的反接线通路开关,零线金属杆11和火线金属杆10上端均与电源负载端延伸出的主回路开关的动金属片N4、L4在正确接线状态下保持接触导通;升降件9配合设置有可相对升降件升降方向垂直滑移的锁止件3,锁止件尾端设置弹性复位机构,锁止件头部3A在正确接线状态下与升降件9侧壁9A相抵(见图4-B);电磁脱扣机构包括铁芯8、锁扣6和脱扣器5,铁芯具有驱动盘8B,升降件具有与铁芯驱动盘配合的斜坡9B,反接线时铁芯8在脱扣线圈磁场作用下通过驱动盘拉动升降件下沉,锁止件头部在弹性005复位机构作用下覆盖在升降件顶部9A(见图5-B),升降件9金属杆10、11与主回路开关的动金属片L4、N4分离断开脱扣线圈通路。
主回路开关动金属片L4、N4从电源负载端L5、N5引出,升降件火线金属杆10接近顶端位置径向延伸出一限位凸台10A,输出导体L1延伸出一过渡金属片L1-10(见图8),过渡金属片具有延伸至主回路开关火线动金属片L4下方的弯折部,过渡金属片L1-10弯折部具有供升降件火线金属杆10上端穿出的通孔,升降件火线金属杆与过渡金属片弯折部通孔内缘保持接触导通(见图8),升降件火线金属杆限位凸台10A在正确状态下与过渡金属片弯折部底部相抵,同时金属杆顶端与输出火线动金属片L4接触导通,升降件火线金属杆10在反接线时下沉从而与主回路开关火线动金属片L4分离且与从电源输入端L2火线端引出的一静接触片K7-8接触导通。
从电源输入端火线端L2引出的静接触片K7-8上设置一绝缘座12,绝缘座具有供升降件火线金属杆穿设其中的通孔120,升降件火线金属杆上套装的复位弹簧007上端与升降件火线金属杆限位凸台相抵而下端与静接触片绝缘座相抵。
中层支架4具有供锁止件滑移的滑移适配区4-3,中层支架与锁止件之间配合设置有滑移限位机构。
锁止件开有供复位按钮001导向柱001A及复位按钮弹簧003穿过的缺口3C或通孔,锁止件的弹性复位机构包括锁止件复位弹簧005,锁止件尾端具有供锁止件复位弹簧套装定位的弹簧定位部3E,锁止件复位弹簧另一端与中层支架4槽内4-3长方一端相抵。

锁扣6穿过脱扣器5,脱扣器安装在脱扣线圈7骨架上,锁扣开有U形孔6-002A,U形孔的弧形区与测试按钮导向柱002C第二级驱动坡面002B配合,U形孔在锁扣穿出一侧具有锁扣弹簧定位部6-005,锁扣弹簧006一端顶在锁扣弹簧定位部上,另一端与脱扣线圈骨架7上的弹簧006定位部7-6相抵,锁扣侧边还开有限位缺口6A,脱扣线圈骨架具有用于与锁扣限位缺口配合的限位柱7-5A;主回路开关动接触片L4、N4上方还设置有一对辅助跳闸装置28,辅助跳闸装置上设置限位台阶并套装辅助跳闸弹簧280,辅助跳闸弹簧下端与辅助跳闸装置限位台阶相抵,另一端与上盖内侧相抵,中层支架4开有供辅助跳闸装置及辅助跳闸弹簧放入具有台阶定位的通孔4H。
实施例二
参照图3-1,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:中层支架底部开放形成供锁止件放入的滑移适配区,中层支架与锁止件通过凸钉3D、或者扣合板组合形成滑移限位机构。其余结构与实施例一基本相同。锁止件上两侧展出凸钉组合一体。
实施例三参照图3-2,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:锁止件上方设置有盖板,盖板开有供复位按钮导向柱及测试按钮导向柱穿过的通孔或缺口,盖板两端具有与中层支架勾扣定位的定位凸钉,定位凸钉上方具有便于卡入中层支架的让位缺损区。其余结构与实施例一基本相同。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述,但是,本领域普通技术
人员应当了解,可以不限于上述实施例的描述,在权利要求书的范围内,可作出形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (10)

1.具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,包括主回路开关、中层支架、复位按钮、脱扣线圈及电磁脱扣机构,其特征在于:还包括升降件,升降件两侧各套装一金属杆,金属杆下端套装复位弹簧,该对金属杆上端在正确接线状态下与主回路开关的动金属片接触导通,零线金属杆的复位弹簧与位于零线金属杆复位弹簧下方的一静金属片形成脱扣线圈回路中常闭的反接线通路开关,零线金属杆和火线金属杆上端均与电源负载端延伸出的主回路开关的动金属片在正确接线状态下保持接触导通;升降件配合设置有可相对升降件升降方向垂直滑移的锁止件,锁止件尾端设置弹性复位机构,锁止件头部在正确接线状态下与升降件侧壁相抵;电磁脱扣机构包括铁芯、锁扣和脱扣器,铁芯具有驱动盘,升降件具有与铁芯驱动盘配合的斜坡,反接线时铁芯在脱扣线圈磁场作用下通过驱动盘拉动升降件下沉,锁止件头部在弹性复位机构作用下覆盖在升降件顶部,升降件金属杆与主回路开关的动金属片分离断开脱扣线圈通路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:主回路开关动金属片从电源负载端引出,升降件火线金属杆接近顶端位置径向延伸出一限位凸台,输出导体延伸出一过渡金属片,过渡金属片具有延伸至主回路开关火线动金属片下方的弯折部,过渡金属片弯折部具有供升降件火线金属杆上端穿出的通孔,升降件火线金属杆与过渡金属片弯折部通孔内缘保持接触导通,升降件火线金属杆限位凸台在正确状态下与过渡金属片弯折部底部相抵,升降件火线金属杆在反接线时下沉从而与主回路开关火线动金属片分离且与从电源输入端火线端引出的一静接触片接触导通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:从电源输入端火线端引出的静接触片上设置一绝缘座,绝缘座具有供升降件火线金属杆穿设其中的通孔,升降件火线金属杆上套装的复位弹簧上端与升降件火线金属杆限位凸台相抵而下端与静接触片绝缘座相抵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:中层支架具有供锁止件滑移的滑移适配区,中层支架与锁止件之间配合设置有滑移限位机构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:锁止件开有供复位按钮导向柱及复位按钮弹簧穿过的缺口或通孔,锁止件的弹性复位机构包括锁止件复位弹簧,锁止件尾端具有供锁止件复位弹簧套装定位的弹簧定位部,锁止件复位弹簧另一端与中层支架相抵。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:还包括测试按钮,锁止件开有供测试按钮导向柱穿过的通孔,测试按钮导向柱具有两级驱动坡面,锁止件通孔具有用于在升降件下沉锁定状态下被测试按钮导向柱第一级驱动坡面驱动滑移从而解锁升降件的解锁斜坡,锁扣具有用于被测试按钮导向柱第二级驱动坡面驱动滑移解锁从而强制脱扣的通孔。
7.根据权利要求4所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:中层支架上端面具有下凹的滑移适配区,锁止件外侧壁具有若干限位凸钉,中层支架具有与锁止件限位凸钉扣合以防止锁止件脱出的限位部,锁止件限位凸钉与中层支架限位部组合形成滑移限位机构。
8.根据权利要求4所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:中层支架底部开放形成供锁止件放入的滑移适配区,中层支架与锁止件通过凸钉、扣合板组合形成滑移限位机构。
9.根据权利要求6所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:锁止件上方设置有盖板,盖板开有供复位按钮导向柱及测试按钮导向柱穿过的通孔或缺口,盖板两端具有与中层支架勾扣定位的定位凸钉,定位凸钉上方具有便于卡入中层支架的让位缺损区。
10.根据权利要求6所述的具有反接线保护功能的漏电保护插座,其特征在于:锁扣穿过脱扣器,脱扣器安装在脱扣线圈骨架上,锁扣开有U形孔,U形孔的弧形区与测试按钮导向柱第二级驱动坡面配合,U形孔在锁扣穿出一侧具有锁扣弹簧定位部,锁扣弹簧一端顶在锁扣弹簧定位部上,另一端与脱扣线圈骨架上的弹簧定位定位部相抵,锁扣侧边还开有限位缺口,脱扣线圈骨架具有用于与锁扣限位缺口配合的限位柱;主回路开关动接触片上方还设置有一对辅助跳闸装置,辅助跳闸装置上设置限位台阶并套装辅助跳闸弹簧,辅助跳闸弹簧下端与辅助跳闸装置限位台阶相抵,中层支架开有供辅助跳闸装置及辅助跳闸弹簧放入具有台阶的定位通孔。
