Description

过滤装置
本发明涉及过滤装置。
对这种包括至少一个过滤袋或过滤套的过滤装置而言，一般的作法是在袋或套的周围设置密封圈。
英国专利1603110号描述了包括一个具有一密封装置的袋或套的过滤装置，该密封装置包括一个有着沿径向向外的凸缘的毡圈。在滤料和毡圈之间有一个弹簧钢圈或橡胶圈。在使用中，毡圈凸缘安装在一个孔的适当地成形的凸缘上，该孔在一间壁上，而上述过滤袋则安置成通过该间壁。实际应用中，凸缘是适当地应用毡片制成的。或者也可以应用塑料、橡胶圈、绳等来形成凸缘。制造这些产品时要占用大量的时间和劳力，还要求一定的技术。
本发明正是从考虑上述问题的角度而提出的。
根据本发明，提出了一种过滤装置，它包括一个过滤袋或套和一个连接在过滤袋或过滤套的一部分上的仿形弹性带，此仿形带是用来密封地配合到或使过滤袋或套密封地配合到另一物体的孔的周边上，其中此仿形带具有整体结构，并在此仿形带上设置有孔洞和/或狭槽。
由于上述仿形带具有整体结构，这就消除了由许多分离部件来制造这样的仿形带所需用的劳力和技术。相应地也降低了上述带的生产成本。
可通过使用弹性材料，例如弹簧不锈钢或硬橡胶来获得弹性。但是，要求上述带易用手压缩，而当压缩力去掉后有足够的弹性来保持它们最初的形状。这可通过在上述带上特别是在上述带的仿形区域的凸出部分上设置孔洞、槽等来实现。在本发明的一些实施例中，要求在这种带的一侧或两侧设置开口的孔洞、槽等。
过滤袋或过滤套的顶部可以通过熔合、粘接或焊接的方法固定在上述带上。这样的带在前述过滤结构的上部强加了相应的外形。
为了更容易地理解本发明，下面将参考附图仅以举例方式来描述本发明的具体实施例，附图中：
图1是根据本发明的一种过滤带的侧视图；
图2是根据本发明的另一种过滤带的侧视图。
参照图1，一种过滤装置包括一个固定在环形密封带10上的过滤套(未示出)。带10由弹簧不锈钢制成，通常约为0.38毫米厚度。从带10沿径向向外延伸出两个凸出部A11、12，从而在这两个凸出部分之间形成一个凹槽13。在此带上的凸出部分的区域设置一些孔14来保证凸出部分容易弹性变形。某些情形中，在两个凸出部分上设置分离孔14a并且在其他位置设置跨过两个凸出部分的狭槽14b。带10通过熔合或焊接直接固定在过滤套上。
在使用中，上述带安置在由窝眼盘16确定的孔15中。将这两个凸出部分中的一个用手压迫插入孔15，与此同时，这一凸出部分即向外弹出，从而孔15的边界被牢牢地握持在凸出部分11和12之间确定的凹槽13中。凹槽13便密封地配合到孔15的边界上而形成防尘密封。
参照图2，示出了另一种弹簧不锈钢带20，它包括两个凸出部分21、22，在两个凸出部分之间确定一个凹槽23。在带20的一侧设置一些开口的槽24。确定上述槽用的凸缘25的自由端指向内面。上述带直接通过熔合或焊接固定在过滤套的顶部。
使用中，上述带沿A方向插入过滤窝眼盘27的孔26中。由于凸缘25的端部是向内指向的，所以当带被插入到孔26时，凸缘就能自动地向内移动。一旦到位，凸缘25便向外弹出，窝眼盘即紧紧地握持在凹槽23中，从而形成防尘密封。
上述的两种带比已知的过滤套的密封带更易制造成本也低，但仍然便于使用并能有效地运行。
上述实施例仅仅是通过举例方式来描述的，这一点是应该明白的。许多修改和改变都是可能的。

Claims (5)

1．一种过滤装置，包括过滤袋或套以及连接到此过滤袋或套的一部分上的仿形弹性带，该仿形带是用来密封地配合到或使过滤袋或套密封地配合到过滤体上的一个孔的周边上，其中仿形带由弹性材料构成，其上设置有孔洞和/或槽。
2．如权利要求1所述的过滤装置，其特征在于：所述的弹性材料是弹簧不锈钢。
3．如权利要求1所述的过滤装置，其特征在于：所述的弹性材料是橡胶。
4．如前面任一项权利要求所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，所述孔洞和/或槽设置在所述带的仿形区域中。
5．如前面任一项权利要求所述的过滤装置，其特征在于，在所述带的至少一侧上设置有孔洞和/或槽。
