The invention provides a scale inhibition device for a water heater.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, the scale inhibition device for a water heater includes:
the tank body 1 is provided with a containing cavity 10, and the lower end of the tank body 1 is arranged in an open manner;
the scale inhibitor releasing part 2 is arranged at the top of the cavity 10;
the connecting seat body 3 is in butt joint with the lower end of the tank body 1, and the connecting seat body 3 is provided with a main channel 31, a water supplementing channel 32 and a water drainage channel 33;
the main channel 31 comprises an inlet section 311, a throat 312 and a diffuser section 313 in sequence along the water flow direction; the water replenishing passage 32 communicates with the inlet section 311 and the chamber 10, and the water discharging passage 33 communicates with the diffuser section 313 and the chamber 10.
In this embodiment, the tank body 1 is mainly used to provide a containing space for the scale inhibitor release member 2, so that the scale inhibitor release member 2 can contact with water in the containing cavity 10 of the tank body 1 to release or dissolve the scale inhibitor. The tank body 1 is placed along the vertical direction, namely the length direction of the tank body 1 is consistent with the vertical direction, so that the flow of the water replenishing channel 32 and the flow of the water draining channel 33 can be adjusted or calculated. Specifically, the tank body 1 is cylindrical, and the top thereof may be spherical.
The scale inhibitor releasing part 2 is used for releasing or dissolving the scale inhibitor when contacting with water, therefore, the scale inhibitor releasing part 2 can be a solid scale inhibitor, such as a block-shaped scale inhibitor, or can be a container, and various forms of scale inhibitors, such as spherical particles, can be arranged in the container, or even can be liquid scale inhibitors. Preferably, the polyphosphate or polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor requires a small amount of the two scale inhibitors and can be used for a long time.
The scale inhibitor release member 2 is arranged on the top of the cavity 10, so that the contact area of the scale inhibitor release member 2 and the water body can be controlled by controlling the height of the scale inhibitor release member 2 relative to the water surface of the cavity 10, and the dissolution speed of the scale inhibitor can be further controlled. For example, the height of the water surface can be controlled by adjusting the installation height of the scale inhibitor release member 2 or arranging the residual gas on the top of the cavity 10 and adjusting the pressure balance in the tank body 1.
The connecting seat body 3 is in butt joint with the tank body 1 to guide water into the tank body 1 and simultaneously is used for leading out the scale inhibitor solution from the tank body 1. The main channel 31 of the connecting base body 3 is connected and communicated with the water inlet pipeline of the water heater in series. To smooth the flow of water, the inlet section 311 is tapered in a direction closer to the throat 312 and the diffuser section 313 is tapered in a direction away from the throat 312.
According to the scale inhibition device for the water heater, water is injected into the containing cavity 10 of the tank body 1, the scale inhibitor is released after the scale inhibitor releasing part 2 is contacted with the water, the section of the main channel 31 is reduced at the throat 312, the flow speed of one side of the throat 312, which is adjacent to the diffusion section 313, is high, the pressure is low, and the water dissolved with the scale inhibitor in the tank body 1 is sucked into the diffusion section 313 through the drainage channel 33; the throat 312 is provided with a low flow rate and a high pressure on the side adjacent to the inlet section 311, and water in the inlet section 311 enters the cavity 10 of the tank 1 through the water replenishing channel 32. By such circulation, the scale inhibitor release part 2 in the tank body 1 is continuously dissolved, and simultaneously, the scale inhibitor solution is continuously discharged into the diffusion section 313, thereby playing the roles of scale inhibition and scale removal for the water heater.
Further, the device also comprises a flow guide pipe 4 arranged in the tank body 1, the lower end of the flow guide pipe 4 is arranged in an open manner and is butted with the upper end of the connecting seat body 3, the upper end of the flow guide pipe 4 is butted with the scale inhibitor releasing part 2, and a plurality of drain holes 41 are arranged on the circumferential surface of the upper end of the flow guide pipe 4; the water replenishing channel 32 is communicated with the inner cavity of the draft tube 4, and the water draining channel 33 is communicated with the cavity 10 between the draft tube 4 and the tank body 1.
In this embodiment, the draft tube 4 divides the cavity 10 into two parts, and the scale inhibitor release part 2 can directly dissolve the water body, i.e. the scale inhibitor is more easily saturated when dissolved, thereby reducing the dissolution speed. Meanwhile, the draft tube 4 can directly guide water to the bottom of the scale inhibitor release part 2, so that the fluidity of the water body adjacent to the scale inhibitor release part 2 is increased, the scale inhibitor release part 2 can release or dissolve the scale inhibitor in size, and the stability of the concentration of the scale inhibitor in the water body close to the inlet of the water replenishing channel 32 can be ensured.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the draft tube 4, an annular first interface 341 is convexly arranged on the upper end surface of the connecting seat body 3, and the draft tube 4 is hermetically sleeved on the first interface 341; the outlet of the refill passage 32 is located in the first port 341, and the inlet of the drain passage 33 is located at the periphery of the first port 341.
In this embodiment, a buckle may be further disposed between the flow guide tube 4 and the abutting joint to prevent loosening. In addition, in order to achieve the sealing effect, a sealing ring may be further disposed at the matching surface of the flow guide tube 4 and the first interface 341.
Further, referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment, the material of the draft tube 4 is an elastic material, and the cross-sectional shape of the draft tube 4 is wavy; the scale inhibition device of the water heater comprises an adjusting member (not shown) for adjusting the height of the scale inhibitor releasing member 2.
In the embodiment, the installation height of the scale inhibitor releasing part 2 can be adjusted by compressing or stretching the draft tube 4 in the vertical direction, and the adjusting part can adopt the existing part such as a bolt and the like which can adjust the displacement. It will be appreciated that the height of the scale inhibitor release member 2 may also be adjusted by adjusting its own weight.
In addition, since the cross-sectional shape of the draft tube 4 is wavy, the draft tube 4 can alleviate the impact of the water flow and make the water flow uniformly flow out of the drain opening.
