本发明涉及织物处理助剂领域,是一种基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂,按质量百分比由如下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO‑9 1%‑5%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 5%‑20%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG‑1511 15%‑30%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐0.1%‑2%;尿素0.5%‑5%;乙二醇单丁醚0.5%‑5%;消泡剂S‑1850.1%‑0.8%;水35%‑50%。本发明渗透剂耐酸、耐强碱,具有良好的稳定性,在高温条件下仍能发挥良好的渗透作用,具有乳化、渗透、增溶、洗涤、除污等功能,能使练漂均匀、彻底,煮练后的织物强度损失少,不含APEO、NPEO及其衍生物,可生物降解。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物处理助剂技术领域,具体地说,是一种基于醇醚糖苷的新型织物精练渗透剂。
背景技术
织物的精练是指棉布及其合成纤维混纺织物的退浆、煮练、漂白和丝光等操作工序。精练的目的是除去纤维上的各种杂质。精练工序的一大特点是需要使用高浓度的烧碱处理纤维,溶液的碱含量很高。一般来说,优良的精炼渗透剂需要具备如下特性:渗透迅速;乳化力强;去污力好;耐高温;耐强碱及氧化剂;低泡沫;降解性好;无毒安全。一般情况下,单一组分的表面活性剂很难满足所有的要求,需要通过复配增效方能制得满足要求的精练剂。
在精练时由于棉织物上含有棉蜡、果胶、蛋白质、棉籽壳、油脂和退浆工序中未除尽的浆料以及织物上所沾染的油渍等杂质,使得织物不容易被碱液润湿和渗透。另外,传统的织物经精练渗透剂处理过后经常出现织物强度损失,具体表现为织物在织布时容易发生破洞,断头等情况,造成织品牢度下降,影响织品综合性能。
因此,为了克服目前所面临的问题,就需要提供一种有效的精练渗透剂,能尽量快速渗透乳化,去污,大幅度提高精练效率,减少精练过程的耗时,把浓碱对织物的影响降至最低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效且具有一定织物保护作用的精练渗透剂,能大大缩短精练工序耗时,有效降低精练工序对织物本身的损害,一定程度上提高织品的整体质量。
本发明所选的两种主原料分别为FMES(脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠)和AEG(醇醚糖苷类化合物)。首先FMES是FMEE(脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物)的优化升级版,兼具非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性。其突出的特点是良好的去污性、脱脂性、分散性,在阴离子产品中净洗力最高。该特点能帮精练剂达到快速渗透去污的目的。另外,AEG是醇醚糖苷类化合物,该类化合物中含有糖苷键跟棉纤维中的纤维素有较好的亲和力能通过渗透作用,有效吸附在棉纤维表面,起到保护棉纤维的作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的第一方面,提供一种基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂,按质量百分比由如下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 1%-5%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 5%-20%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 15%-30%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA二钠盐)0.1%-2%;尿素0.5%-5%;乙二醇单丁醚0.5%-5%;消泡剂S-185 0.1%-0.8%;水35%-50%。

1、本发明提供的精练渗透剂适用于织物染色前的煮练工艺,本发明的精练渗透剂能耐酸、耐强碱,具有良好的稳定性,在高温条件下仍能发挥良好的渗透作用。
2、本发明配方具有乳化、渗透、增溶、洗涤、除污等功能,能使练漂均匀、彻底,保证均匀、毛效。
3、经本发明煮练后的织物,强度损失少,织布时不易破洞,断头。
4、本发明不含APEO、NPEO及其衍生物,可生物降解,属环保产品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1:
各组分按如下质量百分比组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 4.5%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 17.8%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 26%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA二钠盐)1.5%;尿素2.5%;乙二醇单丁醚4.5%;消泡剂S-185 0.45%;水42.75%。
制备方法:向釜中抽入427.5公斤70℃热水,搅拌下加入260Kg AEG-1511,15Kg乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐,4.5Kg S-185消泡剂,45Kg乙二醇单丁醚,搅拌30分钟,搅拌下依次抽入178Kg FMES,45Kg AEO-9,充分搅拌1小时,产品为黄色透明液体。冷却至室温,加入25Kg尿素搅拌10分钟即可得到本发明的精炼渗透剂。
实施例2:

各组分按如下质量百分比组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 1%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 10%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 30%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA二钠盐)1.5%;尿素2.5%;乙二醇单丁醚4.5%;消泡剂S-185 0.5%;水50%。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4:
各组分按如下质量百分比组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 5%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 20%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 20%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA二钠盐)1.5%;尿素2.5%;乙二醇单丁醚0.5%;消泡剂S-185 0.5%;水50%。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5:性能测定
测定上述实施例制得的渗透剂的性能数据均符合以下指标:
外观:淡黄色液体
固含量:30%-35%
pH值:6.5-7.5
粘度:300以下
离子性:阴/非离子
溶解性:能与水任何比例相溶解。
按照本配方所配精练渗透剂产品性能指标均达到或超过标准值。
下面对本发明制备的高效环保渗透剂进行性能测试。
1、渗透性
采用帆布沉降法。将未经煮练的直径为25mm圆帆布放于装有400mL 1%试液(25℃)的烧杯中,测试帆布沉落至底部所需的时间,重复4次取平均值,即为沉降时间,时间越短,表明该溶液的渗透性越好。
2、耐碱性
取1%试液100mL于烧杯中,分别加固体NaOH 3g,5g,8g,11g搅拌均匀。静置24小时后观察有无混浊、上层析出或沉淀现象。
3、温度稳定性
把1%的高效低泡渗透剂溶液分别在20℃、30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃时放置30min,若溶液基本澄清或完全分散,说明高效低泡渗透剂在该温度下的稳定性好。
为了便于对比,本实验所采用的对比例为将实施例1异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511的替换为同等含量的十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠。同时,我们还采购了目前市售主流精练剂商品一同进行对比实验。所得对比测试结果如表1所示。

通过以上测试结果显示,本配方各实施例的效果明显优于市售商品和对比例,体现了辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511作为精练剂的巨大优势。
以上已对本发明创造的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明创造精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同的变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比由如下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 1%-5%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 5%-20%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 15%-30%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐0.1%-2%;尿素0.5%-5%;乙二醇单丁醚0.5%-5%;消泡剂S-185 0.1%-0.8%;水35%-50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比由如下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 4.5%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES17.8%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 26%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐1.5%;尿素2.5%;乙二醇单丁醚4.5%;消泡剂S-185 0.45%;水42.75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比由如下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 3%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 20%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 25%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐1%;尿素3%;乙二醇单丁醚3%;消泡剂S-185 0.5%;水44.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比由如下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 1%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 10%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 30%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐1.5%;尿素2.5%;乙二醇单丁醚4.5%;消泡剂S-185 0.5%;水50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比由如下组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 5%;脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠FMES 20%;异辛醇醚糖苷AEG-1511 20%;乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐1.5%;尿素2.5%;乙二醇单丁醚0.5%;消泡剂S-185 0.5%;水50%。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按照比例,向釜中抽入70℃热水,搅拌下加入AEG-1511,乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐,消泡剂S-185,乙二醇单丁醚,搅拌30分钟,搅拌下依次抽入FMES、AEO-9,充分搅拌1小时,冷却至室温,加入尿素搅拌10分钟即可得到所述的基于醇醚糖苷的织物精炼渗透剂。
7.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的基于醇醚糖苷的织物精练渗透剂在织物精炼中的应用。
