【技术领域】
本发明属于冶金技术领域,具体涉及一种新型节能粉末冶金。
【背景技术】
粉末冶金工艺主要包含三个步骤,首先,主要组成材料被分解成许许多多的细小颗粒组成的粉末;然后,将粉末装入模具型腔,施以一定的压力,形成具有所需零件形状和尺寸的压坯;最后,对压坯进行烧结。
由于粉末冶金的主要材料是金属粉末,而原材料被分解成粉末需要粉碎机对原材料进行不断的粉碎,引起巨大的电力消耗和噪声污染,在粉末装入模具型腔的过程中,单个模具型腔所需要的粉末量相同,但毛坯的批量生产中经常发生注入模具形腔的粉末量异常,粉末量太多照常浪费和压机的异常,粉末量太少,压坯不够致密,甚至含有缺口,造成报废。烧结的过程中考虑到毛坯的金属晶体形成,往往需要反复加热,能源消耗大。另外,现有的粉末冶金配方及工艺仍有局限性,工艺生产效率的低下,同时产品也存在着拉伸强度和硬度较低的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种新型节能粉末冶金,以解决现有粉末冶金存在着拉伸强度和硬度较低,工艺生产效率低下,能源消耗大等问题。本发明的制备方法制得的产品提高了产品的拉伸强度和硬度,同时,通过优化工艺步骤,提高了生产效率,减少了能源的浪费。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种新型节能粉末冶金,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:水雾化铁粉132-195份、镍粉4-6份、铅粉2-3份、氧化镁1-2份、硫化亚锰1.2-1.8份、氧化铝0.9-1.4份、电解铜0.8-1.5份、石墨粉0.6-1份、脂肪酸3-5份、切削剂0.4-0.6份、润滑剂0.3-0.6份、强化剂0.1-0.2份、粘结剂0.6-0.8份、增粘剂0.1-0.2份、抗磨剂0.5-0.8份、加工助剂0.2-0.3份、调节剂0.1-0.2份;
所述水雾化铁粉、镍粉、铅粉、氧化镁、硫化亚锰、氧化铝、电解铜、石墨粉的粒度均为0.1-100μm;
所述切削剂以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:切削油14-16份、磷酸三丙酯10-12份、二壬基萘磺酸钙4-6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚6-10份、十二烯基丁二酸5-7份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯8-12份、聚丙烯酰胺6-12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-10份、苯甲酸6-9份、油酸酰胺3-8份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠2-6份、氨基羧酸类螯合剂1-2份、聚乙二醇8-14份;
所述润滑剂,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:聚乙烯基异丁醚20-40份、氯化石蜡8-14份、氧化镁微粒4-8份、脂肪酸锌6-12份、羧酸酰胺8-14份、醋酸丁脂12-15份、硼酸6-10份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮7-12份、二甲基甲酰胺6-10份;
所述新型节能粉末冶金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将水雾化铁粉、镍粉、铅粉、氧化镁、硫化亚锰、氧化铝、电解铜、石墨粉、脂肪酸、切削剂、润滑剂、强化剂、粘结剂、增粘剂、抗磨剂、加工助剂、调节剂一起导入拌料筒中进行搅拌形成混合粉料,搅拌均匀后通过过滤网进行过滤,混合粉料中物料粒度粗于140-160目的颗粒物被隔离收集后进行粉碎再筛选,然后倒入各个标准剂量桶中备用;
所述切削剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将切削油、磷酸三丙酯、二壬基萘磺酸钙、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、十二烯基丁二酸、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸混合均匀,然后将混合物加热至52-58℃;
步骤2,在步骤1所得混合物中加入剩余组分,继续加热至76-92℃,并保温2.5-3.5h,制得切削剂;
所述润滑剂通过以下制备方法制得:
将润滑剂的原料组分加入到反应釜中于420-480℃反应11-19h,固化后然后采用对粒子具有切剪力的锥形磨作为机械分散设备,进行研磨分散,制得润滑剂;
S2:将步骤S1制得的标准剂量桶中的混合粉料直接倒入压坯模具中,在压力机的压力为520-580MPa下压制,制成零件毛坯的形状;
S3:将步骤S2制得的毛坯送入加热炉中进行烧结,加热温度为720-840℃,冷却后形成致密的半成品;
S4:将步骤S3制得的半成品表面涂防锈油后放置在货架上进行2-6天时效处理;
S5:将步骤S4制得的时效处理过的半成品进行整形和表面打磨,形成标准产品。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的制备方法提高了产品的拉伸强度和硬度,同时,通过优化工艺步骤,提高了生产效率,减少了能源的浪费;
(2)本发明采用标准剂量桶对压坯模具送料,精准度高,零件毛坯致密性好,合格率高,而且特别采用了天然时效处理,晶体形成后的内应力小,节能性好。

S3:将步骤S2制得的毛坯送入加热炉中进行烧结,加热温度为780℃,冷却后形成致密的半成品;
S4:将步骤S3制得的半成品表面涂防锈油后放置在货架上进行4天时效处理;
S5:将步骤S4制得的时效处理过的半成品进行整形和表面打磨,形成标准产品。
实施例2
一种新型节能粉末冶金,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:水雾化铁粉132份、镍粉4份、铅粉2份、氧化镁1份、硫化亚锰1.2份、氧化铝0.9份、电解铜0.8份、石墨粉0.6份、脂肪酸3份、切削剂0.4份、润滑剂0.3份、强化剂0.1份、粘结剂0.6份、增粘剂0.1份、抗磨剂0.5份、加工助剂0.2份、调节剂0.1份;
所述水雾化铁粉、镍粉、铅粉、氧化镁、硫化亚锰、氧化铝、电解铜、石墨粉的粒度均为0.1-100μm;
所述切削剂以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:切削油14份、磷酸三丙酯10份、二壬基萘磺酸钙4份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚6份、十二烯基丁二酸5份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯8份、聚丙烯酰胺6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、苯甲酸6份、油酸酰胺3份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠2份、氨基羧酸类螯合剂1份、聚乙二醇8份;
所述润滑剂,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:聚乙烯基异丁醚20份、氯化石蜡8份、氧化镁微粒4份、脂肪酸锌6份、羧酸酰胺8份、醋酸丁脂12份、硼酸6份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮7份、二甲基甲酰胺6份;
所述强化剂为701粉强化剂;
所述粘结剂由脂肪酸锌和机油按质量比2:1混合而成;
所述增粘剂为环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷;
所述抗磨剂为二氧化硅;
所述加工助剂为硫化锰;
所述调节剂为丙烯酸酯类调节剂;

S1:将水雾化铁粉、镍粉、铅粉、氧化镁、硫化亚锰、氧化铝、电解铜、石墨粉、脂肪酸、切削剂、润滑剂、强化剂、粘结剂、增粘剂、抗磨剂、加工助剂、调节剂一起导入拌料筒中进行搅拌形成混合粉料,搅拌均匀后通过过滤网进行过滤,混合粉料中物料粒度粗于140目的颗粒物被隔离收集后进行粉碎再筛选,然后倒入各个标准剂量桶中备用;
所述切削剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将切削油、磷酸三丙酯、二壬基萘磺酸钙、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、十二烯基丁二酸、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸混合均匀,然后将混合物加热至52℃;
步骤2,在步骤1所得混合物中加入剩余组分,继续加热至76℃,并保温3.5h,制得切削剂;
所述润滑剂通过以下制备方法制得:
将润滑剂的原料组分加入到反应釜中于420℃反应19h,固化后然后采用对粒子具有切剪力的锥形磨作为机械分散设备,进行研磨分散,制得润滑剂;
S2:将步骤S1制得的标准剂量桶中的混合粉料直接倒入压坯模具中,在压力机的压力为520MPa下压制,制成零件毛坯的形状;
S3:将步骤S2制得的毛坯送入加热炉中进行烧结,加热温度为720℃,冷却后形成致密的半成品;
S4:将步骤S3制得的半成品表面涂防锈油后放置在货架上进行2天时效处理;
S5:将步骤S4制得的时效处理过的半成品进行整形和表面打磨,形成标准产品。
实施例3
一种新型节能粉末冶金,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:水雾化铁粉195份、镍粉6份、铅粉3份、氧化镁2份、硫化亚锰1.8份、氧化铝1.4份、电解铜1.5份、石墨粉1份、脂肪酸5份、切削0.4-0.6份、润滑剂0.6份、强化剂0.2份、粘结剂0.8份、增粘剂0.2份、抗磨剂0.8份、加工助剂0.3份、调节剂0.2份;
所述水雾化铁粉、镍粉、铅粉、氧化镁、硫化亚锰、氧化铝、电解铜、石墨粉的粒度均为0.1-100μm;
所述切削剂以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:切削油16份、磷酸三丙酯12份、二壬基萘磺酸钙6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚10份、十二烯基丁二酸7份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯12份、聚丙烯酰胺12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、苯甲酸9份、油酸酰胺8份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠6份、氨基羧酸类螯合剂2份、聚乙二醇14份;
所述润滑剂,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:聚乙烯基异丁醚40份、氯化石蜡14份、氧化镁微粒8份、脂肪酸锌12份、羧酸酰胺14份、醋酸丁脂15份、硼酸10份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮12份、二甲基甲酰胺10份;
所述强化剂为701粉强化剂;
所述粘结剂由脂肪酸锌和机油按质量比2-5:1-2混合而成;

步骤1,将切削油、磷酸三丙酯、二壬基萘磺酸钙、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、十二烯基丁二酸、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸混合均匀,然后将混合物加热至58℃;
步骤2,在步骤1所得混合物中加入剩余组分,继续加热至76-92℃,并保温2.5-3.5h,制得切削剂;
所述润滑剂通过以下制备方法制得:
将润滑剂的原料组分加入到反应釜中于480℃反应11h,固化后然后采用对粒子具有切剪力的锥形磨作为机械分散设备,进行研磨分散,制得润滑剂;
S2:将步骤S1制得的标准剂量桶中的混合粉料直接倒入压坯模具中,在压力机的压力为580MPa下压制,制成零件毛坯的形状;
S3:将步骤S2制得的毛坯送入加热炉中进行烧结,加热温度为840℃,冷却后形成致密的半成品;
S4:将步骤S3制得的半成品表面涂防锈油后放置在货架上进行6天时效处理;
S5:将步骤S4制得的时效处理过的半成品进行整形和表面打磨,形成标准产品。
下表列出了本发明实施例1-3新型节能粉末冶金配方、常用粉末冶金配方及纯铁粉制得产品在拉伸强度和硬度上的对比,结果如下表所示。
由表中可以看出,采用本发明新型节能粉末冶金配方后,产品的拉伸强度和硬度均得到了显著的提高。

1.一种新型节能粉末冶金,其特征在于,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:水雾化铁粉132-195份、镍粉4-6份、铅粉2-3份、氧化镁1-2份、硫化亚锰1.2-1.8份、氧化铝0.9-1.4份、电解铜0.8-1.5份、石墨粉0.6-1份、脂肪酸3-5份、切削剂0.4-0.6份、润滑剂0.3-0.6份、强化剂0.1-0.2份、粘结剂0.6-0.8份、增粘剂0.1-0.2份、抗磨剂0.5-0.8份、加工助剂0.2-0.3份、调节剂0.1-0.2份;
所述水雾化铁粉、镍粉、铅粉、氧化镁、硫化亚锰、氧化铝、电解铜、石墨粉的粒度均为0.1-100μm;
所述切削剂以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:切削油14-16份、磷酸三丙酯10-12份、二壬基萘磺酸钙4-6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚6-10份、十二烯基丁二酸5-7份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯8-12份、聚丙烯酰胺6-12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-10份、苯甲酸6-9份、油酸酰胺3-8份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠2-6份、氨基羧酸类螯合剂1-2份、聚乙二醇8-14份;
所述润滑剂,以重量为单位,由以下原料制成:聚乙烯基异丁醚20-40份、氯化石蜡8-14份、氧化镁微粒4-8份、脂肪酸锌6-12份、羧酸酰胺8-14份、醋酸丁脂12-15份、硼酸6-10份、N-甲基吡咯烷酮7-12份、二甲基甲酰胺6-10份;
所述新型节能粉末冶金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将水雾化铁粉、镍粉、铅粉、氧化镁、硫化亚锰、氧化铝、电解铜、石墨粉、脂肪酸、切削剂、润滑剂、强化剂、粘结剂、增粘剂、抗磨剂、加工助剂、调节剂一起导入拌料筒中进行搅拌形成混合粉料,搅拌均匀后通过过滤网进行过滤,混合粉料中物料粒度粗于140-160目的颗粒物被隔离收集后进行粉碎再筛选,然后倒入各个标准剂量桶中备用;
所述切削剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将切削油、磷酸三丙酯、二壬基萘磺酸钙、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、十二烯基丁二酸、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、苯甲酸混合均匀,然后将混合物加热至52-58℃;
步骤2,在步骤1所得混合物中加入剩余组分,继续加热至76-92℃,并保温2.5-3.5h,制得切削剂;
所述润滑剂通过以下制备方法制得:
将润滑剂的原料组分加入到反应釜中于420-480℃反应11-19h,固化后然后采用对粒子具有切剪力的锥形磨作为机械分散设备,进行研磨分散,制得润滑剂;
S2:将步骤S1制得的标准剂量桶中的混合粉料直接倒入压坯模具中,在压力机的压力为520-580MPa下压制,制成零件毛坯的形状;
S3:将步骤S2制得的毛坯送入加热炉中进行烧结,加热温度为720-840℃,冷却后形成致密的半成品;
S4:将步骤S3制得的半成品表面涂防锈油后放置在货架上进行2-6天时效处理;
S5:将步骤S4制得的时效处理过的半成品进行整形和表面打磨,形成标准产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能粉末冶金,其特征在于,所述强化剂为701粉强化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能粉末冶金,其特征在于,所述粘结剂由脂肪酸锌和机油按质量比2-5:1-2混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能粉末冶金,其特征在于,所述增粘剂为环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能粉末冶金,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能粉末冶金,其特征在于,所述加工助剂为硫化锰。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能粉末冶金,其特征在于,所述调节剂为丙烯酸酯类调节剂。
