本发明涉及新型建材领域,具体属于一种高强度粉煤灰石英砂加气混凝土砌块及其加工方法。
背景技术
加气混凝土砌块是一种轻质多孔、保温隔热、防火性能良好、可钉、可锯、可刨和具有一定抗震能力的新型建筑材料。加气混凝土砌块的生产原理是利用硅质材料,钙质材料,另外掺入适量调节材料和少量的发气材料掺加发气剂(铝粉),通过配料、搅拌、浇注、预养、切割、蒸压、养护等工艺过程制成的轻质多孔硅酸盐制品。因其经发气后含有大量均匀而细小的气孔,故名加气混凝土。加气混凝土砌块中的气孔约占其体积的60%-75%。因此,气孔的形状、大小、数量和分布几乎影响着加气混凝土砌块的所有性能,如强度、容重、吸水、保温、隔热和隔声等。
目前,加气混凝土砌块生产中有一个难以解决的技术问题,加气块塌模率较高,导致加气块合格率在80%左右,加工出的成品的强度不够,导致塌模及成品强度不够的主要原因就是现有的发气剂发气效果差、发气不均匀,气孔的形状不规则、大小不均匀、分布不均匀。因此研究如何通过发气辅料的科学配比和工艺的调整,最终生产出发气均匀,孔径形状、大小、数量和分布都比较理想的加气混凝土砌块,是当前加气混凝土研究者们急待研究的课题。

为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高强度粉煤灰石英砂加气混凝土砌块,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:粉煤灰35-45、石英砂10-12、石粉8-10、钢渣4-6、赤泥5-7、凹凸棒土1-2、废旧塑料2-4、糖钙1-2、水泥6-8、水适量、三正辛胺0.2-0.4、外加剂1-2、铝粉1-2、面粉0.2-0.4、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.01-0.02、三萜皂甙0.2-0.3、硬脂酸钠0.01-0.03、苯并三氮唑0.02-0.04,
所述的外加剂有下列重量份的组分原料混合制得:加气混凝土砌块废料10-20、三乙醇胺0.2-0.4、乌洛托品0.1-0.3、松脂酸钠0.02-0.03、木质素磺酸钠0.01-0.015、醋渣1-2、生石灰2-3、硼砂0.5-0.8、十二烷基苯磺酸0.2-0.4、水适量,高速搅拌混合而得。
所述的高强度粉煤灰石英砂加气混凝土砌块的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称量各组分;
(2)将称取的粉煤灰、石英砂、石粉、钢渣、赤泥、凹凸棒土、糖钙、水泥在球磨机中进行研磨至180~220目,得到混合物料;
(3)将废旧塑料切碎,加入废旧塑料质量5%的硅烷偶联剂,3-5%的碳酸钙、1-2%白油、0.1-0.3%抗氧剂、20-30%的膨润土,一起混合均匀后,造粒,得到废旧塑料颗粒,备用;
(4)将铝粉、面粉、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、三萜皂甙、硬脂酸钠、苯并三氮唑加入适量的水充分搅拌均匀,得到浆状复合发气剂,备用;
(5)将步骤(2)得到的混合物料加入到搅拌机里,搅拌状态下,边加水边加入外加剂,然后充分搅拌1-2分钟后,加入三正辛胺搅拌1-2分钟、再加入步骤(3)得到的旧塑料颗粒,充分搅拌2-5分钟后,加入步骤(4)制得的复合发气剂充分搅拌,得到浆料;
(6)搅拌过程中设置保温措施,保证料浆浇注时的入模温度在42-45℃;将浆料浇注至加气混凝土模具中,升温至55-70℃发气25-40分钟,发气完成后在50~70℃温度下预养2~4小时,待坯体强度达到0.8~1.1MPa后按照需要的规格进行切割;
(7)将切割完毕的坯体送至蒸压釜内进行蒸养,养护的方法是:升温2~3小时至大气压达0.9~1.2MPa,恒温恒压6-8小时,再降温降压2~3小时到常温,即得成品。
本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
1、本发明采用利用工业和农业废料作为原料,减少了废料对周边环境的污染,实现变废为宝,使得资源得到最大化利用。在辅料中添加自制的复合外加剂可提高混凝土搅拌时的流动性、硬化后的抗水性、抗冻性和耐久性,添加了外加剂的浆状基料中再添加复合发气剂充分搅拌后,浇筑到模具中发气,复合发气剂中的铝粉和外加剂中的酸性激发剂醋渣和碱性激发剂硼砂的激发下发气量增大反应充分,在木质素磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、三萜皂甙相互协调作用下,成品砌块的气孔的形状规则、大小均匀且分布均匀。成品孔隙率达65%-75%,配方中添加的凹凸棒土既起到增强作用有起到吸水抗水作用,制得的加气混凝土砌块干燥收缩值小,抗裂性能好,抗水性好,特别是强度高,各项性能都能满足国标要求。
2、本发明制备的砌块容重在620kg/m3左右,强度高,干缩小,工艺简单。
3、本发明制备的加气混凝土砌块保温隔热性能好,节能效果明显。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种高强度粉煤灰石英砂加气混凝土砌块,其组成原料的重量(kg)为:粉煤灰40、石英砂11、石粉9、钢渣5、赤泥6、凹凸棒土2、废旧塑料3、糖钙1、水泥7、水适量、三正辛胺0.3、外加剂2、铝粉1、面粉0.3、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.02、三萜皂甙0.2、硬脂酸钠0.02、苯并三氮唑0.03,
其中外加剂有下列重量(kg)的组分原料混合制得:加气混凝土砌块废料15、三乙醇胺0.3、乌洛托品0.2、松脂酸钠0.025、木质素磺酸钠0.012、醋渣2、生石灰3、硼砂0.6、十二烷基苯磺酸0.3、水适量,高速搅拌混合而得。
高强度粉煤灰石英砂加气混凝土砌块的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称量各组分;
(2)将称取的粉煤灰、石英砂、石粉、钢渣、赤泥、凹凸棒土、糖钙、水泥在球磨机中进行研磨至180~220目,得到混合物料;
(3)将废旧塑料切碎,加入废旧塑料质量5%的硅烷偶联剂,3-5%的碳酸钙、1-2%白油、0.1-0.3%抗氧剂、20-30%的膨润土,一起混合均匀后,造粒,得到废旧塑料颗粒,备用;
(4)将铝粉、面粉、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、三萜皂甙、硬脂酸钠、苯并三氮唑加入适量的水充分搅拌均匀,得到浆状复合发气剂,备用;
(5)将步骤(2)得到的混合物料加入到搅拌机里,搅拌状态下,边加水边加入外加剂,然后充分搅拌1-2分钟后,加入三正辛胺搅拌1-2分钟、再加入步骤(3)得到的旧塑料颗粒,充分搅拌2-5分钟后,加入步骤(4)制得的复合发气剂充分搅拌,得到浆料;
(6)搅拌过程中设置保温措施,保证料浆浇注时的入模温度在42-45℃;将浆料浇注至加气混凝土模具中,升温至55-70℃发气25-40分钟,发气完成后在50~70℃温度下预养2~4小时,待坯体强度达到0.8~1.1MPa后按照需要的规格进行切割;

1.一种高强度粉煤灰石英砂加气混凝土砌块,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:粉煤灰35-45、石英砂10-12、石粉8-10、钢渣4-6、赤泥5-7、凹凸棒土1-2、废旧塑料2-4、糖钙1-2、水泥6-8、水适量、三正辛胺0.2-0.4、外加剂1-2、铝粉1-2、面粉0.2-0.4、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚0.01-0.02、三萜皂甙0.2-0.3、硬脂酸钠0.01-0.03、苯并三氮唑0.02-0.04,
所述的外加剂有下列重量份的组分原料混合制得:加气混凝土砌块废料10-20、三乙醇胺0.2-0.4、乌洛托品0.1-0.3、松脂酸钠0.02-0.03、木质素磺酸钠0.01-0.015、醋渣1-2、生石灰2-3、硼砂0.5-0.8、十二烷基苯磺酸0.2-0.4、水 适量,高速搅拌混合而得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度粉煤灰石英砂加气混凝土砌块的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称量各组分;
(2)将称取的粉煤灰、石英砂、石粉、钢渣、赤泥、凹凸棒土、糖钙、水泥在球磨机中进行研磨至180~220目,得到混合物料;
(3)将废旧塑料切碎,加入废旧塑料质量5%的硅烷偶联剂,3-5%的碳酸钙、1-2%白油、0.1-0.3%抗氧剂、20-30%的膨润土,一起混合均匀后,造粒,得到废旧塑料颗粒,备用;
(4)将铝粉、面粉、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、三萜皂甙、硬脂酸钠、苯并三氮唑加入适量的水充分搅拌均匀,得到浆状复合发气剂 ,备用;
(5)将步骤(2)得到的混合物料加入到搅拌机里,搅拌状态下,边加水边加入外加剂,然后充分搅拌1-2分钟后,加入三正辛胺搅拌1-2分钟、再加入步骤(3)得到的旧塑料颗粒,充分搅拌2-5分钟后,加入步骤(4)制得的复合发气剂充分搅拌,得到浆料;
(6)搅拌过程中设置保温措施,保证料浆浇注时的入模温度在42-45℃;将浆料浇注至加气混凝土模具中,升温至55-70℃发气25-40分钟,发气完成后在50~70℃温度下预养2~4小时,待坯体强度达到0.8~1.1MPa后按照需要的规格进行切割;
(7)将切割完毕的坯体送至蒸压釜内进行蒸养,养护的方法是:升温2~3小时至大气压达0.9~1.2MPa,恒温恒压6-8小时,再降温降压2~3小时到常温,即得成品。
