Abstract
本发明涉及一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材及其制备方法,所述花岗岩板材由质量比为100:5‑10的花岗岩粉末和DDS型树脂组成。制备方法包括:将环氧树脂与DDS搅拌混合,115℃‑125℃反应0.5‑1小时,冷却至60℃以下,加入潜伏性固化剂LRC30和液体酸酐,搅拌,得到DDS型树脂;将DDS型树脂与花岗岩粉末混合均匀,压合预成型,加热加压固化成型,即得。本发明原料来源方便,生产工艺简单,无溶剂,环境友好,产品综合性能优越,可广泛应用于建材领域,包括高档宾馆酒店、机场候机厅、高铁候车大楼与站台、家庭厨卫、办公商务大楼等,具有良好的市场应用前景。

本发明属于有机无机复合材料及其制备领域,特别涉及一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
花岗岩板材是一种优质的建筑材料,被大量用于高档豪华酒店、机场候机厅、高铁候车大楼与站台、家庭厨卫、办公商务大楼等。随着人们生活水平的提高,对花岗岩板材的需求与日俱增,从而进一步促进花岗岩矿山的开采、加工,规模数量越来越庞大。而在其开采、加工过程必然产生大量的石浆、花岗岩粉末废料等,给河流、山川、堆场等造成严重的环境污染,同时也极易发生坍塌等次生灾害,对人民的生命财产造成较大的潜在威胁。
为此,人们开始积极研究花岗岩采石场的废渣进行再次利用的技术。中国发明专利CN1037042A公开了一种无机人造花岗岩生产工艺,其主要特征在于:首先用高铝水泥、石英砂、无机颜料粉、丙三醇和水混合调成稀浆状色浆,倒入成型框内,待初凝后,用高硅水泥、石英砂、石英石、无机颜料粉、丙三醇和水,混合调成稀浆状颜料层,不规则地色浆层上部,再用高铝水泥、河沙、碎石加水搅拌均匀后,浇注在成型框内,经机械振摇后做为加固层,最后放入水池浸泡养护72小时成型,再经过耐老化酸洗处理,上油即可成为产品。
中国发明专利CN1035812A公开了一种高强度、不变形、不龟裂、高光洁度、性能稳定、高质量的全无机人造理石的制造方法,其主要特征在于:以水泥为原料,加入少量无机助剂组成本体,以预先制好的有特定成分的成花剂加入本体中振动成花,水中养护结晶成制品。
中国发明专利CN1088146A公开了一种高铝水泥仿真花岗岩、大理石及其生产工艺,其主要特征在于:采用扩散剂、硫酸铝铵、浓硫酸、硫酸镁、松香、硫酸亚铁、草酸、硼酸及三乙醇胺和水,配制成面料水和底料水,再用面料水和底料水去掺拌水泥和石英粉,分别制成面层和底层,在面层和底层之间有一用水泥、石英粉及面料水搅拌后铺摊在面层上部的基层,其养护是采用湿锯末进行的。
众所周知,环氧树脂具有许多优良的性能:(1)良好的粘接性能:粘接强度高,粘接面广,它与许多金属(如铁、钢、铜、铝、金属合金等)或非金属材料(如玻璃、陶瓷、木材、塑料等)的粘接强度非常高,有的甚至超过被粘材料本身的强度,因此可用于许多受力结构件中,是结构型粘合剂的主要成分之一;(2)良好的加工性能:环氧树脂配方的灵活性、加工工艺和制品性能的多样性是高分子材料中最为突出的;(3)良好的稳定性能:环氧树脂的固化主要是依靠环氧基的开环加成聚合,因此固化过程中不产生低分子物,其固化收缩率是热固性树脂中最低的品种之一,一般为1%-2%,如果选择适当的填料可使收缩率降至0.2%左右;固化后的环氧树脂主链是醚键、苯环、三维交联结构,因此具有优异的耐酸碱性。
因此,环氧树脂在国民经济的各个领域中被广泛应用:无论是高新技术领域还是通用技术领域,无论是国防军工还是民用工业,乃至人们的日常生活中均能看到它的踪迹。
有关耐高温环氧体系已经有所报道:中国专利CN101148656A公开一种耐高温无溶剂环氧胶粘剂的制备方法,其主要特征在于:TGDDS环氧树脂、增韧剂、氢化双酚A、固化剂、促进剂混合均匀,制得了耐高温无溶剂环氧胶粘剂。但其耐高温性能仍然有较大的局限性,未能满足许多高温环境下的实际应用。
中国专利CN101397486A公开了一种双组分无溶剂环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备方法,其主要特征在于:它包括A组分和B组分,其中A组分含有酚醛环氧树脂、脂环型环氧树脂和端羧基丁腈橡胶;B组分是1,4-双(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)苯芳香族多元胺固化剂。脂环型环氧树脂和端羧基丁腈橡胶的添加量分别为酚醛环氧树脂的20-35%和12%(质量百分数)。1,4-双(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)苯芳香族多元胺固化剂的添加量为酚醛环氧树脂的15-20%(质量百分数),所得胶粘剂体系工艺性好。但其耐热性能还不够理想。
中国发明专利CN101962436A公开了一种先进复合材料用耐高温改性多官能环氧基体树脂及其制备方法,其主要特征在于:采用1,4-双(2,4-二马来酰亚胺基苯氧基)苯的四马来酰亚胺树脂与多官能环氧树脂、端羧基丁腈橡胶CTBN反应得到高韧性的新型耐高温树脂,加入有机溶剂,搅拌溶解均匀,得到均相透明的粘稠状液体,即A组分;固化剂与有机溶剂混合,搅拌溶解均匀,即得B组分;将A、B组分进行混合,搅拌均匀,即得先进复合材料用耐高温改性多官能环氧基体树脂溶液。
虞鑫海等人[耐高温单组分环氧胶粘剂的研制[J].粘接,2008,29(12):16-19]公开了一种耐高温单组分环氧胶粘剂的制备方法,其主要特征在于:以马来酸酐(MA)为封端剂,以2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷(BAHPFP)、2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(BAPOPP)、2,2-双[4-(3,4-二羧基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷二酐(BPADA)为主原料合成得到了含酚羟基聚醚酰亚胺树脂(HPEI);以所合成得到的HPEI为耐高温增韧剂,与N,N,N',N'-四缩水甘油基-4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(TGDDS)、氢化双酚A环氧树脂(HBPAE)、潜伏性固化剂等,配制得到了综合性能优异的耐高温单组分环氧胶粘剂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材及其制备方法,该方法中板材原料来源方便,生产工艺简单,无溶剂,环境友好,产品综合性能优越,可以广泛应用于建材领域,包括高档宾馆酒店、机场候机厅、高铁候车大楼与站台、家庭厨卫、办公商务大楼等,具有良好的市场应用前景。此外,花岗岩粉末来源于花岗岩采石场的废弃物,通过本发明技术可以变废为宝,对环境综合治理等均具有非常重要的现实意义。
本发明的一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材,所述花岗岩板材由质量比为100:5-10的花岗岩粉末和DDS型树脂组成;其中,DDS型树脂由质量比为100:2-4:10-20:10-30的环氧树脂、4,4'-二氨基二苯砜DDS、潜伏性固化剂LRC30和液体酸酐组成。
所述环氧树脂为E-51环氧树脂、E-44环氧树脂、ES216环氧树脂、ECC202环氧树脂、CE793环氧树脂、缩水甘油胺型环氧树脂、缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂、脂环型环氧树脂、酚醛型环氧树脂、缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂中的至少一种。

所述花岗岩粉末为花岗岩采石场的废弃物,经去泥、除铁、硅烷偶联剂表面处理后得到的干燥粉末。
本发明的一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材的制备方法,包括:
(1)将环氧树脂与4,4'-二氨基二苯砜放入反应釜中,搅拌混合,于115℃-125℃反应0.5-1小时后,冷却至60℃以下,加入潜伏性固化剂LRC30和液体酸酐,搅拌混合均匀,得到DDS型树脂;其中,环氧树脂、4,4'-二氨基二苯砜DDS、潜伏性固化剂LRC30和液体酸酐的质量比为100:2-4:10-20:10-30;
(2)将DDS型树脂与花岗岩粉末混合均匀后,放入不锈钢平板框中,压合预成型,加热加压固化成型;其中,加热的温度范围为室温至180℃;加压的压力范围为0.5MPa至5MPa;固化时间为2-5小时;花岗岩粉末和DDS型树脂的质量比为100:5-10。
有益效果
(1)本发明的制备工艺简单、成本低、操作方便,原料来源方便,可以在通用设备中完成制备过程,有利于实现工业化生产;
(2)本发明的DDS型树脂具有良好的综合性能;
(3)本发明无溶剂,环境友好,产品综合性能优越,可以广泛应用于建材领域,包括高档宾馆酒店、机场候机厅、高铁候车大楼与站台、家庭厨卫、办公商务大楼等,具有良好的市场应用前景;此外,本发明的花岗岩粉末来源于花岗岩采石场的废弃物,通过本发明技术可以变废为宝,对环境综合治理等均具有非常重要的现实意义。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
将500克E-44环氧树脂、250克1,3-二缩水甘油基间苯二酚环氧树脂、250克N,N,O–三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚环氧树脂加入反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后,加入20克4,4'-二氨基二苯砜(DDS),搅拌混合,于115℃反应1小时后,冷却至60℃以下,加入150克潜伏性固化剂LRC30,再加入200克十二烷基琥珀酸酐,搅拌混合均匀,得到1370克的DDS型树脂,记作DDS-1。
实施例2
将200克CE793环氧树脂、200克N,N,N’,N’-四缩水甘油基-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷环氧树脂、300克E-44环氧树脂、300克邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯环氧树脂加入反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后,加入30克4,4'-二氨基二苯砜(DDS),搅拌混合,于120℃反应1小时后,冷却至60℃以下,加入100克潜伏性固化剂LRC30,再加入100克六氢苯酐和200克甲基四氢苯酐的液体酸酐,搅拌混合均匀,得到1430克的DDS型树脂,记作DDS-2。
实施例3
将100克1,3-二缩水甘油基间苯二酚环氧树脂、200克N,N,O–三缩水甘油基间氨基苯酚环氧树脂、200克邻甲苯酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、300克4,5-环氧环己烷-1,2-二甲酸二缩水甘油酯、200克3,4-环氧基环己酸-3’,4’-环氧基环己甲酯环氧树脂加入反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀后,加入40克4,4'-二氨基二苯砜(DDS),搅拌混合,于125℃反应0.5小时后,冷却至60℃以下,加入200克潜伏性固化剂LRC30,再加入20克甲基四氢苯酐、20克桐油酸酐和60克十二烷基琥珀酸酐,搅拌混合均匀,得到1340克的DDS型树脂,记作DDS-3。
实施例4
取适量上述实施例1~实施例3的DDS-1~DDS-3树脂,并分别均匀涂敷于标准不锈钢试片和玻璃布片上,室温下晾置1小时后叠合,夹紧(玻璃布片在2个标准不锈钢片之间,只有搭接处含树脂),放入鼓风烘箱中进行固化:从室温加热至110℃,保温1小时,继续升温至150℃,保温1小时,继续升温至180℃,保温2小时,自然冷却至室温。测得拉伸剪切强度如表1所示。
取适量上述实施例1~实施例3的DDS-1~DDS-3树脂,倒入直径为10cm的不锈钢圆盘中(圆盘事先涂覆脱模剂),热固化:从室温加热至110℃,保温1小时,继续升温至150℃,保温1小时,继续升温至180℃,保温2小时,自然冷却至室温。得到厚度约1mm、直径10cm的圆形试样,用蒸馏水浸泡72小时后,测其吸水率,结果如表1所示。
取适量上述实施例1~实施例3的DDS-1~DDS-3树脂,并分别均匀涂敷于标准平板玻璃片上,室温下晾置1小时后叠合,夹紧,放入鼓风烘箱中进行固化:从室温加热至110℃,保温1小时,继续升温至150℃,保温1小时,继续升温至180℃,保温2小时,自然冷却至室温。测得拉伸剪切强度如表1所示。

实施例5
将10克DDS-1树脂与200克花岗岩粉末混合均匀后,放入不锈钢平板框中,压合预成型,呈平板状,加热加压固化成型;其中,加热的温度范围为室温至180℃;加压的压力范围为0.5MPa至5MPa;固化时间为2-5小时,得到的板材记作BC-1,测其性能,如表2所示。
将17克DDS-2树脂与200克花岗岩粉末混合均匀后,放入不锈钢平板框中,压合预成型,呈平板状,加热加压固化成型;其中,加热的温度范围为室温至180℃;加压的压力范围为0.5MPa至5MPa;固化时间为2-5小时,得到的板材记作BC-2,测其性能,如表2所示。
将6克DDS-1树脂、9克DDS-3树脂与200克花岗岩粉末混合均匀后,放入不锈钢平板框中,压合预成型,呈平板状,加热加压固化成型;其中,加热的温度范围为室温至180℃;加压的压力范围为0.5MPa至5MPa;固化时间为2-5小时,得到的板材记作BC-3,测其性能,如表2所示。
将5克DDS-3树脂、10克DDS-1树脂、5克DDS-2树脂与200克花岗岩粉末混合均匀后,放入不锈钢平板框中,压合预成型,呈平板状,加热的温度范围为室温至180℃;加压的压力范围为0.5MPa至5MPa;固化时间为2-5小时,得到的板材记作BC-4,测其性能,如表2所示。
上述花岗岩粉末的来源:花岗岩采石场的废弃物,经去泥、除铁、硅烷偶联剂表面处理后得到的干燥粉末。

1.一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材,其特征在于,所述花岗岩板材由质量比为100:5-10的花岗岩粉末和DDS型树脂组成;其中,DDS型树脂由质量比为100:2-4:10-20:10-30的环氧树脂、4,4'-二氨基二苯砜DDS、潜伏性固化剂LRC30和液体酸酐组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂为E-51环氧树脂、E-44环氧树脂、ES216环氧树脂、ECC202环氧树脂、CE793环氧树脂、缩水甘油胺型环氧树脂、缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂、脂环型环氧树脂、酚醛型环氧树脂、缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂中的至少一种。

5.根据权利要求2所述的一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材,其特征在于,所述脂环型环氧树脂为3,4-环氧基环己酸-3’,4’-环氧基环己甲酯、3,4-环氧基-6-甲基环己酸-3’,4’-环氧基-6’-甲基环己甲酯、4,5-环氧环己烷-1,2-二甲酸二缩水甘油酯、二氧化二戊烯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材,其特征在于,所述酚醛型环氧树脂为苯酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、邻甲苯酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、间苯二酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、间甲苯酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、邻苯二酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、双酚A-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、双酚S-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、双酚AF-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、联苯二酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、邻苯基苯酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂、萘酚-甲醛酚醛树脂型环氧树脂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材,其特征在于,所述缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂为对苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯环氧树脂、间苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯环氧树脂、邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯环氧树脂、内次甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯环氧树脂、4,5-环氧环己烷-1,2-二甲酸二缩水甘油酯环氧树脂、邻苯二辛酸二环氧丙酯环氧树脂中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材,其特征在于,所述液体酸酐为四氢苯酐、甲基四氢苯酐、六氢苯酐、十二烷基琥珀酸酐、桐油酸酐、以松节油与顺丁烯二酸酐反应而成的液体酸酐中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材,其特征在于,所述花岗岩粉末为花岗岩采石场的废弃物,经去泥、除铁、硅烷偶联剂表面处理后得到的干燥粉末。
10.一种DDS型人造花岗岩板材的制备方法,包括:
(1)将环氧树脂与4,4'-二氨基二苯砜DDS搅拌混合,115℃-125℃反应0.5-1小时,冷却至60℃以下,加入潜伏性固化剂LRC30和液体酸酐,搅拌,得到DDS型树脂;其中,环氧树脂、4,4'-二氨基二苯砜DDS、潜伏性固化剂LRC30和液体酸酐的质量比为100:2-4:10-20:10-30;
(2)将步骤(1)中的DDS型树脂与花岗岩粉末混合均匀,压合预成型,加热加压固化成型;其中,加热的温度为室温至180℃;加压的压力为0.5MPa至5MPa;固化时间为2-5小时;花岗岩粉末和DDS型树脂的质量比为100:5-10。
