技术领域
本发明涉及中医药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物，特别是供腰腿痛患者使用的汤剂药物及其制备方法的领域。
背景技术
医者认为：腰腿痛是以腰部和腿部疼痛为主要症状的伤科病症 。主要包括现代医学的腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎椎管狭窄症等。隋代巢元方《诸病源候论》指出该病与肾虚、风邪入侵有密切关系。腰腿痛多因扭闪外伤、慢性劳损及感受风寒湿邪所致。轻者腰痛，经休息后可缓解，再遇轻度外伤或感受寒湿仍可复发或加重；重者腰痛，并向大腿后侧及小腿后外侧及脚外侧放射疼痛，转动、咳嗽、喷嚏时加剧，腰肌痉挛，出现侧弯。直腿抬高试验阳性，患侧小腿外侧或足背有麻木感，甚至可出现间歇性跛行。
腰腿痛主要是由椎间盘突出，骨质增生，骨质疏松，腰肌劳损，风湿类风湿性关节炎等炎症，肿瘤、先天发育异常等诱发。以25～50岁长期体力劳动或长期久坐人群为多发。腰腿痛以腰部和腿部疼痛为主要症状，轻者表现为腰痛，重者除腰痛之外，还向腿部放射疼痛，并且腰肌痉挛，出现侧弯。

为达到上述发明的目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：提供一种用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：

A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；

一种用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述服用方法为：将制备好的中药液以一天服用，早中晚各服一次，给药量200毫升/次，饭前服。服药7～35天，病获痊愈。
本发明组方中的各原料中药在中国药典、中国辞典以及中华本草中均有详细的记载。本发明选用其中最常见的中药为原料，充分发挥各组分的药理功效：
川断，性味：苦辛、微温，具有补肝肾、续筋骨、调血脉之功效，用于治疗腰背酸痛、足膝无力、胎漏、崩漏、带下、遗精、跌打损伤、金疮、痔漏、痈疽疮肿；
狗脊，性味：苦、甘、温，具有除风湿、健腰脚、利关节之功效，用于治疗肾虚腰痛脊强、足膝软弱无力、风湿痹痛、尿频、遗精、白带过多等症；
桑枝，性味：苦、性平，具有祛风湿、通经络、行水气之功效，用于治疗风湿痹痛、中风半身不遂、水肿脚气、肌体风痒；
鸡血藤，性味：味苦、微甘、性温，具有活血舒筋、养血调经之功效，用于治疗手足麻木、肢体瘫痪、风湿痹痛、妇女有经不调、痛经、闭经等症；
桑寄生，性味：苦、甘、性平，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿、安胎之功效，用于治疗腰膝酸痛、筋骨痿弱、肢体偏枯、风湿痹痛、头错目眩、胎动不安、崩漏下血；
土鳖虫，性味：咸、寒，有小毒，具有破瘀血、续筋骨之功效，用于治疗筋骨折伤、瘀血经闭、症瘕痞块；
地龙，性味：味咸、性寒，具有清势止痉、平肝熄风、通经活络、平喘利尿之功效，用于治疗热病发热狂燥、惊痫抽搐、肝阳头痛、中风偏瘫、风湿痹痛、肺热喘咳、小便不通等症；
蜈蚣，性味：味辛、性温，有毒，具有祛风止痉、通络止痛、攻毒散结之功效，用于治疗惊风、癫痫、痉挛抽搐、中风口、破伤风、风湿顽痹、偏正头痛、毒蛇咬伤、疮疡、瘰疬等症；
杜仲，性味：甘、微辛、性温，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎之功效，用于治疗腰脊酸疼、阳痿、尿频、小便余沥、风湿痹痛、胎动不安、习惯性流产；
制川乌，性味：辛、苦、热，有毒，具有祛风除湿、温经止痛之功效，用于治疗风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛、寒疝作痛、麻醉止痛；
制草乌，性味：辛、苦、热，有毒，具有祛风除湿，温经止痛之功效，用于治疗风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛、寒疝作痛、麻醉止痛；
白芥子，性味：辛、温，具有化痰逐饮、散结消肿之功效，用于治疗咳喘痰多、胸满胁痛、肢体麻木、关节肿痛、湿痰流注、阴疽肿毒；
淫羊藿，性味：味辛、甘、性温，具有补肾壮阳、祛风除湿、强筋键骨之功效，用于治疗阳痿遗精、虚冷不育、尿频失楚、肾虚喘咳、腰膝酸软、风湿痹痛、半身不遂、四肢不仁；
鹿衔草，性味：甘、苦、性温，具有补肾强骨、祛风除湿、止咳、止血之功效，用于治疗肾虚腰痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软、新久咳嗽、吐血、衄血、崩漏、外伤出血；
牛大力，性味：甘、平，具有补虚润肺、强筋活络之功效，用于治疗腰肌劳损、风湿性关节炎、治肺热、肺虚咳嗽、肺结核、慢性支气管炎、慢性肝炎、遗精、白带等症；
生甘草，性味：甘、平，具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛、调和诸药之功效，用于治疗脾胃虚弱、倦怠乏力、心悸气短、咳嗽痰多、脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛、痈肿疮毒、缓解药物毒性、烈性。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗腰腿痛的辨病与辨证相结合的原则，从药理作用及作用机制认为：就腰腿痛一证，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述腰腿痛的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：
实施例1：
一种用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
川断15g、狗脊13g、桑枝25g、鸡血藤20g、桑寄生13g、土鳖虫6g、地龙7g、蜈蚣6g、杜仲13g、制川乌2g、制草乌2g、白芥子8g、淫羊藿8g、鹿衔草23g、牛大力42g、生甘草8g。
实施例2：
一种用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
川断17g、狗脊14g、桑枝28g、鸡血藤23g、桑寄生14g、土鳖虫7g、地龙8g、蜈蚣7g、杜仲14g、制川乌2.5g、制草乌2.5g、白芥子9g、淫羊藿9g、鹿衔草26g、牛大力48g、生甘草9g。
实施例3：
一种用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
川断20g、狗脊16g、桑枝32g、鸡血藤26g、桑寄生16g、土鳖虫8g、地龙9g、蜈蚣7.5g、杜仲16g、制川乌3g、制草乌3g、白芥子10g、淫羊藿10g、鹿衔草30g、牛大力55g、生甘草10g。
典型病例：
经临床诊断治疗腰膝酸痛患者共160例，年龄为55岁以上的91例，只有69例为55岁以下。160例患者中痊愈的136例，显效的24例，总有效率达100%。经治疗后，病获痊愈。

1.一种用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
川断10～20g、狗脊8～16g、桑枝15～32g、鸡血藤15～26g、桑寄生10～16g、土鳖虫3～8g、地龙4.5～9g、蜈蚣2.5～7.5g、杜仲6～16g、制川乌1.5～3g、制草乌1.5～3g、白芥子3～10g、淫羊藿3～10g、鹿衔草15～30g、牛大力25～55g、生甘草1.5～10g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
川断12～17g、狗脊10～14g、桑枝20～28g、鸡血藤18～23g、桑寄生11～14g、土鳖虫5～7g、地龙6～8g、蜈蚣3～7g、杜仲10～14g、制川乌2～2.5g、制草乌2～2.5g、白芥子7～9g、淫羊藿7～9g、鹿衔草18～26g、牛大力35～48g、生甘草7～9g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的用于治疗腰腿痛的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
川断15g、狗脊13g、桑枝25g、鸡血藤20g、桑寄生13g、土鳖虫6g、地龙7g、蜈蚣6g、杜仲13g、制川乌2g、制草乌2g、白芥子8g、淫羊藿8g、鹿衔草23g、牛大力42g、生甘草8g。
