技术领域
本发明涉及一种传动带。
背景技术
为了传递用于机械装置和汽车等的发动机和马达等的旋转动力,一般使用摩擦传动带等传动带。这种传动带注水后,会出现打滑现象,发出粘滑振动的异音,并导致传动能力下降,降低燃油消耗率。
对此,专利文献1公开了一种摩擦传动带,带体由添加了层状硅酸盐的橡胶组合物形成。

发明内容
-发明要解决的技术问题-
在专利文献1中所公开的摩擦传动带能够在一定程度上解决注水时发出异音和传动能力下降的问题,但为了迎合不断提升的需求,需要对其做出进一步的改进。本发明的目的是提供一种摩擦传动带,使其注水后的传动能力可以得到提高。
-用以解决技术问题的技术方案-
为达成上述目的,本发明提供一种摩擦传动带,其带体缠绕在带轮上以传递动力,带体由橡胶组合物制成,该橡胶组合物至少添加有蒙脱石和碳酸镁中之一,带体上设置有布层,该布层覆盖所述带体的至少带轮接触侧表面,布层的一部分与所述橡胶组合物中添加的蒙脱石和碳酸镁中的至少之一接触。
需要说明的是,布层可以是这样的:布层由梭织布或针织布制成,布层的一部分被埋入制成带体的橡胶组成物中。
梭织布或针织布可具有吸水性。
本发明提供的摩擦传动带可通过将成型体压接在模具上并使成型体交联的方法制造而成,其中,所述模具具有用于形成带成型模中的所述带轮接触部分的多楔模,所述成型体通过将布缠绕在用于形成带的橡胶层的表面上而成。
-发明的效果-
根据本发明提供的摩擦传动带,因为布层与蒙脱石和/或碳酸镁互相接触,所以布层吸收的水分可以进一步被蒙脱石或碳酸镁吸收,从而能够有效改善注水时传动能力下降的问题。也就是说,注水后的传动能力将得到提高。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对实施方式进行详细说明。
(多楔带)
图1示出本发明的一个实施方式的多楔带(摩擦传动带)示例。该多楔带B例如可用于构成设在汽车发动机室内的发动机附件驱动带传动装置,带周长为700~3000mm,带宽为10~36mm,带厚为4.0~5.0mm。
多楔带B具备多楔带体10,该多楔带体10包括带内周一侧的压缩橡胶层11、带中间的黏合橡胶层12以及带外周一侧的背面橡胶层13这三层。芯线14埋设在黏合橡胶层12里,该芯线14配置成:形成螺距在带宽方向上的螺旋。
压缩橡胶层11被设置成构成带轮接触部分的多个V型楔15朝着带内周一侧下垂的状态。多个V型楔15中的各个V型楔都形成为在带长方向延伸、剖面近似倒三角形的突条,且各个V型楔并排分布在带宽方向上。各V型楔15例如楔高为2.0~3.0mm,基端间的宽度为1.0~3.6mm。楔的个数例如为3~6个(图1中楔的个数为6)。
在多楔带体10的V型楔15侧表面(带轮接触表面)上设有布层16。
布层16例如是用仿毛加工线或包覆纱制成的针织布,其中,仿毛加工线是对聚酰胺纤维、聚酯纤维、棉、尼龙纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维等进行假捻加工(仿毛加工)后得到的,包覆纱是以聚氨酯弹性线为芯,外包尼龙等线形成的。布层16的厚度例如为0.1~0.8mm。还可以使用梭织布替代针织布。
在形成压缩橡胶层11的橡胶组合物中添加有吸水配合剂。吸水配合剂例如可以是蒙脱石和碳酸镁中之一或两者都有。
蒙脱石的粒径优选为0.05~120μm,更优选为0.5~80μm。对原料橡胶100质量份的添加量为10~50质量份,优选为10~40质量份,更优选为10~30质量份。碳酸镁也应选取与蒙脱石相等的粒径和添加量。
图2示出布层16和吸水配合剂17。图2是将多楔带体10的压缩橡胶层11中的V型楔15侧表面附近放大示出的剖视图。在橡胶层11中的V型楔15侧表面上,埋有形成布层16的线18。线18由多根纤维19构成。在压缩橡胶层11中添加了例如吸水配合剂17,该吸水配合剂17为蒙脱石和/或碳酸镁。吸水配合剂17和布层16中的纤维19在压缩橡胶层11的表面附近互相接触。
根据该结构,多楔带B的吸水性得到提高。也就是说,当多楔带沾水时,在通过布层16吸水的同时,还通过压缩橡胶层11中添加的吸水配合剂吸水。此时,因为布层16中的纤维19和吸水配合剂17在压缩橡胶层11的表面附近互相接触,所以布层16吸收的水分能够更加有效地被吸水配合剂17所吸收。这样一来,通过同时使用布层16和吸水配合剂17,可实现高吸水性,从而可以提高注水后的传动能力。
需要说明的是,压缩橡胶层11由橡胶组合物形成。该橡胶组合物通过以下方法获得:在原料橡胶中添加各种配合剂并进行混炼得到未交联橡胶组合物,对该未交联橡胶组合物加热、加压,再使用交联剂使该未交联橡胶组合物交联。
形成压缩橡胶层11的橡胶组合物的原料橡胶含乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体。能够列举出的乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体例如有:三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)、乙烯-丁烯共聚物(EBM)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(EOM)等。原料橡胶中所含的乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体,既可以由一种材料组成,也可以由几种材料混合组成。乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体中的乙烯含量例如为50~80质量%。
优选乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体在原料橡胶中的含量在60质量%以上,更优选在80质量%以上。最优选的是100%,即原料橡胶仅由乙烯-α-烯烃弹性体组成。能够列举出的原料橡胶中所含其他橡胶例如有:氯丁橡胶(CR)、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM)、氢化丁腈橡胶(H-NBR)等。
形成压缩橡胶层11的橡胶组合物中添加的配合剂除了吸水配合剂17以外,能够列举出的还有:炭黑等补强剂、硫化促进剂、交联剂、抗老化剂、软化剂等。
作为补强剂的炭黑例如有:槽黑、炉黑、热解炭黑以及乙炔黑。炉黑例如有:超耐磨炉黑(SAF)、中超耐磨炉黑(ISAF)、N-339、高耐磨炉黑(HAF)、N-351、高耐磨炉黑(MAF)、快压出炉炭黑(FEF)、半补强炭黑(SRF)、通用炉黑(GPF)、超导电炉黑(ECF)、N-234等;热解炭黑例如有:细粒子热解炭黑(Fine Thermal Furnace Black:FT)、中粒子热解炭黑(MediumThermal Furnace Black:MT)等。能够列举出的补强剂还有硅石。补强剂既可以由一种材料组成,也可以由几种材料组成。从带的耐磨损性和耐弯曲性保持良好平衡的观点来看,优选补强剂的添加量相对于原料橡胶100质量份为30~80质量份。
能够列举出的硫化促进剂有:氧化镁、氧化锌(Zinc Flower)等金属氧化物、金属碳酸盐、硬脂酸等脂肪酸及其衍生物等。硫化促进剂既可以由一种材料组成,也可以由几种材料组成。硫化促进剂的添加量相对于原料橡胶100质量份例如为0.5~8质量份。
能够列举出的交联剂例如有:硫磺、有机过氧化物等。作为交联剂,可以使用硫磺,也可以使用有机过氧化物,还可以同时使用硫磺和有机过氧化物。在交联剂是硫磺的情况下,优选硫磺的添加量相对于原料橡胶100质量份为0.5~4.0质量份;在交联剂是有机过氧化物的情况下,优选有机过氧化物的添加量相对于原料橡胶100质量份例如为0.5~8质量份。
能够列举出的抗老化剂有:胺类抗老化剂、喹啉类抗老化剂、对苯二酚衍生物抗老化剂、苯酚类抗老化剂、亚磷酸酯类抗老化剂等。抗老化剂既可以由一种材料组成,也可以由几种材料组成。抗老化剂的添加量相对于原料橡胶100质量份例如为0~8质量份。
能够列举出的软化剂例如有:石油类软化剂;石蜡等矿物油类软化剂;蓖麻油、棉籽油、亚麻籽油、菜籽油、大豆油、棕榈油、椰子油、花生油、木蜡、松香油、松焦油等植物油类软化剂。软化剂既可以由一种材料组成,也可以由几种材料组成。石油类软化剂以外的软化剂的添加量相对于原料橡胶100质量份例如为2~30质量份。
(多楔带的制造方法)
下面,根据图3和图4对多楔带的制造方法进行说明。本处使用带成型装置20。带成型装置20具备圆筒状的橡胶套模21和与其相嵌合的圆筒状外模22。
橡胶套模21例如是由丙烯酸酯橡胶制成的软模,通过从圆筒内侧送入高温水蒸气等方法,可让橡胶套模21沿半径方向向外膨胀,压接在圆筒状外模22上。橡胶套模21的外周面例如是用于使多楔带B的背面平滑的形状。橡胶套模21例如外径为700~2800mm,厚度为8~20mm,高度为500~1000mm。
圆筒状外模22例如为金属制,突条部22a在其内侧面上呈沿周向延伸并在高度方向并排分布的状态,该突条部22a的剖面近似三角形,用于形成多楔带B中的V型楔15。突条部22a例如在高度方向并排设置有140个。圆筒状外模22例如外径为830~2930mm,内径(不含突条部22a)为730~2830mm,高度为500~1000mm,突条部22a的高度为2.0~2.5mm,每个突条部22a的宽度为3.5~3.6mm。
将各种带材料依次装入本带成型装置20。首先,将形成背面橡胶层13的筒状橡胶薄片13’套在橡胶套模21上以后,再将薄片状黏合橡胶材料12a’缠绕在该橡胶薄片13’外并缠绕多条拈线14’,使该拈线14’周向延伸。此时,拈线14’缠绕为:形成螺距在橡胶套模21的高度方向上的螺旋。其次,将薄片状黏合橡胶材料12b’缠绕在拈线14’上,并进一步缠绕上添加有吸水配合剂17的薄片状压缩橡胶材料11’。接着,将筒状布16’套在压缩橡胶材料11’上。此时,如图3所示,在橡胶套模21上,橡胶薄片13’、黏合橡胶材料12a’、拈线14’、黏合橡胶材料12b’、压缩橡胶材料11’和布16’呈依次层叠的状态。接着,将圆筒状外模22安装在这些层的外侧。
然后,在已将圆筒状外模22安装在橡胶套模21上的状态下,例如将高温水蒸气送入橡胶套模21内,并对其加热和加压。这样可以使橡胶套模21膨胀从而压接在圆筒状外模22上,通过橡胶套模21和圆筒状外模22将带材料夹紧。此时,带材料例如呈以下状态:温度为150~180℃,沿半径方向向外施加0.5~1.0MPa的压力。因此,橡胶成分开始流动并发生交联反应,橡胶成分与布16’和拈线14’间还会发生黏合反应,进而通过V型楔15形成部即圆筒状外模22的内侧面上的突条部22a形成V型楔15之间的V形槽。这样,带V型楔的带坯(带体的前驱体)即可成型。
最后,将带V型楔的带坯冷却后从成型装置20上取下。然后,对取下的带V型楔的带坯例如进行以下处理:切成宽度为10.68~28.48mm的圆片,并分别使其里面和外面反过来。这样即可得到多楔带B。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中采用将薄片状黏合橡胶材料12a’和压缩橡胶材料11’缠绕在橡胶套模21上的方式进行安装,但也可以采用将事先成型的材料套在橡胶套模21上的方式进行安装。
以上说明的带成型装置20是这样的:在圆筒状外模22的内侧面上设有用于形成多楔带B中的V型楔15的V形槽。但并不限于此。带成型装置20还可以是例如:在橡胶套模的外周侧面上设有用于形成多楔带B中的V型楔15的突条部,同时,将圆筒状外模22的内周面设为平滑状,以用于多楔带B的背面的成型。此时,按照布16’、压缩橡胶材料11’、黏合橡胶材料12’、拈线14’、黏合橡胶材料12’和橡胶薄片13’的顺序将它们缠绕在橡胶套模21上。
需要说明的是,以上虽然对多楔带及其制造方法进行了说明,但并不限于此,还可以是平带、V型带等。
实施例
制备了以下橡胶组合物1~3。其组分也可以参照表1。
(橡胶组合物)
<橡胶组合物1>
将按照以下做法制备出的未交联橡胶组合物定为橡胶组合物1。具体而言,以EPDM(三井化学公司制造,商品名:EPT3045)作原料橡胶,相对于该原料橡胶100质量份添加HAF炭黑(TOKAI CARBON CO.,LTD.制造,商品名:SEAST S0)60质量份、蒙脱石(H0JUN CO.,LTD.制造,商品名:Bengel A、膨润力:46ml/2g、阳离子交换容量:94meg/100g)30质量份、氧化锌(SAKAI CHEMICAL INDUSTRYCO.,LTD.制造,商品名:Zinc Flower 2号)5质量份、抗老化剂(大内新兴化学公司制造,商品名:N0CRAC MB)2质量份、棕榈油(出光兴产公司制造,商品名:Diana Process OilPS-90)10质量份、硫磺(细井化学公司制造,商品名:0IL SULFUR)2.3质量份、硫化促进剂(三新化学公司制造,商品名:TET、EZ、MSA)1.4质量份以及短纤维(旭化成公司制造,商品名:Leona 66、纤维长度1mm)30质量份,并在密闭式炼胶机中大约混炼5分钟,而得到上述未交联橡胶组合物。
<橡胶组合物2>
将以下未交联橡胶组合物定为该橡胶组合物2。该未交联橡胶组合物除了蒙脱石的添加量为相对于原料橡胶100质量份添加50质量份这一点和橡胶组合物1不同以外,其他方面都和橡胶组合物1一样。
<橡胶组合物3>
将以下未交联橡胶组合物定为该橡胶组合物3。该未交联橡胶组合物除了不添加蒙脱石这一点(相对于原料橡胶100质量份添加0质量份)和橡胶组合物1不同以外,其他方面都和橡胶组合物1一样。

(布层)
覆盖V型楔15表面的布层16使用了平针编织的梭织布。布层16的线结构为R22/78-52。也就是说,布层16的线是在22旦(24.4分特)的聚氨酯弹性线上外包尼龙6线而成的包覆纱,该包覆纱的长丝数目为52根,细度为78旦(86.6分特)。
构成布层16的梭织布进行了RFL处理。经过RFL处理,构成线的纤维虽然被覆盖,但并非所有纤维被一体化,所以纤维之间的间隙会引发毛细现象,而发挥吸水性。
(多楔带)
使用橡胶组合物1、2、3形成压缩橡胶层11制成了多楔带,将该多楔带分别作为实施例1、实施例2、比较例。布层16使用了所述梭织布。
使用其他EPDM的橡胶组合物形成黏合橡胶层和背面橡胶层,使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制拈线构成芯线,使带周长为1200mm,带宽为21.36mm,带厚为4.3mm,楔的个数为6个。
(试验评价方法)
图5示出用于注水后的传动能力试验的带运行试验机的带轮布局。
带运行试验机40具有带轮直径为121.6mm的楔带轮即主动带轮41、设置在主动带轮41的右方的带轮直径为121.6mm的楔带轮即从动带轮42、设置在从动带轮42的右上方的带轮直径为77.0mm的楔带轮即从动带轮43、以及设置在从动带轮43的左上方的带轮直径为61.0mm的楔带轮即从动带轮45。带运行试验机40还具有设置在从动带轮43和从动带轮45之间的带轮直径为76.2mm的平带轮即惰轮44及设置在从动带轮45和主动带轮41之间的带轮直径为76.2mm的平带轮即惰轮46。带运行试验机40构成为:多楔带的V型楔一侧与楔带轮即主动带轮41、从动带轮42、从动带轮43及从动带轮45接触,并且多楔带的背面一侧与平带轮即惰轮44和惰轮46接触。
按以下条件进行了试验:通过从动带轮45施加给带180N的张力,带轮速度为800rpm,带轮接触角度为45°,注水量为300ml/min,环境温度为21℃。试验结果如图6所示。
如图6所示,与未在压缩橡胶层11中添加蒙脱石的比较例相比,蒙脱石的添加量为相对于原料橡胶100质量份添加30质量份和50质量份的实施例1及实施例2实现了更大的扭矩。而且,实施例1和实施例2相比,蒙脱石添加量较多的实施例2实现了更大的扭矩。具体来说,实施例1和2、比较例中的任意一个都在打滑率为1%左右时扭矩最大,实施例2的扭矩为5Nm左右,实施例1的扭矩为4.7Nm左右,比较例的扭矩为3.9Nm左右。
需要说明的是,将蒙脱石替换为碳酸镁的情况下,与比较例的多楔带相比,依然实现了较大的扭矩。此时的多楔带使用表1的橡胶组合物1制造,其中,添加了碳酸镁来替代蒙脱石。碳酸镁相对于橡胶组合物的添加量及其效果的相互关系,与图6所示的添加蒙脱石的情况基本相同。

本发明的摩擦传动带在沾水时也可保持良好的传动能力,尤其适用于摩擦传动带可能沾水的用途。

Claims (4)

1.一种摩擦传动带,带体缠绕在带轮上以传递动力,
所述带体由橡胶组合物制成,该橡胶组合物至少添加有蒙脱石和碳酸镁中之一,
所述带体上设置有布层,该布层覆盖所述带体的至少带轮接触侧表面,
所述布层的一部分与所述橡胶组合物中添加的所述蒙脱石和碳酸镁中的至少之一接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦传动带,
所述布层由梭织布或针织布制成,
所述布层的一部分被埋入制成所述带体的所述橡胶组成物中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的摩擦传动带,
所述梭织布或针织布具有吸水性。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的摩擦传动带,
该摩擦传动带通过将成型体压接在模具上并使成型体交联的方法制造而成,其中,所述模具具有用于形成带成型模中的所述带轮接触部分的多楔模,所述成型体通过将布缠绕在用于形成带的橡胶层的表面上而成。
