一种铝合金树脂木外开节能门窗系统,该系统主要由外框、扇、玻璃、压线组成;所述外框主要由上框、下框及两边竖框构成,所述的外框框料中间为多腔体结构的合金树脂型材,外框框料的室外侧为铝合金型材,该铝合金型材通过卡接连接在所述合金树脂型材室外侧,外框框料的室内侧复合有木质材质;所述扇主要由上、下、左、右四个扇料组成,所述扇的扇料包括含有多个腔体的中间合金树脂型材,在合金树脂型材的室外侧用卡接相连有铝合金型材;在合金树脂型材的室内侧复合有木质材质;所述外框与扇之间设置有两道密封设置,第一道为室外侧框扇搭接处,其在框扇上设有第一密封胶条;第二道密封位于室内侧框扇搭接处,通过第二密封胶条实现密封;它具有结构合理、紧凑,使用安装方便,有优良节能效果,能起到很好装饰效果和实用效果等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种铝合金树脂木外开节能门窗系统,属于建筑门窗技术领域。
背景技术
现阶段,中国在大力提倡节能减排政策,建筑节能作为整体节能领域重要的组成,越来越发挥其重要的作用。门窗节能,约占建筑节能40%~50%的比例,提高门窗的节能就是提高了建筑节能。外开窗在国内建筑应用较广,铝合金外开窗节能性较塑钢门窗要差,塑钢门窗耐候性不如铝合金门窗,铝木门窗装饰效果好,但节能性与塑钢门窗存在一定的落差。因此研发一款既能满足优良的节能效果,又起到很好装饰效果和实用效果的外开窗,是一个技术性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构合理、紧凑,使用安装方便,有优良节能效果,能起到很好装饰效果和实用效果的铝合金树脂木外开节能门窗系统。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种铝合金树脂木外开节能门窗系统,该系统主要由外框、扇、玻璃、压线组成;所述外框主要由上框、下框及两边竖框构成,所述的外框框料中间为多腔体结构的合金树脂型材,外框框料的室外侧为铝合金型材,该铝合金型材通过卡接连接在所述合金树脂型材室外侧,外框框料的室内侧复合有木质材质;
所述扇主要由上、下、左、右四个扇料组成,所述扇的扇料包括含有多个腔体的中间合金树脂型材,在合金树脂型材的室外侧用卡接相连有铝合金型材;在合金树脂型材的室内侧复合有木质材质;
所述外框与扇之间设置有两道密封设置,第一道为室外侧框扇搭接处,其在框扇上设有第一密封胶条;第二道密封位于室内侧框扇搭接处,通过第二密封胶条实现密封。
作为优选:所述的外框与扇在室内外平齐;所述的外框型材靠近室外侧处铣有相应排水孔,并在室外侧安装有与排水孔相连的雨水孔盖;所述外框框料中间的多腔体结构中设置有加强衬,且加强衬与框、间通过紧固件连接;所述扇的扇料中合金树脂型材的腔体中间也设有加强衬,且加强衬与扇间也通过紧固件连接;所述的木质材质通过粘结剂或紧固件分别固定在外框框料和扇的扇料各自室内侧上。
作为优选:所述的木质材质由实木、薄木或实木复薄木制成;所述框和扇的室外侧铝合金型材为90°组角结构,横向或竖向通长,在两端头位置注入有密封胶,并与中间的合金树脂型材进行粘合;所述框和扇的中间合金树脂型材为45°组角结构,并通过焊接连接;所述框和扇的室内侧木质材质为45度组角结构,并通过紧固件与中间的合金树脂型材进行固定连接。
本发明具有结构合理、紧凑,使用安装方便,有优良节能效果,能起到很好装饰效果和实用效果等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1-5所示,本发明所述的一种铝合金树脂木外开节能门窗系统,该系统主要由外框1、扇2、玻璃3、压线4组成;所述外框1主要由上框11、下框12及两边竖框13构成,所述的外框1框料中间为多腔体结构的合金树脂型材14,外框1框料的室外侧为铝合金型材15,该铝合金型材15通过卡接连接在所述合金树脂型材14室外侧,外框1框料的室内侧复合有木质材质16;
所述扇2主要由上、下、左、右四个扇料组成,所述扇的扇料包括含有多个腔体的中间合金树脂型材21,在合金树脂型材21的室外侧用卡接相连有铝合金型材22;在合金树脂型材21的室内侧复合有木质材质23;
所述外框1与扇2之间设置有两道密封设置,第一道为室外侧框扇搭接处,其在框扇上设有第一密封胶条5;第二道密封位于室内侧框扇搭接处,通过第二密封胶条6实现密封。
图中所示,所述的外框1与扇2在室内外平齐;所述的外框型材靠近室外侧处铣有相应排水孔7,并在室外侧安装有与排水孔7相连的雨水孔盖8;所述外框1框料中间的多腔体结构中设置有加强衬9,且加强衬9与框间通过紧固件连接;所述扇2的扇料中合金树脂型材的腔体中间也设有加强衬9,且加强衬9与扇间也通过紧固件连接;所述的木质材质16、23过粘结剂或紧固件分别固定在外框1框料和扇2的扇料各自室内侧上。
本发明所述的木质材质16、23由实木、薄木或实木复薄木制成;所述外框1和扇2的室外侧铝合金型材为90°组角结构,横向或竖向通长,在两端头位置注入有密封胶,并与中间的合金树脂型材14、21进行粘合;所述外框1和扇2的中间合金树脂型材14、21为45°组角结构,并通过焊接连接;所述外框1和扇2的室内侧木质材质16、23为45度组角结构,并通过紧固件与中间的合金树脂型材14、21进行固定连接。
该铝合金树脂木外开节能门窗系统,采用铝合金、合金树脂型材、室内侧覆木材(实木、薄木、实木复薄木)形式,,既有优良节能效果,又能起到很好装饰效果和实用效果。
所述合金树脂型材为高分子化合物挤出材,铝合金树脂薄木产品同样适用铝塑薄木产品、铝玻璃纤维薄木产品等类似主型材为高分子材料(如:PVC型材、UPVC型材、合金树脂型材、玻璃纤维材质型材、聚酯合金型材、尼龙材质型材、玻璃钢型材等非金属、非木材材质的化学成分型材)的产品。

1.一种铝合金树脂木外开节能门窗系统,该系统主要由外框、扇、玻璃、压线组成;
所述外框主要由上框、下框及两边竖框构成,其特征在于所述的外框框料中间为多腔体结构的合金树脂型材,外框框料的室外侧为铝合金型材,该铝合金型材通过卡接连接在所述合金树脂型材室外侧,外框框料的室内侧复合有木质材质;
所述扇主要由上、下、左、右四个扇料组成,所述扇的扇料包括含有多个腔体的中间合金树脂型材,在合金树脂型材的室外侧用卡接相连有铝合金型材;在合金树脂型材的室内侧复合有木质材质;
所述外框与扇之间设置有两道密封设置,第一道为室外侧框扇搭接处,其在框扇上设有第一密封胶条;第二道密封位于室内侧框扇搭接处,通过第二密封胶条实现密封。
