本发明公开了一种抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法,涉及建筑材料生产技术领域,该方法包括:向去离子水中加入纳米银抗菌剂、2‑(4‑噻唑)苯并咪唑、羟基磷灰石,超声波震荡20~30分钟,频率为25kHz~130kHz;接着加入羟乙基纤维素溶液、分散剂、消泡剂,在500~600转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1~2小时;在搅拌下加入纳米膨润土、滑石粉,混合均匀,砂磨至细度小于等于45um;向所得浆料中加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂,搅拌2~3小时,搅拌速度为500~650转/分钟;最后加入增稠剂,在1000~1200转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1~2小时后,过滤出料。本发明可以解决了现有抗菌涂料存在抗菌持久性差的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
近些年,人们的环保意识和对健康的追求明显增强,对居住环境的安全环保性的要求也越来越高。建筑内墙面在温度为23℃~38℃、相对湿度为85%~100%的条件下,容易滋生和繁衍霉菌,受霉菌腐蚀以后的涂层会褪色、沾污、以致脱落。在南方地区和潮湿地方,建筑内墙一般都会采用抗菌涂料涂刷墙壁,来实现杀菌和抑菌。现有的抗菌涂料主要是添加了无机抗菌剂的涂料,排出含汞、铅等毒性强的无菌抗菌剂外,比较常用的是含铜元素或者阴离子的无机抗菌剂,含铜元素的抗菌剂颜色较深,颜色较难调配,而阴离子无机抗菌剂因其无毒、无色、抑菌能力强等优点,被广泛应用于抗菌涂料中,但是这种抗菌涂料遇水时,其中的银离子容易析出,从而缩短抗菌的有效期限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法,这种方法可以解决现有抗菌涂料存在抗菌持久性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按下列重量份数的原料备料:苯丙乳液23~26份、4%的羟乙基纤维素溶液10~15份、纳米银抗菌剂4~6份、羟基磷灰石10~22份、纳米膨润土4~10份、滑石粉16~19份、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑0.5~0.8份、增稠剂0.8~1.2份、分散剂0.5~3.5份、消泡剂0.1~0.3份、成膜助剂0.5~1份、去离子水20~35份;
(2)向去离子水中加入纳米银抗菌剂、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑、羟基磷灰石,超声波震荡20~30分钟,频率为25kHz~130kHz;
(3)接着加入羟乙基纤维素溶液、分散剂、消泡剂,在500~600转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1~2小时;
(4)在搅拌下加入纳米膨润土、滑石粉,混合均匀,砂磨至细度小于等于45um;
(5)向步骤(4)所得浆料中加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂,搅拌2~3小时,搅拌速度为500~650转/分钟;
(6)最后加入增稠剂,在1000~1200转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1~2小时后,过滤出料。
上述抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:苯丙乳液24.9、4%的羟乙基纤维素溶液12.8份、纳米银抗菌剂5份、羟基磷灰石15.8、纳米膨润土8份、滑石粉17.6、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑0.6份、增稠剂1.1、分散剂0.1、消泡剂2.8、成膜助剂0.8、去离子水28。
进一步的,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸盐分散剂。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:本方法原料的加入顺序和相应的参数条件,能提高涂料的分散性和质量的稳定性,从而有效延长抗菌持久性,所制得的涂料抗菌性能稳定,抗菌率达到99.5%以上,抗细菌耐久性能≥99.9%,抗霉菌耐久性能达到HG/T3950-2007标准的0级;纳米银抗菌剂对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,而且不会产生耐药性;2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑的抗霉菌性能很好,且安全性高、热稳定性好;羟基磷灰石是无机载体,银离子不易流失,通过缓释作用以提高抗菌长效性。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例的抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按下列重量份数的原料备料:苯丙乳液23份、4%的羟乙基纤维素溶液10份、纳米银抗菌剂4份、羟基磷灰石10份、纳米膨润土4份、滑石粉19份、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑0.5份、增稠剂0.8份、分散剂0.5份、消泡剂0.1份、成膜助剂0.5份、去离子水20份;其中,分散剂为聚丙烯酸盐分散剂,消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;
(2)向去离子水中加入纳米银抗菌剂、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑、羟基磷灰石,超声波震荡20分钟,频率为130kHz;
(3)接着加入羟乙基纤维素溶液、分散剂、消泡剂,在500转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌2小时;
(4)在搅拌下加入纳米膨润土、滑石粉,混合均匀,砂磨至细度小于等于45um;
(5)向步骤(4)所得浆料中加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂,搅拌2小时,搅拌速度为650转/分钟;
(6)最后加入增稠剂,在1000转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌2小时后,过滤出料。
实施例2
本实施例的抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按下列重量份数的原料备料:苯丙乳液24.9、4%的羟乙基纤维素溶液12.8份、纳米银抗菌剂5份、羟基磷灰石15.8、纳米膨润土8份、滑石粉17.6、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑0.6份、增稠剂1.1、分散剂0.1、消泡剂2.8、成膜助剂0.8、去离子水28;其中,分散剂为聚丙烯酸盐分散剂,消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;
(2)向去离子水中加入纳米银抗菌剂、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑、羟基磷灰石,超声波震荡25分钟,频率为80kHz;
(3)接着加入羟乙基纤维素溶液、分散剂、消泡剂,在550转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1.5小时;
(4)在搅拌下加入纳米膨润土、滑石粉,混合均匀,砂磨至细度小于等于45um;
(5)向步骤(4)所得浆料中加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂,搅拌2.5小时,搅拌速度为600转/分钟;
(6)最后加入增稠剂,在1100转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1.5小时后,过滤出料。
实施例3
本实施例的抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按下列重量份数的原料备料:苯丙乳液26份、4%的羟乙基纤维素溶液15份、纳米银抗菌剂6份、羟基磷灰石22份、纳米膨润土10份、滑石粉16份、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑0.8份、增稠剂1.2份、分散剂3.5份、消泡剂0.3份、成膜助剂1份、去离子水35份;其中,分散剂为聚丙烯酸盐分散剂,消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;
(2)向去离子水中加入纳米银抗菌剂、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑、羟基磷灰石,超声波震荡30分钟,频率为25kHz;
(3)接着加入羟乙基纤维素溶液、分散剂、消泡剂,在600转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1小时;
(4)在搅拌下加入纳米膨润土、滑石粉,混合均匀,砂磨至细度小于等于45um;
(5)向步骤(4)所得浆料中加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂,搅拌3小时,搅拌速度为500转/分钟;
(6)最后加入增稠剂,在1200转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1小时后,过滤出料。
Claims (4)
1.一种抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按下列重量份数的原料备料:苯丙乳液23~26份、4%的羟乙基纤维素溶液10~15份、纳米银抗菌剂4~6份、羟基磷灰石10~22份、纳米膨润土4~10份、滑石粉16~19份、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑0.5~0.8份、增稠剂0.8~1.2份、分散剂0.5~3.5份、消泡剂0.1~0.3份、成膜助剂0.5~1份、去离子水20~35份;
(2)向去离子水中加入纳米银抗菌剂、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑、羟基磷灰石,超声波震荡20~30分钟,频率为25kHz~130kHz;
(3)接着加入羟乙基纤维素溶液、分散剂、消泡剂,在500~600转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1~2小时;
(4)在搅拌下加入纳米膨润土、滑石粉,混合均匀,砂磨至细度小于等于45um;
(5)向步骤(4)所得浆料中加入苯丙乳液、成膜助剂,搅拌2~3小时,搅拌速度为500~650转/分钟;
(6)最后加入增稠剂,在1000~1200转/分钟的搅拌速度下,搅拌1~2小时后,过滤出料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:苯丙乳液24.9、4%的羟乙基纤维素溶液12.8份、纳米银抗菌剂5份、羟基磷灰石15.8、纳米膨润土8份、滑石粉17.6、2-(4-噻唑)苯并咪唑0.6份、增稠剂1.1、分散剂0.1、消泡剂2.8、成膜助剂0.8、去离子水28。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸盐分散剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌内墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
