Abstract

本发明公开了一种借助图形码对电子价格标签进行定位刷新的方法，包括以下步骤：步骤1、将多个种类的商品放置于货架上，将电子价格标签屏安装于货架之上、商品的下方；步骤2、电子价格标签屏上显示有至少n个间隔相等的位置图形码；步骤3、超市理货员进行第一次扫码，将商品信息传至服务器；步骤4、超市理货员进行第二次扫码，确认商品的位置；步骤5、服务器将多条带有不同尺寸信息的尺寸图形码传至步骤4所述的位置图形码所在的位置处；步骤6、超市理货员选择具有合适尺寸的尺寸图形码进行第三次扫码；步骤7、服务器生成商品标签。本发明节省了电子价格标签的使用数量；节省工时，也降低电子价格标签的成本，节省超市人力资源。

借助图形码对电子价格标签进行定位刷新的方法
技术领域
本发明属于电子纸显示领域，具体涉及一种借助图形码对电子价格标签进行定位刷新的方法。
背景技术
现有的电子价格标签长约30～80mm，宽约30～40mm，单个电子价格标签与单个商品一一对应，将电子价格标签安装到对应的商品下方，超市理货员首先扫描商品上的图形码，将商品信息传至服务器；超市理货员再扫描商品下方的电子价格标签上的价格信息图形码，并传至服务器，服务器将商品价格信息传输到电子价格标签上显示。电子价格标签的大小尺寸固定，不能随意更改。
基于以上所述，电子价格标签屏使用数量多，可考虑采用尺寸大的电子价格标签来代替相连几个尺寸小的电子价格标签，方便快捷，但又因电子价格标签无法定位，仅局限于显示商品信息，无法达到与商品一一对应显示，无法在实际中被使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明公开了一种借助图形码对电子价格标签进行定位刷新的方法。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种借助图形码对电子价格标签进行定位刷新的方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、将n(n≥1)个种类的商品放置于货架上，商品的包装上粘贴有商品信息图形码；多个相同种类的商品连续放置；每个种类的商品所占据的货架长度依次为l1,l2,...,ln；将电子价格标签屏安装于货架之上、商品的下方；电子价格标签屏的长度为d＝l1+l2+...+ln；
步骤2、电子价格标签屏上显示有至少n个间隔相等的位置图形码；
步骤3、超市理货员进行第一次扫码，即扫描第x(x＝1,2,...,n)种类商品包装上的商品信息图形码，将商品信息传至服务器；
步骤4、第x种类的商品所占据的货架长度为lx，超市理货员进行第二次扫码，即扫描所在位置与lx/2最接近的位置图形码，确认第x种类的商品的位置，并将此位置信息传至服务器；
步骤5、服务器接收到位置信息之后，将多条带有不同尺寸信息的尺寸图形码传至步骤4所述的位置图形码所在的位置处；
步骤6、超市理货员根据步骤1中第x种类的商品所占据货架的长度lx，选择步骤5中的具有合适尺寸的尺寸图形码进行第三次扫码，并将尺寸信息传至服务器；
步骤7、服务器根据商品信息和尺寸信息生成商品标签，并将商品标签发送至步骤4所述的位置上，在电子价格标签屏上进行显示。
其进一步的技术方案为，所述电子价格标签屏长为300mm～400mm，宽为25mm～35mm。
其进一步的技术方案为，在所述步骤5中，服务器将3条标注有“大”、“中”、“小”的尺寸图形码传输至步骤4所述的位置处；若在步骤6中，超市理货员选择对标注有“大”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成长度尺寸为4.37寸的电子价格标签；若在步骤6中，超市理货员选择对标注有“中”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成长度尺寸为2.9寸的电子价格标签；若在步骤6中，超时理货员选择对标注有“小”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成长度尺寸为1.54寸的电子价格标签。
其进一步的技术方案为，所述图形码为条形码或者二维码。
本发明的有益技术效果是：
本发明节省了电子价格标签的使用数量；超市人员也不需要一一对应商品分别安装多个电子价格标签屏，只需将一个尺寸较大的电子价格标签屏安装在货架上，节省工时，也大大降低电子价格标签的成本，节省超市人力资源。
当相连的几个商品信息同时发生变更时，服务器只需要向一个显示屏传输数据，同时可以改变几个商品信息，传输速度快，提高同步更新商品信息速度。
本发明可用于超市、便利店、药店、化妆品店等零售行业，具有很高的实用性。本发明用于各种条形码或者二维码，或者其他形式的图形码的显示。

具体实施方式
在本实施例中，图形码具体为条形码。本发明所述的方案也适用于二维码。
本发明包括以下步骤：
步骤1、将n(n≥1)个种类的商品放置于货架的同一栏上，商品的包装上粘贴有商品信息图形码。多个相同种类的商品连续放置。每个种类的商品所占据的货架长度依次为l1,l2,...,ln。将电子价格标签屏安装于货架之上、商品的下方；电子价格标签屏的长度为d＝l1+l2+...+ln。即电子价格标签的长度可以覆盖这一栏的所有商品。电子价格标签屏一般长为300mm～400mm，宽为25mm～35mm。
步骤2、电子价格标签屏上显示有多个间隔相等的位置图形码，具体的间隔位置可以根据需要自行设置，如，可设置相邻的位置图形码中间的距离为10cm。
步骤3、超市理货员进行第一次扫码，即扫描第x(x＝1,2,...,n)种类商品包装上的商品信息图形码，将商品信息传至服务器。
步骤4、第x种类的商品所占据的货架长度为lx，超市理货员进行第二次扫码，即扫描所在位置与lx/2最接近的位置图形码，确认第x种类的商品的位置，并将此位置信息传至服务器。图1是第二次扫码的示意图。参见图1，图1中的方块位置即为此轮扫码中第二次扫码被扫描到的位置图形码。在步骤4中，扫描的是此种商品所占的位置中间的一个位置图形码。同时从图1中看到多个位置图形码的排布方法。
步骤5、服务器接收到位置信息之后，将多条带有不同尺寸信息的尺寸图形码传至步骤4所述的位置图形码所在的位置处。
在本实施例中，服务器将三条标注有“大”、“中”、“小”的尺寸图形码传输至步骤4所述的位置处。
步骤6、超市理货员根据步骤1中第x种类的商品所占据货架的长度lx，选择步骤5中的具有合适尺寸的尺寸图形码进行第三次扫码，并将尺寸信息传至服务器。图2是第三次扫码的示意图。在图2中，左边方框内即是步骤5中提到的三个尺寸图形码，三个条码分别对应不同尺寸的商品标签，此步骤即选择三个尺寸图形码之一进行扫码。具体可针对商品摆放的长度来确认商品标签的大小：商品摆放的窄，可以选择扫描小尺寸的尺寸图形码，生成小尺寸的商品标签；商品摆放的长，可以选择大尺寸的商品标签。
步骤7、服务器根据商品信息和尺寸信息生成商品标签，并将商品标签发送至步骤4所述的位置上，在电子价格标签屏上进行显示。图3是商品标签显示在电子价格标签屏上的示意图。
商品标签的具体尺寸也可以根据需要设置，在本实施例中，若在步骤6中，超市理货员选择对标注有“大”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成尺寸为4.37寸的电子价格标签；若在步骤6中，超市理货员选择对标注有“中”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成尺寸为2.9寸的电子价格标签；若在步骤6中，超时理货员选择对标注有“小”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成尺寸为1.54寸的电子价格标签。
图4是本发明的使用效果示意图。本发明的最终显示效果即如图4所示，针对不同摆放长度的商品，可生成对应长度尺寸的商品标签，且商品标签的显示位置位于商品摆放位置的中间处。

Claims (4)

1.一种借助图形码对电子价格标签进行定位刷新的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、将n个种类的商品放置于货架上，商品的包装上粘贴有商品信息图形码；多个相同种类的商品连续放置；每个种类的商品所占据的货架长度依次为l1,l2,...,ln；将电子价格标签屏安装于货架之上、商品的下方；电子价格标签屏的长度为d＝l1+l2+...+ln,n≥1；
步骤2、电子价格标签屏上显示有至少n个间隔相等的位置图形码；
步骤3、超市理货员进行第一次扫码，即扫描第x种类商品包装上的商品信息图形码，将商品信息传至服务器，x＝1,2,……，n；
步骤4、第x种类的商品所占据的货架长度为lx，超市理货员进行第二次扫码，即扫描所在位置与lx/2最接近的位置图形码，确认第x种类的商品的位置，并将此位置信息传至服务器；
步骤5、服务器接收到位置信息之后，将多条带有不同尺寸信息的尺寸图形码传至步骤4所述的位置图形码所在的位置处；
步骤6、超市理货员根据步骤1中第x种类的商品所占据货架的长度lx，选择步骤5中的具有合适尺寸的尺寸图形码进行第三次扫码，并将尺寸信息传至服务器；
步骤7、服务器根据商品信息和尺寸信息生成商品标签，并将商品标签发送至步骤4所述的位置上，在电子价格标签屏上进行显示。
2.如权利要求1所述的借助图形码对电子价格标签进行定位刷新的方法，其特征在于，所述电子价格标签屏长为300mm～400mm，宽为25mm～35mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的借助图形码对电子价格标签进行定位刷新的方法，其特征在于，在所述步骤5中，服务器将3条标注有“大”、“中”、“小”的尺寸图形码传输至步骤4所述的位置处；若在步骤6中，超市理货员选择对标注有“大”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成长度尺寸为4.37寸的电子价格标签；若在步骤6中，超市理货员选择对标注有“中”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成长度尺寸为2.9寸的电子价格标签；若在步骤6中，超时理货员选择对标注有“小”的尺寸图形码进行扫码，则在步骤7中生成长度尺寸为1.54寸的电子价格标签。
