Background
With the development of industry, the types of mold products are many and complicated. For a small-batch and complex product, how to turn over the edge is a problem which is difficult to solve.
The flanging is a common production procedure in the existing production, the requirement on the precision is very high in the flanging process, the size and the angle cannot be guaranteed in a common machining mode, and the product is scrapped, so that the production cost is increased, and the production efficiency is low, so that the production process of the workpiece cannot be basically met.
Therefore, to the above problems, a novel flanging jig, especially a flanging jig for sheet metal parts, needs to be developed.

The first object of the present invention is: the flanging jig can be used for machining flanging on complex and small quantities of sheet metal parts, and is high in precision and small in error.

Example 1: as shown in fig. 1, a flanging jig includes a lower die 1, an upper die 2, a first punch 3 and a second punch 4.
The lower die 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped. The lower mold 1 includes a first mounting surface 11 and a first flanging hole 12. Wherein, the mounting surface comprises four upright columns 13, and the upright columns 13 are arranged at four corner ends of the cuboid lower die 1. The first flanging hole 12 is formed in the middle of the lower mold 1, and for convenience of description, in this embodiment, the flanging hole is a rectangular parallelepiped. The first mounting surface 11 is a plane.
The upper die 2 is also a rectangular parallelepiped. The upper mold 2 includes a second mounting surface 21 and a second flanging hole 22. The second mounting surface 21 is opposite to the first mounting surface 11, and the size and shape of the first flanging hole 12 are consistent with the size and shape of the second flanging hole 22. The second mounting surface 21 is also a plane. The upper die 2 is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes 23, and each second mounting hole 23 corresponds to one upright column 13.
The first punch 3 is used for punching a hole for the first time. Wherein, the size and shape of the first punch 3 are matched with the first flanging hole 12 or the second flanging hole 22. That is, the first punch 3 is a rectangular parallelepiped punch.
The second punch 4 is used for punching and flanging for the second time. The second punch 4 includes a limiting portion 41 and a stamping portion 42, an upper surface of the limiting portion 41 is a plane, and a lower surface of the stamping portion 42 is a plane. The punch 42 is connected to the lower surface of the stopper 41. The shape and size of the pressed portion 42 are matched with the first flanging hole 12 or the second flanging hole 22. The joint of the pressed part 42 and the first position-limiting part 41 is an inclined surface 43, and the perimeter of the connecting side of the inclined surface 43 and the pressed part 42 is smaller than the perimeter of the connecting side of the inclined surface 43 and the first position-limiting part 41. When the second punch 4 is horizontally placed, the included angle of the horizontal plane of the inclined plane 43 ranges from 30 degrees to 60 degrees. This embodiment is preferably 45 °.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, when punching, the sheet metal part 5 is pressed between the first mounting surface 11 and the second mounting surface 21; the first punch 3 is punched in the second burring hole 22 and the first burring hole 12. The sheet metal part 5 is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes, and each first mounting hole 51 corresponds to one upright post 13. The cover sheet metal part 5 is fixed by the connection of the first mounting hole 51 on the upright post 13.
When flanging, the punched sheet metal part 5 is reversely fixed on the first mounting surface 11; the second punch 4 performs flanging on the blank. In the first step, the flanging is punched by the punching part 42 of the second punch 4, so that the flanging is inclined outward by 45 degrees. In the second step, the upper surface of the stopper 41 of the second punch 4 is used to punch the inclined edge, thereby completing the flanging.
Embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 2 to 7, a flanging method using a flanging jig includes the following steps.
S01: the flanging sheet metal part 5 is fixed between the first mounting surface 11 and the second mounting surface 21.
S02: the first punch 3 is pressed into the second burring hole 22.
S03: punching is performed by the first punch 3.
S04: and taking down the upper die 2 and turning over the surface of the sheet metal part 5.
S05: the turned-up edge of the sheet metal part 5 is punched by means of the second punch 4.
Further, the step S05 includes the following steps:
s051: the turned-up edge of the sheet metal member 5 is punched by the punching portion 42 of the second punch 4 so as to be inclined outward.
S052: the inclined side is punched by the plane of the limiting part 41 of the second punch 4, and the flanging is completed.

the first punch is used for punching for the first time; the size and shape of the first punch head are matched with the first flanging hole or the second flanging hole;
the second punch is used for punching and flanging for the second time;
when punching, the sheet metal part is tightly pressed between the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface; the first punch is punched in the second flanging hole and the first flanging hole;
when flanging, the punched sheet metal part is reversely fixed on the first mounting surface; and the second punch is used for flanging the second punch.
2. The flanging jig of claim 1, wherein the second punch comprises a first limiting portion and a stamping portion, and the stamping portion is matched with the first flanging hole or the second flanging hole in shape and size.
3. The flanging jig of claim 2, wherein a joint of the stamping part and the first limiting part is an inclined surface, and a perimeter of a connecting side of the inclined surface and the stamping part is smaller than a perimeter of a connecting side of the inclined surface and the first limiting part.
4. The flanging jig of claim 3, wherein when the second punch is horizontally placed, the included angle of the horizontal plane of the inclined plane ranges from 30 degrees to 60 degrees.

The flanging jig of claim 1, wherein a plurality of upright columns are arranged on the first mounting surface and arranged at the corner ends of the first mounting surface; the sheet metal part is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes, and each first mounting hole corresponds to one stand column; the upper die is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes, and each second mounting hole corresponds to one stand column.
