背景技术
噻呋酰胺(thifluzamide),噻唑酰胺类杀菌剂,抑制病原真菌三羧酸循环中的酸去氢酶,导致菌体死亡,具有较强的内吸作用,持效期长。
嘧菌酯(azoxystrobin),甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,线粒体呼吸抑制剂,即通过在细胞色素Bcl向细胞色素C的电子转移,从而抑制线粒体的呼吸;对14-脱甲基化酶抑制剂、苯甲酰胺类、二羧酰胺类和苯并咪唑类产生抗性的菌株有效,抑制孢子萌发和菌丝生长并一直产孢,具有保护、铲除、渗透、内吸活性。
溴氰虫酰胺(cyantraniliprole),苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂,通过激活靶标害虫的鱼尼丁受体而防治害虫;鱼尼丁受体的激活可释放横纹肌和平滑肌细胞内贮存的钙离子,结果导致损害肌肉运动调节、麻痹,最终害虫死亡。
水稻纹枯病、二化螟和蓟马是我国水稻常发性主要病虫害。水稻纹枯病是由立枯丝核菌侵染引起的一种真菌病害,一般早稻重于晚稻,往往造成谷粒不饱满,空壳率增加,严重的可引起植株倒伏枯死。二化螟蛀食水稻茎部,为害分蘖期水稻,造成枯鞘和枯心苗。稻蓟马成、若虫以口器锉破叶面,成微细黄白色斑,叶尖两边向内卷折,渐及全叶卷缩枯黄,分蘖初期受害重的稻田,苗不长、根不发、无分蘖,甚至成团枯死。
本发明人发对噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺进行了深入研究,在大量的试验的基础上,发现噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺进行组合对水稻种子进行处理,防治水稻纹枯病、二化螟和稻蓟马具有增效作用,扩大防治谱,明显提高使用效果。经进一步研究,完成了本发明。

本发明目的是解决水稻秧苗期病、虫为害难题,提供一种含有噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物,组合物对水稻纹枯病、二化螟和稻蓟马具有增效作用,扩大防治谱,明显提高使用效果。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种含有噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯以及溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物,有效成分为噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺,噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺三者之间质量比例为1~10:1~10:1~20,噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺三者质量总和在组合物中的质量百分比为5%~60%,其余为农药助剂。
本发明的种子处理组合物,通过农药工艺可以赋予直接使用的种子处理剂型,可以是悬浮种衣剂。
本发明的种子处理组合物还包括溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、囊壁材料、pH调节剂、消泡剂、崩解剂、稳定剂、渗透剂、扩散剂、防腐剂、增效剂、药害减轻剂、粘结剂、密度调节剂和填料等农药中允许使用和可以接受的助剂,都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过试验确定。

2、噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺组合扩大防治谱,同时防治水稻纹枯病、二化螟和稻蓟马。
3、噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺组合使用方便,减少单一有效成分加工成本、流通成本,减少物料使用,降低能源消耗。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步详述,实施例中所提及的内容并非对本发明的限定,以下所述仅用于解释本发明,对于不偏离本发明精神和原则所做的修改、替换或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
实施例1:氟唑环菌胺、噻虫嗪和溴氰虫酰胺组合室内毒力测定结果。
水稻纹枯病试验方法:参照生测标准方法NY/T1156.2-2006,采用含药培养基法。取各单剂和混剂系列浓度的药液6mL,加入冷却至45℃的54mL的PDA培养基中,制成所需要终浓度的含药培养基平板。然后从培养5天的水稻纹枯病菌菌落边缘制取6mm直径菌丝块,移至各系列含药培养基上,菌丝面朝下,每个处理4次重复。处理完毕,置于25±1℃的恒温生化培养箱中培养。
二化螟试验方法:参照生测标准方法NY/1154.4-2006,采用连续浸液法。在预备试验的基础上,将两单剂分别用含0.1%Tween 80乳化剂的无菌水稀释配成5个系列质量浓度,各置于250ml烧杯中。选取带根的健壮水稻苗,将根部清洗干净、晾干,将甘蔗苗根部插入装有药液的烧杯中,给予光照及正常条件,保证植株根系正常生长。将持续处理48h的甘蔗苗取出,剪下植株茎部未接触药剂的部分置于培养皿中,保湿。每个浓度的药液做4次重复,每次重复接入二化螟3龄幼虫10头,并设不含药液的处理作为对照。试验在温度26±1℃、光周期16L:8D、相对湿度为50±5%的生物培养箱中进行。
稻蓟马试验方法:参照NY/T1154.4-2006标准中的方法,采用连续浸液法。选取带根的健壮水稻苗,将根部插入装有药液的烧杯中,给予光照及正常条件。连续浸泡24h后,将水稻苗取出,剪下茎部未接触药剂的部分置于培养皿中,用滤纸保湿,接上试虫。每处理4次重复,每重复不少于15头稻蓟马。并设不含药剂的处理作空白对照。
用DPS统计分析软件进行统计分析,通过计算各药剂的LC50或EC50来评价各药剂的杀虫、杀菌活性,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂LC50/供试药剂LC50)×100。
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量+C药剂毒力指数×混剂中C的百分含量。
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。
按照联合作用划分标准:共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;共毒系数(CTC)≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<共毒系数(CTC)<120表现为相加作用。
从表1、表2和表3可以看出,噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺组合对水稻立枯病菌、稻蓟马和二化螟共毒系数(CTC)值均大于120,说明噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺组合对立枯病菌、稻蓟马和二化螟表现为增效作用。

实施例2:20%噻呋酰胺·嘧菌酯·溴氰虫酰胺悬浮种衣剂
以下物质均为重量比:噻呋酰胺5%,嘧菌酯5%,溴氰虫酰胺10%,十二烷基苯磺酸盐2%,辛基磷酸酯2%,PVA0.2%,亮红2%,黄原胶3%,丙二醇2%,山梨酸钾0.3%,有机硅0.5%,去离子水至100%。将上述物料按比例进行预先粉碎、搅拌,加入砂磨机中研磨,经高剪切混合后制得20%噻呋酰胺·嘧菌酯·溴氰虫酰胺悬浮种衣剂。
实施例3:种子处理应用
精选水稻种子放在桶内备用,按照比例药剂:水:种子(1:49:200)量取,药剂预先与水充分稀释,把稀释后的药液与种子充分搅拌均匀,在无阳光直照下晾干。晾干后按常规播种操作,待水稻生长至4叶期调查病虫发生情况及水稻成苗数。
从表3可以看出,5%噻呋酰胺·5%嘧菌酯·10%溴氰虫酰胺悬浮种衣剂对水稻种子处理,对水稻立枯病防效97.34%,对稻蓟马防效98.53%,对二化螟防效92.45%,对水稻安全。5%噻呋酰胺·5%嘧菌酯·10%溴氰虫酰胺悬浮种衣剂使用效果明显优于各单一和二元组合使用效果。

Claims (7)
1.一种含有噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯及溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物,其特征在于:有效成分为噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺,噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺三者之间质量比例为1~10:1~10:1~20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯及溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物,其特征在于:噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺三者之间质量比例为1:1:20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯及溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物,其特征在于:噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺三者质量总和在组合物中的质量百分比为5%~60%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯及溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物,其特征在于:噻呋酰胺、嘧菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺三者质量总和在组合物中的质量百分比为20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯及溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物,其特征在于:组合物通过农药工艺赋予直接使用的种子处理剂型,是悬浮种衣剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种含有噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯及溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物,其特征在于质量百分比:噻呋酰胺5%,嘧菌酯5%,溴氰虫酰胺10%,十二烷基苯磺酸盐2%,辛基磷酸酯2%,PVA0.2%,亮红2%,黄原胶3%,丙二醇2%,山梨酸钾0.3%,有机硅0.5%,去离子水至100%,制得20%噻呋酰胺·嘧菌酯·溴氰虫酰胺悬浮种衣剂。
7.权利要求1所述的一种含有噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯及溴氰虫酰胺的种子处理组合物在用于对水稻种子进行包衣处理,防治水稻纹枯病、二化螟和稻蓟马之用途。
