本发明涉及一种高温高压双向金属密封的浮动球阀,包括阀体、球体以及阀盖,所述阀盖设置有介质进道与介质出道,所述阀盖对应介质进道一侧与球体之间设置有进口侧阀座,所述阀盖对应介质出道一侧与球体之间设置有出口侧阀座,所述阀盖对应进口侧阀座的外侧位置还设置有“U”型圈与定位圈,所述“U”型圈的一侧与所述进口侧阀座相焊接,“U”型圈的另一侧与所述定位圈相焊接,所述定位圈相对“U”型圈另一侧与所述阀盖相焊接。本发明技术方案,具有适用于高温高压双向密封的使用要求的技术效果。

Description

一种高温高压双向金属密封的浮动球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高温高压双向金属密封的浮动球阀。
背景技术
用于高温工况的浮动球阀需要采用金属密封结构。对于金属密封浮动球阀,为了防止高温下因为零部件的膨胀而卡死,通常需要在球阀的一侧阀座背后设置弹簧,该阀座能够在阀盖中轴向移动。为了确保阀座既能移动,又与阀盖之间有良好的密封,通常在阀座背后设置柔性石墨密封圈。为了防止弹簧在使用过程中长期受压而失效,通常金属密封浮动球阀都是单向密封的。然而,有些工况要求高温高压金属密封浮动球阀具有双向密封功能,因此常规设计的金属密封球阀不能满足这类工况的使用要求,本发明正是为了解决该技术难题而设计开发的。
附图1是现有设计的高温金属密封浮动球阀,1是阀体,2是球体,3是阀盖,4是进口端阀座,5是进口端阀座密封圈,6是密封压套,7是弹簧,8是出口端阀座,9是出口端阀座密封圈。对于高温工况,阀座密封圈通常采用柔性石墨。
现有设计高温金属密封浮动球阀的阀座与阀盖的密封均采用柔性石墨。出口侧阀座与阀盖通过夹紧柔性石墨能够可靠密封。而进口侧阀座与阀盖的密封只是通过柔性石墨的侧向膨胀来到达到密封,见附图2,因此密封较困难,当用于高压工况时,密封更加困难。另外,当要求进口侧阀座用于密封时,进口侧的弹簧会承受介质力,弹簧长期承受介质力容易失效。因此常规设计的高温金属密封浮动球阀一般只能用于单向密封,不适用于双向密封。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于高温高压双向密封的使用要求的浮动球阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案,一种高温高压双向金属密封的浮动球阀,包括阀体、球体以及阀盖,所述阀盖设置有介质进道与介质出道,所述阀盖对应介质进道一侧与球体之间设置有进口侧阀座,所述阀盖对应介质出道一侧与球体之间设置有出口侧阀座,所述阀盖对应进口侧阀座的外侧位置还设置有“U”型圈与定位圈,所述“U”型圈的一侧与所述进口侧阀座相焊接,“U”型圈的另一侧与所述定位圈相焊接,所述定位圈相对“U”型圈另一侧与所述阀盖相焊接。
本发明进一步设置为:所述进口侧阀座设置有凸台,在正常使用时,所述凸台与阀盖之间在进口侧阀座的轴线方向留有间隙。
本发明进一步设置为:所述出口侧阀座与阀盖通过压板以及螺钉固定连接,所述出口侧阀座与阀盖直接金属密封。
通过采用本发明技术方案,当需要进口侧阀座密封时,在介质压力作用下,进口侧阀座的凸台将会帖靠在阀盖上,作用在进口侧阀座上的巨大介质压力通过凸台由阀盖承受,“U”型圈不会承受过大的介质力,确保“U”型圈在高压下不会被压坏。由于进口侧阀座、“U”型圈、定位圈以及阀盖之间均采用焊接连接,确保了介质不会从进口侧阀座与阀盖之间的间隙处泄漏。该结构设计的球阀在高温下不会因为零部件的膨胀而卡死,而且进、出口两侧阀座在高温高压下均能够有效密封,因此,该结构设计的浮动球阀适用于高温高压双向密封的使用要求。

具体实施方式
参见附图1至附图4,本发明公开的高温高压双向金属密封的浮动球阀,包括阀体1、球体2以及阀盖3,所述阀盖3设置有介质进道301与介质出道302,所述阀盖3对应介质进道301一侧与球体2之间设置有进口侧阀座4,所述阀盖3对应介质出道302一侧与球体2之间设置有出口侧阀座7,所述阀盖3对应进口侧阀座4的外侧位置还设置有“U”型圈5与定位圈6,所述“U”型圈5的一侧与所述进口侧阀座4相焊接,“U”型圈5的另一侧与所述定位圈6相焊接,所述定位圈6相对“U”型圈5另一侧与所述阀盖3相焊接。
本实施例进一步设置为:所述进口侧阀座4设置有凸台401,在正常使用时,所述凸台401与阀盖3之间在进口侧阀座4的轴线方向留有间隙10。
本实施例进一步设置为:所述出口侧阀座7与阀盖3通过压板8以及螺钉9固定连接,所述出口侧阀座7与阀盖3直接金属密封。
通过采用本发明技术方案,当需要进口侧阀座4密封时,在介质压力作用下,进口侧阀座4的凸台将会帖靠在阀盖3上,作用在进口侧阀座4上的巨大介质压力通过凸台由阀盖3承受,“U”型圈5不会承受过大的介质力,确保“U”型圈5在高压下不会被压坏。由于进口侧阀座4、“U”型圈5、定位圈6以及阀盖3之间均采用焊接连接,确保了介质不会从进口侧阀座4与阀盖3之间的间隙处泄漏。该结构设计的球阀在高温下不会因为零部件的膨胀而卡死,而且进、出口两侧阀座在高温高压下均能够有效密封,因此,该结构设计的浮动球阀适用于高温高压双向密封的使用要求。

1.一种高温高压双向金属密封的浮动球阀,包括阀体、球体以及阀盖,所述阀盖设置有介质进道与介质出道,所述阀盖对应介质进道一侧与球体之间设置有进口侧阀座,所述阀盖对应介质出道一侧与球体之间设置有出口侧阀座,其特征在于:所述阀盖对应进口侧阀座的外侧位置还设置有“U”型圈与定位圈,所述“U”型圈的一侧与所述进口侧阀座相焊接,“U”型圈的另一侧与所述定位圈相焊接,所述定位圈相对“U”型圈另一侧与所述阀盖相焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温高压双向金属密封的浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述进口侧阀座设置有凸台,在正常使用时,所述凸台与阀盖之间在进口侧阀座的轴线方向留有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温高压双向金属密封的浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述出口侧阀座与阀盖通过压板以及螺钉固定连接,所述出口侧阀座与阀盖直接金属密封。
