Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有螺虫乙酯的复配杀虫液体制剂。该液体制剂由有效成分螺虫乙酯和毒死蜱或啶虫脒以及表面活性剂与绿色溶剂组成,以质量百分比计含有农药活性成分20%-50%、表面活性剂5%-25%,余量为专利绿色溶剂5‑二甲胺基‑2‑甲基‑5氧代戊酸甲酯。该组合物通过已知的方法加工成乳油、可溶液剂或超低容量液剂,环境安全性高,对介壳虫具有优秀的速效性与持效性,防治效果突出,可显著降低用药成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有螺虫乙酯的复配杀虫液体制剂,属于农药制剂技术领域。
背景技术
当前,随着我国经济与农业快速发展,人民生活水平显著地提高,高附加值的果树及园林作物面积增加明显,导致病虫害发生越来越严重。介壳虫作为其中重要的一种害虫,因其虫体上备有蜡质分泌物,一般药剂难以穿透,使其成为当前害虫防治的一大难题。随着杀扑磷的禁用,当前介壳虫的主打防治药剂以毒死蜱、噻嗪酮等为主,已产生明显抗药性;而啶虫脒内吸性优秀但速效性较差,市场以复配制剂产品为主。
螺虫乙酯为拜耳新开发的一种季酮酸类杀虫剂,具有双向传导功能,对介壳虫具有非常优秀的防治效果,但其易产生抗药性且价格昂贵。因此,将螺虫乙酯与毒死蜱或啶虫脒开发成复配杀虫剂成为专利申请重点,如专利CN102484995A(公开日2012年6月6日)申请了螺虫乙酯与啶虫脒组合物,CN104255781A(公开日2015年1月7日)所申请的螺虫乙酯与毒死蜱以及CN102475092B(公开日2012年5月30日)中所涉及的螺虫乙酯与毒死蜱的悬乳剂,以上这些专利都已证明了螺虫乙酯与毒死蜱或啶虫脒复配开发是增效的,对介壳虫实际应用价值高。实际生产应用中,螺虫乙酯用于介壳虫防治时普遍加入了油性助剂,以提升其防治效果。
由于介壳虫虫体覆盖一层蜡质,乳油、可溶液剂及超低容量液剂等液体制剂所含有的溶剂具有溶蜡、封闭等作用,为介壳虫防治的最佳剂型。但是,随着《农药乳油中有害溶剂限量》(HG/T 4576-2013)行业标准于2014年3月1日起正式实施以及《农药助剂禁限用名单》征求意见稿的发布,液体制剂面临着有机溶剂禁限用的问题,而以松脂基植物油为代表的植物源溶剂存在着匹配度的问题,对部分原药化合物溶解度过低。因此,发展可替代有毒有害溶剂的高溶解度、环保、绿色溶剂刻不容缓。
螺虫乙酯因其在普通有机溶剂中溶解度低导致螺虫乙酯含量低于10%从而影响防治效果,而如二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜等溶解度高的有机溶剂已被禁/限用,开发成液体制剂面临着溶剂匹配性的问题。
本发明就是为了解决当前介壳虫防治药剂螺虫乙酯与毒死蜱或啶虫脒复配开发过程中存在的难以开发成环保绿色液体制剂的问题。目前,尚未见将螺虫乙酯与毒死蜱或啶虫脒开发成液体制剂的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可用于防治介壳虫的含有螺虫乙酯的复配杀虫液体制剂,解决螺虫乙酯开发成液体制剂中面临的溶剂问题,从而进一步提升介壳虫防治效果,减少有毒有害溶剂的使用。
发明人通过大量筛选试验发现,以5-二甲胺基-2-甲基-5氧代戊酸甲酯作为溶剂可解决螺虫乙酯与毒死蜱或啶虫脒开发成液体制剂时所面临的溶剂选择问题。相对于其它绿色溶剂,该溶剂对螺虫乙酯溶解度高,具体参数见下表1:

所述表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、烷基苯磺酸盐和烷基磷酸酯盐中的一种或两种以上的组合。
所述液体制剂为乳油、可溶液剂或超低容量液剂。
所述液体制剂用于防治介壳虫的用途。
与现有技术相比,本发明所产生的有益效果为:
1)相比其它剂型,本发明所涉及的液体制剂对介壳虫防治效果更好。
2)开发的液体制剂不含有毒有害溶剂,安全环保。
3)开发的液体制剂沸点、闪点高,具有优异的抗飘移成膜性和低挥发性,可显著减少用药量,降低成本,减轻对环境的影响。
4)所开发的液体制剂可最大限度地发挥螺虫乙酯所特有的双向内吸作用,显著提升药物的渗透与吸收能力,提高药效的同时降低防治成本。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表述的范围。
有效成分:螺虫乙酯原药(德国拜耳作物科学公司,毒死蜱原药(浙江新农化工股份有限公司),啶虫脒原药(江苏常隆农化有限公司),5-二甲胺基-2-甲基-5-氧代戊酸甲酯(索尔维公司)。
实施例1:
毒死蜱30%,螺虫乙酯15%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚8%,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚3%,烷基苯磺酸盐5%,余量为5-二甲胺基-2-甲基-5-氧代戊酸甲酯。先将原药投入混合釜中,再投入溶剂溶解后,最后投入表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后制得45%毒死蜱·螺虫乙酯乳油。
将毒死蜱换成啶虫脒可以形成新的实施例。
实施例2:
毒死蜱20%,螺虫乙酯20%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3%,烷基苯磺酸盐4%,余量为5-二甲胺基-2-甲基-5-氧代戊酸甲酯。先将原药投入混合釜中,再投入溶剂溶解后,最后投入表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后制得40%毒死蜱·螺虫乙酯乳油。

毒死蜱30%,螺虫乙酯10%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物7%,烷基苯磺酸盐5%,余量为5-二甲胺基-2-甲基-5-氧代戊酸甲酯。先将原药投入混合釜中,再投入溶剂溶解后,最后投入表面活性剂,搅拌均匀后制得40%毒死蜱·螺虫乙酯乳油。

为进一步说明本发明技术方案的优点,本发明用以下具体田间药效试验实施例进行举例说明。
螺虫乙酯、毒死蜱及复配组合物对蜜柚介壳虫的田间药效试验
试验于2015年5月在福建省漳州市平和县蜜柚基地进行,试验地蜜柚上褐圆介发生较重。试验处理、使用剂量及防效详见表2,按试验浓度配制好相关药剂,每处理设4次重复,每重复喷施1株蜜柚,随机区组排列。于药前、药后15、30天调查介壳虫数。

由表2可知,相对于两个对照药剂,本发明所涉及的实施例具有更好的速效性与持效性,对介壳虫的防治效果更优,其中实施例3、8表现最佳,药后15、30天防治最好,分别达到了88%、97%以上。

1.一种含有螺虫乙酯的复配杀虫液体制剂,其特征在于以质量百分比计含有如下组份:

3.根据权利要求1所述的液体制剂,其特征在于表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、烷基苯磺酸盐和烷基磷酸酯盐中的一种或两种以上的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液体制剂,其特征在于液体制剂为乳油、可溶液剂或超低容量液剂。
5.权利要求1所述含有螺虫乙酯的复配杀虫液体制剂用于防治介壳虫的用途。
