Description

Power Headroom Report (PHR) processing method, device, terminal and base station
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a Power Headroom Reporting (PHR) processing method, a device, a terminal and a base station.
Background
In a Long-Term Evolution (Long-Term Evolution, LTE for short), a current transmission power of a User Equipment (UE) cannot exceed a maximum transmission power of the UE, generally, the UE notifies a base station of a difference between the maximum transmission power of the UE and a transmission power of a current Uplink Shared Channel (UL-SCH for short) and a Physical Uplink control Channel (Physical Uplink control Channel) through a Power Headroom Report (PHR) process, and the base station performs Uplink scheduling and link adaptation according to the difference, and further determines whether to perform power control (such as reducing the transmission power or increasing the transmission power, and a power size that needs to be adjusted) so as to satisfy a requirement that the current transmission power of the UE cannot exceed the maximum transmission power of the UE and achieve an optimal receiving effect. The PHR procedure is performed by the UE transmitting the MAC CE of the PHR to the network side. In the related art, there are several cases that a trigger terminal (similar to the above-mentioned UE) reports PHR: and when the change of the path loss exceeds a specified threshold, the periodic reporting timer is overtime, the configuration of the PHR is changed, the secondary service cell Scell is activated, and the power back-off caused by power control exceeds the specified threshold. After the terminal reports the PHR, the timer for forbidding triggering the PHR is started, and the PHR cannot be triggered again before the timer is overtime. A triggering and transmitting process of a PHR in the related art is shown in fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a flowchart of triggering and transmitting a PHR in the related art, and as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S102, UE triggers PHR;
step S104, the UE reports PHR in uplink authorization;
step S106, the base station determines to adjust the transmission power of the UE according to the PHR;
step S108, the base station informs the UE to carry out power adjustment.
With the rapid growth of data traffic, licensed spectrum will not be able to withstand such huge amounts of data in the near future; LTE operators consider deploying LTE in Unlicensed spectrum resources (Unlicensed carriers), by which data traffic in licensed carriers is shared. Unlicensed carriers (unlicensed spectrum) refer to spectrum (or carriers) that can be used without authorization under the compliance with government regulations (radio regulations) by a government agency (e.g., the national radio regulatory commission). For example, microwave ovens, remote control toy planes, wireless mice, wireless keyboards, wireless fidelity (WiFi) and the like all use unlicensed carriers. In some cases, the unlicensed carrier needs to be used by contention. If the base station (including the WiFi access point) does not contend for the resource, the unlicensed carrier cannot be used. The unlicensed carrier and the licensed carrier may be used in a carrier aggregation manner or in a dual connectivity manner, where the unlicensed carrier is generally used as a supplement to data transmission, that is, the licensed carrier is used as a Primary serving Cell (Pcell), and the unlicensed carrier is used as a Secondary serving Cell (Scell).
The available resources of the unlicensed carrier are discontinuous, so there is still a difference between power control and the licensed carrier, in this scenario, there is no published technology for triggering the PHR, and the PHR cannot be known in time by using the method of triggering the PHR in the related art.
Aiming at the problem that the base station cannot timely know the PHR in the unauthorized carrier scene in the related technology, an effective solution is not provided at present.

step S1010, after receiving the configuration, the terminal triggers a PHR in a first subframe capable of transmitting or receiving data, or in a first subframe capable of transmitting or receiving data;
in step S1012, the terminal transmits the PHR of the cell 1 and the cell 3 in the next uplink grant.

in step S1118, the terminal transmits the PHR of the cell 1 and the cell 3 in the next uplink grant.
In steps S1106 and S1108, the terminal needs to compete for the unlicensed carrier resource, which is determined by the terminal itself, or the base station may notify the terminal to perform the procedure, at this time, the PHR may be triggered, and thus, in step S1116, the PHR does not need to be triggered.

a determining module, configured to determine that a trigger condition for triggering the PHR is satisfied, where the trigger condition includes at least one of: the method comprises the steps of meeting the conditions that a first time for transmitting and/or receiving data on an unlicensed carrier, a time for receiving a first data schedule transmitted by a base station of the unlicensed carrier, and a competition command for competing for resources of the unlicensed carrier, which are transmitted by the base station, are received, wherein the first time for transmitting and/or receiving data on the unlicensed carrier comprises at least one of the following: receiving a first time of transmitting and/or receiving data on an unlicensed carrier after data scheduling of a base station is received, wherein the data scheduling is used for the base station to schedule a terminal to transmit and/or receive data on the unlicensed carrier competing for resources; a first subframe indicated in configuration information sent by a base station, wherein the configuration information includes information of a subframe indicating that the terminal sends and/or receives data on an unlicensed carrier after the base station contends for the unlicensed carrier resource;
and the triggering module is used for triggering the PHR according to the triggering condition.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:
and the starting module is used for starting a timer for forbidding triggering of the PHR after the triggering module triggers the PHR according to the triggering condition.
6. A terminal, characterized in that it comprises the apparatus of any of claims 4 to 5.
7. A PHR processing device for reporting power headroom is applied to a base station and is characterized by comprising:
a sending module, configured to send a trigger message for triggering the terminal to perform the PHR to the terminal, where the trigger message includes at least one of the following trigger conditions: satisfying a contention command for contending for an unlicensed carrier resource at a first time instant when data is transmitted and/or received on an unlicensed carrier, a time instant when first data is scheduled to be transmitted by a base station of the unlicensed carrier, wherein the first time instant when data is transmitted and/or received on the unlicensed carrier includes at least one of: receiving a first time for transmitting and/or receiving data on an unlicensed carrier after data scheduling is received, wherein the data scheduling is used for scheduling the terminal to transmit and/or receive data on the unlicensed carrier competing for resources; a first subframe indicated in configuration information, wherein the configuration information includes information of a subframe indicating that the terminal transmits and/or receives data on an unlicensed carrier after contending for unlicensed carrier resources;
and the processing module is used for processing the PHR triggered by the terminal according to the trigger message.
8. A base station comprising the apparatus of claim 7.
