after receiving the public account information sent by the terminal, converting the real identity identifier of the terminal into the virtual identity identifier;

before the public account information is returned to the terminal, the virtual identity mark is converted into a real identity mark, and a ticket is generated for the public account information returned to the terminal.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

the public account equipment sets the authority of the terminal for accessing the multimedia content;

sending the filtered encrypted public account message carrying the URL of the multimedia content to the terminal via an instant message platform;

and responding to a digital right management request sent by the terminal after the terminal acquires the multimedia content according to the URL.

3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:

the public account equipment decrypts the encrypted public account message, filters the message content and generates a ticket;

and before the encrypted public account message is sent to the terminal, converting the virtual identity identifier of the terminal into a real identity identifier.

4. A method for providing public information services based on instant messaging, the method comprising:

the terminal sends a request for paying attention to the selected public account to public account equipment;

receiving and storing a concerned result directly transmitted by the public account equipment and a content encryption and decryption key distributed to the terminal by the public account equipment;

the content encryption key is used for encrypting and decrypting information interacted between the terminal and the public account equipment;

the method further comprises the following steps:

the terminal sends the encrypted public account information to the public account equipment through an instant message platform;

and receiving the filtered legal encrypted public account information returned by the public account equipment.

5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:

the terminal receives a filtered encrypted public account message carrying a URL (uniform resource locator) of multimedia content forwarded by the public account equipment through an instant message platform;

and after multimedia content is acquired according to the URL, sending a digital authority management request to the public account equipment.

6. A public account device, comprising: the device comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a sending module; wherein,

the receiving module is used for receiving a request for paying attention to the selected public account sent by the terminal;

the processing module is used for distributing virtual identity identification and content encryption keys of public account services for the terminal;

the sending module is used for directly transmitting the concerned result and the content encryption and decryption key to the terminal;

the content encryption key is used for encrypting and decrypting information interacted between the terminal and the public account equipment; wherein,

the receiving module is further configured to receive an encrypted public account message sent by the terminal and forwarded by an instant message platform;

the processing module is also used for decrypting the public account information and filtering the public account information to generate a ticket;

the sending module is also used for returning the filtered legal encrypted public account information to the terminal; and the number of the first and second groups,

the processing module is further configured to convert the real identity identifier of the terminal into the virtual identity identifier after the receiving module receives the public account message sent by the terminal;

and the sending module is also used for converting the virtual identity identifier into a real identity identifier before the public account information is returned to the terminal, and generating a call ticket for the public account information returned to the terminal.

the processing module is also used for setting the authority of the terminal for accessing the multimedia content;

the sending module is further used for sending the filtered encrypted public account message carrying the URL of the multimedia content to the terminal through an instant message platform;

and the receiving module is also used for responding to a digital right management request sent by the terminal after the terminal acquires the multimedia content according to the URL.

8. The apparatus of claim 7,

the processing module is also used for decrypting the encrypted public account information, filtering the information content and generating a ticket;

and the terminal virtual identity is converted into a real identity before the sending module sends the encrypted public account message to the terminal.

9. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises: a transmitting module and a receiving module; wherein,

the sending module is used for sending a request for paying attention to the selected public account to public account equipment;

the receiving module is used for receiving and storing a concerned result directly transmitted by the public account equipment and a content encryption and decryption key distributed to the terminal by the public account equipment;

the content encryption key is used for encrypting and decrypting information interacted between the terminal and the public account equipment; wherein,

the sending module is further used for sending the encrypted public account information to the public account equipment through an instant message platform;

the receiving module is further configured to receive the filtered legal encrypted public account message returned by the public account device.

10. The terminal of claim 9,

the receiving module is further configured to receive a filtered encrypted public account message carrying a URL of multimedia content forwarded by the public account device via an instant message platform;

the terminal further comprises: the acquisition module is used for acquiring the multimedia content according to the URL;

the sending module is further configured to send a digital rights management request to the public account device after the obtaining module obtains the multimedia content.

11. A system for providing a public information service based on an instant message, the system comprising: the public account device of any one of claims 6 to 8, the terminal of any one of claims 9 to 10 and the instant messaging platform.
